"You are at this moment banished from heaven, never to return and stripped of your supernatural powers. You shall become a normal human and experience pain. You shall hunger for food, thirst for water, search for love, and not find it. You shall be heartbroken and lonely. Only when you discover the feeling of love will your destiny be twisted. This is the punishment I have launched on you and so it shall be. Now, evacuate this place," God said.
These were the last words I heard before I found myself being dragged by a strong current of control and command, pushing me backward until I fell off.
A huge gust of air gathered in the heavens, fueled by the unbearable weight of deportation and pain. "I didn't do it, Lord. I am being framed; I promise. I don't want to go down there. I beg you," I cried out, but my plea for forgiveness was ignored.
I found myself hurtling towards Earth at an alarming speed, awakening my sense of fear and consciousness of the tragic and painful crash that awaited me. I kept yelling uncontrollably,
"Please...I don't want to go down there. I'm innocent of these accusations. Help me, somebody, anybody," desperate for pity and assistance. But there was no one there to listen.
Faced with fear, I bounced harshly on the concrete floor, screaming out loud in agony.
It was a day to remember when I was cast out of heaven. watching as the beautiful place of color, filled with happiness, peace, fun, and praise dematerialized from my vision.
The next thing I saw were houses, lights and people. I could hear noises and music, a different kind of music from the one I knew of. Sounds new to my ears echoed from every angle around me as I stood there trying to come up with an idea to survive in this latest mystery world.
I had been standing there for hours, watching and looking around, but no one cared, looked at me, smiled at me, or attempted to talk to me. Making me feel invisible, I felt less alive.
"Am I still a spirit that humans can't, see?" I thought to myself. No one spared me any attention, or so I thought; trying to figure out if I was still in spirit or now in flesh, I slapped myself. "OUCH!" I yelled, I felt it hard like I had just activated my sense of feeling.
I stood in the middle of nowhere, lost.
I felt a ravenous feeling, not sure about what it was, I felt hollow inside, gripping my abdomen in unbearable pain "What is happening to me?" I screamed out in pain.
My esophagus began feeling so tight, choking and gasping for breath, trying to stumble on a reason for the unfortunate excessive pain.
I ran towards a man pleading for help, "I don't know what is wrong with me, my abdomen and esophagus hurts so bad, I thought maybe you have an idea since you have been human all your life," I inquired, but he walked past me.
Ignoring the disappointment I felt, I walked towards another woman. "I feel a lot of pain right now, I really need your help," I yelled out in expectation, jumping right in front of the unknown woman, but got the same response, she walked past me without any attention, "Just great, humans can't see me," I said to myself in unexplainable pain.
After many failed attempts and refusal to come to terms with my terrible situation, I looked towards heaven, screaming in anger.
"don't you think this punishment is too harsh? I was deported to a place I know nothing about and you still won't let people help me, could you kindly explain to me why humans can't see me when I was turned into a human by you?".
Everywhere became quiet except for me weeping uncontrollably like a disappointed child, while I was in heaven, I never thought a day like this would come when I would weep so shamelessly.
The silence was killing me, I felt disowned by God and ignored by humans.
The pain in my abdomen and the tightness in my esophagus were still there, griping me hard like an octopus stuck to my skin, refusing to leave.
Knowing I had to keep moving, the color was changing and everywhere was getting dim and quiet.
Groaning in pain, I launched my feet forward, taking a step at a time without a proper direction, I just continued moving forward.
After countless steps, I felt a twinge sensation on my feet, looking down, I saw red substances flowing down, rough with particles and sharp objects piercing through.
Feeling something was off, I looked at a stranger standing across the street and then back to myself, and I was immediately slapped with consciousness.
"I am naked!" I screamed out, embarrassed.
Confused about why I was suddenly feeling shy about being naked, "It's part of the punishment," I said to myself, smiling sadly.
Searching for a place to conceal myself, a weird building got my attention and I quickly began limping towards it with my injured feet, ravenous feeling, and tight esophagus, thankful that I couldn't be seen by humans, "so this is how my private features would have been exposed to unserious humans," I said to myself biting my lower lips.
Getting to the building, it looked abandoned.
Advancing deeper into the building, a sudden sense of smell hit my nostrils.
"I smell blood," I whispered to myself, frightened.
I looked at myself, the strong smell of blood wasn't close to how my blood smelled, so I knew it wasn't mine.
I started launching my feet forward tracing the smell of blood.
The deeper I get the more intense and harsher the smell gets. Getting to the entrance to a room, I froze in my spot, the stink of liquor and smoke from cigarettes filled my nostrils.
"I smell fresh blood, someone else is here, but who?"
GEMMA'S POV.

My eyes flew open with harsh pain crusting my entire body, my body was weak, my eyes red and puffy, with blood dripping down my head.
Trying to speak, I discovered my mouth was harshly taped and my hands were tied to my legs then heartlessly tied to a chair.
I wince in pain, silent tears silently flowing down my chin, I have always had enemies since the day of my birth.
I looked up at the weird-looking man walking up to me grinning, his body stinking of alcohol and cigarettes.
"You are weeping already? I haven't even started yet. News flash, I was told to kill you," he announced, followed by a wicked laugh attached to a strong punch along with a backhand slap.
I shut my eyes in pain. Unable to scream, waves of tears stormed out of my eyes as I silently wished for intervention as the disastrous events of life threats spurned and swore not to stop happening to me.
After landing punches and slaps on my already weak body, the killer turned around in an attempt to leave.
I puffed out a sigh of relief that the punches and slaps had subsided when I heard his monstrous voice.
"It's now time for the real game, I need to kill you before dawn and dispose of your condemned body." He said and smirked.
Turning around, he walked out of the room, my eyes followed his back till he was out the door.
"If there's a God somewhere, please save me," I thought.
Looking up, I caught a glimpse of a naked man limping in while sniffing the ground. He looked hurt and devastated, but I couldn't help but notice his baby-looking face, silver long hair, broad shoulders, and gold eyes, he was extraordinarily handsome,
"But why is he hurt and...naked?" I thought to myself.
Keeping an eagle eye on him, I observed his weird attitude. He kept sniffing the ground walking towards me.
When he got to me, he stared at me, and I stared back. Meeting each other's gaze in a mix of passion, desperation, and confusion.
"Now who's going to help who?" I thought to myself, still ogling at the injured naked man.
"You can see me?" he suddenly asked, his expression filled with shock.
"Why not?" I thought to myself, confused.
I perceived footsteps approaching, and turning my attention towards the door, the killer walked in with a dagger.
**************************************************
I looked at the expression on the small lady's face as it glitched from hope to fear. Tracing her gaze, my eyes landed on an average old man holding a dagger.
"Oh wow, now I have two people to kill. I need to be paid more," he said and scoffed.
"You can't kill me," I interrupted, fearless.
"I'm the one with a dagger, I can and I will. I won't risk getting exposed so I will kill you both. You should have just minded your business and not come here," he replied, laughing sarcastically.
Fear swallowed me, I shivered at the sound of death.
"What should I do?" I thought to myself, confused. As the killer rushed towards her.
On the brink of striking her dead, I flew in front, in an attempt to protect her, and the sharp dagger without a hitch pierced through my forehead and I found myself collapsing to the ground.
My eyes suddenly flew open, and an electric feeling struck my bones, my veins popping out of my skin in excessive strength, chasing all my pains and injuries away.
I immediately knew I had been given back my powers, but I could not fathom why.
I looked at the killer who had already taken a leak. He stood there frozen, shivering at the sight of death.
"I told you, you can't kill me," I reminded. Picking him up by the neck, I raised him up and then threw him to the ground.
"Now leave," I commanded. Watching him crawl out of the room.
I looked back at the young lady, from a distance, I could see fear in her eyes, she was furiously trembling in sight of me.
Knowing there was less time to explain my powers to the lady, after all, she was only human.
I walked closer to her, kneeling in front of her, I pushed my face forward to get a better view of her face, despite her injuries, I couldn't help but notice her beauty.
"How come only you unlocked my visibility ability and my powers? You are the first human to see me," I asked, inches away from her face.
Watching her closely, I tried to detect what just happened and why it had to be her when she suddenly collapsed.
I promptly proceeded to untie her, having no place to take her to or the slightest knowledge of how to handle the current situation, I hurriedly created a shelter in the dark building using my powers and set her to rest.
For hours, I sat down with a bewildered look on my face watching her sleep, waiting for an answer.
She slowly opened her eyes and when she saw me, she flew up, quickly stepping away from me.
"Why is she scared of me?" I asked myself, perplexed.
"What do you want from me?" her little, tiny, cute voice suddenly rang out in the open air.
"I can't harm humans," I tried to explain, assuring her.
"What I saw last night... was it...real?" she asked again with open eyes.
Ignoring the question, I took steps closer to her, but with every step I took to get closer to her, she stepped back.
"It was real, but it was only to protect you. I can't hurt humans," I announced, hoping it would make her relax but it only got worse.
"What are you?" she asked in fear.
I froze in the spot, watching her chaotic behavior, even if I told her she wouldn't believe me.
"I am immortal, an angel that was banished to earth to pay for crimes I didn't commit," I replied, focusing on her next reaction.
She kept on moving back.
"That's not possible, you are lying to me so I can't trust you, you also want me dead, everyone wants me dead. I cannot trust anybody," she murmured, her fear increasing drastically.
In a twinkle of an eye, she fled. Running out of the building like she had just heard the trumpet of rapture without being taken.
I stood there unable to stop her, the fear in her eyes was something I was scared to deal with, but immediately she left my eyesight, I knew I made a disastrous mistake, the pain and injuries I had forgotten about returned, and the same way, my powers vanished.
"But why? Does this mean my powers and well-being are chained to her?"
Startled, I watched blankly, confused about what went wrong, I held my belly as the sharp pain continuously hit me reminding me of my tragic fall.
I collapsed to the ground, trying to bring together the memories of what happened in the last few hours with the young lady.
"I can bet I felt no pain when I was around her. And also, I got my powers back." I whispered to myself groaning in pain.
"She is my only access to unlocking my supernatural powers," I concluded, frustrated.
Trying to combat my pain, I picked up some abandoned pieces of fabric, put them on, and hurriedly went in search of her, even without knowing where to launch into first.
"She's my only hope to survive in this world," I murmured, dragging myself up.
Days and nights I pulled myself around in search of her, and the only thing I was rewarded with were the compliments, stares, and giggles from beautiful ladies and weird men. Unlike before, I felt like I existed.
With the help of the newspaper I mysteriously found lying around in the open city, I discovered who she was.
Popular Aurora Gemma is the billionaire C.E.O of Auroras Voice, a newspaper company, and an orphan. But no information regarding her location.
I smiled shamelessly that I had at least achieved something, I now knew her name.
"Gemma," I called out happily.
I took a step to continue my search when I realized I was becoming too weak to move.
Disappointed with how weak I got without finding Gemma, my knees got shaky, and I crumpled to the ground, too feeble to stand.
Looking up, I saw the shadow figure of a lady walking closer to me, and as she walked into the light, It was Gemma.
"Gemma?" I slowly called, unable to contain my joy.
"I need you beside me, Gemma," I blurted out and motioned her to come closer.
She bent down until I could reach her, and I immediately cupped her face into my large hands.
Holding Gemma's face, my condition immediately went back to normal, I became strong again and my powers came back.
Feeling energetic, I puffed out a sigh of relief that the pain was finally over.
I stood up from the ground and looked at Gemma. I could tell she was still confused about the whole situation, so I proceeded to explain.
"I know there's a lot to take in about what is currently happening around you, but I promise I will explain everything to you. I'm truly an angel so I can't hurt you or anyone else, I am not among those who want you dead, so please don't run away from me again," I quickly started trying to assure her, before she fled away from me again.
"What is your name?" she calmly asked, looking at me.
"Chamuel," I replied, smiling.
"Chamuel, I am more confused about what you are wearing, you were better off naked than putting on rags," Gemma blunted out unexpectedly.
Remembering she saw me naked; I covered my face in embarrassment, looking down at what I was wearing, I realized I was indeed looking terrible.
"I was in a hurry to find you so I put on whatever I saw," I confessed sheepishly.
"Come with me," she said coldly, walking away.
I quickly followed behind her, careful not to lose sight of her again.
We walked into a mansion, the beautiful surroundings and perfect structure reminding me of heaven, it was 2% like where I came from.
She motioned me to sit down in the sitting room, and after a few calls, different styles of clothes were displayed in front of me, picking up something random. I was directed to a room to change into them.
GEMMA'S POV
I watched him walk to the room he was directed into, but I couldn't help but wonder if truly angels exist in this world and what it has to do with me.
"I will ask questions of all I'm confused about when he comes out," I concluded within me, as I sat down relentlessly.
A few minutes that felt like hours later, he walked out of the room looking unreal, his sliver long hair fell on his broad shoulder and his gold eyes showed brightly under the chandelier, his skin was white and spotless and now all the dirt was off his body, he was violating the rules of beauty.
"Isn't it a crime for someone to be this beautiful?" I said under my breath
I shut my eyes and waggle my head heatedly, avoiding his gaze.
"Hm...what do I call you?" I asked, unsure.
"Say my name," he replied, staring at me.
"Oh...okay, Chamuel, can I please get an explanation of everything that is going on? It's just that you suddenly showing up claiming to be an angel and searching for me is making me insane," I inquired, staring back at him with seriousness.
"I was cursed and banished away from heaven," he said and scoffed.
"Hm," I replied, motioning him to keep talking.
"When I crashed down on earth, my sense of feeling was awakened, I felt every bit of the pain, but I realized I was still invisible to humans. I had several pains I didn't understand and I felt ignored and disowned. I then walked into a building when my sense of smell was awakened so I traced the smell of blood and saw you in danger, when I realized you could see me, I was kind of happy, and then when I died trying to save you, I thought it was over. Then my powers came back," Chamuel explained, his hands on his chin and his eyes on me.
"And you think it has something to do with me?" I asked to be sure.
"There's only one way to find out," he replied with a serious face.
"Which is?" I retorted, alarmed.
"A visit to my biggest enemy. The devil," Chamuel announced.
