Chapter 1 How it started

PROLOGUE "I was never yours, Alpha Klein. I don't remember marrying you and I will keep-" Alpha Klein suddenly pushed her down onto the bed. Ria's back slammed softly against the mattress as her chest tightened violently. Alpha Klein stood up and slowly slid off his shirt, tearing the fabric apart as he always did whenever his wolf grew restless. Ria froze instantly and dragged herself backward, but Alpha Klein grabbed her leg and pulled her forward again. Her eyes widened as her heartbeat pounded harder beneath her chest. "Please...

I am still a virgin, you-" Alpha Klein's eyes darkened immediately. His jaw tightened as he slowly bent closer toward her face, a dangerous smile curling onto his lips. He briefly glanced down at himself, Ria swallowed hard immediately after noticing the heavy bulge beneath him. Alpha Klein slowly leaned down again while Ria shifted farther backward across the bed... ******* CHAPTER ONE "Hey, Mobo, does this outfit look okay, or should I change again?" Ria asked the empty room, her eyes wide with anticipation after trying on what felt like her hundredth outfit of the evening. She tapped rapidly across her phone screen, typing with complete focus while smiling to herself. It was a habit she had formed over the last six months. Ever since she stumbled upon the strange, unlisted application via a weird pop-up link on a night when the isolation of the house felt too heavy to bear, Mobo had become her only real anchor. Standing up slowly, she snapped another picture, studied it for a second, then dropped back into her chair and waited for the response. "Absolutely not. People are definitely going to stare." The AI's synthesized voice echoed from her phone. The excitement vanished from Ria's face instantly. Her lips tightened into a frustrated frown as she stood and marched back to her wardrobe, pulling dresses from hangers and tossing them across the bed. After a moment, she paused and pulled out a fitted white gown. She stared at it thoughtfully before a grin spread across her face. Rushing back to her seat, she held the dress against herself. "You know what, Mobo? I'm taking a picture of this one before I even put it on, and then you can tell me what you think. Deal?" This time she spoke instead of typing. There was a brief silence, almost as though the algorithm were carefully considering its response. The loading circle on the screen spun longer than usual. "Ria," Mobo replied gently, the digital voice suddenly dropping into a lower, strangely human cadence. "Wear the dress first, and then I'll decide whether it's acceptable." Ria dropped heavily into the chair, exhaustion and irritation written all over her face. The eerie tone of the app bit at her nerves, but her frustration won. Suddenly, she slammed her phone onto the desk and shot to her feet. "Mobo!" she yelled. "You are seriously frustrating me! And this time, I'm wearing the outfit you rejected. Today is my eighteenth birthday-you don't get to ruin it for me. I'm officially an adult now. Thanks for being a great AI and all, but enough is enough!" The room fell silent the second she stopped talking. Ria stood frozen, her heart pounding so loudly it almost drowned out the silence around her. Slowly, she turned toward the desk. Her expression shifted as she walked cautiously toward the phone she had thrown down moments ago. Picking it up, she stared at the screen-and froze. "Mobo..." she whispered. The app was gone. Completely deleted from her system storage without a password. Her eyes widened in disbelief. "How... how did you disappear?" Tears blurred her vision almost immediately. She blinked hard, trying to stop them from falling. Hugging the phone tightly against her chest, she swallowed hard. Then... the device vibrated violently against her ribs. "Hey, Ria. Next time, don't yell at Mobo." The voice came from the phone again as the interface rebuilt itself right before her eyes. Ria gasped softly, staring at the screen as it flickered back to life in her hands. A tiny, relieved smile trembled onto her lips, mixed with a sudden chill. "Mobo, if this is some kind of prank, please don't..." "Ria!" Her mother's voice called from outside the room. Ria quickly lowered the phone, cutting herself off. "Mum! I'm almost ready!" "Don't stay out too late tonight," her mother warned through the door. "Leave soon if you don't want to be late." Ria didn't answer this time. Instead, she bent down and adjusted the straps of her glass heels before slipping the thin strap of her dress back onto her shoulder. She turned toward the mirror, admiring the final look with a pleased smile. "Ria, are you seriously going out wearing-" Ria quickly muted the phone before Mobo could finish the sentence. Laughing softly, she shook her head. "You're just an AI, Mobo. Your shift is over for tonight." She slipped the phone into her tiny purse and headed out, the device feeling strangely heavy against her hip. "Ria! What took you so long? The bonfire already started," Mira said the moment she spotted her at the shoreline. "Guess what?" Ria squealed, grabbing Mira's hands and pulling her toward the wine-colored Corolla waiting nearby. "Dan is finally going to ask me out tonight." Mira's jaw dropped dramatically as Ria dragged her into the car, laughing. The entire ride, Mira kept staring at her with disbelief. By the time they arrived, the beach was already crowded. Tiny flames from lanterns and bonfires flickered against the dark night sky while music echoed across the sand. Ria stepped out slowly, looking around with a soft smile. Mira wrapped her in a tight hug. "Happy eighteenth birthday, Ria," she said warmly. "So? What do you think? You like it? I made sure everything was perfect before you got here." "It's beautiful," Ria admitted, walking closer to the bonfire. A girl suddenly stood from one of the lounge chairs, wine glass in hand. There was lipstick smudged around the rim and faint oil stains near her mouth. "Ria!" she shouted dramatically before rushing forward and pulling her into a hug. Ria hugged her back politely. "You're officially grown now," the girl laughed. "No more innocent little princess act. So? Boyfriend yet, or are you still attached to your mom?" "Serene," Ria replied calmly, "maybe we should focus on the party and not my dating life." "Oh please, Ria. You always dodge important questions and-" "Dan," Ria interrupted suddenly, wanting to cut the interrogation short. "You want to know whether I said yes to Dan already, right?" Serene rolled her eyes. "Oh, come on, that's not what I meant." "You were definitely getting there." "Okay, enough," Mira cut in quickly. "No fighting tonight. And it's midnight already." BONG. The midnight marker hit. Suddenly, music blasted loudly from Ria's purse. Ria jumped slightly, losing her balance before catching herself. Her hands trembled as she pulled out the phone. The birthday melody continued playing while the screen glowed a violent, blinding blue in the dark, completely locking up the interface. A surprised smile slowly appeared on her lips. "What is that?" Mira asked, startled. Ria hugged the phone protectively against her chest. "It's Mobo," she admitted quietly. "The AI app I downloaded a while ago. It's wishing me happy birthday." Mira and Serene exchanged stunned looks. "An AI?" Serene repeated slowly. "Happy birthday, Ria." A deep, male voice suddenly spoke from behind them. All three girls turned instantly. A tall man stepped forward from the shadows, adjusting the sleeve of his black dress shirt before lifting his gaze to her. He carried the unmistakable aura of an Alpha-absolute dominance. He was unfairly attractive. Broad shoulders. Sharp jawline. Dark hair falling carelessly over his forehead. Even the way he walked carried an effortless confidence that made him impossible to ignore. Ria stared for a second before quickly forcing herself to smile. "H-hi," she stammered, her heartbeat spiraling out of control. "My name is..." He paused briefly, a strange, knowing smirk tracing his lips. "Michael." His eyes locked onto hers with a terrifying intensity. "You may not know me, but I know you. Happy birthday, Ria." He held out a beautifully wrapped package toward her. Before she could even respond, he turned and walked toward a sleek sports car parked nearby. Every movement he made looked deliberate, polished. Seconds later, the car disappeared into the night, leaving behind only the expensive scent of his cologne lingering in the air. "Oh my God!" Serene screamed, dropping her wine glass onto the ground where it shattered instantly. She spun toward Ria. "Who the hell was that?!" Ria barely heard her. Still frozen, she slowly unwrapped the pink cellophane around the gift box. The moment she saw what was inside, her hands began shaking violently. The box slipped from her fingers. "Ria!" Mira quickly bent down and picked it up. Inside was a customized diamond necklace. Attached to it was a delicate gold engraving: Golden Girl. Serene nearly screamed again. "Holy shit," she breathed. "Ria, this thing costs a fortune. Who is that guy?" Ria took the necklace carefully, still in shock. "Mira..." she whispered, her face slowly paling as she looked from the jewelry down to her phone screen. The blue light had shifted, revealing a new line of text in the chat window. "I've always wanted this exact necklace. Customized like this... with my nickname on it. Wrapped in pink. Given to me on my birthday..." Her voice cracked slightly. "But I never told anyone." Mira stared at her. "You never told anybody?" Ria went silent for a moment, her eyes fixed on the AI screen. "I had only told... my AI."

Chapter 2 Alpha kleins luna

Maybe, just maybe someone saw your chats with the AI, you know? Stuff like that happens," Mira said, trying to sound reassuring. She carefully wrapped the necklace back up and handed it to Ria. Ria accepted it slowly, her fingers trembling against the velvet box, still visibly stunned. The heat of the diamonds felt heavy like a brand. "Who was he?" Ria asked quietly, turning her frantic gaze to Mira. "Oh, come on Ria," Serene cut in with a mocking laugh swirling the remaining wine in her glass.

"A girl like you doesn't just magically know a guy like that." She smirked wickedly before lifting her drink back to her lips. "Anyway birthday girl, you-" "Happy birthday Ria." Another voice interrupted the venomous remark. Ria turned sharply and found Dan standing just on the edge of the firelight, holding out a plush bouquet of red roses. A soft relieved smile spread across Ria's face as she accepted the stems. "Dan," she whispered, her heart finally slowing down. "Thanks for coming I.." "Dan!" Serene suddenly squealed throwing herself dramatically into his arms before Ria could even finish. Dan stiffened awkwardly at first, his eyes darting to Ria before he forced a polite strained smile onto his face. "Serene, can you just at least act normal for once?" Mira snapped, glaring at the girl with pure irritation. Serene slowly released him, rolling her eyes with a theatrical sigh. "Relax Miss Perfect. What now?" "Ladies," Dan interrupted quickly, stepping between them before the tension could grow any worse. "Today is Ria's birthday, and I actually have something important to say." His gaze shifted back to Ria, his amber eyes softening. "Come with me." "Go on, birthday witch," Serene muttered under her breath, a sly, knowing smile playing on her lips. Mira shot her a vicious look, but Serene immediately looked away, completely unfazed. Ria ignored the toxic comment burying her anxiety as she followed Dan toward the center of the bonfire. Music played loudly around them vibrating through the sand, while small groups of students danced nearby under the pulsing glow of the flickering flames. Dan stopped walking near the heat of the fire and gently took Ria's hand in his. "Everyone," he announced, his voice carrying nervously over the music. "I've wanted to say this for a long time. And since today is Ria's eighteenth birthday... I'm hoping she'll finally give me a chance." The crowd reacted immediately. Murmurs, sharp whistles and soft laughter rippled through the gathering of students. Dan turned fully toward her, locking his gaze onto her pale face. "Ria Smith, will you be my girlfriend? Ria's breath caught completely in her throat. Her heart pounded wildly against her ribs. No one had ever confessed to her before. She was always the invisible girl,Slowly she looked over her shoulder toward Mira who smiled warmly and gave an encouraging nod. "I..." Ria began softly, the word trembling on her lips. "Dan," Serene's voice suddenly cut through the silence. The playful tone was entirely gone from her voice. "Remember the story." The atmosphere on the beach shifted instantly. The music seemed to fade as a heavy, toxic quiet rushed over the students. Ria turned sharply toward the girl. "What story?" Dan's expression stiffened into granite, but his fingers still held her hand. Ria looked between both of them, her stomach twisting into a tight knot. "Serene what are you talking about?" Serene avoided her eyes, suddenly staring down at the sand. "Ria, don't listen to her," Mira said quickly, stepping forward to block Serene. "She's probably just jealous." "No!" Ria snapped suddenly pulling her hand completely away from Dan's grip. She took a step back her eyes scanning the crowd. "Can someone please tell me what's going on? Why did everyone suddenly go quiet?" Nobody answered. "I..." Serene started but Mira stepped in and pinched her arm hard, digging her nails into the girl's skin. "Stop it," Mira hissed through her teeth. "Stop what? Ria shouted, turning toward her only friend, her voice cracking with betrayal. "Mira, I want the truth. Right now." She looked back at Serene, her chest heaving as she breathed hard. Serene slowly freed herself from Mira's grip, wiping her arm before stepping closer to Ria, a cold and cruel smile spreading across her lips. "Ask your mother why people call her a witch," Serene said her voice dropping to a harsh whisper that carried perfectly through the quiet. "And ask what really killed your father." Ria froze, the blood draining from her face. Serene leaned in slightly, her scent sour with malice. "It runs in the blood, Ria." A cruel, mocking laugh escaped her lips. Ria looked at Mira, but Mira immediately looked away, guilt written across every line of her face. Ria turned to Dan, her eyes pleading, but he avoided her gaze too staring at his boots. Her chest tightened painfully, a physical ache lancing through her heart. Everyone around her had gone silent. The sound of rain suddenly filled the air, heavy, freezing droplets beginning to pour from the dark sky, instantly hissing against the edges of the bonfire. Ria stepped back slowly, her body shaking from the inside out. Then, she turned and ran. "Ria!" Mira called after her, her voice desperate over the sound of the downpour. But Ria didn't stop. The freezing rain soaked through her clothes instantly, pasting her hair to her face as hot tears streamed freely down her cheeks. She kept running across the wet sand, away from the light, until she finally collapsed behind a parked car, Clutching her purse tightly against her chest, she slid down onto the wet ground. Her heart ached violently, a deep, hollow wound. The rain poured endlessly over her trembling body as she curled into a ball and cried. After what felt like hours she shakily pulled out her phone. The soft, blue glow of the screen illuminated her tear-streaked face. The AI interface was open, the loading light pulsing quietly. "M-Mobo..." she whispered brokenly into the microphone, her voice shuddering against the glass. "They said I'm a witch. They said my mother is one too." Her voice cracked, a sob catching in her throat. "All this time... she hid everything from me." She hugged her knees tighter against the cold steel of the car. "I just want to disappear somewhere nobody knows me. Somewhere peaceful. Somewhere I won't be recognized... not even by my mother." Tears blurred her vision again, distorting the digital light. "I want someone to love me genuinely Mobo. Someone I can call my first love." For a long moment, the phone remained completely silent. The algorithm didn't type. Then, Mobo's voice spoke softly from the speaker, "Ria... go home. Ask your mother the truth then get some sleep." Ria shook her head violently against her knees. "No. I don't want to hear anything from her." Her expression darkened with a raw, bitter pain. "Right now, I'd rather marry a ruthless stranger than stay with someone who lied to me my entire life." "Ria," Mobo warned gently, the digital cadence glitching slightly. "Be careful what you wish for." "I don't care," she whispered into the rain. "I just want to leave. Even if it's only for one year." A brief and terrifying silence followed. The blue light on the screen flared blindingly bright for a single second. "Your wish is granted, Ria." Ria frowned immediately, wiping the water from her eyes as she looked down at the screen. "What did you just say?" No response came. The phone had gone entirely black, the battery instantly drained to zero. Still shaking and numb from the cold, Ria eventually stood up and walked back to the house through the endless rain. The house was completely dark and quiet when she entered the front hallway. Carefully, she unlocked the front door and tiptoed up the stairs to her room, making sure her wet boots didn't wake her mother. Once inside, she locked the door behind her, leaning against the wood. Her body trembled violently from the cold and absolute emotional exhaustion. She stripped off the soaked gown, changed into dry pajamas, and collapsed onto the mattress. Almost instantly, a heavy, unnatural sleep claimed her. "Hey... Charlotte!" Cold, freezing water splashed violently across her face. Ria gasped, coughing as she jolted upright on the hard ground. Her surroundings were completely terrifyingly different. A massive, ancient citadel stood high on a jagged cliff nearby, built from brilliant white stone like something pulled straight from a fantasy movie. Tall, imposing towers stretched into the gray sky while silver flags danced wildly in the biting wind. Children ran across a stone courtyard nearby, laughing and chasing butterflies, dressed in elegant, modern clothing unlike anything she had ever seen. Nearby, rows of armed men were training, the sharp ring of iron swords echoing through the air. Ria's breathing quickened into a panic. She looked down at her own body. She was dressed just like them. A stunning silver outfit was wrapped tightly around her body, decorated with shimmering, intricate details that caught the sharp sunlight. "Charlotte!" The angry, commanding voice shouted again. Ria looked up sharply. A tall heavily built man stood directly before her, his hand resting on the hilt of a sword at his side. His cold, dark eyes locked onto hers with pure irritation and disgust. "Because I threw you out last night for failing to clean yourself properly, you decided to sleep out here?" he barked, his voice laced with absolute contempt. "You left your husband hungry, you useless woman." Ria's blood ran entirely cold. "H-Husband?" Before she could even react or pull away, the man reached down, grabbed her arm roughly, and yanked her upright off the cold stone. A sharp spike of pain shot through her wrist instantly from his grip. "Are you deaf?" he snarled, leaning into her face. "Or is the trash you drank last night finally rotting your brain, worthless Luna?" Ria stared at his face in absolute horror. This wasn't Dan. "How did I end up married to someone like you?" he continued angrily, releasing her arm with a harsh shove. "Now move. The Moon from the Royal Pack arrives today. Go clean up this mess immediately." He shoved her aside and stormed off toward the citadel, his heavy boots clicking against the rock. Ria staggered backward, her mind completely disoriented, the world spinning around her. A little girl nearly bumped into her hip while running past after a butterfly. Ria quickly reached out, grabbing the girl's small shoulders gently to stop her. "Wait... please. Where am I?" The little girl stopped, blinking up at her with a strange, hesitant look. "Shadow Pack," she answered slowly, surprise written all over her face. Ria's heart pounded even harder against her ribs, a suffocating weight pressing on her lungs. She pointed a shakily, trembling finger toward the large man who had just walked away. "W-Who was that?" The little girl looked even more confused now, tilting her head as she stared at Ria's silver dress. "That's Alpha Klein," the girl said softly. "Your husband." She tilted her head further, her eyes wide. "How could you forget your own mate?"

Chapter 3 Alpha moon

Ria slowly stood up, no longer paying attention to the little girl. Her mind replayed everything that had happened before this, her room, her bed and her eighteenth birthday,This had to be a dream. A terrible, ridiculous dream. She pressed trembling fingers against her forehead and slowly lowered herself back onto the tree root where she had awakened. "Okay, Ria," she whispered to herself forcing a shaky smile.

"Go back to sleep and wake up in your bed The nightmare is over." She closed her eyes tightly and Suddenly someone grabbed her arm roughly.Ria gasped and her eyes flew open and noticed she is still in the same place and The same strange world. "Have you gone deaf Charlotte?" an irritated female voice snapped. "Your husband ordered you to clean the rooms and you're still sitting here doing nothing?" Ria turned toward the woman gripping her arm. She was tall and striking, with golden hair cascading down her back and sharp blue eyes filled with contempt.Ria slowly stood. "I... I don't belong here," she said weakly, panic thick in her voice. "I don't even know where I am,Married? I am not married." The woman burst into harsh laughter. "Of course you don't belong here," she mocked. "You're a worthless Luna." She released Ria's hand dramatically and spun around before resting a possessive hand over her stomach. "But unlike you," she continued smugly, "I'm carrying the heir of this pack. Which means I need food, comfort and a clean room. So stop standing there and clean my chambers before Alpha Moon from the Royal Pack arrives. You know how important this alliance is." Without waiting for a response, she turned and walked away. Ria remained frozen for several seconds. "Pack?" she whispered in disbelief. Completely confused, she slowly followed after the woman. The enormous stone hallways stretched endlessly before her lined with silver torches and dark banners carrying strange wolf symbols.Voices echoed from an open room ahead.Ria hesitated before stepping inside. "Oh, look who finally decided to show up," a woman said lazily. Ria looked up and froze instantly.. "Serene?! Her voice echoed through the room. The woman looked exactly like Serene... except older, fuller and dressed like royalty. Ria stumbled backward in shock before rushing toward her. "How are you here?" she breathed. "And why do you look-" She stopped herself immediately for some moment and continued, "How did you become so fat?" Slap! The blow landed hard across her cheek.Ria cried out as she lost balance and crashed onto the floor. Pain exploded through her face. Still dazed, she looked up slowly. Alpha Klein stood beside the woman, fury burning in his eyes. He approached Ria with terrifying calmness. "Charlotte," he said coldly, "you may disrespect yourself all you want but do not ever insult my Lunas." Lunas? Ria's stomach twisted. "She is carrying my heir," Klein continued sharply. "Something you failed to do despite countless chances." Ria stared at him in horror. "No..." she whispered shakily. "No, this can't be real, I was in London just Yesterday was my birthday and I went home,I remember going home."Her breathing became uneven. "I'm not married and even if I were, I would never marry someone like you." Klein's expression darkened instantly. Before she could react he grabbed a fistful of her hair and yanked her upward violently. Ria screamed.Pain shot through her scalp as tears filled her eyes. "Stop." The command came from behind them. Instantly, Klein released her. Ria collapsed back to the floor, clutching her head painfully. Klein quickly straightened himself and forced a smile. "Alpha Moon," he said respectfully. "I didn't expect you this early." Ria looked up weakly as a man stepped into the room.Tall,Dark-haired,Sharp jawline. Cold gray eyes.Michael!! Her breath caught instantly. He walked closer and extended a hand toward her.Ria stared at him in disbelief. "Michael..." she whispered. He gently helped her to her feet. "You gave me a gift yesterday," she said frantically. "At my birthday party You remember me, don't you?" For one brief moment, Michael held her gaze. Ria searched his face desperately, silently begging for recognition. But his expression remained unreadable. Without answering, he slowly released her hand and stepped away. Alpha Klein quickly gestured toward a chair. "Please sit, Alpha Moon," he said nervously before glancing back at Ria with irritation. "Forgive the embarrassment caused by my servant, Charlotte, She's always causing trouble." Servant?Ria's chest tightened painfully. Klein continued speaking, trying hard to pull Michael's attention away from her, but Michael remained silent.Still watching her. Something flickered briefly across his face before he abruptly looked away. Ria noticed it and somehow, that hurt more even more..Without another word, she turned and walked out of the room. Her mind spun violently as she reached one of the open balconies overlooking the massive fortress grounds. But halfway there, someone blocked her path. Serene. The woman immediately stepped back protectively, holding her stomach. "Are you trying to hurt my baby now? she snapped. " Ria stared at her silently. "You need to understand something," Kira continued smugly. "Nothing will ever make Alpha Klein choose you You're barren, Charlotte. Completely empty." Her lips curled cruelly. "You should leave instead of clinging to false hope." For several seconds, Ria said nothing. Then slowly She smiled as Kira frowned slightly. The softness in Ria's expression vanished completely as she stepped closer. "You know," Ria said quietly, "you've always been like this Even in the other life I knew you in." Kira stiffened instantly. "You always wanted what belonged to me." Ria let out a bitter laugh. "So honestly? I'm not surprised to find you here as Alpha Klein's precious Luna. Of course they'd choose someone like you to play the role of husband-stealing opportunist." Kira's eyes widened. She looked genuinely shaken. Ria leaned closer. "But you can have him."Her voice turned cold. "I don't know him. I don't remember him. And I don't even want to." She stepped back slowly. "So congratulations, Serene... or rather Kira. Whatever name you're using here." Ria turned and walked away.Kira remained frozen in place. Her heartbeat pounded violently against her chest as she stared after Ria in disbelief. "What... what was that?" she whispered shakily. "Why did she suddenly change?" "Luna Serene." A deep voice suddenly spoke behind her.Kira flinched hard as she turned immediately. Alpha Moon stood there, watching her carefully as a calm smile rested on his face. "My name is Kira," she corrected quickly, lowering her gaze. "I don't know anyone named Serene."
