MY HOT BILLIONAIRE

Author: : Aurorae25
Genre: Billionaires
Handsome, having it all, and being loved by women made the life of this young billionaire seem perfect. At first, Edward's life went as expected, as it should. Until one day, he accidentally met and had a one-night stand with a virgin named Chloe Hazel. Edward intended to take responsibility, but Chloe outrightly rejected it. Among all the women, Chloe was the only one who dared to refuse and leave it alone. Who exactly is Chloe, and what made her hate Edward so much? Can Edward conquer women's hearts and change hate into love?

Chapter 1 MHB 1

"I swear! You're still a virgin. Are you deliberately trying to trap me?" Edward grumbled in annoyance at a woman lying beneath him.

"I beg you, please, let's finish this. Don't torture me by playing this game. You'll only make me feel ashamed." The woman looked at Edward with hazy eyes, her desire still evident.

"Chloe, you're completely crazy! I can't go on with this game. Right from the start, we both made a mistake!" The next moment, the man hastily intended to get off the woman named Chloe.

Edward has been known as a man who likes to change partners frequently. After all, who wouldn't want to be a dating companion of Sebastian Edwardo Martin? He's a wealthy aristocrat, the sole heir of Quantum Corporation. Whatever he does always becomes the center of attention for the general public.

However, among the many women he's dated, there hasn't been a single one he took to bed. He also has a principle never to sleep with any woman unless they are husband and wife. But for some reason tonight, Edward was foolish enough to be tempted and daring enough to take a woman to his bed. And now he just found out that the woman is still a virgin. His sense of guilt has grown even stronger.

"If you don't want to finish it, let me take the lead. Don't keep rejecting me like this." Chloe whispered with a voice so sensual and seductive. The strong scent of alcohol emanated from her beautiful lips.

Then unexpectedly, she forcefully pulled his body, holding him tightly. And somehow, Edward's position was now underneath her.

He had lost count of how many times he took deep breaths. Everything was done in an attempt to control himself, but instead, he found himself becoming frustrated. Why was he suddenly so weak in the face of a woman? Has Edward truly been tempted?

"We should stop. You're heavily intoxicated, Chloe. I won't be responsible when you regret this later when you're sober---"

"Shh..." Chloe hissed, quickly interrupting Edward's statement. "You're really strange. Why have you been talking so much? Please be quiet and just enjoy what I'm doing. Besides, I'm giving it to you for free. So, you won't lose anything, right?"

"But, Chloe---"

The woman ignored Edward's words and chose to continue her actions, planting a series of kisses all over Edward's body. Then she moved gently and seductively, fulfilling all the desires that were previously put on hold.

Meanwhile, Edward could only surrender to being Chloe's plaything. A game that would later turn both of their lives upside down.

***

A few hours earlier.

Edward was at one of the most famous nightclubs in the United Kingdom. Tonight, he was enjoying a bachelor party thrown by his friend Marvin, who was getting married in two days. They spent most of their time drinking and having fun. Edward himself had lost count of how many glasses of vodka he had already consumed tonight.

As the night grew late, Edward, feeling the heaviness in his head, decided to head back to the hotel. He thought it could be dangerous to keep getting lost in the party.

Just as he was about to walk past the bar, a beautiful woman accidentally bumped into him, spilling her drink on his clothes. Edward wanted to get angry, but seeing the woman was heavily intoxicated, he restrained himself and chose to ignore the incident.

However, as he tried to continue walking, the drunk woman suddenly hugged him tightly.

"Don't leave me. Please, don't leave me," she pleaded, still holding onto Edward's body.

Confused, Edward tried to loosen the hug a moment later and then cautiously patted her cheek before asking, "Miss, what's your name? You should go home now. You're quite a mess."

The woman raised her face, trying to focus on Edward. "Call me Chloe. Please, take me home. I beg you," she said with sad eyes.

Feeling sorry for her, Edward agreed to take Chloe home. But during the journey, Chloe kept babbling and didn't provide any information about her address. With the night getting later, Edward decided to take her to the hotel where he was staying, thinking he could ask for her address once she sobered up.

When they arrived at the Four Seasons Hotel, Edward immediately assisted Chloe and took her to his room. After laying her down on the bed, Edward intended to take a shower. However, before he could turn around, Chloe suddenly grabbed his wrist, causing him to fall and end up on top of her.

"Don't leave me," Chloe mumbled. The strong smell of alcohol coming from her breath. Half-conscious, Edward tried to get up, but she held onto him tightly, hugging him firmly.

"Miss, you're drunk. You should rest," Edward kept trying to free himself.

Chloe shook her head weakly. "No, you can't leave me. Please, I feel so hot right now." Without any warning, Chloe pulled Edward's face close and forcefully kissed him, demanding his attention. Her hands even fumbled with his shirt buttons.

"Stop this. We don't even know each other," Edward rebuked after managing to pull away.

With a dreamy look, Chloe smiled. "Just one night. One night stand, I promise you."

Edward shook his head. "No, I can't. Honestly, we hardly know each other."

Chloe's face reddened, showing her agitation. The next moment, she gently took Edward's fingers in her hand.

"You don't need to know each other to do this. Please, help me, I'm really feeling hot right now."

Edward fell silent for a moment, weighing whether he should comply with the woman's request. He didn't know Chloe at all. Usually, Edward always made sure of the background of the women he dated. He never picked just anyone. Even taking a woman to his bed was something he never did. So, what should he do now?

"Oh, come on," Chloe teased again.

Before Edward could respond, Chloe pulled him back down onto the bed. With one move, she even managed to unbutton his shirt. A moment later, they continued to kiss, and eventually, Edward was tempted and did what they both should never have done.

Four Seasons Hotel.

78-82 Renshaw St, Liverpool L1 4EN, United Kingdom.

Edward woke up from his sleep while massaging his heavy head. When he opened his eyes fully, he was surprised to find a beautiful woman sleeping soundly in his embrace.

Edward closed his eyes again, trying to piece together the fragments of memories from last night. What made him end up with a woman this morning?

"Darn it, you're still a virgin! We can't continue this game."

"You talk too much. Just stay quiet and enjoy what I'm doing. You won't lose anything."

Edward's head throbbed even more. He started to remember what happened to him last night.

Oh God.

Edward gently touched his forehead.

Last night, you slept with a virgin, Sebastian Eduardo.

He lowered his gaze, peeking at something under the covers wrapping him.

You didn't even use protection last night.

Oh my.

What if this woman has AIDS?

Or if she ends up pregnant, are you sure you want to have a child at such a young age?

What would your parents say? You would clearly bring shame to the family's name.

Edward kept cursing in his mind.

Wait a minute,

As far as I remember, I refused this woman's advances last night. But she kept insisting. Does that mean she took advantage of me?

Yeah, that's right.

Edward nodded confidently. "She seduced me. So, she should take responsibility."

As he struggled with his inner thoughts, Edward noticed the woman in his embrace moving slightly. He clearly saw her long, fluttering eyelashes opening slowly. Edward and Chloe locked eyes, both gazing into each other's hazel eyes for a while. Eventually, Chloe decided to release the embrace and scoot down from the bed.

In Edward's eyes, he could see Chloe's innocent body, now dressed in her clothes, gracefully picking up her scattered garments from the floor. Without a word, she put on her dress, tidied her hair and makeup, and prepared to leave.

"It seems I got heavily drunk last night," Chloe said with a faint smile. "Thank you for bringing me here. I'm sorry for causing you trouble." Chloe spoke nonchalantly and walked towards the exit.

"Wait a minute!" Edward stopped her.

Chloe turned around and looked at Edward questioningly. "What's wrong?"

"You didn't even tell me your name beforehand," Edward said.

"It's not important who I am," Chloe replied shortly.

Edward was taken aback. "After what happened last night, you just want to leave like that?"

Chloe raised an eyebrow. "What else do you want?"

"What else?" Edward was surprised by Chloe's completely calm expression. "Aren't you asking for something from me? Like taking responsibility? In case you forgot, I took your virginity. Yes, even though you forced me into it. So, this isn't entirely my fault, but---"

"Stop!" Chloe interrupted after hearing Edward's long rant. "Forget about last night. You don't need to take responsibility."

"Are you really not asking for anything, like money or something else?" Edward double-checked.

"I'm not a prostitute who expects payment after sex," Chloe retorted, looking deep into Edward's eyes. "If there's nothing else to discuss, I must leave now. Thanks again for the steamy night you provided." Chloe smirked mockingly and left Edward.

On the bed, Edward snorted. "Seriously, after giving away her virginity like that, she leaves without any burden?" Edward shook his head in disbelief.

In this world, even all women were captivated by his charisma. Who wouldn't want to be the lover or dating companion of a young master from the Martin family? And that woman, she clearly rejected him and even stated that she wasn't interested.

"Damn!" Edward cursed. "I have to find out who that woman really is."

Edward then slid down from the bed and reached for his phone on the nightstand. He dialed someone he believed could help him find out who the woman was, the one he slept with last night.

"Hello, Hans. I need your help. There's something important you need to do," a sharp grin appeared on Edward's face.

Chapter 2 MHB 2

Nicholas Frost, Edward's personal assistant, looked alert as he saw his boss walking down the Quantum building corridor towards his office. Edward had returned from Indonesia a few months ago and decided to resume leading the Martin family's construction and mining company in London. Although he hadn't officially become the CEO, he was already busy with various complex tasks that needed to be completed.

Luckily, Edward had a capable assistant like Nicholas. Besides being intelligent, Nicholas was also highly loyal. He had made countless sacrifices to help advance the company's progress.

"Finally, you're here," greeted Nicholas as Edward stood in front of his office. "Mr. Hans has been waiting for you inside for nearly 30 minutes," he continued.

"Good Lord!" Edward whispered. "I forgot about my appointment with him this morning." He quickly entered the office and approached Hans, who was sitting on the sofa. The big-bodied man looked annoyed after waiting for him for so long.

"No wonder Mr. Alexander is reluctant to appoint you as the CEO," Hans said as he saw Edward settling down on the sofa. "You really don't value time, Ed," he added.

Rather than getting offended or angry, Edward laughed. He knew that Kenzi Osborn's personal bodyguard was genuinely irritated because of his forgetfulness about their appointment.

"I apologize, Hans. It was truly unintentional. I had too much on my mind and completely forgot about our meeting this morning," Edward sincerely apologized.

Hans shrugged. "Forget it. Let's get straight to the point now. What did you call me for? You know I have plenty of work to do. Not to mention the tasks from Kaivan are not easy to handle."

Edward understood exactly what Hans meant. He was Kaivan's right-hand man, just like Kenzi or Kenzi Osborn. Both of them often relied on Hans's ability to solve various problems. Due to his expertise, Edward was now interested in seeking help from the big man. Who knows, after this, the problems he faced might be resolved.

"I want you to investigate a woman named Chloe," Edward replied.

Hans furrowed his brow, staring at Edward as if demanding more explanation.

"Chloe? Is she your latest prey?" Hans asked casually. He spoke without any burden. "You're speaking as if I'm a womanizer, Hans," Edward felt offended.

"Everyone knows who you are, Sebastian Eduardo. So, which artist or model are you dating this time?" Hans retorted nonchalantly. It was no secret that Edward always dated actresses, models, or socialites from the same social class.

"I don't know. I think this woman is not an artist or a model. I'm just curious. Not... not..." Edward shook his head multiple times before continuing his sentence. "I'm not just curious; I really want to know who this woman really is."

Hearing this, Hans became even more puzzled. "Can't you tell the story clearly? How am I supposed to help you if you give me half-baked information like this?"

"The story is quite long, Hans," Edward sighed softly. He seemed reluctant to share the whole story with Hans.

"As long as a memory lane? I'm even ready to listen to it for you," Hans replied, undeterred.

Edward took a deep breath and changed his sitting position from leaning to sitting upright. He then focused his gaze on Hans.

"Well, a few days ago, I met a woman in Liverpool. All I know is her name is Chloe. I have no idea about her family background. Long story short, we had a one night stand. Unfortunately, she turned out to be a virgin. It's not my fault. She was heavily drunk, and even then, she seemed aggressive and took the lead in the act. For a virgin, she was quite skilled. I even felt like I was being raped, Hans."

"Uhukk..." Nicholas, who was standing not far from Edward, looked surprised and even coughed upon hearing his boss's story.

"For real, Ed!" Hans exclaimed. "There's no such thing as a woman raping a man. Especially if the man is you, a playboy." Hans shook his head.

"Good Lord, I'm telling the truth, Hans. I tried to stop her madness, but she didn't care. I could only submit to her control. Luckily, she's very beautiful."

Hans just chuckled and looked at Edward with a scrutinizing gaze. He was somewhat similar to Kaivan, claiming to be a playboy but never bringing women to his bed. Even more so for Edward, as a nobleman, he was very selective in choosing his dating partners. But after hearing Edward's recent confession, Hans became curious about who this Chloe really was. To make Edward surrender and break his own commitment.

"So, what's the problem? Is she pregnant? Asking for your responsibility? Setting you up? Or what?" Hans bombarded him without pause.

Edward sighed, preparing to answer. "Let alone asking for responsibility. I even offered her money, but she flat out refused it. She clearly stated that she's not interested in me at all. Can you imagine how I feel, huh?"

Instead of showing sympathy, Nicholas and Hans burst into laughter together. It seemed like Edward had lost his self-esteem. He was used to being adored by women, but this time he was not even noticed. It was truly a blow to his status as a handsome and wealthy man.

"I'm sorry, Ed. You must feel like you have no value. Imagine a woman who's not interested in the most handsome man in this country. Doesn't that sound ironic?" Hans teased openly.

Edward exhaled a long breath. He was truly frustrated now. Moreover, Hans and Nicholas were not helping but busy laughing at him.

"Oh, come on. I called you here for your help, Hans. Can't you be professional now?"

Hans stopped laughing, his face turning serious. "Alright... alright, forgive me. Now, I ask again, do you have a picture of her? I'll track her down today."

Edward shook his head in response. He didn't even have a picture, let alone her full name. Their encounter was very brief yesterday.

"So, you don't have a picture? Then how am I supposed to find her? I'm not a psychic who can guess, Ed."

Edward sighed softly. "I stayed at Kaivan's hotel in Liverpool yesterday. You can ask the hotel to show CCTV footage. Her face should be clearly visible there."

"Good Lord, you're crazy!" Hans exclaimed. "It's like you're asking me to work extra."

Edward responded to Hans's remark. "Come on, Hans. I know I can rely on you. You've unraveled mafia networks before. Now, I need you to find information about this woman. It's not much compared to your expertise. Don't worry; I'll pay you right away. Just name your price."

Everyone knew who Hans was and what his abilities were. He had been an elite force in the army unit for years before becoming Kenzi Osborn's most loyal bodyguard. He was skilled at tracking and uncovering secrets with ease. Somehow, Hans met Ferdy Osborn, Kenzi's father, and eventually became the most faithful protector of the Osborn family.

Hans leaned forward. "Okay, deal. Give me a maximum of 2x24 hours to find all the information. I'll contact you

Alexander Edgar Martin was enjoying green tea in the CEO's office. Today, he deliberately visited Edward because there was an important matter he wanted to discuss. Accompanied by his bodyguard, he waited calmly while reading a thick book he had brought along.

"Why did you suddenly visit me, Dad?" Edward asked as he entered his office.

Alexander lowered his reading glasses, closed the book he was holding, and looked at Edward, who was now seated in front of him.

"In the near future, I will hold a general shareholders' meeting. There, I will also announce the transfer of the CEO position. And the next step is to announce to the public who the newest CEO of Quantum will be."

Edward gazed closely at his father's face without saying a word. Alexander still looked healthy and fit at the age of fifty. Apart from maintaining a healthy diet, he regularly exercised. However, that was not what was on Edward's mind. When he thought about it again, Alexander was still capable of leading Quantum for another five or even ten years. So, why should Edward rush to replace him?

"I'm asking you to find a potential wife soon, Ed. One of the requirements to be a CEO is for the man to have a companion. If you can't find one yourself, don't blame me for arranging a match for you."

Edward was taken aback by his father's threat. "Why does it have to be this soon? I'm only 30 years old. Isn't it too young to get married at this age?"

Alexander narrowed his eyes. "Then at what age do you want to get married? 40? 50? Or perhaps you're not even marriage material? Just pretending to be a playboy?"

Hearing the mockery coming from his own father, Edward sighed in exasperation. "Good Lord, what kind of father insults his own child like this? You should be proud to have a son as handsome as me, Mr. Alexander."

"Tsk, handsome but not marriage material, it's still useless. What's there to be proud of?" Alexander sneered.

"Oh, my God!" Edward shook his head in disbelief. "You're really insulting me, Dad."

"I don't care, Ed. You must find a potential wife by your mother's birthday party. I'll give you one month. If within that time, you still haven't brought me a prospective daughter-in-law, be prepared to accept whatever decision I make." Alexander was serious this time. He felt he could no longer postpone the transfer of the CEO position.

Meanwhile, Edward remained composed and looked at his father with an incredulous expression. Despite often speaking harsh words, Edward respected Alexander deeply. He had always been his role model and guide in making important decisions. No matter how harshly the old man spoke, Edward was never offended.

"I will try my best. Just pray that when I return, your handsome son will have found a good woman on the side of the road and will be willing to be a potential wife," Edward replied half-heartedly.

Alexander shrugged dramatically. "It's okay. You know, even though we come from a noble lineage, I'm not a picky man. Even if you pick up a woman from the side of the road, it's up to you. You're an adult, Ed. You can differentiate who's good for you and who's not."

Edward swallowed his saliva. Alexander's response had hit him hard. He was well aware that one of the requirements to be a CEO at Quantum was to be married. Of course, his father was concerned. How could he pass on the CEO position to Edward if he was still single until now?

Being too immersed in playing around, he considered marriage not essential. Until he didn't realize that he was no longer young. And now, he was getting into trouble.

Could Edward find a potential wife that met the criteria within a month? Shouldn't that be possible for someone of his Playboy stature?

Ah, suddenly he felt sorry for Richard now. The man was in the same situation as him. Having to find a companion within a month.

No, this wasn't just sorry. It was clearly Edward's karma. Because in the past, he and Kenzi provoked Aunt Cassandra to pressurize Richard to find a potential wife. Now, he felt déjà vu with what he had done in the past.

Chapter 3 MHB 3

Edward quickly walked when he heard the doorbell in his apartment ringing repeatedly. Still in his pajamas, he casually opened the door and found a man standing there with an annoyed expression.

"Don't tell me you just woke up?" he asked, investigating. "What time are we leaving? You're the one who asked all of us to be there," the man grumbled.

Instead of feeling guilty, Edward laughed.

"Oh, Rich. Why are you always so easily irritated? I thought after getting married, your temper would go away. But it's still the same," Edward teased.

Richard rolled his eyes in exasperation. His patience had run out.

"Stop talking. Hurry up and take a shower! I'll be waiting for you in the lobby," Richard said and left without waiting for his friend to respond.

Edward and Richard were actually neighbors. Both of them chose the One Hyde Park Penthouse as their residence several years ago. Edward had his reasons for choosing that place. Besides its premium location, the penthouse had fantastic facilities. Equipped with bulletproof glass, secret rooms, and 24-hour security guarded by the specially trained personnel of the British Special Forces, it was the best choice for him, being the son of a conglomerate.

For those who don't know, Sebastian Edwardo Martin was a 30-year-old man of Scottish descent. He had a tall and lean physique, hazel eyes, and a strong jawline. His outgoing and humble personality made Edward easily attract attention from many people. However, due to his commitment-free philosophy and aversion to the idea of being tied down, Edward had not been in a serious relationship with any woman. This made it difficult for him to fulfill his father Alexander's request to get married soon.

Frustrated by his father's demand, Edward decided to meet up with his friends to exchange ideas. Now, he was preparing to meet Richard in the lobby of their apartment to go together to English Shooting International. Today, they planned to spend time doing shooting sports.

"I thought you were going to invite Kimberly," Edward began the conversation as they were on their way to the shooting range.

"She left early in the morning with Mama. I was even told to come home late at night so she could spend quality time with her grandchild and daughter-in-law," Richard replied.

While driving, Edward laughed, imagining that his mother would do the same if he got married and had a child.

"Why don't you just stay at your parents' house? It would save you the hassle of picking them up like this," Edward suggested.

"Oh, come on. We live in the same city. Our residences are not far from each other," Richard retorted.

Edward smirked. "You ungrateful child. You should have some empathy for Uncle Rob and Auntie Cassandra. They must be so happy in their old age, getting visits from their child, daughter-in-law, and grandchild. Besides, it's rare for all of you to gather like this, right?"

Hearing Edward's blunt remark, Richard immediately turned and gave him a disgruntled look.

"We should stop at the supermarket ahead," Richard pointed out.

"Do you need to buy something?" Edward significantly reduced the speed of the car, preparing to park at one of the big supermarkets they were passing.

"Of course," Richard nodded confidently. "I intend to buy you a mirror so you can reflect on yourself. How can you tell me to go home while you never visit your own parents?"

"You little...!" Edward cursed loudly. His sarcasm was met with a strong retort from Richard. While Edward grumbled in annoyance, the man next to him chuckled in satisfaction.

"I'll get back at you, Rich," Edward muttered.

Richard didn't care and continued to laugh as they finally arrived at their destination. There, Kenzi and Kaivan were busy choosing weapons for the shooting session.

"Why did you take so long? We've been waiting for an hour," Kaivan complained.

"I even had two cups of coffee because I was tired of waiting for you guys," Kenzi, who stood beside Kaivan, added.

Upon hearing their friends' complaints, Richard immediately defended himself. He pointed his index finger directly at Edward.

"It's his fault. You should know that he didn't even take a shower when I knocked on his apartment door."

As usual, Edward could only grin and laugh. Among the four of them, he was notorious for being the one who liked to be late.

"Apologies, everyone. As a way to make up for it, I'll pay for the court rental and treat you all to lunch at Chiltern Firehouse, how about that?" Edward suggested.

Kenzi nodded in agreement. "Alright, your mistake is forgiven this time. Quickly choose your weapons."

Edward and Richard immediately headed to the weapon storage room, selecting which firearms they would use for this practice. They all had enjoyed shooting as a sport since their university days, especially Kenzi and Kaivan. Both of them were most skilled in using various types of firearms, from short-barreled to long-barreled ones.

For this practice session, Kenzi, Edward, and Richard all chose the same Glock Meyer 22 pistol, made in Austria. Meanwhile, Kaivan chose the long-barreled H&K MP5, produced in Germany.

They spent over two hours having fun. Kaivan and Edward seemed to be the most enthusiastic about competing against each other.

"I give up..." Edward shouted, raising both hands.

Kaivan turned to him and smiled contentedly. While Edward approached Kenzi and Richard, who were already sitting in the waiting area, Kaivan decided to rinse off the sweat from his body.

"You two are crazy!" Kenzi shook his head, watching Edward and Kaivan having so much fun they lost track of time.

"It's fun, Ken. I felt like I was fighting against the mafia," Edward grinned.

"You should be Kaivan's little brother, so you can directly face the mafia. Your behavior is just the same," Richard, who was sitting right next to Kenzi, joined the conversation. But what he said was true. Edward was more suitable to be Kaivan's little brother. They had similar personalities, hobbies, and traits.

"I won't!" Kaivan, who had just returned from the restroom, immediately interrupted Richard's comment. "I'd go crazy if I had a brother who talks as much as him," Kaivan pointed to Edward, who was leisurely sipping cola in his hand.

"Oh, come on. I'm sweating right now. I'll put on my shirt once I dry off," Kaivan defended himself.

"Oh my God, is that a body or a street wall? Why are there so many tattoos there?" Edward shook his head, looking at the row of tattoos on Kaivan's body. The man loved getting tattoos.

"If I were Aunt Luna, I might have scratched your name off the family tree card, Kaivan. Your appearance is truly like that of a thug." Once again, Edward sneered. It was true, he would go crazy if he had a talkative brother like Edward.

Not wanting to waste more time, Richard interrupted the banter between Edward and Kaivan. They then rushed to the car to have lunch at Chiltern Firehouse, a famous restaurant favored by all Londoners.

"So, what should we talk about here?" Kaivan asked when they were already at the restaurant, waiting for their food to be served.

Edward's mind was filled with conflicting thoughts about Chloe. On one hand, he felt frustrated and used after their encounter, but on the other hand, he couldn't help but be intrigued by her mysterious background and the fact that she was the only child of the wealthy Arley family. He wondered why someone from such a privileged background would end up in an orphanage and how she became the way she was.

As Edward dwelled on these thoughts, he realized that he couldn't just ignore what had happened. He needed to face the consequences of his actions and find a way to resolve the situation. Maybe, just maybe, he could turn this encounter into something positive and meaningful.

The next day, Edward decided to meet Chloe in person. He wanted to talk to her, understand her better, and see if there was any possibility of building a meaningful connection with her. It was a bold move, considering their initial encounter, but he felt that he needed to take responsibility for his actions and try to make amends.

He asked Hans to arrange a meeting with Chloe, and surprisingly, she agreed to meet him. They met at a café in a quiet corner of the city, away from prying eyes and the hustle and bustle of their busy lives.

As Edward looked into Chloe's eyes, he could sense a mix of vulnerability and strength in her. They began to talk, opening up to each other about their lives, dreams, and fears. Edward learned about Chloe's difficult past, how she had grown up in an orphanage and was later adopted by the Arley family. She spoke of her struggles with the expectations that came with being part of a wealthy family and the pressure to conform to societal norms.

As Chloe shared her story, Edward couldn't help but feel a deep sense of empathy for her. He realized that she was more than just a "Playgirl" as labeled by others. She was a complex individual with her own struggles and vulnerabilities.

Throughout the conversation, Edward found himself drawn to Chloe's resilience and authenticity. He admired her for being true to herself, even in the face of societal pressure. Slowly, he began to see beyond their initial encounter and realize that there was more to her than he had initially assumed.

As the day turned into night, Edward and Chloe continued to talk, and an unexpected connection began to form between them. They laughed, shared stories, and found comfort in each other's presence. It was as if fate had brought them together for a reason.

In the days that followed, Edward and Chloe spent more time together, getting to know each other on a deeper level. Edward discovered that behind her tough exterior, Chloe was a compassionate and caring person. And as for Chloe, she saw a different side of Edward – one that was not just the carefree playboy, but a man with genuine emotions and a desire to find meaning in his life.

As they continued to spend time together, their bond grew stronger, and Edward found himself falling for Chloe. He realized that he no longer wanted to be the person he used to be – the one who avoided commitment and dismissed the idea of love. He wanted to change and embrace the possibility of a meaningful relationship.

One day, Edward mustered up the courage to tell Chloe how he felt. He confessed that he had fallen for her and that he wanted to be with her, not just as a fling, but as someone who could offer her love, support, and a future together.

To his surprise, Chloe didn't push him away or reject his feelings. Instead, she admitted that she, too, had developed feelings for him and that she was scared to get hurt. But she was willing to take a chance and see where their connection could lead.

And so, Edward and Chloe began a new chapter in their lives together. They navigated the challenges that came with their different backgrounds and learned to embrace each other's strengths and vulnerabilities. Edward was no longer the commitment-phobic playboy, and Chloe was more than just a "Playgirl." They were two individuals who found solace in each other's company and were determined to make their relationship work.

As time passed, Edward's father, who initially set the ultimatum for him to find a wife, noticed the change in his son. He saw how Edward had matured, how he had found purpose and meaning in his life, and how his relationship with Chloe had transformed him.

One day, Edward's father called him for a private conversation. He told Edward that he was proud of the man he had become and that he could see how much Chloe meant to him. He acknowledged that sometimes love doesn't follow strict rules and societal norms, and he was willing to let go of his insistence on Edward marrying within a certain time frame.

Edward felt a weight lift off his shoulders, knowing that he no longer had to rush into a marriage for the sake of the company. He thanked his father for understanding and promised that he would continue to work hard for the family business, even if he didn't become the CEO immediately.

As Edward and Chloe's relationship deepened, they faced both joys and challenges together. They supported each other through thick and thin, and their love grew stronger with every passing day.

And so, the playboy who once avoided commitment and the girl labeled as a "Playgirl" found love in each other's arms, proving that sometimes, love comes in unexpected ways, and the right person can change everything. They showed the world that love is not bound by societal expectations or the labels imposed upon them, but rather, it is a beautiful journey of two souls finding solace in each other's hearts.
