"Make sure they don't call me before you get there," My boss said as I was about to take off.

"Pray there's no traffic on the way," I said and rode off in the van.

Are you surprised I am riding a van despite being a lady? Is not a big deal so don't start pitying me, I don't need it because it is called hustle.

I got to hustle to save my sick mum. She has been in a sick bed for a year now.

I do different kinds of jobs, except for stealing and prostitution, they aren't my thing.

"Hey! Drive carefully and stopped speeding" I small car driver beside me shouted.

Like seriously, am I running? "Man, go and tell that to my boss. He said I should get there on time" I shouted without stopping.

I smirk as I increase the speed. Don't think I will get injured or have an accident. I am very good at this. I even deserve the best driver award.

Let's deal, I am a Twinkle. "Twinkle Twinkle little star, How I wonder what you are, up above the world so high Like a diamond in the sky" I sang while I increase my driving speed waiting for the road to be clear.

I turned on the radio. And to my greatest surprise, there are talking about where there are still people with supernatural powers. I keep on wondering if such a thing exists.

I heard about witches many times but I have never had an encounter with them. Just for one's, we should just meet.

I mean eyes to eyes. If they think they are powerful let's deal.

"Common keep quiet" I changed it to music and start to shake my head dancing to the music.

I feel like the car is not running as before. It could not be fuel, right? Because I remembered I filled the full tank yesterday.

"Did it just stop? oh noooo," I shouted.

What could have happened to this van? I get down angrily and went to open the bonnet.

Oh my goodness I think the battery is dead. Shit? You are a witch! I shouted as I hit the angrily. How will I charge the battery now?

What the fuck! I should just wave down a car, maybe they can charge it for me.

I sit inside the Van. No problem, I will just wait here till a miracle happened. I am sure they will understand in the hotel that it was not my fault. I tried but the van didn't.

I pick my hand into my pocket and surprisingly, I still have chocolate.

WOW! I will just use this to keep myself busy. Oh, should I play music? I bring out my earphone.

Don't think I spend lavishly to have gotten an earphone due to my current life.

No, it was a gift I got five years ago. It seems so long. Lol, yes it is. Is not like is working though, but I can't just throw it away like that.

I didn't because anytime I tried to avoid someone, I will just put it on. Everything you said is yours because no matter what, I won't answer you.

I saw a car coming. Oh my! please let this person stop. That was my prayer.

I waved down and the car stopped.

Oh, I am a champion. I ran closer to the car. And the person whined down his car window.

"Excuse me, sir, I need your help," I said with a chuckle. He adjusted his sunglass.

"What can I do for you?" He asked and cleared his throat.

Is he deaf? Didn't I say I needed his help?

"Why are you frowning at me,?" He asked, and I feign a smile.

"I need your help, can you please help me with my car battery. The battery is dead" I explained smiling.

"Oh really" He replied and get down. He seems to be such a great guy.

"Where's the car," He asked, looking around. He doesn't mean it? Can't he see the van, or is he blind? Then how did he see me?

"That's it" I pointed to the van. He sighed, looked at me then at the van.

"Do you mean this is the car? "He asked and adjust his spectacular?

"Yes is it, the battery died"I replied.

"Huh huh, now I get. You ride in this Van?" He asked with a chuckle.

Why is he overreacting? How much is his foolish car? I think it might be worth 10 million dollars. Omo (Oh boy), he must be fucking rich.

"Yes, this is what I deal with," I said with a smile. He look at me and went back into his car.

"Sir what are you doing?"I asked.

"What does it looks like?"He asked.

"But the battery, you haven't charged it for me"I put my neck into his car through the window.

"I don't do charging"He snapped.

Bullshit! How dare he not do charging.

"Oh really, but can you give me a ride," I, asked, and pouted.

"Okay, I will do that. You can come in" He said and I smiled.

"Sir, your booth. Come and open it" I said smiling.

", Did you want to sit inside the booth," He asked. Is he mad? How can he expect me to sit in the car?

"No, I need to move the stock in the van into the boot, you can just drop me at the hotel then you can continue with your journey," I said and he gave me a deadly look.

His he being serious? Did I ask for anything much?

Since he can't charge the battery then what's wrong if he helps me with the stocks?

"Okay, no problem. Go and pack it I will open it from here"He smirks.

" WOW! you are nice" I smile and run to the van. There are almost 100cartoon here. I will have to move everything. Can't he even help someone?

I carried two cartoons, one in my right hand and the other in my left hand. I was about to get to the car when he took off.

"Hey! Do you forget me?"I shouted.

I should have run after him. But I can't with these stocks, if not that. I will have to deal with him for making me joyous over nothing. We shall see.

Authoress POV

South Korea

A very big palace which was beautifully made. It was well decorated with flowers. Only the compound covers two hundred hectares which can occupy millions of people, and the mansion was situated in the very middle.

The living room was beautifully decorated royally. The king's throne was made of gold that keeps blinking.

A guard came inside with a bow.

"My queen, the people want to have words with the king in the royal court"He delivered the message and left immediately.

Queen Dylan stood up and headed towards the Court. Her maids follow her behind. On getting to the courtroom. she fumes seeing his sister-in-law, the King's only sister already speaking with the people.

"People of great south Korea. I am very sorry that you can't see the king as he's too sick and can't attend to you. You can pass your message across to me. And everything will be resolved"Princess Avalon said as she sat with her legs crossed on each other. Queen Dylan fumes and goes back angrily.

Princess Avalon saw this and smirked. After the meeting, she headed to the palace.

As she was about to enter the living room Queen Dylan stopped her.

She chuckled and adjust herself well with her maid standing behind her.

"What was that for"She asked walking up to her.

"And who are you to stop me," Princess Avalon asked in reply to her questions.

"Avalon..."

"Could you add some respect? Call me Princess Avalon. Next time doesn't dare do such a thing. And don't try reporting me to the king. We will have serious issues" Princess Avalon wanted to walk away but she stood by the way.

"I am his wife, and I have the right to that. So stop getting in my way"She barked.

"Are you done barking? when you have something great to discuss. You can show up in my room, Mrs wife"Princess Avalon laughed and was about to walk away.

"You are getting on my nerves" She wailed.

"Do your worst!"She tries leaving without giving a damn. Queen Dylan appears right Infront of her with her power.

"If you truly want a fight, follow me to my room"Princess Avalon disappeared. And the maid goes towards her room.

"How could you be so incompetent to have to make s big hotel like this run out of a very important thing" The CEO of the hotel yelled at his manager.

"I am sorry sir, I never knew we are on low stocks because I was busy with other things in the hotel. Please sir I am sure the person that is supposed to deliver the stocks will be here soon"The manager pleaded with a bow.

"You know I don't like shouting, but you always want to make me a mad man.

And if they aren't here anytime soon, you should terminate the business and ask other serious companies who are ready to work to do the job. I don't deal with unserious people" The CEO said trying to make it cool.

"Okay sir, I will do as you said. I will give a call to their manager" She said with a bow.

"Better for you, meet me in my office so we can go through the sales book, "He said walking towards his office.

"I am here, your stock delivery is finally here"Twinkle shouted as she entered the hotel with two cartons of drinks in both hands.

"Are you stock delivery man?" The manager asked.

Twinkle POV

"Are you stock delivery man?"A lady of nearly my age group asked.

What sort of questions? Is she referring to me as a man? Do I look like one?

Anyways! Who am I looking at? I ache my brow to be sure if am not mistaken.

"You, so you are coming here and you can't even help me" I shouted on seeing the crazy being that pretended to be nice but was such a freak!

"So you are the delivery girl?"He asked with a smirk.

"How dare you call me a delivery girl" I barked putting down the stocks.

"Young lady behave yourself and stop insulting my boss. Don't you have manners? How can you rubbish the owner of this hotel "The lady snapped?

She doesn't mean that owner of a thing, right? Does he own this place? "No problem, I won't shout, but you will come and get the stocks in our office when you are ready," I said and took the stocks back to the van.

They all ran to meet me outside.

"Are you going to take this back?"The lady asked.

"Yes," I nodded my head in reply.

"Why will you do that?"He asked.

"Why do you choose to be a driver when you could ask for something reasonable. Are you trying to stalk me?"He asked.

"What can't someone even stalk in your life. Well, let's go inside so you can do the proper introduction. Common"I ordered.

"Miss delivery lets go," He said and walked towards the hotel.

"WOW! I am now a worker in this hotel. My ex-boss must know I now work for this hotel. How popular"I turned my cap to the back and follow that stubborn freak. Imagine how it was so easy for him to agree with me.

South Korea

The king was in his room holding his chest. He already tried several things to heal it but nothing works. Queen Dylan ran Inside.

"My king, what's wrong with you?"She asked trying to make him seat up.

, "My chest hurt, she hit me" He managed to let out.

"How dare her, why are you refusing to tell me about her. You said you found her but you didn't even tell me anything about her. She hurt you.

Can't you just reveal a few of her identities to me? How dare she hit my husband like this"Queen Dylan shouted angrily and makes the king rest on her chest.

"Why are you so eager to know her identity? So that you can go and kill her. You know you can't do that. You both are different, she belongs to my group not a wicked witch like you" Princess Avalon said standing by the wall.

"Avalon how dare you show up in my room without notifying me. I said you shouldn't appear in my room as you wish"King Aiden Thundered holding his chest.

"I was asked to come and protect you. I found out you are ill so I came because I am the only one that can help you relieve a little. Not until she feels some anticipation towards you.

I think you should make her fall for you so you won't have to be in so much pain. Oh, I forget destiny keep it cross" Princess Avalon said and walk closer to the king.

Backward

The prophecy goes. You only can find her. You only can bring her to the palace. You are to find her. By any means. Only you can find out her identity, the identity of our savior.

Only she can win the battle In his regime. The king stood with his head Crossed.

"What can I do?" That's the question ringing in his head. He wanted to find his people's savior. He can't leave the palace in his kingship crown.

Because the day he met with the enemies will be his end. Only she can fight the war, the history that's yet to be cleared. He was deep in thought. How will he make it?

They tried using his power to get to the specific place she was. He Finally knew her whereabouts. He disappeared from the place unnoticed.

Not after coming across Twinkle was he able to announce to his wife and sister.

Then the prophecy goes, she will cause you pain, greater one, that will take time to heal that's because the curse on her is unimaginable.

She's can't fall in love because her heart has been taking. But it can be regained, that's only if you can bear the pain, and that shall be your end.

"What a great prophecy. Indeed a real one. being a king is a big role. Being in pain trying to save my people. Possesses many powers but will die only by a sword from the enemies.

Then what's the difference. Wasn't I useless? I will have to fight for my people" He thundered feeling so deeply pained. For the first time, he was helpless as a king.

Fast forward

"I wish I was the woman born to protect you. But what's the needful of being the protector of the people and being a pain to my king. Which type of woman is that"Queen Dylan cried.

Princess Avalon smirks.

"That's his destiny, he won't leave it unfulfilled" She replied and try to pull the king's cloth.

"That's my job. He's my husband"Queen Dylan said holding her hands.

"Madam wife, don't forget you will still have a second wife. Will you leave me to help him get better a little? At least, this will be better"Princess Avalon jerks her hand.

"Avalon you don't have to be always rude," The king said in a faint voice. He has become weaker from the pain.

"Leave me alone, you evil. Let me help my brother" She shouted and removes his shirt.

She makes some magical words and light came out of her hand. The king screamed out in pain as a scorpion came out of his chest.

She makes some words again and the scorpion disappeared.

"I feel some relief, but it's still hurt, "The king said feeling better.

"I can never take the pain away but I can help reduce the pain. That's why you need me around you. I am supposed to be in my in-laws but no "Princess Avalon said standing up.

Princess Avalon was two weeks closed to getting married when the prophecy about his brother was made. She calls off the wedding, which makes everyone angry but she cares less.

"Gam sa ham ni da (Thank you)"Queen Dylan said In Korean dialect.

"I did it for my brother, you know I don't like you. So be it. You can take the charge now. Can't imagine the man that's the most powerful in this county is dying and you sit down unable to help.

Then what's the needful of a wife. I don't have the time to shout, let him rest"Princess Avalon said and disappeared from the room.

"What is my fault that I am a dark witch" Queen Dylan shouted angrily. She appears back.

"But you make a mistake coming to this palace," She said and disappeared.

Twinkle POV

"Peeeeeee" I horn as I waited for him outside his house. The idiot does have a big house. And he even has rules

How dare he give me rules. I am to come early to drive him to the stadium, then to the eatery and so, many unnecessarily place even before we can head to the hotel. Such nonsense. I am going to blow him next if he tries shit.

I saw him coming out of the house with his towel around his hand. He was wearing a hoodie and a jogger

He looks cute but I will never admire him so he won't feel too big. But I noticed one thing, he has been holding his chest since yesterday.

I only kick him but he's making it a big deal. Who cares? He came inside the car.

He didn't even greet me, is he expecting me to greet him first.

"Good morning Miss delivery"He greeted.

Wow, I was so surprised.

"Good boy keep it up. I won't hit you again if you continue like this" I said smiling. And he feigns a smile at me.

That's his problem.

"Do you know the stadium, because you aren't even asking for a description?" He said without a glance.

"I will take you to any stadium of my choice from today," I said. I think since he's so weak still holding his chest for such a small hit.

He should go to training school instead of the stadium. I will drive him to Korea's martial art school instead. He's so lazy, guys like him are always there.

I took a U-turn.

"Hey, where are you heading to?"He asked.

"Will you keep quiet, I will hit you so badly that you will die in my hand you lazy ass" I shouted and he keep quiet.

Did he fear me so much? I am a superstar. I smiled to myself.

"But do you know I am the boss here, you can't just decide where we are to go on your own," He said calmly.

Twinkle finally arrives at the kung fu school.

King Aiden was surprised to see where she brought him.

"What did she thinks, that I am an amateur in this. So naive, I was only scared of being hit again"King Aiden thought.

"What's your name, you haven't told me," She asked.

He glared at her. "I am Stephen Colbert" He replied.

"Nice, but that is a little awful," She said and get out of the car. But king Aiden refused to come down.

He was thinking of what to do with her but remember he's nothing compared to her.

"Won't you come out?"She asked.

"I won't" He replied.

She angrily opened the door and dragged him out.

"How dare you rejected my offer"She hit his stomach. "Stop please"He groaned in pain but choose not to show it.

"No, I won't stop"She keeps hitting him continuously. And he fainted on the floor.

"Mr boss, I am joking open your eyes"

At the hospital

"Ma, you are here snoring. The patient you brought is awake" The doctor said and tapped her.

"Ma'am, nothing is wrong with him. He didn't faint rather was he just sleeping. We passed all the necessary tests and everything show's he's very okay"The doctor announced.

She looks confused.

"Doctor do you know what you are saying, someone fainted and I rushed him here.

And now you are telling me nothing is wrong with him. That's not possible" Twinkle argued.

"If you think I was wrong then come and get the report in my office. He's okay, nothing his wrong with him. Not at all"The doctor repeated.

"Okay, thanks. I will go and check on him"Twinkle said and rushed to his ward.

Twinkle POV

He's okay. That word keeps ringing in my brain, if he's okay then why did I need to bring him here?

And his chest, he keeps on holding it. Or maybe he's lying. I rushed into the wards and saw him still lying in the bed groaning in pain.

Pain! Or Prank!

"Stop the pretense, I know you are okay. If not I will hit you more"I threatened but he didn't look at me.

He was just rubbing his stomach.

"The doctor said you are fine. They confirmed every function In your body is okay, so quit the pretense "I sat beside his bed.

"Please take me home. I will be fine" He said In a faint voice. How can the doctor not see anything and he's here groaning in pain. Or is it a prank?

"Stop the pretense, I will take you home but stop pretending" I yelled at him. He was just staring at me.

"If you know the kind of pain I am going through right now because of your ignorant, you will have just do as I Instructed. I can't even disappear right Infront of you, this is too much to take"I heard something like that, but I am not sure if he spokes.

"Did you say anything?" I asked.

"Can she now read my mind? has she started to gain back her power? I can't read her mind but she can read mine. I should block my thought" I heard again.

Wait, Mind! Thought! Power! Block! I am really confused. He's he a witch? I squeeze my ear.

"No, you are the boss here. I am powerless. Okay, sir boss, let's go" I said with my head bowed. He signals me to assist him and I pose a smile.

I wanted to run out of the ward. I tried opening the door but it wasn't opening.

He laughed trying to get up. Then my eyes were opened all of a sudden. I was able to see what he used to lock the door down.

Just a tiny thread surrounded by fire.

"What about that?"He asked with a grin.

I can't believe things like thid do exist but now I see for myself.

"Boss lady, are you ready?"He asked trying to get up. Just then my eyes met with his chest and stomach. They are burning. I don't even think many bowls of water will quench the fire.

"This, don't mind," He said and put on his shirt.

I want to faint, can someone permit me. I think I am fainting.

Authoress POV

"I feel like I am perceiving a great scent, there are colorful flowers around here, Twinkle said out of her unconsciousness.

She opened her eyes and saw herself In a very big Master bedroom, with everywhere well furnished.

"Am I daydreaming?"She asked.

"Not really, you are back to the world"King Aiden appears beside the bed she was lying on. She fidgetted in fear.

"We are supposed to be at the hospital" She said when the incident at the hospital stucks her brain.

"We were supposed but we aren't. I gat to bring you home since you fainted, so we vanished and here we are" He replied.

"We! Me and you disappeared together?"She asked in shock moving away.

"You don't have to worry, I cleared the record, pay them for their service and clear their brain from remembering anything. They won't even remember I was there" He said and stood up.

"For how long!"She asked with fear in her eyes.

"Two days" He said and looked at the cup of water on his table. It appears in his hand.

"You drink this"He stretched the cup towards her. Having seen want he did, she refused to take the cup.

"My mother"She shouted and get out of bed.

"You can't meet her there again. I cleared her from the hospital. And erased the people's brains. You slept well and I also did well" He lay on the bed.

", How dare you play with my mum. Don't dare me, I will tear you apart, I mean it" She Thundered and moves closer to him.

"Let me explain, I came for you as I said, I have a watch over you from my own country. I feel you but didn't know what you looks like. I stopped your Van that day. I was even with you in the Van that day when you took those goods back.

I bought that hotel so has to use that in disguise. I have been here two weeks before now. I even know about your mum's illness. That's because I am always beside you.

I must say I love every bit of your craziness. I wish I could Prolong this, but your power was in haste to locate you "King Aiden explained.

"Where's my mother and why are you looking for me?"She shouted furiously.

"The reason why I want you, you are to be my wife, second wife. The second queen of south Korea. THE ROYAL SECOND WIFE That's that"He stood on his feet.

"Where's my mother, tell me now. I will never be your wife not to talk of being a second wife, just tell me about my mum. If not I will kill you" She threatened, feeling like the fear in her disappeared.

"You will get your answer not until you be my wife. The choice is yours"
