Chapter 1 This Might Be Her End

"Get her!"

Dark Night was the ultimate extravagant clubhouse.

In a tulle mermaid dress, Emily Stevens hastily scurried to the dazzling dance floor, shoved her way through the madding crowd, desperately broke through the encirclement, and ran for her life.

Her heart pounded with the deafening music and her stunning face was covered densely with sweat.

Her curly long hair stuck to her cheeks, which was deadly attractive to the eye.

The mermaid dress packed up her curvy body and revealed her skin. Any man would be aroused by the scene.

Emily had no idea why she was here and who sold her off to a dirty swine.

In reflex, she hit and ran!

She was exhausted by the hot pursuit. Her legs felt weak, and she couldn't make it any further.

"Quick, get that woman! Don't let her escape!" A growl came from behind.

Emily looked back. The roaches of the swine were about to catch up.

So far, she still hadn't found the exit of the large clubhouse. If she continued to run helter-skelter like this, she would be caught eventually!

"No, I need a plan to get away!" She looked around.

Her eyes suddenly landed on a statuesque figure escorted by a group of men!

Although she only saw his back, her sharp eyes captured the respect people showed to the man in the center.

Moreover, the man boasted a tough vibe, and she had reason to believe he was a bigshot.

Her eyes swiveled smartly, and she made up her mind, "Anyway, I should take a shot!"

Emily rushed over at top speed and shouted, "Hey! Worthless scum, how dare you fool around here behind my back!"

Tristan Weaver heard the yelling of a woman and involuntarily turned around.

Slap...

The sound of the smack was drowned out by the deafening music.

In the meantime, the air became frozen and so quiet people could hear their own heartbeat.

When those men saw a woman smacking their boss, their eyes almost popped out.

Holy cow, this woman was courting death!

Their boss was not a gentleman but a cruel monster. She was bold to hit such a man!

They mourned her in advance.

This woman was pretty. What a pity...

She would be torn to pieces.

Tristan darted an icy, murderous look at the woman.

His sculpted face fell. In the flickering environment, he looked as awful as Death incarnate.

Her blood froze when she met his eyes.

This man looked so ferocious and intimidating!

She really regretted it. Darn it, she would rather be caught by the swine.

She grinned sweetly and apologized, "Oops, sorry, I... I might have found the wrong person."

"Wrong person!" A mellow, deep voice came out of his mouth, but he stressed his tone fiercely.

Emily swallowed and turned to run, but those roaches had rushed up.

This might be her end.

Chapter 2 This Is My Man

"You won't escape!" The swine's roaches blocked her way, crowed, and reached out their hands to catch Emily.

"You won't get away!" In the meantime, Tristan's chilling voice also reached her ears, and he clamped her arm.

She was cornered!

Since the tough man had been offended, she chose to bite the bullet. It was way better to die by a hot guy's hand than on a swine's body!

She turned back, held onto Tristan's arm, stuck to him, and bluffed, "Don't mess around. This is my man, and he is very powerful!"

His pupils contracted abruptly. Tristan itched to tear her into pieces!

"Do you have a death wish?" He gritted his teeth and throttled her.

It took great courage to pull the whisker of a tiger. Emily readily stuck to him, fought back her fear, smiled at the man coquettishly, and pleaded in a low voice, "Handsome, a little help here. In exchange, I'm willing to do anything for you."

Her stunning face was enlarged in his pupils. Her eyes were both sly and attractive.

He had to admit this woman was like an enchanting succubus.

Even so, he could resist her charm since he had seen various kinds of women.

Only he was carried away by a fragrance from her body. It could soothe his agitation, relax his mind, and refresh his spirit.

He couldn't tell whether it was her perfume or natural scent. He only knew that he liked it.

His dark blue eyes gazed at her for a while, and he changed his mind about killing this damn woman who slapped him boldly.

"Deal." Tristan agreed with a smile and moved his hand to her waist, "My woman."

Through the thin dress, she could feel a stream of warmth from his palm. Her body stiffened, and she intended to push him away. Only she couldn't because she needed his help.

She felt like entering a wolf's den and forced an awkward smile.

Those roaches didn't believe her at all, "We know well whether you have a man or not. Don't try to fool us!"

Then they challenged Tristan arrogantly, "A toy boy like you can't save a beauty. You'd better stay out of this, or we'll teach you a lesson!"

Tristan glanced at them and curled his lips. His smile was both pleasant and evil to the eye.

"Toy boy, huh? Teach me a lesson?" He chuckled, but his eyes glittered with coldness, "Cripple them and cut off their tongues."

The awful air around him prevailed.

Those roaches were instantly appalled. Fear rose and urged them to run.

"Yes, sir!" Tristan's men complied in unison.

For the first time, they were surprised that their boss wouldn't kill the woman who hit him. Far from it, he stood up for her, which was incredible.

Only they couldn't see through his real thoughts.

Then they lunged at those roaches.

The swine's men tried to escape but stood no chance!

There was no comparison between the two squads.

Those roaches were routed.

Not interested in the boring one-sided game, Tristan moved his hand from her neck to her chin before dropping a kiss on her pale lips. He even bit her nastily.

Chapter 3 How Will You Repay Me

This woman now belonged to him!

The sensation, as soft as the marshmallow and as cool as the ice, invaded Emily's brain.

She widened her eyes and stared at the man in shock!

From his eyes, she detected teasing and retaliation.

The tip of her tongue tasted fishy sweetness. The pain from his bite snapped her out of a daze, and she exerted strength to push the man away, "Asshole!"

Emily raised her hand to slap him again.

Tristan certainly would not let her have her way!

He grabbed her wrist with one hand and clasped her waist with the other. She was pulled closer to him, unable to break free.

In the flickering environment, they stuck to each other ambiguously.

"Aren't you my woman?" Tristan smiled gently, "Usually I'd throw disobedient women into snake's lairs." He was not joking.

His gentle voice somehow made her skin crawl.

This man was venomous. What kind of demon did she mess with? She must find a way to escape.

Her entire body stiffened. He was as hot as hell, and any woman would itch to approach him. She, however, just wanted to avoid him and get away as soon as possible.

It was not wise to confront Death head-on. Therefore, she chose to flatter him, "Handsome, I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to hit you and thank you for your help.

Well, I didn't bring my wallet.

Why don't you tell me your bank account? When I return home, I'll wire you some money as a reward."

"I don't need money. I'll just take you." Tristan said frivolously.

... She would rather hit the wall and die.

Then again, life was better than death. Committing suicide by hitting the wall was too painful.

Her eyes flickered, and she minced, "I can reward you in this way, but we need a room, don't you think? A hotel maybe?"

It was her fault to trade with a demon. Now she had to bid her time to escape.

"As you wish." Holding the woman, Tristan walked towards the exit and instructed his men indifferently, "Dispose of them, don't scare my guests."

"Yes, sir."

Milo Riley drove in the direction of the Phoenix Court villa area.

In the car, Emily was on alert.

Tristan never moved his hand away from her waist.

He remained silent, and the carriage was eerily quiet. Emily could even hear her anxious heartbeat.

"What's your name?" Tristan finally broke the silence.

What was her name? She instantly had a headache.

What was her name? She searched in her memories but failed to find the answer!

"I won't repeat it!" Tristan sulked.

Milo stole a glance at Emily. He had never seen his boss bringing any woman into his car, and his boss talked to her so nicely.

In fact, Tristan disliked women and had mysophobia. No one was allowed to touch him.

There was a time when someone inadvertently touched him. As punishment, he had that person crippled.

This time his boss not only touched this woman but even wanted to bring her home, which was incredible.

Milo always believed his boss was gay. It turned out to be a misunderstanding.

"Linnea Stevens!" The name suddenly popped up in her mind, and she blurted out.
