Chapter 1 CHALLENGE.

"You monstrous bloodsucking heartless beast! I will shred you into pieces bit! by bit! from your limbs until there is nothing left of you! you repulsive bastard!" Nehenda shouted in a pained hoarse voice shaking with rage.

"You despicable, shameless enchantress! all you do is lure the innocent into your stupid cobwebbed world of illusion then eventually ending them without even giving them a fair chance of a decent fight!" Marlon spat furiously boiling beyond volcanic point, within, wishing he was done with the abominable smallish thing in front of him. "I will rip your heart out! And crush it with pleasure." he declared.

"Look who is talking. let me see you try that!" she challenged back.

"Gladly." he responded back in a dangerous whispering tone with eyes steady on her. Alpha Marlon was not a man of many words but action! One! also not to be toyed with. The fact that he even spoke with her surprised him. It took not long for him to transform into an enormous beast with distracting dry leaves green greyish eyes, shinny ebony black colour when hit by the sun down rays looks like he was shine sprayed reflecting the light rays that fell on him in a golden brown captivating colour edgy. If he weren't an enemy she wanted to make non-existent she'd say he was a creature of great beauty in deed! She did though within but dueled not on it for long; for he was a ruthless monster! She wanted to put an end to. So her conscience questions her own judgement.

"Why am I even seeing beauty in this ugly beast?" To which she couldn't reply.

He towered over her to his own satisfaction, standing boldly, tall on all fours with dark eyes ready to put an end; for good to the lineage of the age-old witches clan. A species that he loath for bringing him so much pain. Many shuddered at his enormousity even his kind however, he noticed the sorceress moved not a muscle. The nickel of a thing had no thin trace of fear in her eyes yet still persisted with that hateful disrespectful look in her globes looking him direct in the orbs. something no one dared do. This made his rage even more.

"Oh! You disrespectful thing! when death calls on a weak prey, it makes the fool become defiant in the face of the predator! thinking itself capable." he thought smugly. "you dare challenge me?! You sickly stick of a person." He said furiously within with eyes darkening even more snarling. "Be my guest!". He welcomed her to the death ball mockingly within.

The sibyl took a step back without breaking the eye trade. she was no novice to the cowardly impulsiveness of this creature standing in front of her from experience to avert her piercing fury consumed gaze. It was also a dare to duel. Once bitten a millions times shy, they attacked a vulnerable peaceful village without a heads up for no pertinent reason. All she wanted to do was bring the thing before her down! to rise no more. It wasn't going to be a phoenix effect rather diminishing. To fall and rise no more.

Out stretching her hands making a y poster alike to pronounce incantations to the delusion of Alpha Marlon. He could not hold his thoughts from running on guarded but remark.

"Your silly charms will fail you today! I dare say woman."

Yet the sage said nothing to this effect instead still maintaining the eye contact, she gently brought her hands down, bent her shoulders lower enabling her stained white linen long sleeve bare V back dress which was ripped beneath raggedly from the bushes she coursed, slid off her inveigling, slowly as if to give him a strip tease show, which was no where near the reality of the present nor was it the interest of her opponent. If only Alpha Marlon could read her thoughts? he'd shudder or knew why her dress was sliding off her body? He'd be horrified! that which he is soon to see. She was going in for blood not pleasure. If not for the fact that she was of the clan he loathed ? He'd say she was in possession of a devine body. She would have been the most beautiful thing he'd have ever seen in his life. Mate bonds are not to be messed with truly, even in oblivion and hate attraction coated in compliments one would deny openly yet will be unable to delude conscience wise.

"She is goddess-like." He concurred within wondering how an astonishing beauty such as the one that stood before him could be so treacherous as to kill an innocent lad. His hardened look went a bit soft as he picked up a faint whiff of his favorite scent, smoky earth after rain. "What was that?" He asked rhetorically as he sniffed around even harder with divided attention but the smell had eluded his sense of smell. It was as if the wind carried it along and left with it as it blew past. It was not of a station he could go after. That particular scent always sent him to a quiet peaceful paradise out of the chaotic world of the life of an Alpha in which he existed in. Marlon would step out with his mother and father after it had rained to have a dirt fight. They would run bare foot on the wet earth without the fear of cold for they could transform at will into their furry self for warmth, unburdened with their status quo but as ordinary people not even in their nature form as wolves. Just a normal family without the weights of their tittles thus the Alpha, his Luna and son ... happily throwing balls of dirt at each other without minding being bruised for their healing capabilities was extraordinary; untill they fell unto the earth out of exhaustion and contended. They needn't portray any form of self - restraint nor carry themselves in a specific manner. The bed of freedom they found on the bare watered ground came with the comforting aroma of the petrichor, which he'd inhale wholesomely. It was refreshing.

Chapter 2 REGRET.

The birth of his younger sibling was a glorious occasion which was massively celebrated in a grand style within the park boundaries. Families of distinguished established Alphas were in attendance. Food, booze and unmated she wolves Were in abundance to satiation. To find one's mate was a great blessing however, the chances of meeting that unique person created specifically for you was slim to zero. Gone are the days when it was a prevalent occurrence. The new born brought but a few that grace whereas others just had their fun.

Werewolves were infamous for their extra-ordinary strength and their all-time high libido. The infant was the well appreciated addition to the number of joyful participants of the dirt fight tradition. Came after, was the hefty hit of his parents cruel death. They were betrayed by a trusted associates ... a seer thus the beginning of his anger towards the witch breed but was on curb.

After his parents demise he still persisted in this tradition with his younger sibling. He couldn't have been any grateful to have a younger one at this moment. If anyone had told him he would come to appreciate Boy-D as he was popularly known, that much? he would have shred them up. He never really had the time for himself neither his parents to talk of Derrick even without responsibilities. But this time he vowed to cherish and protect Derrick aka Boy-D with all of himself alongside all the heavy baggage of being an Alpha knowing he was the only blood family left with him. Of course! the pack was a family of his too! considering his nature ... wolf blooded. That notwithstanding, the connection he shared with Boy-D runs deeper.

Marlon believed he could have cherished his parents presence more than he did when they still lived but didn't! thinking they'd be there forever. His biggest mistake! One that he regrets woefully which torments his very soul and he wouldn't want to commit with Boy-D. He was always out of pack boundaries running around with the young guys his age to the outside world every least chance he got missing pack training activities especially Alpha training personally at the busy expense of his father and mother especially his dad the Alpha. The best quality time he remembers spending in their company was running in the rain and the dirt battles. At least he had a consolation and company in his junior brother, someone of his own blood to continue in the escape from sorrow with; until he was also lost to the same cursed bunch that called themselves sages. What on earth could he have done to them abominations to have had it in for him this much?! He would come out when it did rain, trace the pleasant smokey smell to where it was prominent constantly and persist there; for as long as he could calm himself. The memories will replay vividly, the bright face of the Luna, the deep laughs of the Alpha, those funny laughs from derrick like live to his illusion. These fond playbacks ate away at his insides taking him down a dark worm hole he would always struggle to piece himself out of. He would go as far as staining his hands with the muddy Earth like a child playing with dirt molding pottery however, it was never the same. He was alone, forlorn and miserable by the hands of the damned creatures. Although, it wasn't the same but he had a strong affiliation, history and bond with this particular essence it always got him into a vulnerable place. It was a place of ambivalence; it gave him torment for what he had lost also brought peace of escapism refuge and on the peace he chose to duel. He wouldn't have it any other way making it special.

"wake up man! there is a despicable creature before you. This is not the time to lose one's self consciousness." He called to Marwol his wolf to be on guard.

"Of course! it isn't. with witches one can't help loose awareness near them! Damned witch! who knows if she is not doing this on purpose." responded his Wolf.

"That is why they are a cursed bunch that needs to be done away with." he said seething. "She couldn't even pick a better time to cross me! Is she mocking me?" He concluded regaining his composure of hatred. Alpha Marlon was on his return from one of his muddy renaissance. He threaded the mountainous bushy path somberly in thick contemplations of affairs of his pack the Blood Crescent Moon pack more prevailing his begone family. The last thing he would have wanted to fall in his way was a brazen condemned witch. Yet it was not meant to go his way, he had an unwanted guest block his path. "Some nerves this termagant has got! To stand in my path. She couldn't even let me bask in the brief calm I just attained. She had to mess my whole day! How on earth was I unable to finish her off with the whole useless bunch?" He thought regretfully admitting these were the worst tribe to have been allowed to walk the surface of the earth. He had been celibate for a long time waiting on the moon goddess to give him his fated mate. In all his escapes, he had never had interest in women but alcohol purposely in wait and search of her .. thus the only one made for him. It was either her or no one else. There was no need to give her room to worry about any others, it was going to be solely her! his fated one. He was of the old and believed in unique bonds of fated love than flings. He was witness to the bliss his father found in his mother and wanted same. His mate was not going to contend with no one for him. However, the form she would come in he never pondered; another flaw of his or maybe the moon goddess but he was likely to receive the backlash. If only it was possible to order for ones mate in a likeness from the moon goddess? it would have been much easier and less disappointing never the less! the goddess knows best.

----------------------------------------------

She stood bare before him now with fiery eyes blazing with the fire of vengeance, round firm pear shaped breast, pointy nipples nodding up and down as she breath, a slashed in deep bleeding profusely heart in her body beneath those two distracting molds. A sexy shapely body not for enticement rather a weapon which was ready to kill to avenge each and everybody Alpha Marlon took from her, recounting what his offense was to keep fueling the rage inside.

Chapter 3 NEHENDA.

NEHENDA POV:

"What did we ever do to you to warrant the cruelty you dished to us? You! inhumane caricature of a beast! A people that never ventured out of our boundary lines, your existence was even an overwhelming discovery, I wonder how we could have wronged you! so much so; you would think of bringing us to extinction mercilessly. We were a peaceful loving family, accepting of all and not discriminatory against any . We never took the essence of life out of anything! for life is sacred to us. We preserved it, never destroyed it. We even nurture the week fading out chi back to fullness. MY People, My loved ones, all those innocent children's lives you snatched without Mercy. Today you will give your breath as the first offering to appease their unrested souls followed by all your rascal rest. If it is the last thing I do before I take my final breath? so be it! you! disgusting demon from the darkest pit of hell! This is for all the suffering you caused my kind. This is for making me become what I loathe most! A beast! The pain I'd have to endure through it all! I never would have imagined I had it in me to do it! Abhor someone; no! something so much! to the extent of destroying it being my only motivation to exist. Now I must say it was worth it." she admitted inwardly satisfactorily. "This is for taking my heartbeat from me! Nikae!" she screamed within her head with the manifestation of the effect of her dense strife visible in the form of tears rapidly feeling her orbs as his last time replayed in her head, yet restrained at great will to not expose weakness, although it was the fueling source of her rage. "You took the love of my life away from me! You took the beautiful smiles, the enlightening, refreshing, communicable adorable giggles of the blemish-less children! They were the purest souls and innocent as all the others you trampled on that fateful day. Couldn't you have at least spared them? How abysmal was our offense?" Nehenda whimpered mournfully. "This is for taking away the purity of the soil of my home by desecrating it with the blood of her own children! despicable bunch! how insulting?! "She questions with thick venom inside. "you eat off of her! leave off of her! in fact, your whole life depends off of her! yet you disrespect her in such a downgrading manner? You low life ungrateful creature! that is what you are. If it was the land You wanted? We could have left it for you. There was no need to destroy anything. All you had to do was ask! Is that too much to do than kill? But you just had to lay waste everything I hold closely dear. You took my home! leaving me a baseless destitute one, a scavenger! in turn giving me a prison of solitude without provocation! No where to call home, no one to call my own or family! Evil tyrant. Once upon a Time, I was a Queen of my own full capacity, in all glory, in a land of my own!" She stressed inside. "with vast vegetation of provision situated in the very centre of nature's bosom itself with all its splendor! with a people I call my own that I mother! who looked up to me with great reverence. Now I am nothing but a wanderer... thanks! and no thanks to you! This is for making me use less before my family. The very people I was supposed to protect. I failed them! I failed them! I failed them miserably." she mourned devastated inside. "How was I to know tragedy will be fall us? How was I even to protect them? When we never looked for trouble in the first place, nor surmised it. When we lived in harmony with all." she questions her capability. "I looked on like a statue whiles they were shredded to bits and pieces by you and your cohorts rogues you call a pack. You! made me watch their pleading eyes helplessly, torturously; begging for me to save them from being slaughtered like animals which you! particularly are! traumatically numb struck wanton. You are the animals along with your minions deserving what you meted to my children. I don't know which spirit the mother sent to shield me under that dome of safety making me unreachable to monsters. I should have died with my children that day, yes! I should have; to end it all. which mother runs from danger leaving her children to the mercy of the devourer? This pain, strife, immeasurable shame that I feel for being spared. The longing-ness for my tribe, the people I identify with. However, thinking of it now? it makes sense. Complete sense. Yes it does! It makes me feel I was spared for this very purpose, this particular moment! To avenge them all. I bare a deep grudge as much as appreciation to which ever deity gave me this chance. For not alerting us with any sign? I blame my mother! The mother of all Witches. For allowing such a gruesome fate befall her own? She knows best. My grievances will I lay before the mother of witches but until I spill your blood as that of the many you have spilled unjustly, as a token of appeasing their wronged spirits? I will rest not. Watch me in awe of the magnificence of the unmatched beauty's representation of mother nature whiles, I serve you in your own classical style." she finished about to transform. Whiles she sailed through her vindictive walk of thoughts he also had his; based on her nudity.

They were two eternally fated lives in a recursive cycle of love and hate affair, stringed along an unimaginable orchestration of the goddesses in a reverse motion to propel happy ever after only if successful. NEHENDA and Marlon were bound by Fate for all lifetimes with an unresolved enmity of manipulated misunderstanding carried on from the past in their present life cycle which without resolution would never find love
