Elena's POV

I went out in a rush

"Elena "I heard my best friend called "Take breakfast before going to the interview"

I hurriedly sip my tea,rushing out

"Mummy "my six years old daughter called

"Jovial come here "I quickly kiss her cheeks,got out of the house and boarded a taxi

By the way I'm Elena, just got out of prison, I've been searching for a job for almost a month now,no company is willing to take me because of my criminal record, I'm an orphan,I was trained up by my best friend mother, that's how I got my unusual full name, as time goes on you will know more about me.

I hurriedly step out of the vehicle going into the big company

Wow !it's bigger than I thought,I could barely see the top and well designed if I may add.

I moved in then was directed by the receptionist to a room where I waited for my name to be called.

I hope I get employed this time, I look around, there were a lot of people waiting for their name to be called.

Wow, that's a lot

I'm beginning to doubt if I will be employed,with so much people,why will they pick someone with a person with a criminal record like me.

I swallowed hard

"Elena Grace'' a young woman called

Yep, my unusual full name.

"Yes"I answered

"Come in "

I went in and sat down as the employers (a male and two female )went through my CV

first female:your credentials are good,she nod in approval

I smiled hopefully

Young Man:you have a criminal record for MURDER!!!!!!!! , The man said surprised

I frown

"But it doesn't matter,I'm very good at being a Secretary Sir,I will make sure you don't regret employing me".

The second female shake her head"No, you've been dismissed Miss Elena Grace"

"Even the name's weird , 'Elena Grace' your father's name Grace?,How stupid " the man mock

I glared at him "I'm pretty sure you were talking about yourself "

Forgot to mention, I'm a crazy Lady.

"How dare you! Get out now!" The man roar in anger

I scoff and left the room

"that's what always happen,I'm fed up of it" I stepped out of the room angrily

I was walking out of the company when a voice drew me.

"you are fired!! " I heard the voice roar

I turned to see a young handsome man, I couldn't help but drool at his perfect features, I snap out of it when I heard an elderly woman who was close to him , begging him

"please sir forgive me I didn't see you coming"she begs

The young guy shoe was stained with coffee

he smirked"forgive you? , Well then lick it off my shoe , this shoe could buy you and everything you wear" he look at her disgusted "though I will definitely discard of it ,I wouldn't want to wear something you've stained with your disgusting saliva "

I scoff watching the guy insult this old woman

Why tell her to lick it off, when you're just gonna throw it away, that's just wickedness!!

The elderly woman hesitated

"you don't want to lick it?"he said

"No sir ,I will "she bent to lick it

What the heck !! What kind of dude is he?I can't continue watching him treat her like that I quickly stepped in stopping the woman from obeying the guy.

" hey!, don't you have respect?, how can you tell this elderly woman to lick the coffee on your shoe! " I yelled at him"I've been watching you insult this old woman but I didn't expect that you would actually let her lick it!"I scold him

He looked at me obviously shocked " who the heck are you?, well you sure have the guts to yell at me ,do you know who I am?!"

"That isn't what matter right now jerk , apologize to this elderly woman now "I order angrily

he scoff and glared at me "and if I don't?, what are you gonna do?"he questioned and stepped forward to me

"Stay where you are don't come closer " I warned alarmed

" or what"he smiled coming more closer

"You brought what's coming to you" I kicked him in the place sun doesn't shine

He screamed holding his d**k

I was trying to save this old woman but it seem I got myself into trouble.

What a trouble maker I am!

I could have mind my business but no ....I choose not to.

Immediately the security guards chased after me.

I ran as fast as I could out of the company, boarding a taxi immediately

Daniel's POV

Fuck!! my office was a mess. I destroy a lot of things in my office,just to vent out my anger.

I was so angry, in my whole life no one as ever treated me like that.

I had fired the old wretched woman that had caused everything.

The odacity of that bitch!, I was humiliated in a way I never thought could ever happen.

I clench my fist

That bitch will pay! ,I will make her pay for that humiliation.

I heard a knock on the door

I groan"Come in "

it was Mick my closest friend

Mick smiled coming closer to me

" I have heard what happened, everyone is talking about it"he laughed

"They praise her for kicking your ass" he added chuckling

I frown getting more angry"did you get the information I ask you to get?"

"Yeah,Her name is Elena Grace and your suspicion was right,she isn't a staff of the company but she came for the interview"he said

I knew she only had that guts because she wasn't a part of this company,well I'm gonna teach her a lesson she will never forget.

"Oh really"I smiled mischievously "accept her"

I sat on my office chair ,I could already imagine what I will do.

"Wait she has a cri............"

I raised my hand cutting him off "I said accept her for my Secretary"

Even if he is my close friend, I am still his boss and he is to do what I ask of him.

He scoff "suit yourself "he walked out of my office

"Well well Elena Grace, prepare yourself because you're going to regret ever crossing path with me "I smile to myself

I threw myself on the bed obviously tired.

"Hey how did it go? "Vicky asked

I scoff remembering what happened

"One thing I know for sure is that they aren't gonna hire me"I sigh

"Don't worry you will definitely find a job "Vicky comforted me

I force a smile"I hope so"

"Where's jovial? "I ask changing the topic

"She's playing with our neighbors children"

"Okay" I sigh"so what's for dinner"

Vicky smiled "you are going to enjoy it"

I was chatting with Vicky when I heard my phone ring.

I answered the call

_we are from empire company

I gasp

_yes I said urging them to continue

_you've been hired as the new secretary of......

_OMG! I scream cutting them off

_"When will I be coming?"

The caller cut the call

Yes!!finally I've gotten a job!,I smiled happily ignoring the suspicious acceptance after regecting me bluntly without hesitation.

What matters is I've finally gotten a job!

I am now employed!

"What's the matter Lena?"Vicky asked "what was the call about?"

"I got the job Vicky!! I scream

"Oh my gosh!"Vicky exclaim happily

Wow finally ,I better get ready, I have the feeling that tomorrow morning is gonna be great.

From tomorrow ,I am an employed worker!

I smiled

"Tomorrow here I come"

Elena's POV

I woke up very early the next day , I put on my working suit.

I look at myself in the mirror "you got this Elena" I said to myself encouraging

I left the house quite early ,I want to make a good first impression so that I won't be judged in a bad way, especially since I have a criminal record.

I got to the company

Gosh I'm so happy! ,I was greeted by a young lady,she directed me to my office.

Wow! Like my freaking office!! I've been waiting for this for a long f**king time, everything was going smoothly and fast , exactly how I wanted it.

I stared at the big office close to mine ,I wonder who stays there.

"That's the CEO office and you're his secretary that's why your office is close to his"she said as if reading my mind

I nodded and entered into my office

I dropped my bag and sat on the chair ,wow so soft ,I admire the office

A call came through the phone on my desk,I picked the call

_To my office!that was it the call ended,I was confused"who was that?, well it doesn't matter I continue admiring the office,the phone ringed again, I picked

_I said to my office!,it went off again ,I stood up and went to my boss office just in case ,he was the one that called.

I knocked

"Come in"I heard him say ,his voice is familiar. I just can't place where I've heard that voice from.

I entered into the office

"Hmm......sir I receive a call and.........."

"It was me, don't tell me you didn't know" he said staring at the window

Gosh! i can't see his face but his voice is awfully familiar,I felt the urge to run,I wonder why?

"Who else would call you through the office phone if not your boss" he said and finally turned

I gasped what the heck it is the rude asshole!

No wonder,I felt the urge to run.

"Hello miss Elena Grace" he smirked

"Do you remember me???"he asked

"Yo.....u I.....don't...but of course you are my boss"I feign ignorance of what he meant

I can't get on my boss bad side , it's too early, it's best I pretend I don't know what he was talking about, maybe if I continue to pretend he will actually think I'm not the one besides he only saw me once.

"Oh really you don't remember me then why were you shocked to see me ??"he asked frowning

"Hmm that's... because .......I mean I wasn't shocked" I stammered

"Okay then we will have to bring back That memory"he said smirking

Bring back the memory!, Just forget about it would have been a better option.

He brought out a box filled with documents

"Memorize everything in this box before the end of today and submit it back to me"

I gasp "sir !! How can I......."

"Ah I'm going to ask you questions from it so memorize every bit of it,You are dismissed"he cut in smirking

I wish I could take that bloody smile off his face

I frown taking the box and I left

"Asshole "I cursed under my breath

I started memorizing it,the phone ring I pick

"To my office"I knew immediately that it was the asshole that called

I went to his office

"You called"

"Get me coffee it shouldn't be too sweet or bitter "

"Is that what you called me for! "I exclaimed

"Yes, is there anything wrong with that "he grinned

"No let me get it from you"I smirked

I will remain in this job no matter what.i went to the coffee machine as I was about to make the coffee, I had an idea ,A very naughty one.

I giggle

I'm gonna give him the best coffee ever

I left the company to find where I could buy some pepper and maggi,I added it.

Let's spice it up!

"I wonder how his face would be,when he taste it" I smiled mischievously

I gave him the coffee and hurried out immediately, I quickly shut the door.

I heard him scream "ELENA!!!"
