His Luna

NOTICE: To all the people from moboreader, first this book was not initially written on moboreader meaning there are messed up chapters and characters through out it, I don't know why that is because when I look at it, it is fine but you guys see something different. Second, I know the storyline may be messy, but I was 13 when I started the book, and 15 when I finished it, so please understand I was not nor am I currently a professional writer.

And lastly, due to this book being wrote on a completely different platform there is a author's note (A/N) at the end of almost every chapter because it is traditional to have it there, at least for the platform I came from. I hope you all enjoy!

Alyaez POV-

Sitting in my room, I groan as my mom continues to talk about the mating ball. She has been in my room for the last hour, lecturing me about how I can and cannot act and when I can and cannot speak, all that good stuff, "I cant believe it! My baby... going to find her mate, tonight!" mother squeals. I face palmed myself, I dont understand why I have to go. I have lunasegnimarkings.

"Why do I have to go when ourmoon goddess Devanearhas blessed me?" I ask mom as she starts to do my hair.

She sighs, "you mustnt let any of the males see your luna segni. They will not want you as a mate, but as a weapon."

"Mom, you didnt answer my question... why do I have to go when I am one of the most powerful wolves in the world? I dont need a man to take care of me." I spoke harshly.

My mother stops doing my hair to turn me around to slap me across my face. "Neverspeak that way of your future mate again! Youll be lucky if Devaneargives you someone who can get rid of you, finally, " she says in a deadly tone, glaring at me before continuing to do my hair. I become quietand touch my cheek. I knew my mother never really loved me but never once did I think she would strike me. I shouldve expected it since I was her mistake child. She got pregnant with me before she met her mate, therefore, I became the mistaken child. I sit silently the rest of the time until she completely finished changing me.

"Alright, done, " she slightly pushes me up towards the mirror. In the mirror, amazed at my beauty, I become sad knowing this was not done because she loved me, but because all her children needed to be seen by their mate at their first ball so she could brag about how lucky, beautiful, or handsome her kids are. "Yourlimo is here, " she begins to push me out the door, "Richard will escort you inside and than immediately leave. Do not disappoint me Alyaez!" she yells as I climb into the limo.

I sit in the back and looked to my left seeing the man I called father. Looked at me sadly, he says, "youve grown to be such a beautiful woman, Orchid."

"Thank you but, I dont want to go dad, " I whisper. He sighed and pulled me in a tight hug.

"I know but you must. Your mother and I will miss you very much when you do find your mate, " he spoke kissing my forehead. "You know shes never loved me, so why would she miss me? I was the mistakechild, " I say, pulling out of his embrace.

"She loves you very much, " he argues.

"Sure has a hell of a way of showing it, by yelling at me all my life, then striking me today when I spoke my opinion..." I mumble, momentarily forgetting he has supernatural hearing.

"Youre right but, just think, if you find your mate tonight, youll escape your mother." I almost forgot in that moment that Richard was my mothers mate. I mean how can such a kind man be the mate of an horrible woman?

"Thank you, for being my actual parent." I say to him truthfully.

"Anytime, but were here now, " he gets out of the limo before walking around to open my door. We walk up to the mansion doors and stop. He smiles softly and kisses my forehead, "I love you, Orchid." Richard walks away and I sigh, walking in to line up with the other girls for my grading on strength, beauty, and intelligence. The women called a few names before they call mine, "Alyaez Dalaje Turner of the Shadow Mountain pack, strength is eight out of ten, beauty, ten out of ten, and intelligence... ten out of ten, " she says, making me step up. Two women came to my side and escort me to the room where the other women who have already been graded were. I walk in to see many women socializing.

"Hi!" I hear a chipper voice from the side and turn to see agirl.

"Hello, " I replied boringly and turn away yet she pops in the front of my face.

"My name is Robin Vazquez of the Dark Moon pack. Whats your name?"she asks.

I sigh, already exhausted, "Alyaez Turner of the Shadow Mountain pack, " saying it quickly to avoid any further conversation with the little redhead.

"Ive heard of your pack. Arent they like one of the most strict but kind packs in the world?" she asks as it became clear to me that I had no choice but to talk with her.

"I guess... I wouldnt know seeing as how my mother kept me locked away from everyone but my family." I tell her nonchalantly. Her eyes widened in surprise.

"Oh, well Im sorry, I didnt know, " Robin began but I cut her off with an intense stare at which she just laughed at. "I like you, you dont take shit from anyone, almost like an alpha, is your dad an alpha?" This girl is very nosy but she was also very kind. She would have made a great friend growing up, I can tell.

"I dont know, my mother got pregnant with me a few months before she found her mate so she up and left my biological father. I dont think he even knows I exist, " I shrug.

"Oh, your like me, only difference is that my mom left me with my dad after she gave birth, " she says sadly, letting her frown quickly turn into a smile. "We should stick together once the actual ball starts so no one can claim us as their mate, then after its over, return to our packs, " she says excitedly. I smile, she would return to her pack but I would run away and start a pack of my own where your past didnt matter as long as you were trying to start a new life.

"Alright, girls! Time to go out and find your mates. Remember, this is a three day process. On the first day, you will simply introduce yourselves to everyone hopefully, finding your mate. If you do find your mate today, you are not allowed to go home with him until the final day of the ball. You will not reveal your identity to your mate until todays ball is over. Tomorrow will be a day for you to get to know your mate and them to get to know you. On the final day, you and your mate will continue to bond. Your pack will send your necessary items to your mates home of which you will go to at the end of the ball and assume your role as whatever by him. If you do not find your mate, you will return to your pack and return back here at the mating ball next year." She then opens the doors, letting the girls leave to find their mates.

Robin and I walk to the bar where we order wine, sit, talk for awhile. Then, thats when I notice, Robins eyes have dilated and she was taking deep breaths. Robin found her mate... Amanwalks up to Robin before gently grabbing her hand and kissing it. He looks her in the eyes before asking in a deep soothing voice, "Hello, Little Red. Would you mind giving me a dance?" Robin nods excitedly before looking at me and mouthing a sorry. I just nod my head, letting her know it was okay for her and her mate to go to the dance floor.

I continue to drink my red wine, thinking about what I would name my new pack, seeing as how I obviously will not be finding my mate this week. "Mine..." a deep voice growls behind me. All the dancing and music in the room stops at the sound of that voice. I turn around to see the most beautiful pair of eyes Id ever seen and, he smells like chocolate and cinnamon. He roughly grabs my arm, trying to drag me to the dance floor when I snatch my arm back. Great just great! My mates an asshole.

"Keep your hands off me, " I tell him, returning to drinking my wine like nothing happened, even though I was extremely distracted by his smell. He roars, grabs me again, dragging me away from the dance floor. I try to fight back but he was using too much strength. I look at Robin for help and see the fear in her eyes for me. He continues to drag me until we were in an isolated room in which he locks the door and then, finally lets me go. "Who the hell do you think you are!?" I yell, extremely pissed that he dragged me from my perfectly good wine and into some dark ass room.

"Shut up! You are my mate and you will not disrespect me like that!" He growled fiercely. I flip him off knowing he could see it due to how well werewolves seen in the dark. He went to go hit me which was a bad move on his side. I had a temper and was already pissed. I moved to the side and let him swing at a lamp right before he hit me and than I hit him in his family jewels, "lesson one, I dont give a fuck about who you are. And lesson two, never, ever, try to hit me again or I will do everything in my power to make your life a living hell." I say, seething and walk out of the room back to the ball. The room was still silent, "what are you still staring at?! Get back to your bloody ball!" Immediately everyone began dancing or talking and the music started back up.

Robin runs up and almost knocks me down in an attempt to hug me. I didnt react immediately, not use to this type of affection, but a few seconds later I returned it, "Im so sorry Alyaez, " she said through tears.

"For what?" I ask pulling back.

"Your mate, " she simply responds.

"Whats so special about him? Hes just an over possessive male who needs a major attitude check." I harshly say, clearly not satisfied with how my supposed mate acted.

"Do you not know who he is!?" She whisper yelled. I shake my head, confused, and she gasps, "Oh my god. Your mate is Liam Torres of the Bloodmoon pack. Hes the most violent alpha in the world. He has no mercy for anyone that disrespects him or anyone that doesnt satisfy him. He decapitates someone daily!" she says in a hushed tone. Oh so hes an asshole and a murder. Thank you so much Devanear. I look at Robin again to see her focusing on something behind me with fear. Looking back, I see an enraged... Liam.

Alyaez POV-

"We are leaving now, " Liam growls at me. I frown and turn back to Robin and her mate, wanting to continue my conversation with her but she was still stuck in a state of fear, just like everyone else in the room. I went to wave my hand in front of her face to grab her attention when I felt myself being thrown over a shoulder. Youve got to be kidding me.

Oh my fucking god, let go of me you, over possessive ape, " I hiss. He was literally fireman-handling me in front of allmany people!My mate continues walking as if I didnt say anything, so I began swinging my legs, hoping to hit him in the ribs. Extreme fail, since hes holdingmy legs down. "We cant leave now you dumb-ass, thats against the rules!" I yell, annoyed. I know Im making a big scene but I had just started to enjoy myself, truly, and Ibegan to make a friend. I continue to struggle, but after a few minutes, Ifind it was utterlyuseless. It tookanother five minutes of walking before being thrown in the car. Fucking bloody hell; another thing to add to the list of howwonderfulmy mate was. Asshole, murderer, and kidnapper. My wolf believes she has such wonderful taste in men.

"If you would just stop struggling against our mate, youd see how much he loves and cares for us, " Akasha tells me.

"No, if you hadnt picked such an asshole of a mate then hed show how much he loves and cares for us, but no, you wanna go for the fucking psychopath." I respond to her, annoyed, then push her into a mental cage.

"Miles, drive us home, " Liam commands the driver, Miles.

"Yes alpha, " Miles instantly responds, baring his neck slightly to show subordination before driving off. Liam rolled up the window that separated us and Miles.

"Are you mentally ill?"I ask Liamseriously.

"No, now shut up, " he says coldly.

"What is your name, meu inima?" he asks, calling me my heart in Romanian. Oh, so now he wants to talk, but just ten seconds ago, he tells me to shut up. Two can play that game. SoI ignore him and pull out my phone to play a game; then he snatches my phone out of my hand.

"Are you fucking insane?" I ask him with a deadly stare and a cold voice.

"Answer my question, meu inima. What is your name?" he asks, seeming genuinely curious.

I sigh with annoyance."Alyaez Dalaje Turner, Shadow Mountain Pack, " I hold my hand out, expecting him to put my phone init, but unfortunately, he doesnt. "Give me my fucking phone, " I growl.

He ignores me, simply saying, "you are no longer Alyaez Turner of the Shadow Mountain Pack, you are now Alyaez Dalaje Torres of the Bloodmoon pack, mate of Liam Jason Torres and Luna of the Bloodmoon pack." Hold the fuck up. Did he really just try and change my name to Torres and then declare me Luna without my permission?

"I didnt marry you yet, so my name is Alyaez Turner and I never accepted you as my mate, therefore, I am not the Luna of your pack, " I tell Alpha Liam, crossing my arms.

"You will accept it or I will ban you from the pack, " he says angrily, trying to command me. I smirk. Oh well; ifhe is my mate, I might as well reveal it. I tore off the piece of the dress that hid my luna segni.

"I am not just some weak female werewolf that you can control."

Liam POV-

Knowing the way Im acting is horrible, especially since it is towards my mate, but if I let her get too close, then I would become weak. In all honesty, I think I have such a beautiful mate, and to make things better, she bares the luna segni mark which means she will make a wonderful and powerful Luna for my pack. I continue to stare at her mark in amazement, since I have never seen one close up.

"Cat got your tongue, dumb ass?" she asks. That attitude, though, was either going have to go or be put under control.

Composing myself, I command, "Be a good mate and shut your mouth until we arrive home."Alyaez glares at me with those beautiful eyes, but she complies. The rest of the ride home was silent. I get out the car and grab her from the other side before leading her to my bedroom. I hear a groan from her but she follows without restraint. "This is where you will be sleeping and staying, over there in the right corner is a bathroom, next to it is the closet. Stay in here; Ill send one of the pack members to attend to you." I kiss her forehead, which surprises her.Ileave the room quicklyafter I realize what I did, not bothering to stay for her reaction.

In my office, I find that it is extremely cluttered with papers.

"Wasnt my brother suppose to handle this while I was at the ball?" I ask myself.

"We did leave early, and by the way, you should stop treating our mate like shit; otherwise shes gonna hate us." I hear Demitrius speak.

"If she hates us, we wont be weak. We will continue to be the strong and merciless alpha that we are." I truthfully tell him as I begin to organize the papers.

"She will not make us weak. She will make us stronger than we already are. We will be stronger as a couple than we would be as individuals, especially since she bares luna segni." as much as I hated to admit it, hes right, which is why I push him into the back of my head. I continue to organize the papers in peace when I hear a knock."come in!" My best friend and beta of the pack enters.

"Nice catch. Shes hot and feisty, " Louis casually says, sitting down. I feel a spark of rage, and jealousy springing through me, that probably caused my eyes to change color and glowfrom the way he spoke of my mate. No one but I can talk about her like that.

"Louis, this is only your warning, never speak of my mate like that again." I sternly command him. Louis shrugs it off like he didnt care, completely dismissing my command.

"Wasnt your brother supposed to organize this before you came back?" He says lazily, beginning to mess around with the stuff on my desk.

I nod my head."Besides that, did you meet your mate tonight?" I ask him sitting down. I was giving up on cleaning this disastrous office.

"I did... She has beautiful orange eyes and red hair. I call her my Little Red, but never got her name due to you leaving the ballearly and I having to follow not long after, " he says casually, showing his disappointment."She isnt shy, but she isnt outspoken either;loves music but it cant be too harsh. We also had our first kiss tonight, it was so amazing that I had to stop myself from marking her right then and there. Im glad I did though, especially since its against the rules. By the way, are you going to take off your mask?" he asks after his speech. I forgot I was wearing it, but nod my head and slide the mask before throwing it across the room. He continues, "have you marked her yet, since you guys left the ball early?" he asks me.

"Of course not. If I mark her, Ill be bonded to her for the rest of my life with no escape. I will become weak. I dont even want to." I lie, but obviously not well enough.

"Cut the bullshit.I know when your lying, man, Ive known you since we were pups. Why are you denying her and yourself happiness? She loves youalready and you love her, so why the hell wouldnt you mark her?" he asks.

"Careful how you speak to me, Louis, I am still your alpha and can lower your position in the pack, " I tell him, hoping it would change to the subject.

Alyaez POV-

Why couldnt I have simply gotten a non-insane mate? Maybe this is a punishment from Devanear for insulting my mother earlier today, although the message wouldve gotten through quite the same if I hadnt found a mate and been forcefully sent back to my pack. I got up from the bed and decided it would be a good idea to take a look around theroom. It was quite beautiful, but I think I mostly fell in love with the miniature library that was hidden in the corner of the room. I begin to skim my fingers along the spines of the books, feeling the texture. I read the title of each book until I come along a book that has been a favorite of mine since I was ten years old. Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick. Im surprised to find this in Alpha Liams bedroom library, I never took him for being a romantic based off of the way he treated me.

After the library, I walk to the closet he pointed out. Of course it was full of nothing but suits so Ileave, finding that part of the room boring and head to the bathroom. It wasenormous, which was expected since it was connected to what I assume ishis bedroom based off of what I found in the closet. I walk around trying to see if there was anything else I could find to give me some information about him, but was quickly disappointed.

I look to the bedroom door.He said stay in here and that if I needed anything hed send a pack member. Why should the fact that he said stay in here stop me though? I walk to the door, twisting the handle to see if he left it unlocked or not. Its unlocked. For him to be the most fearful and powerful alpha in the world he sure is stupid. I left the room quietly and begin roaming the halls, trying to avoid being spotted. I was doing quite well until I heard a big thud from down the hall followed by someone yelling, "You idiot! Now what? Were supposed to get to the Luna in a matter of five minutes!" I hear a girl distinctly yell. I follow the yelling, peeking my head over a corner to see twogirlsarguing about what I guess was suppose to be my meal.

I walk in."Excuse me but would you two like some help? I know how to make an excellent meal in no matter then three minutes." I say politely.

The blonde one turns to me and smilesbig, too big."Of course, and thank you so much! By the way, my name is Tamara but you can call me Tammy and that bimbo over there is Katherine but you can call her Kat, ." Tammy says and hugs me andthanks for helping them. I smile then pull out some tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and meat. I chop up the tomatoes and onions before making a sandwich. I look at Tammy and Kat, andthey lookhorrified. Maybe it was because I made a sandwich or maybe theyve seen my luna segni?

"Oh goddess, we cant give that to the Luna! The alpha will have our heads on a stick, " Kat says disgusted. I lift the sandwich and bite into it.

"Youve just wasted our time, now were all going to have extra training tomorrow for not getting the Luna her food, " Tammy begins to panic. I laugh at the both which makes them to just glare at me. "You think this is funny? Just because Devanear has blessed you does not mean youre stronger than Alpha Torres, " Tammy yells.So they have seen my mark.

I chuckle a little, putting the plate down."calm down, the Luna already ate, " I tell them, wanting to draw on this game a bit longer.

"Oh really... When?" Kat spat out.

"Just now.My name is Alyaez Turner;Im the new Luna." both of their eyes widen in realization before they bow to me. "Stop bowing;its too formal for me." I tell them kindly.

They stand straight up, still with widened eyes."We apologize Luna for being disrespectful and having you to make your own meal as well as for yelling at you." Tammy tells me in a rushed tone.

"No need to apologize, you guys had no idea who I was. By the way, dont call me Luna. Call me Ally, " the girls stare at me in shock.

"We should get going and continue our chores. Are we dismissed Lu- I mean Ally?" Kat asks politely, noticing how she is trembling in fear.

I sigh, not meaning to have scared them."Youre not dismissed because were all going to hang out for the rest of the evening. You guys dont have to be afraid of me, Im just another eighteen year old girl, like you guys..." I lean back onto the counter before continuing to eat. It was like I watched the relief and weight roll off their shoulders. "I promise I wont harm you guys. Come on... relax and talk, I would like to be friends with my pack members." At that they seem torelax. "So... do you guys have mates?" I ask them both, trying to start a conversation. Kat nods a yes while Tammy shook her head no. "Whos your mate Kat?" I asked genuinely interested.

She studies me for a moment, to see if Im serious, before answering."His names Miles Jackson." a blush runs up her neck to her cheeks. That name sparks a memory but Im not sure where from. Oh well, Ill figure it out when I meet him.

"Were you both born in this pack?" they both nod their heads and begin to talk about childhood stories. In no time, we were laughing about what seemed a horrible memory at the time but nowits funny. We continue to talk when a large voice startled three of us.

"What are you doing!?" Liam booms.

"What does it look like, doofus? Talking.Or at least we were before you so rudely interrupted." I tell him angrily, with a sprinkle of sass.

"You were supposed to stay in the room!" Liam growls, obviously irritated with me.

"Good job, Watson." I say with sarcasm rolling off my tongue. I look at the girls who seemed very tense."Girls, you are dismissed to do whatever you want. See yall tomorrow." They nod their heads, quickly scrambling out of the kitchen. I groan aloud."You scared the only friends I have here away." Icross my arms across my chest.

"Why are you not in our room like I commanded?" He asks in an icy tone.

"I was bored, " I shrug, "And the door was unlocked so I decided to explore the house, which is very nice by the way, kudos to you." I tell him, obviously uninterested in the discussion.

"You should stop being so rude. I can tell that his wolf is fighting to get free and punish us for disobeying them."Akasha told me.

"Well, guess what? We arent a lower status than he is therefore he has to treat us equally to him so, if he tries and punish us, well just punish him right back." I tell her with attitude. Akasha became silent after that. Thats the only thing I dislike about my wolf. As to where I was confident and bold, she was shy and obedient. She was a people pleaser and cared about what others thought, where I did what I wanted and didnt care about what others thought. Which makes sense because your wolf is suppose to help the weaker side of your personality. I return to reality and see that Liams eyes were flickering from his normal baby blue eyes to an sharp electric blue. Maybe I should calm him down, its never good when a werewolfs eyes lighten instead of darken. If they lighten that means youre sending the persons wolf into an extreme rage but if they darken it normally means that they are becoming lustful. I dont know which one Id prefer at this moment because neither seemed appealing.

All of a sudden, a need to calm him down came over me and before I knew it I was walking towards him slowly."Liam, I need you to calm down please. Do not let your wolf take over." I say quietly, putting my arms around him. What the hell am I doing? I should be running for my life, instead, I am stepping into the damn tornado. I heard a him take a deep breath before he buried his face in my neck. He took a deep breath again inhaling my scent before speaking.

"Never disobey me again unless you want a punishment from Demitrius." he whispers in my ear harshly before backing up. He looks at me and I watch as his eyes settle to their normal baby blue, then he grabs my arm, dragging me to his room. I didnt fight him which made me realize I wasnt in control of my body. Akasha had taken over my body without me knowing. I growled in my head knowing that she would hear. By the time I had finally pushed Akasha into the back of my head and locked her in the mental cage we were in the room. Liam walks into the closet and came out with some basketball shorts and a t-shirt, he hands them to me."Put these on to sleep in." He retreats back into the closet, closing the door behind him. I quickly change, scared hed come out with me being half naked, then sit in a chair waiting for him to come out. He comes out in a pair of pants and no shirt. I cant say that my eyes didnt drift down to his amazingly defined six pack."Are you just going to stare at me?" he muttered. My eyes snap up to his. He got in the bed and I frowned.

"Arent you going to take me to the room where Ill be sleeping?" I ask quietly.

He laughs."Darling, youll be sleeping in here with me. After all, this is our bedroom." He says disgustingly. I growl at him, ready to make a complaint but stop. I wasnt in the mood to deal with his asshole of a wolf. I walked to the bed and lay as far as possible from him. That was pointless since he grabbed me and pulled me closer to him.

"What the hell, Liam?" I try to push him away.

"What? I just want to cuddle with my mate." he says sweetly, while shrugging.

"What the... is he bipolar or something?" I ask myself. I couldve sworn just a few hours ago he hated my guts. I was distracted long enough for him to grab me again and put a steel bar arm around my waist. I struggled for a few minutes before I gave up. I decided if Im gonna be held captive between his arm and his chest might as well take advantage of it. I cuddled into his chest and quickly fell asleep due to the warmth coming off of him and surrounding me.
