cHAPTER ONE

HAYANA'S POV

I let out a few sighs as I looked across the mansion of the new family I was going to serve.

This was my first day with the Monteverdi family. The family of a friend of my former boss.

I do not know what fate awaits me here in this house, but the lord will take care of it. I told him that he wouldn't leave me. And Mam Cristy said that my former boss said that this family is kind so she referred me here.

"Do you need hija?"

I looked at the woman who came out of the gate and approached where I was. By my estimation he is in his mid 40's and based on the uniform he is wearing he is a maid

at the very back of the mansion is the Quarter for maids. It looks like a large storage room with 6 bedrooms. Each housemate is tagged one room.

"This is your room Hayana. Please fix it.it's been vacant for a long time because the last person who used this room left for a long time "said Luisa when we entered the room where I was staying

I rolled my eyes across the room. Not too big and not too small. Just right for one person. There is a single bed. c.r and Cabinet for my use. There is also a T.v that is not very big.

"This is the key. Arrange your things first. Then you just go back to the dirty kitchen later okay?"

"By the way Hayana. Avoid entering the rooms first especially on the second floor.there are two rooms because it is forbidden to enter there. First is the vacant room with a pink door and second is Señorito Creigh's room "he added, which I just nodded. I have no intention of entering the rooms especially if I have not been ordered to

when Luisa left, I also started arranging my room. I just replaced the pillowcases and bed sheets I got inside the cabinet. The room is still clean. They also seem to clean it every day.

as Luisa said, after I tidied up my room I made my way back to the dirty kitchen where she was.

I stopped at a small Fountain near the Pool which is here in the back part of the mansion. I approached it and watched the water continue to fall from above. The fountains are really beautiful to look at.

My system was immediately filled with nervousness and fear.

I can't go wrong. The voice of the man now behind me was the same as the voice of the man shouting before.

Trembling I covered my wet palms

I'm scared. Her voice is scary.

"I don't like your attitude" he said, making my knees tremble

"P-I'm sorry S-señorito" I tried to adjust the tone of my speech so that he wouldn't notice the fear I felt for him

"I don't need your f*cking sorry. Just Leave and do your f*cking work. Now!"

I was confused when it shouted again. But unlike the previous ones it is only weaker.

Even though I was fainting with fear I still forced myself to run and head to the Kitchen where Luisa was. I found him starting to prepare what he was going to cook.

"Oh Hayana, why are you pale?"

I couldn't answer him because my tongue seemed to recede out of fear. I leaned against the wall and let my body fall to the floor

"Hayana! Wait what happened?" There was concern in its voice. It approached me and helped me stand up

"A-I'm fine. B-maybe I'm just tired from the trip" I lied

"Maybe you should rest first. Maybe you'll start tomorrow"

"H-not anymore. G-I want to start now"

"Are you sure? You're pale eh. You don't look okay"

"I'm fine Luisa. I'll help you here"

"Oh go ahead you take care"

I let out a deep sigh before I started helping him chop the vegetables.

I can't forget the angry face of the Señorito earlier. It's like I want to leave here and just look for another job.

but what job will I apply for. I haven't even graduated from High school because I've quit since Lyndon's Mom got sick. The person who took care of and raised me.

and another necessity that Lyndon and I now need big money for his Mama's operation. I can't leave them because they are the only family I have.

HAYANA'S POV

My first day ended with fear. Fear that I might see or meet the Demon Señorito again for which I am very grateful because it never happened again. he was confined to his room all day and only served food outside his door

Her parents are said to be in America because they take care of their business there and next month they will return here, that was Luisa's story earlier. according to him only the Señorito is here. He is still studying and 3rd year college in the Engineering course. It is still only 20 years old and only 3 years older than me.

I am currently here in my room and resting. I lay on the bed and stared at the ceiling.

I don't know if I can stay in this mansion for long, especially since my boss's son is like a monster. But I think of Tita and her heart surgery. "Come in..I don't want to wait for a long time "After he said no, he pushed me softly. I could do nothing but enter the dining room.

I was immediately greeted by the man sitting in front of me at the far end of the long table. It turned to my habit. even from afar, I could see the emotionless face on his face. He lowered the cutlery he was holding and arranged the upon. Aling Li was on its side standing while also looking at me

"Stay there" was its cold command so I didn't step further and stayed in my seat

"What's your name again?" He asked while looking at me intently.

"Hayana po" I answered directly

"Alright, Hayana. Starting today, I want you to be my Personal Maid"

Wait, did I hear right? Personal maid n'ya ???

"I don't want to repeat it. Get out" was his cold response before refocusing his attention on his food. Aling Li motioned for me to come out. I took a deep breath before turning around and walking away.

I was born unlucky. There is no real parent. I grew up in an orphanage, but when I thought about it I ran away and risked living on the streets as a homeless person.

Though trembling I forced myself to hold the door handle and slowly opened it. When I opened it, I was immediately greeted by the smell of the male perfume. I also couldn't help but roll my eyes around the room surrounded by pure black and white furniture.

I turned my gaze to the man sitting on the bed. I frowned because it seemed like it had no intention of entering because of its shape. His necktie was just hanging around his neck and the loongsleeve he was wearing was also messy.

"Why are you still there? Come near me and help me put this tie on me" I swallowed because of what it said.

besides he lets me in here in his room. He even wanted me to help him fix his uniform.

I suddenly remembered him. I miss her so much, she and Tita. I can't contact them because I don't have a cellphone. because my cellphone was damaged because it fell in Mam Cristy's pool then.

I haven't heard from them yet. Never mind, maybe I'll just borrow Luisa later so I can call Lyndon. Maybe that worries me

"Get dressed. You will come with me"

Hayana's POV

Earlier I was standing here in the Garage and waiting for the Señorito. I'm well dressed. A simple blue printed tshirt that I dyed with denim pants.

It's going to be nine o'clock but he's still gone. Luisa said it's eight o'clock so it's an hour late.

"Get in the car"

We were able to fix it when I heard his voice followed by the sound of his car signaling that he was unlocking it.

I immediately went to the backseat to sit there.

"Ah Señorito, why am I with you?" my poor question. I don't understand why he has to take me to his school

"I didn't give you permission to ask" It was already cold so I just calmed down

"Put your seatbelt on" was its command which I immediately did

I just turned my gaze out the window until it started to drive.

Our flight was quiet and I could hear only faint music coming from his car radio.

I frowned because his car didn't stop at school but in a tall building that I think is a condominium.

Twitter hit my whole system, especially when Señorito turned off the car's engine

"Get down"

It commands that I swallow. trembling I opened the car door and got off.

Why do we go here, shouldn't we go to school

"Follow me"

I laid my body on the sofa for a while. All my strength was gone. I feel like I want to rest and sleep. I closed my eyes. Maybe I'll take a nap for a while.

AFTER I cooked all my specialties I prepared it on the table. I arranged myself first before heading to Señorito Creigh's room.

I almost fell because of the weakness of my knees and I was able to balance my body properly.

If it's always like that I might not be able to last any longer. I was even more afraid of him. I don't know him so I don't know what he can do to a weak person like me.

We fixed me up when I saw him coming into the kitchen. He sat close to where I was standing so I moved too far away from him.

I just stood there with my head bowed.

"Sit and eat Hayana" he said so I looked at him. Its attention is already on food

"I said sit and eat. Don't waste my patience Hayana" he said angrily as I swallowed. I quickly sat down in the chair near where I was standing.

"Come near"

I swallowed again before slowly standing up and walking close to where he was sitting

"Sit here" he pointed to the chair next to him. So that he wouldn't get even angrier with me, I just followed him. I sat down next to him. I looked at him which I immediately avoided because he was also looking at me exactly.

"Now. Feed me" it commands so I couldn't help but look at him.

Shall I feed him? Doesn't he know?

"Faster Hayana. I already told you. I hate waiting" he said again so I was confused. I quickly scooped up his food and poured it on him. Every time he chews, he looks at me. I couldn't help but be annoyed by the strange way he looked.

I just constantly grieve for him. Once in a while I peel the shrimp and bite him. It's like a child who can't eat alone who still needs to be fed

It's a good thing he's not artistic even when I'm holding the shrimp.

He wants to eat. it looks like he really likes shrimp porridge because he cooked almost half of what I cooked.

"You eat too" he suddenly said so I stopped peeling the shrimp and looked at him

"Yes?" When I repeat because I may have just misheard. his forehead suddenly wrinkled again and he looked at me

"I told you not to say that f*cking word right. Or you really want me to do what I have said earlier" I started to get nervous again because of what he said. I immediately put the shrimp I had peeled in my mouth. I next sipped its broth.

Jusko! I feel like I'm going to die early because of him

I feel like I look dead hungry because of how I look now

I just continued eating even though I felt like he was looking at me. maybe he will be true to what he said earlier.

"Use my spoon, Hayana" he said

I looked at him and the word 'po' would have come out of my mouth again but it was good and I stopped.

"Wash your hands and use my spoon" he said again. I looked at the spoon I had used to soak him earlier.

Are you serious?

"Per-"

"Just do what I say"

I swallowed because its tone was angry again. His patience is really very short.

I got up and went to the sink to wash my hands. then I immediately went back to my seat as well.

I took the spoon I used to suck on him earlier and used that. Every time I suck I feel his stares.

It was silent until I finished.

"Drink"

I looked at him as he handed me the glass he had used earlier for drinking water. I could do nothing but take that and drink the flesh.

I seem to know what kind of tactic he's doing. he wanted me to give up and leave their mansion voluntarily so he did it.

If I just didn't really need the money, I would never have endured serving a demon like him.

for now I can do nothing but endure and follow all that he commands so that I will not be fired.

"Clean this mess. We will go home later" he said coldly before getting up and leaving the kitchen. I let out a deep sigh first before the shuffle began.

Lyndon suddenly came to my mind. He never treated me like that even when they were rich.

The two of them are very different. I can't quite imagine there being such kinds of people. People like Señorito.

it looks like a woman who will love him if there is one.

After washing, I went to the living room and sat on the sofa. I can't do anything else because I don't think he will order anything. I lay down on the sofa and was about to take another nap when the door to his room suddenly opened. at four o'clock I quickly got up and sat down.
