Author's point of view
It was late at night and club 020 was crowded with lots of people at the bar and on the dance floor. Daniel was at the counter pouring beer into different glasses. He was a handsome young man in his mid-20s.
With his great efforts and hard work, he managed to go through business school and graduate with the best grades, but due to his poor family background and the cruel people of this world, he has been in search of a job for the past year. He applied for a job at many companies but was rejected countless times.
He felt like he wasn't good enough, so he gave up on having the perfect job and was ready to settle for less. He finally got a job at this club, and today was his first day on the job.
He carried a couple of drinks on a tray and walked up to a table. He served the drinks to some customers before walking back to the counter with his tray. He kept the tray on the table and started cleaning the table with a cloth when a muscular man walked up to the counter with a lady who was putting on a lot of makeup. She wore a very short dress, revealing her white legs, and there was a huge hole in the front, revealing the middle of her chest and the corner of her two big boobs, and she was chewing gum like a professional whore.
They sat on the chairs in front of the counter and rested their hands on the table in front of Daniel.
The man turned to face her, and a smirk formed across his face as he stared at her boobs and then at her face, admiring his prey for the night while she looked at him with seductive eyes.
Daniel suddenly placed two glasses with ice cubes in front of them. "May I have your order?" he asked in a polite tone, and they turned to look at him at the same time.
"Oh my... hello handsome" The lady muttered in a sexy tone and started making seductive eyes at him. She rested her two hands on the table and turned to face him, showing him her exposed boobs, and he quickly avoided looking at her boobs.
"Oh no, not again." He cursed under his breath as he turned his gaze to the man. He'd gotten the same reaction from several ladies in one night.
The man's expression darkened as he looked back at him, sending a weird shiver down Daniel's spine.
"Give me a glass of water." He ordered in a deep tone.
"On it," Daniel replied and looked back to the lady, about to ask for her order, but she winked at him and licked her lips seductively. He turned his gaze back to the man and said, in a nervous tone.
"Water, coming right up." before turning around to look for water.
He walked back to them with a bottle of water and filled up his glass, "Your water, sir." He said and was about to leave when the man picked up the glass of water and smashed it on the floor before jumping down from the chair, attracting everyone's attention.
"Who the hell asked for water? How dare you serve me water? Do I look like I came here to drink water? This is a bar for fuck's sake!" He yelled in an angry tone.
"But you..." Daniel paused for a moment. He was lost for words because he understood what he was trying to do. He looked at the lady who tucked her hair behind her ear and turned in the opposite direction, pretending she didn't know what was happening.
"Who asked you for water, huh? I clearly asked for a glass of whiskey. Do I look like a fool to you?!?" He yelled again, banging the table.
"I'm so sorry, sir. I'll get you a glass of whiskey." He said and was about to pick up another glass from the table, but the man quickly pushed the rest of the glass to the ground, burning with rage, and he moved away from the table stunned.
"Where the hell is your manager?... I hate your face; call me the manager, right now!" he yelled, pointing a finger at him, and the manager suddenly ran up to the counter out of nowhere.
"We are so sorry, sir. Please calm down... I'm his manager. It's just his first day of work and he doesn't know how to handle customers. I will deal with him. Please don't be mad. " He said, pleading with him.
"Get him out of here; I don't wanna see his face." He said, glaring at Daniel as he pointed a finger at him. Daniel rolled his hand into a tight fist as he glared at the lady, and their eyes met.
"I'm really sorry. Please don't be mad. I'll get rid of him soon." He replied with folded hands, and the lady got down from the chair and held onto his arm.
"Please stop creating a scene. Let's go." She said in a hushed tone, with her head down.
The manager picked up a bottle of red wine and extended it toward them, "Please accept this as a token of my apology." He said, and the man snatched it from him before glaring back at Daniel.
"Come on." The lady said, pulling his arm, and they both walked away while everyone else looked away, minding their business.
The manager turned to look at Daniel and said, in a harsh tone, "You better clean up this mess." before walking away from him.
He let out a heavy sigh and shook his head, "I guess working here was a bad idea after all." He muttered before walking toward the broomstick.
He walked around the table with the broomstick and parker, and he started sweeping the broken glass into the parker when the door suddenly burst open and Linda and her friends walked in majestically, grabbing everyone's attention.
Linda was wearing a short blue dress that was two meters above her knee, revealing her sexy legs. Her skin was as clear as crystal, she had an oval face shape and a cute smile with very attractive sky-blue eyes, and she had those great body curves a man could kill for. People wouldn't stop admiring her beauty. Some of the ladies hated her even at the very first glance. They were jealous of her beauty, while the men were wondering how one could be this beautiful.
She flipped her hair backward as they walked closer to Daniel, flashing him her cute smile, which exposed her white teeth, and he felt like he was about to melt.
"Waiter!" someone called from the counter, jolting him out of his trance, and he turned his gaze to the couple sitting at the other end of the counter.
"I'll be right there in a minute." He replied before sweeping the broken glasses into the parker as fast as he could.
He served the couples the drink and was arranging another set of glasses on the table when one of the ladies from earlier walked up to him.
"Hey there, handsome." She said seductively as she rested her hand on the table.
"Gosh, here we go again." He muttered to himself before walking up to her. He stood in front of her with a straight face. "How may I help you, ma'am?" He asked.
"Oh please... Don't call me that... Call me Clara." She said in a sweet tone before winking at him.
"What would you like to order?" he inquired.
Clara rolled her eyes before adding, "Fine, I'll have the red alcoholic wine."
"Would you like a shot? Or the whole bottle?" he inquired with a straight face.
"Oh, I see he's playing hard to get, huh." Clara thought and tucked her hair behind her ear in a sexy way before responding, "I will take the whole bottle."
He turned to the bar and brought out a bottle of red wine before putting it on the table in front of her. "It's 150 dollars." He stated
"Tell me something, handsome, are you new here?" She asked and tried to touch his arm, but he moved his hand away.
"Can you just pay up, miss? I have other customers to attend to." He said, and she blew him a kiss in the air.
"Ok, fine." She said, reading his serious expression. She put her hand into her bag while looking at his face and drew a bunch of 50 dollars bills in front of him, and his jaw dropped.
She took the wine from the table, "Keep the change, I'll see you around." She said and blew him a kiss. She took three glasses from the table and winked at him before walking away.
"I guess this day wasn't that bad after all," he said as he took the money from the table and ran his hand through it, and a smile formed on the corner of his lips.
Meanwhile, Linda and her friend Gina were dancing on the dance floor. After dancing for a few minutes, they walked back to the long table, breathing hard and sweating profusely as they sat on the long chair in front of the table under the disco light.
"Where the hell is Clara? ... How long does it take to get a stupid bottle of wine?" Gina asked, pissed off, and Linda burst into a loud laughter, using one hand to close her mouth.
"You know how Clara is, Gina. Maybe she ran into a cute guy on her way again." Linda said with a cute laugh.
"She is such a flirt." Gina declared, with disgust written all over her face. Clara was one of Linda's friends who loved attention.
"That's Clara. She doesn't miss a chance to flirt with all the handsome dudes that come her way." Linda concluded, and suddenly spotted Clara walking through the crowd.
"Here she comes." She added, and Gina turned to look at her.
"Well, it's about time." Gina said as Clara set the wine and glasses on the table, with a smug smile on her face.
"What took you this long?" she inquired and snatched the wine from her.
Clara took her seat next to them before resting her hands on the table and said, "I am not sorry, it's totally worth it. I met a charming bartender."
"What did I say?" Linda asked, and Gina shook her head with one hand on her forehead.
"He is so tall, handsome, with sexy eyes and so muscular..." she said with dreamy eyes,
"And I could tell how huge his muscles were just by looking at his T-shirt." She added, and Gina turned to look at Linda.
"Is she okay?" she asked while trying to pop the cork.
"You literally say that about every handsome guy," Linda said, and she turned to look at her.
"Trust me babe, when I say he's one of a kind... You girls really have to see him." She said, and Gina started pouring wine into their glasses.
"That's enough, lover girl. Quit falling for a bartender. Let's drink up and party till dawn!" Linda declared as she picked up the glass of wine from the table before taking a long sip, and they also drank from their glasses.
They dropped their empty glasses on the table at the same time, "Let's party!" Linda yelled with her two hands in the air, "Yeah!" They replied before jumping off the chairs and walking back to the dance floor one after the other.
Linda Michael was a 23-year-old young lady who loved partying with her friends and enjoying her life to the fullest. She is from a very wealthy family and the only heir to her father's empire, but she never got the parental love and care she needed, which made her become a spoiled brat and an arrogant child.

It was very early the next day, but the sky was still dark, and the club was getting ready to close up. They stopped the music, and there were only a few people left at the club, lying around, including Linda and her friends, who were moving about in a drunken state.
Linda and Clara were very drunk, except Gina, who was a very strong drinker. She drank more alcohol than both of them, but she was a little more sober and aware of herself than they were. This was how it was every time they went to a party.
She took a bottle of water and poured every last drop of it on her face to help her sober up even more. She threw the bottle away and wiped her face before staggering toward her friends and starting to pull them out of the club. She helped them into the car before driving off to Linda's Mansion.
The huge gates were opened, and she drove recklessly into the beautiful mansion. The place was decorated with bright, colorful lights, illuminating everywhere. She parked roughly in front of the building before she got out of the car and dragged Linda from the back seat and supported her with her hand around her neck as they both staggered to the front door.
She pressed the doorbell, and after a few moments, the door was opened, and Gina's eyes widened in shock as she stared at who stood at the door: a terrifying-looking woman in all black. She looked elegant. Her presence was filled with so much power and a deadly aura, sending shivers down her spine.
"Mrs...Mrs... M-Michael." She stuttered, staring at her with great fear in her eyes. She was shocked and surprised to see her at the same time because Linda's parents had not been home for years. She lived alone in this big mansion with her maids.
"Oh my goodness...What the hell happened to her?" Mrs. Michael asked, staring at them from top to bottom. She sniffed them and quickly used her hand to cover her nose in disgust.
"W-we had a little to drink." She managed to speak, nervously.
"You call this a little to drink? How come you are not in the same state?" She inquired, and Gina slowly parted her lips to speak when Linda suddenly pushed her stepmother out of the way before staggering inside. She was walking toward the stairs in an unsteady manner while using things to support herself from falling.
"I-I'll get going now. Bye." Gina said and started walking back toward the car in a hurry to avoid Mrs. Michael's wrath.
She sat behind the wheel and started catching her breath. "She hasn't changed, not even a little." She muttered with one hand on her chest before looking at Clara who was sleeping peacefully in the back seat, through the rearview mirror.
Mrs. Michael closed the door and walked back into the sitting room to see her husband standing with an angry expression.
"Did you see that?!?" he asked, as his voice thundered across the room. "Did you see the state she was in?" He added, and Michael parted her lips to speak, but he walked out on her angrily.

At the club 020,
Daniel and his boss were the only ones left at the club. He finished cleaning and walked up to his manager, who sat behind a table in the corner of the bar, counting his money.
"Hey boss, I am done." He said, with a smug smile on his handsome face,
"Ok, here is your payment for the night... You can leave now." He said and gave him a hundred-dollar bill before he continued counting his money.
Daniel stared at the dollar with a confused expression and said, "Boss, but this is just a hundred-dollar bill." He said, looking down at him.
"Yes, I know that." He replied in a calm tone.
"But uh, this wasn't what we discussed." He said, with a puzzled expression, and his manager stood up to his feet, putting some money into his pocket before turning to look at him.
He rested one hand on Daniel's shoulder before saying, "You see, boy, I received a lot of complaints about you last night. And who is going to pay for the broken glasses and the drink I gave out as an apology, huh?" He raised a brow at him before a wide grin formed on his face.
"Did you honestly think I would? Hahaha," he asked, laughing, before he patted his shoulder and started walking away toward the exit. Daniel stared at him as he walked away, clenching his fist in a rage.
"Lock the door on your way out!" he yelled as he walked through the door.
He shook his head before turning his gaze away from the door. "At least I got a lot of tips." He said to himself with a smirk before walking back toward the counter.
Minutes later, the sun was already setting as he walked toward the bus stop when his phone started ringing. He took it out of his pocket and looked at the caller's ID. It was Maria calling.
He paused and let out a long sigh before putting the phone back into his pocket. He turned to the road and stopped a taxi before getting in, and the taxi drove off.
He walked into his small room and took off his shoes before falling onto his bed. "Ah..." he sighed, feeling relaxed when his phone started ringing again. He took it out of his pocket before sitting up on the bed. He checked the caller ID and it was Maria calling again.
He let out a small sigh before picking up the call.
"Hey, babe. I had been calling you all night long, but you refused to pick up my calls. It's not fair." She said, with pouted lips on the other end.
"I am sorry, I didn't see your calls." He lied, rubbing his temples.
"Really? OK, I forgive you." She said with a wide grin.
"I've missed you so much. I wish I could come back right away." She added, and he remained quiet.
"Do you miss me too?" she asked, and he replied by simply saying, "Mm."
"I'll be back next month, okay, and I will make sure that we..." She couldn't finish her statement before he cut in.
"Ok, I have to go now; I'll see you next month." He said and hung up on her. He fell back on the bed with his hands widely apart, staring at the ceiling while regretting the first day he met her.
