The sky decorated with the bright morning sun that's rising from the horizon. The birds singing joyfully at the peaceful morning, the beautiful flowers blooming in response to the morning sun. The Rays of the sun got brighter while it peeks through the window of a room as it shone on the sleeping figure face making her squeeze her brows ,At the same time,the door of the room opened,a middle aged woman, lily Albert came in , walking towards the window,she opened the curtain wider ,she sat by the bedside proceeding to wake the sleeping beauty

" wake up sleepy head" she said receiving a groan in response." Mia wake up your food will get cold".

"Please mum let me sleep a little bit more". Having enough,she pulled the blanket off mia making the latter groan as her mum ruined her peaceful sleep.

" Do you seriously have to do that" mia asked

" I'll do more if you don't come downstairs to eat ,before your food gets cold"."Okay".mia replied with a smile. Mia's mum left the room as she closed the door behind her. Mia stood up a few minutes after her mum left the room,she stretched her body while yawning at the same time,she looked at her bed that appears to be messy ,with a sigh mia arranged the bed .When that was done she headed towards the bathroom,took out her tooth brush,applied the paste then began to brush her teeth. Her bath tub was already prepared before she soaked her body in the cold bath .

Coming out of the bathroom with a blue towel wrapped around her body,mia opened her closet to take out some dress.After a few minutes mia came out of her room wearing a blue jeans and a yellow sleeveless top. As soon as she got downstairs ,she was welcomed by the sweet aroma of her mum delicious delicacy. Just the aroma alone was enough to make her stomach growl,as she excitedly went to seat on the chair to eat with her mum who has been waiting for her . Mia didn't waste any time in digging in .

" Don't rush yourself,the food isn't running away" her mum said with a smile

Giggling mia said "i am farnished so don't blame me and besides the food is soooo good,I didn't ask you to make it that way "

"Why?? is it too delicious for you ? if you want I can make it less tasty "

" no no I love your food just the way it is".

" Hmmmm I have to go now take care of yourself okay?" Mrs Albert said

do you really have to go? mia asked

"it's not like i would be gone forever ,it is only for a day hmm" Mrs Albert said giving mia a kiss before leaving the house

Mia stared at the table after her mum left ,she stood up and cleared the the table mia went to the kitchen and did the dishes, Having nothing to do at that time she kept herself busy by first playing games on her phone . A few minutes passed and she decided to watch movies on her phone ,she spent those time laughing at the funny scenes , texting her friends on social media including downloading the latest music

She noticed the time and it was almost nine o'clock she prepared herself for college as she went into her room to put on her her boot , applying light make up she exit her room , bringing out her phone ,mia dailed a number it rang a few times before going to voice mail she tried it a few times but it still went to voicemail putting her phone back in her bag She locked the door after coming out of the house.mia walked a few distance before siting a cab . Stopping the driver she got in and the car drove off . Inside the cab she stared out the window looking at the passing trees deciding to distract herself mia brought out her ear piece , connecting it to the phone and playing music, The driver came to an halt on Mia's instructions Getting down mia went to the building and rang the doorbell a few times but she received no response. With a sigh she got back into the cab and it drove off. After a long drive the cab came to a halt mia got out , standing in front of the college building she gave a bright smile. Mia felt lucky to soon be graduating and she only plan on enjoying it while it lasted.

On arriving at the school,class hasn't started yet while everyone of the students seems to be loitering,at the same time a few of them just arriving at the entrance. Mia smiled making her way to a group of girls. "has anyone of you seen Hannah?"

"no"one of the girls replied. The bell rang indicating that the first class has started while everyone rushed to their respective class to avoid being late .

School was finally over and mia was ready , to go home as soon as possible , at the entrance,she heard a familiar voice calling her name"mia!!!"she turned around to see her best friend Hannah running towards her,"were ...were you planning on going home without me "she asked"and why did you ignore me?"mia stared at her for some seconds "I came to your house today but you weren't home and I even called you but you didn't pick up".

"that's not enough reason to ignore me"Hannah retorted.feeling upset . already used to Hannah's childish behavior mia apologized even though she still felt ignoring hannah served as a good punishment for the latter. The two finally make up as they walk home together they both talked and laughed humm..... Hannah started to gain Mia's attention "are you hungry?" "what kind of question is that?" mia asked "you see I figured that it was my fault that you ignored me so I'm gonna make it up to you "

" and how do you plan on doing that?" Hannah's eyes brightened as she replied " we'll go eat at a restaurant,my treat" "fine"mia agreed ."But let's go to my house first ,I have something to take" with a sigh mia agreed again .Mia stood in front of the door as she waited for Hannah to open it, going inside mia looked around the house before staring at Hannah getting the message Hannah said"I was just busy"

"so you didn't clean up the mess, seriously,I mean look at the mess you created"

"come on you know I would have cleaned it if I have time "Hannah replied. "We are not leaving until we cleaned up this mess"

"arrrgh fine" she groaned

Far away from Mia and Hannah location, a tall building filled with a lot of office workers .The entire building filled with chattering as everyone rushed from one place to another carrying files and making sure everything is in order..In a room far away from all the chatter a young man sat in front of a desk he had his eyes closed displaying his exclusive facial features,his back resting against the chair as the tapped the table using this index finger as if patiently waiting for someone or something. There was then a knock on the door as he said "come in" the other person carefully came in as he didn't want to annoy his boss who is the CEO of Garcia corporation Ryan Garcia who is the first born son of the Garcia's

"the car is ready"the other man said Ryan finally opened his eyes then he dismissed the man .Ryan then stood up and went out then to the garage where the car has been prepared.

The car door was then opened for him to enter. The began to drive and later came to a halt in front of a small building .Ryan got down from the car and as he got closer the screams inside became louder. He got inside the house and to a room where the screams were coming from. Inside the room was a man that was tied to a chair and also covered in wounds. hearing the approaching footsteps the man slowly opened his eyes"spare....spare me"the man pleaded. Ryan smiled 2hich made the man wonder why "I just thought of checking up on you.are my men treating you right "he then sat on a chair that was in front of the man p..please the man begged again. "you should have thought about the consequences when you decided to steal information from my company. He stood up after signaling his men to continue as he makes his way to his car

On getting to his mansion,he went towards his room,as soon as he opened the door he noticed that was already in his room and that person was also sitting on his bed. Ryan felt that his brother is the only person who seems to find any excuse to bother him. "where were you?*Jason asked Ryan played ignorant and decided to ignore his brother's question and asked"why are you here?"seeing his brother's attitude he replied "I came to visit you with good intentions but as usual you always want me to leave""then if you knew that why do you keep coming"

"well,grampa wants you to see him"

"I know that""then why don't you go see him"" for the same old reason"

"hmm,I would agree with Grandpa on this one even I haven't seen you with a single girl,you should start planning on having children""since he has two grandsons why don't you give him children instead"Ryan replied. He later went downstairs and Jason followed behind while Ryan went to the kitchen, when saw his brother wants to prepare his lunch Jason said"why don't we go out for lunch brother""why?"so we spend some quality time together""no"Ryan replied bluntly,while making arrangements to prepare his lunch

"but you can't just sit at home and do nothing,I am not taking no for an answer"bit knowing his brother will refuse him he kept on pestering his brother and preventing him from cooking. Although Jason prefers his brother's food to any other restaurants food since he always makes sure to take his share but he felt like taking his brother out to eat,he kept on pleading with Ryan making the latter even more annoyed making him wish Jason was never his brother ,Jason frowned at this since Ryan said it out loud "you can't find any other brother like me"at this time Ryan left the kitchen and went to the living room he turned in his brother and said"you're right I wouldn't find anyone as annoying as you"then he turned again as he sat down "what do say about going out for lunch""fine

"really" Jason confirmed "do want me to change my mind?"Ryan asked angrily making Jason shake his head

It took a long time for mia and Hannah to clean up the house with mia doing most of the work

"why should I be doing most of the work when its your house?"

"because you offered to help"Hannah replied

"that doesn't mean I should do most of the work "mia retorted "that's why you are my best friend"

"are you trying to say I'm you best friend because I help you arrange your house" mia said taking a bunch of chocolate packs and putting it in the trash bin she saw Hannah coming towards her with another chocolate with her as she opened the pack and began eating it .

"want some" Hannah mia who was setting up the cushions "nah I don't feel like eating, I'm done let's go"

The duo arrived at the restaurant while mia stared at her friend asking "are you sure you can afford to buy the food here,I know we are living comfortable lives Hannah but knowing you I'm sure you will buy just more than enough"mia said and also emphasize on"just more than enough"

"I am not gonna order a lot and even if I do we'll just pack them in takeaways"Hannah replied holding Mia's hand and pulling her into the restaurant. They picked a table and Hannah who was the one ahead sat first then mia followed

The waiter came and gave Hannah the menu,she assessed it carefully,in which she ordered a lot mia wasn't surprised because she was expecting this she stared at Hannah who was going through the menu and taking the order for them she would look up to ask mia if she wanted a particular dish in which mia would reply with a nod the food mia orders isn't a lot for most people but it is a lot to mia .

When Hannah was done she let out a satisfied sigh then she turned to Mia who was already engrossed in her game "ahem"mia cleared her throat and mia looked up at her giving her a what?look "I didn't bring you here for you to get so engrossed in your game"

"sorry , I just felt it would take you a long time for you give the order"

"oh ,I have a new design and it's so beautiful and you love it ,I have been working on it all week" Hannah said excitedly as she thought of how mia would react when she sees the dress.

"that explains why your entire house is dirty and messy"mia responded then she continued "do you have it on your phone?" "no, Hannah replied knowing where this was going"so the dress is at your house?"

"you can say that"Hannah replied , trying not to drag this Mia said "I'll see it when I come to your house then" and with that she played game on her phone before asking "what's taking the waiter so long"mia asked to Hannah

"I don't know...,why are you asking?",

"because you ordered too much ..., that's probably why he hasn't brought our food yet "

"I didn't order that much"

"gosh ...she look so cute"mia thought trying not to fall for her baby face. The food was then brought for the duo the waiters arranged it as Hannah waited excited so was mia because she was already hungry.

Meanwhile,at the other side of the restaurant,Ryan and Jason had already arrived ,Jason had already booked a table for them at the VIP section where not much people were there. They both sat down while the waiter rushed to their table to take their orders seeing his brother's focus was on his tab Jason knew his brother his leaving the orders for him so he took the menu and order it himself "even in public places like this he is still engrossed in his work"Jason thought, "big brother can't you stop working for once "he asked as he is already getting frustrated by his brother."you never go out with me,all you do his work and worst of all you have never been with any girl it makes me wonder if..... "did you bring me here to talk nonsense or to eat"?I am going to leave if you don't stop talking"Ryan warned and Jason obliged not wanting his brother to leave in the middle of lunch he knew that he can't get his brother to be interested in a girl so he decided to take him that was why he brought him to this restaurant as he knew that there is no girl who wouldn't want to marry the almighty CEO of Garcia's corporation in the whole of country X,but getting him to like a girl would not be easy if Ryan knew Jason's true intentions the latter is dead for sure"damn why didn't take him to a club" Jason cursed himself in the head that way it would be easy to get girls all around him, but then if I did that he will surely find away to avoid them and I'll be in in big trouble so bringing him to a restaurant wasn't a bad idea either "he thought. The food has already set and Jason was the first one to start eating seeing his brother not eating and still working on his tablet he asked "aren't you going to eat big bro?" Ryan turned off his tab and started eating . When they were done eating Ryan and Jason were walking towards the exit when Ryan stopped wondering why his brother stopped walking he asked"what's wrong?" "I forgot my phone" Ryan replied while glaring at Jason seeing this Jason said "you're looking at me as if it is my fault you forgot your phone"

"if it weren't for your constant blabbing i wouldn't have forgotten it"he said turning around to get his phone while Jason decided to go outside and wait. He was already leaving when someone bumped into him and staining his cloth with food

Both mia and Hannah are done with eating and as expected they couldn't finish all the food mia had the waiters pack them in takeaways "what?... it not my fault that I ordered too much "Hannah replied after getting the "I told you so look from Mia ," how is that not your fault?you gave the order yourself plus you paid for it "

"but you still ate it ,hmm I'll go wait outside " Hannah said "fine"mia replied

When food was already packed mia carried them and walked to exit the restaurant on her way she took out her phone and decided to call Hannah when she bumped into someone because the food packed was in one of her hands when she tried to dial Hannah's number it spilled on the man and a little on her
