Love at first site

Katherine is a very shy girl that doesn't have many friends. The only friend that she has is Carlie they have been friends since kids. Katherine loves school and her studies. Katherine is a young girl with brown curly hair and brown eyes. Carlie is blonde with blue eyes. Carlie like to have fun in the weekends but she also loves school. They are very different but they get along really well. They are in their last year of high school. Kathy has plans after high school, but Carlie only want to live her life and in joy her young life.

Katherine's POV:

I had a call from Carlie inviting me to the new café that I just opened last week. I told her I would ask my dad. He is very over protective I know he still sees me as his little princess. After my mom left he has become my mom and dad. After I ended my call I went downstairs.

"Dad can I go to the new café with Carlie and then we are going shopping for school." I asked him. My dad never lets me go out unless it with her. "Ok but don't come home late you girls have school tomorrow" he said. and closed the door.

Carlie was waiting for me in her red SUV "let's go" I told her bucking my seatbelt. "what took you so long I have been waiting" she asked? "Sorry you know how my dad is. He is super over protective" I said. 10 minutes later we got to the café. It wasn't that far from home or school. She parked the car. From the window we see an elegant lady opening the shop.

The café was big and elegant it had a lot of windows and the walls were light blue with pictures of what I think it's her family.

The wooden floor made the café shop look comfortable and elegant. We got a table and sat down looking all around the shop. "I love the café" I said to Carlie. "Yes I love it too" she said. I was ready to order and she was too. "I will go order you take a seat. She nodded I want a black coffee please". I look at her and nodded. I went straight to the lady.

"Welcome" the elegant lady said. " I am the owner of Luke's café" she says. The owner is very elegant wearing a white shirt with a black skirt and light make up even though she was the owner she was wearing work clothes. "Thank you I love the café shop" I said well ordering. " Can I get one black coffee and one caramel late" I say. "will do can I have your name" she says. "It's Kathy"I said and went back to the table.

Carlie and I talked about everything, she wants me to go live with her after high school so I don't worry about my father and making me study something I don't want to. "I just want to make my dad happy and proud." "Order for Kathy" I heard my name by the owner. "I will go get it" I say So I went to get them. She gave me the drinks and when I turn around I bumped into something and I look up and it wasn't something it was someone. He spell all the coffees on me....

This is my first story I have been writing but I never dare to publish I hope you guys like it. This is a story about a vampire who fell in love with a human girl but with a twist.

This is my first story please let me know if you are like in it. I will continue writing it. Also please let me know if I need some help or if I need some improvement. It won't bother me thanks and I hope you in joy.

Kathy's POV:

When I got my order and turned around I bumped into someone "OUCHH"! I said screaming. Why don't you watch where you're going". I said but when I look up at his big beautiful red/orange eyes I felt embarrassed but also felt something weird in my stomach. " I am so sorry I didn't see you". He said looking in my eyes. I heard the owner say "excuse my son he is just learning how to run the shop". I looked at him embarras. "Next time watch where you're going". I said a little mad but shy and I didn't know what to say.

I went back to the table where Carlie was looking at me with her arms cross like if she was mad. "What is your problem" she said. "Didn't you see how handsome and gentlemen he was with you". She said looking at him. I guess she didn't see everything "What are you talking about he bumped into me and spilled the hot coffees all over me".

I turned around and saw him looking at me his looks gave me chills all over my body. It was something I never felt before. Carlie pulled me away from my thoughts and told me she saw him staring at me. I thought she was joking so I look back to him. I saw him get close with to coffees and a slice of chocolate cake.

"Hello, I am so sorry for your drinks here. This is on the house" he said. I looked at his beautiful eyes I have never seen a guy with color eyes. "I love your eyes" I told him a little shy. He smile and said thank you. "Thank you for the coffees" I say. "No problem" he answered.

I saw him go back to the register well I was throwing the trash away Carlie opened the door letting the wind blow on my hair. When I turn my head to see him and say goodbye he was gone in a second. I was thinking why he leave and didn't even say goodbye. I looked at the owner and waved "good bye thank you" I say. She waves back.

I felt a little sad and I didn't even know why. When I got in Carlie car I was thinking about him. Why will he just leave and didn't say anything. How did he disappear in a second.? I was quite the whole car ride. Carlie pinch me to get me out of my thoughts. OUCH!!! "What the hell... why you do that for?" "I was talking to you and you didn't answer" she said. I looked at her and said sorry. "Why you pinched me what do you want"? I said "we are here at the store I am asking if you want to go in or go home, but you didn't answer". "Sorry Carlie can you just take me home" I asked. She nodded and took me home. On our way home again I was lost in my thoughts. How did he just leave in seconds. "Again thinking We are at your house. What are you thinking".

"Ohh! I know what were you thinking or should I say who were you thinking about". She said I felt my face turning red. "What are you talking about"? I wasn't thinking about anything. I felt my face getting more red."Yea right!! She said.

"Kathy I know you better then anyone else. "I know you liked him. I saw the way you two were looking at each other." She said. I felt my face getting more red. "Girl you can't hide it from me. I know you, you liked him." She is crazy but then again she knows me better than anyone.

With what she said bye. I got out of her car and went inside. My dad was waiting in the living room. "Hey dad" he saw my shirt all stained with coffee. "Sweety what happened to you"? "I bumped into someone in the shop and spilled coffee all over me." I told him half the true.

I didn't tell him the whole true because I know he would get mad and go saying something to that poor guy. Which I don't even know his name. He left with out saying a thing. Well I think I will never see him again.

I changed my clothes and went back downstairs for lunch. "Luna didn't you say you went shopping" he asked. I looked at him. "We were but Carlie got tired and we prefer coming home" I say. We sat down for lunch and ate. Dad made spaghetti and meatballs. We had orange juice and fresh fruit.

Everything he made was delicious. I was so hungry I gobbled down every bit of it. I finished my food and excuse myself. "Dad I am going to study for a while" I said he nodded.

I went to my room to change and started studying, but I saw him in my room. I wanted to scream because he scared the hell out of me but he came to me and covered my mouth. " It's ok. It's me" he whisper. "Don't be afraid it's just me".

Luke's POV:

When I saw her at the café she was so beautiful but when the wind hit her face I couldn't help it. I never felt like this. Yes I had been with other girls but I never felt this way by anyone. I couldn't stand her strong scent. I wanted to feed on her so bad and fuck here in my moms shop, but I had to control myself first so I went on the roof of the shop. I saw her leave and get in the car. I had mix feelings if I should talk to her but I had to control my thirst first.

After a while of thinking I decided to follow her home. I saw her go inside her house so I went and waited for her in her room. The scent of her room was very strong, but I had to control it I didn't want to scare her. I heard her talking with her dad as she didn't tell him the whole true. I heard foot steps coming from down stairs.

When I saw her, she wanted to scream but I had to cover her mouth so her dad didn't notice I am here.

"What the hell!!! You scared me" she said "I am so sorry I just needed to see you." I told her looking at her beautiful face. "How did you get here? How do you know where I live". She asked "Sorry I followed you." I said".

She looked kind of scared I didn't like her been scared of me. I could hear her heart betting faster every time I get close. "I am so Sorry about what happened in the coffee shop I'm Luke." I was waiting for her to shake my hands. "Hi, I'm Katherine" she said". "I know. I heard my mom call your name to get the coffees to your table. We started talking about each other she is so beautiful I could see it in her eyes she is the one.

We stayed silence for a moment and after a while she broke the silence. "Ohh my goodness Look at the time you have to go. If my dad sees you here he's going to have a hear attack." I couldn't help it I laugh.

I started to hear footsteps coming so I had to go. When her dad was about to open the door I jumped out of the window and went to the roof top of her bedroom. "Sweety it's late you have school tomorrow." He said. I saw her look at the window and I was gone. She felt relief when she didn't see me.

Kathy's POV:

I heard my dad coming up to my room. When I turn around he was gone. He is been so weird he disappears In seconds without saying a word but I felt relief that my dad didn't see him here.

My dad got out of my room so I went to get ready for bed. I came out of the bathroom and saw him here. "I thought you left" she asked. "I was going to but I didn't say goodbye so I came back" he answered. "Thank you" I said back "but you need to go before my dad finds you here" I add. "Ok!!! I am leaving" he said and waved.

Through the night I couldn't sleep I was thinking about Luke he looks so handsome with his red eyes he was dress in a black leather jacket. His arms look strong like if he works out and he had a tattoo of a symbol of something.

I was thinking about him the whole night for once I was not studying or reading I was thinking about him Luke the masteries guy from the café. I don't know why but he makes my body get chills.
