Chapter .

"I've been talking to you for a while but you ignored me. It looks like you're lost in thought. What's the matter Edie?"

"You were talking to me? Oh I'm sorry I was kind of thinking about something. Its not really important. Sorry could you repeat what you said?"

The nurse still had that worried look on her face but she just didn't asked more.

"I was asking, how did you sutain such an injury."

"Oh I slipped on a banana peel and fell."

"Okay. Well luckily it's really not that serious. You should ice it and you'll be fine in a few days. Here, these should help you recover faster." She gave me some pain killers and I thanked her and left the chemist.

Nurse Linda has always been really kind to me. She knows what kind of relationship I have with my mom and sister but knowing that I don't really like talking about it, she normally minds her business. I went straight to the store I work and little did I know another drama awaits me.

"You little witch. So you have been lying to me about your mom sending you to run some errands for her huh? Just to get out of work. Okay since you just love having long breaks why don't you go on an even longer one. You can have all the time in the world to rest because you're fired, got it you filthy witch. Get out of my shop now." The shop owner also kept cursing me and I ignored her. I knew that I was bound to get fired sooner or later. So I kept a calm face and left her shop. She doesn't even pay me much so she's partially a blessing in disguise. But now how am I gonna take care of myself. My mom doesn't feed me or do anything for me. The only thing she does is shelter me ans nothing else. I habe to do everything for myself. And I still have to pay my pending tuition fee. How am I gonna get another job now.

[11/12, 1:13 AM] Rahma ksu: *Chapter Two*

I got tired of limping and needed some rest. Then I heard someone shouting at me.

"Hey, what are you. Blind, stupid or both. Get off the road or I'll run my car over you."

"I'm sorry. I didn't realize."

"Just get lost you fool."

Then I started limping out of the road. I had so much in my mind I didn't realize I was walking on the road until that driver started shouting out. But even after insulted I felt fine. Actually I was kind of used to being called names all the time. Even if I got into trouble my mom wouldn't stand up for me. She would always say why do I even have to go to school and meet people and fight with them. I suppose to be home working for her. I had no one to defend me. Or to even stand up for me. I was still limping and I heard arguing. I turned and I saw that driver that shouted at me and a different man. They were arguing at the top of their voices.

Why would you bark at a girl like that. Can't you see she's hurt. She can't even walk properly, look she's limping."

"Does that give her a reason to limp on the road carelessly. What if I didn't see her in time. That means if I hit her all charges would be on me all because of her stupidity."

"Could you think for one second at least and stop worrying about yourself. As far as I'm concerned you're the stupid one here."

"What did you just call me. Do you wish for a death note?"

The both of them just kept arguing over me. I stood there dumbfounded, watching the man defend me. Finally people came and separated them and the driver left. And the man came to me.

"Are you okay?" He asked me

"Yes, I'm fine. Thank you."

"No problem. So how did you get hurt. Do you live around her. I can take you home. Let's go I'll give you a ride."

"Um, no thank you. I can manage. Thanks for the offer."

Then I started walking away. He came and blocked my path

"I insist I take you home. You must be really tired. And looks to me like you have alot in your mind. Are you sure you're okay?"

"Thank you for the kind gesture. But I'm ready fine."

Then I started moving away from him. But I could feel his presence behind me. He kept following me everywhere I go and it started to become very uncomfortable. But I just ignored it anyways. We've been walking for a while and I see he has no intention of leaving. Then I turned around and asked him "Why do you keep following me. I'm sure you have something important to do." The just looked at me and smiled. I don't know what the smile was for but deep down it felt nice.

"Well considering you rejected my offer to drive you home I just thought that I could walk you home. Just to make sure you're okay."

"Thank you but I think we should part ways from here."

"Okay, that's cool."

Then I turned around and starting limping again but he just crossed the road and continued following me and I decided to speak up.

"I thought you said you would leave."

"To make it more specific we agreed on parting ways, which we did. I'm not on your trail now, am I?"

He seems very persistent. But I just ignored him.

I was about to knock on the gate then I heard his voice "So this is where you live. You have a very nice house. I do want to visit you someday if you don't mind."

I turned around and looked at him and said "actually I do mind. Don't come here, okay?"

"You and I both know that I'm coming anyways, dispite your rejection."

I sighed and told him the reason I don't want him to come.

"You're mom? Don't worry I'm a lovable person. I'm sure we'll get along just fine. Hey can I have your number?" I want to let you know when I'm coming."

"Sorry you can't."

"Why not?"

"Because I don't have a phone. I don't need it."

"What do you mean you don't need it. How do you contact your mom or your friends?"

When he said friends, that word hit me so hard that I almost started tearing up. "I don't have friends. I never had any."

"What? But you must have people close to you. You know other than your mom."

"No I don't. I think it's best that you leave."

"Sorry can I get your name?"

"It's Edie." I said that to him and went inside. I was on my way to my room and I met Ellie along the way.

"Hey who was that guy I saw you with just now."

"I don't know him." I didn't even spare her a glance and went into my room and locked the door before she could come in.

"I'm telling mom you're bringing guys over. And you'll be in big trouble." I heard her through my door but I just ignored her. Then this guy came to my mind. I don't even know his name. Is he really serious about coming to visit me? I've never had someone coming to see me. Who is that man guy? Why

As hunter march majestically swam in the lake, he's blue jeans are on but of course He's shirtless, the moon light shinning on him, the fireflies, butterflies and flowers all around him, he looked like a prince in a fairytale, then he noticed a girl,

a pretty girl, he looks straight at her with his ocean blue eyes, when he noticed she's staring at his broad shoulders and six pack abbs, with her round honey brown eyes, her face showing all kinds of emotions, alert, surprised, panicked, staring and then drooling, she looks beautiful, like a princess out of a fairytale, he smiled, he then started towards her, when he's standing right in front of her, he says to her in his deep melodic voice, * Hi *

Safia yelp and turned around, that made him chuckled * I'm right in front of you, don't stop staring, and don't worry, I'm not a threat * he says, when safia turned, she almost bump into him, she quickly gave them a good five foot space.

* who are you and what are you doing in my lake and outside the kingdom walls at this hour?* safia asked suspiciously, hunter was surprised, I mean he's every girls dream boy, even the wolvefys(girls wolve shifter) with there strong mind are attracted to him, he never pays any attention to them thought, but for some reason he found himself wanting to know this girl, to talk to her, to give her all his attention.

"this guy is creepy" safia thought "handsome but creepy", first he swam in HER lake, and asked her not to stop staring at him, and now that she asked him something he looked surprised, what the hell. And that's it, safia can't take it anymore, so she flicked her fingers in front of him, saying

* hey mister* hunter then shakes his head like he's trying to clear something and says *um, okay first, I'm hunter, second, this is not your lake and last but not least why do you care what I'm doing outside the kingdom walls, and what are YOU doing outside the kingdom walls at this hour and also who are you*

Okay, safia was trying to register this, he's hunter and he's shirtless, and he's asking her who she is, that means he doesn't know she's the princess, which means she can talk to him like any other normal person, ( as soon as she gets past the part where he's shirtless) and she doesn't have to be formal, she hates being formal, and most importantly, her secret about sneaking out at night to the forest can remain hidden, so okay, here she goes,

* okay hunter, I'm safia, what I'm doing outside is non of your business, and that lake is definitely mine, and put on your shirt now* so hunter walked towards his shirt and put on a very transparent blue half sleeve button down shirt, and kept it untucked, he's long brown hair all wet and messy, he's saying

* nice to meet you safia, and i hate to say but the lakes not yours, it belongs to the forest, to nature, and safia like, princess safia, king Travis daughter*

Safia let's out a nervous laugh upon hearing her fathers name, * hhhhh... no I'm not the princess we just happen to have the same name, I'm just safia ....traamish* she dragged the name * OK safia traamish, I'm hunter ...mishra* he says, ( safia can't help but noticed they both have mish in their fathers names, not that she can call traamish her fathers name, hehe)

he doesn't want her to know he's hunter march, the werewolf threatening and terrorising their kingdom, he then sat at the grass near the flowers over looking the lake, dropping her hood safia fellow suit, he says

* so anyway, I heard that today's the princess birthday, she turns 18* * yeah, I heard so too* safia reply * and its my birthday too, just turned 18 * hunter looks at safia and says * are you sure your not the princess* with a short laugh she says *No I'm sure* hunter says * too bad you're not the princess, I would've really wanted to talk to her, don't take offence thought, I didn't mean it like that*

She says * non taken, but why do you want to talk to the princess * hunter says * don't we all* and they both smiled *but actually I wanted to talk to her because I heard that she wants to break peace between the werewolves and humans* safia reply *yeah that's true* hunter then turned to her with a big smile on his face and says * really *

Huh huh, why are you asking * safia says * oh I'm just curious as to why she wants to do that* hunter wants to know because he has a plan, a plan to take back his kingdom and have his revenge on Kong(king Travis) and getting to his daughter might be the only way to execute his plan without too much bloodshed,

but hunter doesn't know that safia's the actual princess and that asking this particular question, had made her excited, because safia's been itching to tell someone why she wanted peace between the werewolves and humans, since her own father doesn't even care, and she really has to fight herself to stay casual about this, she doesn't want to reveal herself, and besides, she doesn't even know what his answer might be, so here goes nothing.

* uh not sure, but I heard that she wants peace because, all the bloodshed really has to stop before it's too late, our soldiers are dying and those soldiers have families, what will happen to there families now, and the people ain't really living, they're lucked up behind the walls, they don't have freedom and they're living in fear,

they can't wonder in the forest, can't enjoy nature, and the children can't even play hide and seek in the woods, and the werewolves of course must have a reason to attack our kingdom, no one declare war for no reason, and I'm sure they would want a roof over their heads, a place to call home, were their children will be able to go to school, and away from the other dangers of the forest,

and don't take this the wrong way, but I think we are the ones pushing them to attack us, we keep chasing them constantly and declaring war, even when they didn't attempt to attack us, and I stand with the princess, we should talk to them, propose peace and harmony, propose a world where we can be together in unity and end this damn war!*

When safia finally finished, she was panting, and hunter was actually very surprised, the princess loves her people, and she wants them to be free and happy, to live life at its fullest, and she considers the werewolves too, she wants exactly what he wants for his people, she doesn't want to win the war,

she just wants to stop the bloodshed, just like him, so they can both live in peace, they have that in common, and he found himself wondering what else could they have in common, just then hunter snaps back to reality and he found safia staring at him like "what the hell, you're silence after all I've just said" so hunter cleared his throat and say.

* wow, you're actually right, I stand with the princess too, but I don't think the king liked the idea of peace between the humans and werewolves, * safia's over the moon to hear that he stands with the princess, this guy just made her day, but she can't victory dance hear, she must keep acting casual, so she asked * why'd you think that*

hunter replied * I don't know, he just seems eager to wipe them out* and that clicked something in safia's brain, yeah her father does seems eager to wipe them out, but why, she needs to get going, and away from hunter, ASAP, the stupid transparent shirt making her feel all kinds of things, so she says * yeah, I'll think about that, but now I need to get going, it's getting really late*

Standing up, she proceed to pick up her hood, saying * nice talking to you hunter mishra* and hunter, upon hearing his fake last name, remembered he still needs to find the princess, and safia seems to know a lot about her, maybe they're friends, when she turns to leave, standing up, hunter says

* yeah it's really nice talking to you too, I need to get going too, but ah...will you be here tomorrow, * yeah why* safia says * well.... I was thinking maybe we could talk some more?* hunter asked, safia's thinking about this, should she say yes, I mean she wants to say yes, so why not * yeah sure, but...please don't wear a transparent shirt*

Hunter chuckled but agreed anyway, so they said good night, and she headed home, when she safely got to her room, she dropped the hood and flopped down on her bed, and surprisingly she found herself thinking about hunter's transparent shirt.

So she pick up her hood and head into the city with hopes that a walk can help her clear her mind on why her father is eager to wipe the werewolves out, what could he be hiding, the streets are mostly empty, it's pretty late so everyone must be asleep, then suddenly she bumped into a tall man with sandy blonde hair, green eyes and light orange lips, the man looked down at her and says * hello safia *
