CHAPTER 1

Hello, I am Ella Stewart, an 18 year old high school girl who live with her parents.

I am a gentle type who only focuses on her education, I came from a middle class background and I am satisfied with who I am.

I am an introvert who doesn't love keeping friends, I love being on my own but despite all I have only just one friend which her name is Maryanne

Unlike me, Maryanne is a carefree type and an extrovert who love being around people and really jovial and outspoken.

I still wonder how she was able to cope with somebody like me.

Enough of the introduction, let's go back to the story.

Ella was walking into the school when somebody hug her suddenly and that is no other person than her crazy friend, Maryanne.

"Good morning bestie" Maryanne shouted and Ella couldn't help but laugh.

"Good morning to you too, what a crazy friend I have" Ella said.

"Well you love me that way" Maryanne said and Ella just stare at her not knowing what to say.

They both walk to class happily and as they got to class, Ella went to sit on her own without talking to anyone.

"The nerd has come again" one of the students said and Maryanne gave him a glare which made him quiet immediately.

Ella on her own did not care at all, she just bury her head in her book.

Maryanne sat beside her operating her phone, after while the teacher entered and they all sat down for the day's work.

After some classes they all went for break and Ella and Maryanne went to the cafeteria to eat.

They got there and they were about eating when some girls came to them.

"Hey nerd, come here" one of the girls said.

"Who are you to call her?" Maryanne asked.

"Wow, you are her hero now" one said mockingly.

"You are just her shadow" another said pointing at Ella and they all hissed and walk away.

"Don't worry, no ones are hurt my best friend" Maryanne said.

"Thank you" Ella said lowly and Maryanne raise her head up.

"Don't be sad, I am always here for you, I am sure you will be able to stand up for yourself one day" she assured her and she nodded.

The break was over and they all went back into their class and they did some few more works before they close for the day and they both bade each other goodbye and they partways.

Ella got back home then drop her bag on the couch.

"Mum, I am home" she shouted and went to the kitchen where she met her mum preparing lunch.

Her mum is a manager in a company but that day was her off that was why she is at home.

"Welcome back darling, how was school today?" Her mum asked.

"I am fine mum, school is good" she said.

Ella is only free with her parents and Maryanne but she loves keeping things to herself.

The lunch is done in no time and she ate then she went into her room to do her assignment and after she began revising all what she has been taught that day.

You can say she is boring, she doesn't care about that, she just live her life the way she want to.

A 22 year old young guy was sitting on a chair with some men standing in his front, he put on a very cold face.

"How about the mission of last night?" He asked coldly.

"It is done boss" the guys answered him.

"There will be another mission in two days time, I will let you all know who is going for the mission soon" he said and they all nodded then they all left the place.

The cold man is Claus Stallone, he is the boss of a very dangerous mafia clan which is the most feared in the city.

He is well trained and skilled boss which everyone fear so much in the clan.

He kill with no mercy and he never care about people's feeling.

Wondering how such a young guy became the boss of the mafia clan, don't underestimate him, he may be young but he is capable.

Also, he is a college student who goes to college from home because of the clan.

He sat down on the chair and began smoking with bottle of wine in his front.

He cross his legs and was smoking heavily, he is a type of guy who doesn't have time for girls at all, he believes girls are distraction to him and he would not allow that. He also believes they will make a man weak.

One interesting thing about him is that he is always putting on mask so no one knows how his face looks like except for his parents but they believe he is really handsome.

CHAPTER 2

After smoking for a while Claus stood up and went into the bathroom, he took his bath and laid on the bed thinking of the mission at hand.

Though the mission is dangerous but that doesn't freak him one bit, he knows his clan are more than capable of it.

He decided he will brief them about the mission later so as to make them prepare for it.

He laid down and in no time he slept off with his mask on his face.

After Ella is done with her assignment she went down to watch some programme on the TV and her mummy let her be, she just watch her and was happy for the kind of child God has given her.

She decided to join her to watch the programme and they both sat down with their gaze focus on the TV.

"Can't you just watch something more sociable like your mates" her mum said though she is happy with what her child is watching but she feels she should watch something else other than that.

"Mum I am not other people, I am different and this is what I love watching" she said to her mum and she let her be.

Later in the evening, her dad came back home and they welcome him and then dinner was prepared and they all ate like a happy family they were. After eating they all went to sleep.

They woke up the next day and Ella prepared for school.

In no time, she got to school and she met Maryanne whom they both went to class together.

After they both sit the teacher came in and began teaching and after a while the class ended and they all wait for the next teacher to come in.

Ella and Maryanne were busy talking together when a guy suddenly approach them.

"Hi, Maryanne" he said and Maryanne look at him.

"Just let me be please Sylvester" Maryanne said to him and the guy felt sad.

He was about to talk when the teacher enter and he had no choice but to go after sit down.

The class became silent and they all listen attentively to what the teacher is teaching them.

Claus woke up later the next day and he called the guys then he told them about the mission and some were terrified but they never show it, they kept a straight face.

After the briefing and plans they all went back to their rooms to prepare for the mission coming up the next day.

Claus himself took his laptop and he become busy with it.

He had his bath later and call in the maids to bring his meal which was brought after few minutes and he began eating while the maids watch him.

Wondering how he was able to eat with the mask on, he makes a space in his mouth area which allow him talk and take in things.

After a while he was done and the maids pack the dishes carefully because any mistake from them they are gone already.

After they close, they were walking home when Sylvester came to them again and when Maryanne saw him she put on a cold face.

"Maryanne please just consider me" he said.

"Am I the only girl in the school, go for another person, I don't love you" she said to him.

"And I will make you love me" he said with determination then he left.

"You and this Sylvester" Ella said

"I just don't know why he can't just let me be, he has been on my neck for a while now"

"I don't know what to say because I know nothing about love" Ella said and Maryanne only sigh.

They part ways and Ella got home then went to take a shower then change her cloth.

She came back down and ate then she went back up to do her assignment as usual.

It was time for the mission and the clan all get ready to go for the mission, they were dressed up in a cloth which will make them be able to fight well and then Claus gave them the last instruction before they all left with some dangerous weapons, few people were remaining in the clan.

They got to the location and everywhere were secured with highly trained bodyguards there.

They study the environment then some of the bodyguards went down dead.

The rest of them began firing their gun also and they wet into hiding firing their gun also.

Some of the guards were down but the guys also were hit by the gun but that doesn't freak them at all.

After they were sure that that the coast is clear they all went in and as they got in they met hundred of guards in but they stood their ground and seeing that guns are not needed thy dropped their guns and they all use hand combat for them.

The fight began and everywhere became tense and the sound of their fists and legs could be heard.

After sometimes the guards were all down and the gangs went in, some of them were injured also.

They got in and met some other guards.

"Oh shit, don't these people get tired of dying" one of the guys said and just then one of the guards came and wanted to hit him when the guy kick the guard in his leg and he fell down then the others move to fight them then another fight began and as they were fighting someone suddenly shoot a gun.
