chapter 1

I packed everything and I could barely hear what Kisha was talking to me. My mind is filled with questions now, why did she do that?

What's wrong with her? She looks desperate about this matter.

"Kisha..." I seriously called her who now stopped talking and looked at me.

"Why?"

"Can you tell me who that girl is?" I asked directly which he swallowed, one by one the few girls left my room to leave the two of us. I saw Kisha's confusion when others left her.

"Carizza, you didn't know?" I raised an eyebrow at him. Would I ask if I knew? It sighed. "That's Georgianna Romano Lanzaderas, but before she got the surname Lanzaderas she's already the omnipotent woman of the world."

"Omnipotent woman of the world?" I asked wonderingly. I am aware of that Romano surname it's well-known but I don't obviously put so much effort to know about it. it nodded.

"Higher than the president, that kind of meaning. She got fame, power, and money. I think she has everything, everyone knows her except you... she is the one who saved their Roman bloodline, everyone looks up to her, second only to the Roman is the Lanzaderas. but he is not that familiar from his face, only his name resonates with him." "Can you just say no? Tell her that I am going to retire, let her choose another woman." I initially felt bitter about this reaction.

"Carizza, I told her several times but she still insists. Maybe you already know her background right? No matter what you do she has the power not to let you go out of town or even abroad." He said firmly that I was dumbfounded. Fvck that power.

"How about Kisha? may be she'll consider that one, why me? And another thing, why would she buy one from us when she can do it all by herself."

He shook his head and held both of my hands. "She likes you. She told me that you have a similar voice that's why you are the best representative. he doesn't want anyone else, he's more interested in you."

Voice together? What is this woman planning?

"Lawrence..."

"We have a deal. When he's satisfied with your work, you can go, you're free. There's nothing wrong with trying, right? You know it's quick and you'll be released immediately." I scoffed. I don't think so. I have a strong hunch if it's something else.

"Does his wife know anything about this?" I was frowning when I asked.

"I do not know. The only thing he mentioned was about business, and I don't understand what it's connected to." I sighed and felt my senses.

My head would break in this situation. I don't have a choice, he has the power I don't have, even if I say no, I still can't do anything.

"Make sure that she'll get tired of me so that your deal will be beneficial. I'll try my best to act as what I need to do but I won't assure you that I'll treat them as what I did from my past clients. I'll act according to my will, I just need the money for this." He nodded to what I said and gave me the folder containing my informations.

"Call me if something happens." I nodded and took a deep breath. I smiled when he noticed that Lawrence and I had finished talking. I can't really read this woman's thoughts, I just have to be careful not to get angry or upset because she might throw me somewhere. She's powerful after all right

chapter 2

Our flight took more than an hour and we immediately entered the office in this big mansion. I wasn't able to look at it properly because my attention was focused on whatever it was going to say.

"Sit down," he invited with a smile that I immediately did. I leaned the suitcase I was carrying against a wall and sat on a chair opposite the table and its own chair. "You are probably wondering why I bought someone like you instead of me doing it." I just kept staring at him.

He stood up and took a folder from a cupboard. she gave it to me. I immediately opened it and it turned out to be my information. I have a face on the side and some information about my life.

"Maybe I won't feel sorry if there's trouble?" I asked directly and he immediately asked.

I want it to stay as it is." He didn't need to explain even though that alone was enough for me to understand.

"Does your wife know this?" I asked.

Everything about him gave him a refined air of elegance. my face was surprised, there is nothing different about his wife if we compare him to the actor who got the first position as the most handsome man in the world, his wife's hair is not bad, he is a loser.

One thing caught my attention... a wheelchair. I swallowed.

"He can't walk. His leg and thigh were paralyzed because of an accident while he was doing a charity work in Zailen Province." I was just stunned while in the kitchen. My brain still can't process what he told me earlier. She's tired of taking care of her husband when in fact she isn't the one who took care of it.
