CHAPTER 1

Today being the 15th of September,RPHS opened it's big and luxurious gates for the beginning of a new semester.

Different brands of expensive cars could be seen rolling in slowly as the inhabitants took in the blinding view of the college once more.

In the midst of these chaos and commotion,a young girl could be seen bustling with excitement to leave her mother's car.

"Come on,mum I got to go."

"Calm down,Jeiel,I know that you can't wait to see your friends but you are going to be spending a whole term with them and not me."

"Mum,I thought that you and Chris had something going on. My lucky guess is that it's going to end up in marriage."

"I wouldn't be so sure of that Jeiel."

"Okay fine. Let me play along with you on the pretending game a little bit longer,mum."

"Okay you know what,get out of my car and start heading to the hostel. I will not have this conversation with a child."

"I am almost 18 now, but fine, whatever you say." Jeiel said stepping out of the car with her suitcase while her mum came out, carrying a much smaller bag.

As they were walking to Star hostel,they could heard a squeal as Jeiel was suddenly hugged by her best friend Ruby.

"Ruby?! You're back already. I missed you." Jeiel said.

"I missed you too, Jeiel. Good afternoon ma." Ruby greeted.

"Afternoon,my dear child. How is your mum and brother?"

"They are doing perfectly well,ma."

"Speaking of brother,how's Romeo?"

Jeiel asked

"Oh well,he's in his hostel, I guess."

"He's just around moping as usual."

"That bad huh?"

"Yep,the summer was pretty awful,I felt like Anna cause the only words he told me was go away Ruby."

"Atleast you didn't talk to paintings."

"Only because there is something called the internet. If Anna had knew about it,her life would be so much easier."

"Hypothetical question,if Anna was to have had a phone back there.

What's the possibility of finding the movie Frozen or would Frozen exist since it's her life?"

"Woah,hold on there, Jeiel,today's the first day of the first term of our final year. We should be thinking about tonight's welcoming party."

"Is the party still on? I thought it was cancelled,cause the owner of the school Mrs Dean disagreed."

"Well, luckily for us, Mrs Dean isn't here and nothing can stop us from throwing the most superb party ever in history."

"Ruby?! What did you do?"

"Nothing,it's hardly my fault if my dear old sweet mum wanted to extend her vacation in England."

"Girls, I fear this is my stop. Parents are not allowed across this section."

"Sure thing, Mrs Daniel,let me help you with that bag, I presume it belongs to Jeiel."

"Yes and thank you very much dear.Bye Jeiel."

"Bye mum,see you soon."

"You too,love." Mrs Daniel said walking back to the school's garage.

"So where were we? Ruby said.

"Oh Ruby,now I know why I was so eager to get back to school."

Romeo sat in his room staring out through the window as he watched Jeiel and Ruby laugh and walk to their hostel. He paid no attention to the music which was coming out of his MP player. He was still there thinking about nothing in particular when his door opened

Nobody had the right to even knock on the door. Well nobody except.....

"Yo,bro whatsup"Dwight said sitting on a bean bag.

Romeo kept quiet,staring out the window.

Dwight was....well is his best friend way before he changed so he's used to this new Romeo,the quiet,dark,uncaring, brooding Romeo.

"Anyways man, uh the gang is back,well everyone is back. I just thought I should let you know.

Also, there is a party tonight. Jeiel will be attending. What am I saying? Of course she will, she's literally a student. Ruby said it was okay to throw the party because you would take full action of the consequences,not that there will be any consequences. I gotta stop rambling, haven't I?.

So by 7:30pm,pronto. I will come to pick you up,not as your guard but as your bestfriend cause you know we're best friends right?."

Romeo turned and looked at Dwight as if he was a strange microorganism chanting the Arabian language.

"Well I'm going to go now. Bye." Dwight said as he left the room.

"Bro so what did Romeo say?" Derek asked sitting on his bed.

"Well, not much really." Dwight replied.

"I still wonder how he got a private suite to himself." Miles chipped in.

"I wouldn't exactly call it a suite" Dwight said.

"He's got a king size bed,AC, a plasma tv,two mini fridges, a private tub,a gaming room,a walk-in closet,a bar cabinet and a snack stand. Plus he's permitted to use his phones and laptops." Derek stated in a matter of fact.

"We're permitted to use our phones too." Charles said

"Yeah, illegally." Derek replied.

"Come on guys, you know Romeo needs some space to deal with all that happened to him, we should give him time."

"Time? He had over a year ago to deal with it. This started in our 4th year and now we are in our final year. I can't even remember what his voice sounds like anymore." Myles said from his corner.

"Talking about Romeo Dean is not going to change the fact that he wants to be left alone. When he's ready to open up,we will be there for him but now we got a party to plan. So who's in?" Adrian asked.

"Am in,"Ray said raising his hand.

"Good, cause you are the deejay. Go check on the songs that will be used in the party."

"Awwwn men," Ray said pouting.

"Keep your pouting to your girlfriend Janis okay?" Adrian said.

"What about the food,drink, decorations and venue?" Tony asked.

"For venue, I was thinking either the cafeteria or it could be a pool party at the back of our hostel. What do you all think?"

"Pool party sounds better. Lots of space,closer to the hostel and surprisingly far away from authorities prying eyes." Derek chipped in.

"So pool party it is. We've got the drinks ready, Ruby said that she have handled the food situation and since it's outdoor, I will tell them not to worry about decorations." Adrian said.

"So I guess we just have fun and wait till then,before we can mingle with the girls." Jason said.

"Whooooo!" The boys cheered as everyone kept chipping in their thoughts making intangible conversation with their friends.

There was a ruckus as the final year students gathered round the pool located at the back of their hostel.

"This is Dj Ray on the beat. Today is going to be awesome. Boys grab your partner to the dance floor and let some dancing begin." Ray said

The music was playing,but not too loud to be heard over their secluded section reserved for them. Boys wore shorts and shirts, while some were shirtless, while the girls wore bikini or swimming trunks.

Star hostel

Ruby, Haziel and Janis were dragging a reluctant Jeiel from her bed.

"Leave me alone" Jeiel said as she held tightly to her blanket.

"Jeiel, you are getting up from this bed and going to the party." Ruby said

"I don't want to," Jeiel whined

"Oh yes you are" Haziel said as they succeeded in pulling her off the bed.

"Okay,fine I'm going" Jeiel said as she started for the door but Ruby blocked her as she said.

"Not like this"

"What's wrong with my clothes." Jeiel asked as she looked at what she was wearing- long sleeve night top with pajamas trousers,socks,and a nightcap.

"Everything." Janis said

"How do you expect to come out looking like this. What would Romeo say."

"Hey,quit it, Romeo and I are just friends, ok." Jeiel said

"You guys may be just friends,but to the rest of us girls, he's the most sexist guy to walk the planet." Haziel said as Janis fanned herself.

"Ewww, gross" Ruby said

"Well- except you of course, you are literally twins and he's older right?"

"Only by 30 seconds," Ruby said exasperated

"Speaking about boys, what about Jason Andrews, aren't you dying for him." Jeiel said to Ruby.

"I rather lick the anus of an agama lizard than even think of thinking of the possibility that you think that I think that I might have been thinking that I think I like him." Ruby said without batting an eye.

"Woah, hold your horses R.B, we were just kidding," Jeiel said

"I know, sorry for blurting that out. Jason just infuriates me."

Jeiel go change into this outfit, we want to see how it will look in you.

Janis said handing her a hanger.

What? No way am I putting this on

Fifteen minutes later

"Jeiel, come out of the bathroom"

"No freaking way"

"Come out, we are super late"

"Nope"

"It's good on you"

"I look like a harlot"

"Romeo is asking for you,he wants to see you"

"Nice try"

"Come on out, please"

"I will kill you," Jeiel said as she got out of the bathroom wearing a sexy jean bum short, and a pink half court which barely covered her stomach. Atleast it was way better than a bikini.

They got downstairs and saw that the party was already in full swing.

Jeiel saw Tracy aka Romeo's evil ex dressed in her bikini talking to him who wasn't even listening to her. It was as if he was looking for someone else,cause he suddenly looked in their direction and smiled at her before he walked towards them.

"Jeiel we are going to give you guys some space,so don't mess this up"

Ruby said as she dragged the protesting Haziel and Janis away.

Romeo got closer to Jeiel and she couldn't even recognize him.

Walking towards her was literally a God of beauty. As she observed him,she began to have funny thoughts on what she could do to each part of his body.

His wet soft,mushy curly hair made her want to entwine his hair round her fingers. His seductive dark brown eyes,which to her sparkle like a thousand stars.

His soft, sweet,sexy, pink lips made me want him. Just staring at him got Jeiel so aroused. She was tempted to kiss him till she can't more.

Apparently Romeo had been talking to her as he waved a hand over her face.

"Jeiel? Jeiel?" He called

"Sorry,I guess I was lost in thought"

"Yeah obviously I had been talking for the past two minutes but you just shut down."

"My bad"

"How about you make it up to me with a drink?"

"Oh sure. Lead the way."

Romeo took her to the table where drinks were served and handed her a cup and they sat down in silence.

Jeiel cleared her throat and decided to strike up a conversation with him

"So Romeo how was your holiday?"

Romeo looked at her deciding if he should reply her or ignore her question.

"Fine and yours?"

"Same, how was England?"

"Nice"

"Did you had fun?"

"No"

"Why?"

"Jeiel, could you stop asking questions," Romeo snapped.

"Oh I am sorry," Jeiel said as she flinched.

The duo became perfectly quiet and Jeiel was uncomfortable so she stood up to leave when Romeo held her hand and asked

"Where are you going?"

"Uhm, to join Ruby"

"Dance with me"

What? Jeiel blinked repeatedly as he pulled her to the dance floor.

Romeo's POV

"Dance with me, I repeated surprising Jeiel. Hell I surprised myself too."

Jeiel looked at me as if I was drunk.

"Maybe I am."

"Oh ok, sure." She said with uneasiness as I lead her to the dance floor.

As if on cue, Ray changed the song to a much slower one - to be specific- A thousand years.

I glanced at Ray who gave me a look and a thumbs up and I shook my head. I looked round the crowd and found out that we were the only ones holding hands, the rest had their hands on their necks and waist respectively.

I could see Ruby laughing softly as Dwight whispered in her ears. I noted to myself to make sure that Dwight stays the hell away from my little sister but for now I had to focus on Jeiel

I held her waist and pulled her closer to me which made her gasp but she still kept her gaze downwards.

"Look at me," I whispered softly on her neck and she stiffened before slowly reaching my gaze.

"Are you scared when you are with me?" I asked

"A little bit yeah"

"Why?."

Chapter 2

"Are you scared when you are with me?" I asked

"A little bit yeah"

"Why?."

"To be honest, I don't know when your mood will change for the worst and you lash out."

"You know I'll never try it on you right? Not intentionally anyways"

I know but...

No buts. I don't want anything to ruin our mood tonight. I said as we danced slowly to the music.

"R .M?"

"Yeah?"

"Do you believe in true love? "

I paused as I heard that question. Several thoughts were swiveling through my mind. Flashes of Tracy's , my dad's betrayal, but the most painful of all was CJ's leaving,so no I don't believe in true love, it doesn't exist.

"No", I replied as her face fell

"Oh,it's cool". She replied nonchalantly

"Do you? " I asked although I knew what her answer would be.

"Yes, I really do"

"Why?"

"Because....true love makes time. It's magical cause spending a second with the one you love can last for a lifetime. True love doesn't hurt,but loving the wrong person does." She concluded.

I kept quiet as I digested what she had said.

"R.M?"

"Yeah"?

"What do you think of this song?"

"It's a sad song about heartbreak."

"No, it's a love song. The girl tells the guy that she will love him for a thousand years no matter what comes between them. Also death is a child's play,compared to being alone for even a second". Jeiel said smiling.

"Wow, I said as the song finished and the light turned back on as everyone clapped.

"Thank you all,thank you so much."

"And now for the song,you all have been waiting for,grab your partners, move to the dance floor and freestyle to Jowo by Davido" Dj Ray screamed into the microphone as the music started playing.

"Excuse me guys", a guy walked to us saying.

"May I have the dance with Jeiel?" Troy added.

"Sure thing" I said leaving the crowd and found Ruby sitting on one of the buffet table, stuffing her mouth.

"I'm betting this is the reason Dwight left you." I said as I sat down beside her.

"WHAT?! No, Adrian took him for something important. Man this chicken is damn good." Ruby said dipping it in sauce

"Adrian and Dwight? Sure" I replied taking a chicken lap

"You know I saw you and Jeiel this night. You two were so cute," Tracy's face wanted to peel off from jealousy.

"That's sounds like a Tracy's problem not mine."

"I know lil bro and the dance was perfect. It was as if she was your Juliet and you were her Romeo."

"Stop thinking such things okay, she's not my Juliet, we are just friends."

"So let me guess? You have another Juliet in your life."

"Something like that"

"Well who?"

"When I see her, believe me I'll know and for your info, am not your little brother." I said standing up.

"Yeah yeah whatever"

"Adios mi amor, I am heading back to my dorm." I said kissing her forehead.

Chapter 2: The New girl

The school bell rung frantically five times announcing the breaking of a new day. In the girls lodge, everyone could be seen getting their bathing materials ready,while in the boys hostel, reverse was the case as everyone was still sound asleep or too weak to open their eyes.

But one of them soon found the strength to wake up when he felt something had gone terribly wrong.

Adrian had opened his eyes due to the throbbing headache he had,but that headache should became the least of his worries when he realized he wasn't alone on the bed cause lying next to him, sleeping soundly as if the person had no worries was a.....boy.

Holy shit, Adrian cussed as he woke up his sleeping partner who soon stirred.

Yo,what's the time Adrian? The boy asked

Forget about the time, we're screwed, Adrian replied

Why does my butt hurts so.....the boy cut short his sentence as the gravity of what was happening became clear in an instant.

What the... The boy started to shout.

Shhhh, everyone will wake up. Hurry,wear your pants and get back to your corner before someone else wakes up.

Adrian said handing him his boxers which laid on the floor.

The boy wore it and left silently just in the nick of time as the second bell rung more loudly waking everyone.

Adrian still laid on his bed trying to contain his racing heart when the door to Romeo's room opened and he walked out, already dressed for school.

Romeo glanced at Adrian and stared at him with dagger eyes for about 10 seconds before glancing at his bed partner who was always in his corner and walked out of the hostel.

Writer's POV

Outside RPHS, in a Nissan Altima car sat an occupant, not up to twenty years,staring at the school.

She was dressed in uniform.

"Are you sure that this is the school?" The girl asked on her telecom

"Yup,am sure. The kids goes to this school as our source confirmed."

"Okay,so when will you be joining me?"

"Am not sure,but maybe in a month or two, cause I have to finish my present mission before I will be sent here by the SUPREME ONES,to assist you, but for now,stay low,get close, show no emotions,restrain on using your powers too much and don't lose that kill list." The voice on the other end advised her thoroughly.

"Yeah,yeah, you have been mentioning the exact same thing throughout the entire summer. Don't worry I will be careful. No one will recognize me." The girl said rolling her eyes.

"What about him?"

"Trust me,he had his memory wiped out years ago,he won't remember me."

"Ok, alright, off you go. The gates of learning are never shut." The boy said dramatically.

"Bye"

Tiana POV

I arrived at the gates of hell, aka Royal Prep High School (RPHS).

It was a huge gate and welcome to "ROYAL PREP HIGH SCHOOL" was engraved on it in a very sophisticated way.

I drove in quite easily because the gates were widely opened. I'm not going to lie,this school is beautiful. I couldn't wait for Drake to see it.

There were so many buildings and flowers and ornamental trees were planted at each side of the pathway.

I didn't know where the parking lot was located so I decided to slow down and follow the other cars that were just arriving. I found a spot which looked fancier than the others and I parked my car there, it's not like anyone can just claim a spot as theirs.

Time to do this, I thought to myself as I grabbed my phone and slipped it inside my bag.

Incase you guys were wondering, I was dressed in an all black outfit.

What?! It really defined my personality.

I noticed that most students walked in groups. Some of the older students looked happy,some looked tired and needed a lot of sleep, some looked annoyed and the juniors looked sad or apprehensive. Not everyone loves Monday morning I guess.

Now how do I find my way to the administration blocks. I needed my schedule and other important information like my locker and class were located. I couldn't bring myself to ask these bratty and spoilt rich kids for help. Oops I am one of them. Hehe

Call it pride but asking someone for help isn't my thing. I loved being independent.

No one has noticed the "new girl" yet thankfully. I thought as I swung opened the doors.

And like that all attention was turned on me.

Shit, I mentally palmfaced myself. I spoke too soon.

I immediately wore my mind your business look as I sauntered down the hall looking for a janitor or teacher or something. But I was not deaf to the whispers I heard.

Who is the new girl? A girl asked no one in particular.

No idea, but she's damn hot. It seems like Jeiel is in for some real competition.

Who's Jeiel? Oh wait I don't give a fuck. I thought as I continue on my search.

Another guy chipped in.

What's up with the bitchy look though.

I smirked as soon as I heard this.

Obvi, they understood my facial expression as they clearly kept their distance.

But under my cool confidence I kept protraying to everyone, inward I was getting anxious because I had been walking for the past three minutes and I was yet to find someone in authorities.

I know, three mins is little and I should not be complaining but what if I carried vital information that could save the school and I had to give them in just two minutes, by now they would all be dead and see, it would be on them.

I took another turn and found a janitor sweeping the tiled floors.

I could hear the hallelujah chorus as I quickened my pace towards him. He looked like he was in his mid- forties.

Probably one of those junkies who flunked school back in his time. Ha-ha good for you. I mused.

I approached him and he didn't even notice my presence. How rude you really deserve this pathetic life.

Hey, you! I yelled but not too loud.

He panicked as he saw me. Oh yeah, it's not everyday you set your eyes on a beauty is it?

Where is the way to the administration office.

Pls, don't report me. I swear I won't tell again.

He must have seriously mistook me for someone else or he didn't hear what I say.

I came closer and repeated myself much slowly.

Where. Is. The. Administration. Office.

Oh sorry ma, take two turns to the left and one to the right.

Attaboy, I said going to where he directed me.

Seven minutes later

I sat outside the administration office as I eaves dropped on the conversation going through in the sound- proof office.

How did I do that?. Nah not telling.

Diamond class was the highest class in the whole school. Everyone longer to be in that class someday, but it was also the loudest class as it not only had A1 in excellence and awards winning, it also had A1 in riots, destruction of school property, waywardness, noisemaking and don't even get me started on the relationship madness.

Beyond the door to this class sat the final year students of RPHS,each engrossed in their individual activity.

"I can't believe that low-life bitch."

Tracy said snapping her gum as she and her crew - Sian and Wendy watched the video of the last night dance.

"Tracy, she's totally stealing your boyfriend Romeo. Will you just sit here and let her?" Sian asked

"NEVER! I will have to deal with Jeiel. Once I am done with her,she will know to stay away from what's mine."

"Wow,who knew the overgrown peacock had a mouth." Ruby said slamming her books on Tracy's table

"Triple burn," the rest of the class especially the boys made a hissing sound, shaking their hands as if it had touched something hot.

"What are you even doing here? And how dare you call Tracy that?" Wendy said

"And who said you could talk, galloping hydroscopic mess."

"Anyways as I was saying, Jeiel didn't steal from you, Tracy, you lost him yourself when you cheated on him. Thank goodness he finally sees you as the public toilet you are. So I am giving you a heads up,touch one damn hair on Jeiel and I will make sure you will spent the rest of your pathetic life, braiding deranged kids.Are we clear?" Ruby snapped.

"Crystal" Tracy said glaring at her.

"Attagirl," Ruby said patting her head before heading to her own seat.

Just then Romeo and Jeiel walked in talking,with Romeo carrying Jeiel bag. Everyone turned their attention towards them.

"Awwwn they are so cute"

"I envy Jeiel"

"I am so jealous" could be heard coming from the girls while Tracy rolled her eyes.

AND HERE COMES THE NEWEST SENSATIONAL COUPLE OF THE CLASS. Charles announced as people whistled.

Jeiel covered her face in embarrassment as she sat beside Ruby, while Romeo kept a straight face as he sat down behind them.

"Romeo, you couldn't even tell us that you and Jeiel were now a thing."

"I believe that's no business of yours," Romeo said bringing out his headphone and wearing it, facing the window.

"Stop being embarrassed, Jeiel. Everyone saw the video and people are shipping you two together." Janis said

"I know but it feels kinda strange, we are just friends and everyone is already assuming."

"Let them assume, they got nothing better to do. Come on, do you really want your first day to start like this? Ruby asked.

"Nah, not really, can't wait to see what this day has in store for me," Jeiel said bringing out her books.

Chapter 3

"I'm telling you I have a bad feeling about that new intake" Mrs Morgan aka known as the prophetess said.

"What bad feeling? She's just a new intake for the final year class."

"She's bad news. I can perceive the aura round her. It's evil. She reeks of misfortune, revenge and pain."

"Oh, Mrs Morgan! Are you doing that your prophecy thing again? How many times will we remind you that you are not a prophetess."

"I may not be one, but I do know evil when I see it."

"She may be evil as you say, but her records are clean. No bad dents, straight A student, impeccable to a fault, nice, hardworking and neat. This is the kind of student we need in our school."

"If she has no dents, why is she being transferred here?"

"I do not know, but what I do know is that I was given explicit orders to make her transfer to this school, swift and hitchfree and so help me, that's what I will do. So call her in, Mrs Morgan. Let me carry out as duty."

"Oh, I will call her in, Mrs vice principal but if anything happens during her stay here, it will be solely your fault." Mrs Morgan said walking out.

"Hey! New intake?! The vice principal is ready to see you," Mrs Morgan called out to the girl sitting on the chair."

She stood up, carrying her school bag and entered the office where she saw the vice principal.

The SUPREME ONES had given her some information about her - divorced mother of three, had a cat and dog, got jail time once for selling cocaine and attacking a police officer- Mrs Smith was truly a remarkable principal

"Good day ma'am"

"It's Mrs Smith to you."

"Sorry Mrs Smith."

"Good, so I understand that you are new here, your locker has been arranged for you, and this is your key. The number is DC14. Your uniforms are sewn and ready for you. You will receive them in your dorm later this evening by the courier. This is your timetable where all your classes and various physical activities are written down. Your class name is diamond and your seat number is CA11. I guess that's all for now. Any questions?"

"No Mrs Smith."

"Good. I have sent for the teacher of diamond class to come pick you up. Enjoy your stay here in RPHS."

"I intend to do just that." I thought as I smirked to myself

"Excuse me Mrs Smith. I heard you called for me?"

Mr Lockwood said entering the office.

"Yeah I did, Mr Lockwood meet the newest student of diamond class. I leave her in your capable arms."

"Sure thing, Mrs Smith. You can follow me" Mr Lockwood said to the student as they both left the office.

Mrs Morgan frowned at the girl and they both left,and make a decision to keep tabs on her for personal reasons.

As Mr Lockwood walked down the hall with the new student Tiana.

He introduced himself.

"Hey, I'm your class teacher and also biology teacher Mr Lockwood and you are?"

"Tiana Cameron. Nice to meet you sir."

"Tiana huh. Why did you transfer here by the time of the year?"

"I heard that RPHS is a great school and very academically sound."

"Really? Is that all?"

"My school kinda mysteriously got burned down." Tiana said.

"Oh I see. Let me introduce you to your new classmates. You will get to love them. They are a crazy bunch."

"Well sire, I do love crazy bunch. Hope they are friendly too." Tiana played along.

"Well, they are crazy. I can guarantee you that much."

"Just great. Freaking great. Tiana muttered underneath her breath.

The door opened as Mr Lockwood walked in to a very rowdy class as usual.

"Seriously guys, first day of school and this is what I get."

The class hurriedly comport themselves and the noise ceased. They obviously had respect for their teacher.

"Guys, please give me the opportunity to introduce your newest classmate, drum roll please." Mr Lockwood said as the back benchers drummed on their locker and she walked in.

"Whooooooooo, damn, who's the beauty?" The boys cheered as some whistled.

"Girl,are you from hell cause you set my soul on fire," Myles said as his friends cheered.

"Quit it, guys, seriously. You are making a very bad impression."

"Why don't we let her introduce herself to the class"

"Hello guys, I hope we can be friends, my name is Tiana Cameron."

"Cj?" A voice cut her off as everyone turned to face Romeo

"What's happening? Does Romeo knows her? From where?"

Whispers could be heard distinctly.

The girl looked at Romeo inwardly shocked that he remembered her, but kept a straight face and said

"Am sorry, do I know you? You must have mistook me for someone else."

"Maybe I did, Romeo said not being able to look away."

"Anyways so I am Tiana Cameron and I hope I am welcomed."

"Enough of the jokes already. What's your seat number Tiana?" Mr Lockwood asked.

"CA11"

"What?" The whole class screamed.

Nobody ever got that seat cause it was the neighbor to BT12 which obviously belonged to Romeo.

How in the world was this possible? CA11 was obviously declared to be empty until Romeo graduated, not even Ruby could seat there and yet a new student got the seat without blinking an eye.

"CA11 you say? Okay it's over there. You can get seated and make yourself comfortable okay." Mr Lockwood said as Tiana walked to the seat and sat down.

"Also, class perfect don't forget to turn in the projects that was given to you guys by the end of the day. And for the senior perfect, later you will take her on a tour, getting her familiar with the school."

"Yes Mr Lockwood Barry and Jeiel" chorused as the teacher turned and left the class.

Immediately he left, the whole class started a ruckus.

Jeiel faced Ruby and asked "who is that new girl?"

"No idea"

"How does Romeo knows her"

"No idea."

"Oh I see, it's awfully strange. And they happen to be seatmates too."

"Yup. Who exactly is Tiana Cameron and how does my brother knows her?" Ruby mused to herself.

The cafeteria was filled up as hungry students stood in line to collect their lunch.

"Arrgh, finally I was so starving." Louise said as she collected her food and joined her friends.

"Me too. I wonder why the chefs couldn't have prepared this in the morning and served us."

"Why make us wait for six gruelsome hours?" Janis complained.

"Quit complaining. If the first years can wait, why can't you?"

Ruby came to their table and sat down.

"Finally!" she exclaimed

"Ummmm, R.B?" Jeiel called

"Yeah?"

"Isn't that like your fourth helping?"

"Fourth helping?!!" Louise gasped

"Oh yeah sure, is there any p?" Ruby asked cheekily

"I didn't know that the chefs gave more than one serving" Louise said

"They don't."

"Oh well, maybe they like me." Ruby said stuffing her mouth as usual

"More like they are terrified of you and don't want to lose their jobs," Jeiel grumbled.

"Like I said last night, this chicken is damn!" Ruby said with a mouthful.

Tiana POV

Well, today has been going absolutely perfect for me. Just fricking perfect.

How did Romeo recognise me in less than a minute. My cover is totally blown. Shit, carrying out my plans now will be a bit difficult but I won't let it stop me. No matter what I do, I just have to make sure that I don't come across Romeo which would have been fucking fine if I wasn't seating next to him.

"Thank you Drake, really thank you." I cursed in my mind.

"Ha-ha, you like my surprise?" Drake said telepathically.

"What the fuck..! How did he..... I totally forgot he could do that. Damn just one hour into this school and I am already acting like a normal teenager."

"You do know I can hear everything you are saying right."

"I know, and that's why I am going to tell you how big of a dickhead you are."

"TIANA?" Jeiel called tapping on my desk as I flinched and our connection got cut off.

"What?!" I yelled obviously displeased.

"You were absent minded. Are you ready for your tour now?"

"Ummmm, can we postpone it?" I said sweetly but burning inside.

"It's best if we do it now before the bell for lunch goes."

Grinnngggggggg the bell rang loudly throughout the school.

"You were saying?"

"I guess, the tour will be postponed then. Are you coming to the cafeteria."

"Nah, I'm good. I am going to use the time to find my locker."

"Oh sure, the lockers are located eastwing of the building."

"Thanks." I said as she left.

I groaned as I placed my head on the desk, totally ignoring my seatmate.

I could hear Romeo packing up his stuffs to leave. How am I going to pretend that he isn't here for a whole freaking year.

"Yo Drake? Drake? You there?" I mindlinked him but I got no reply.

Damn he must be busy.

"Oh well time to find that locker then". I said as I stood up and walked out of the already empty classroom and walked eastwards. The corridor was eerily quiet and empty which would make a normal person scared but not me. I was born for this.

"So where will I find that goddamn loc....." I had barely completed my monologue when I slammed into a wall and fell down.

Oww, that definitely hurts, I looked up to see how I could have collided with a wall in the middle of a pathway where I saw the most beautiful creature on Earth. You know what, I am so freaking crushing on him and I don't give a fuck.

I was still staring into the godlike face when he snapped.

"Are you freaking blind? Can't you see where you are going or are those glasses for fashion?"

Did he? Oh no he didn't, WHAT?! And to think I was crushing on him, I quickly stood up and faced him.

"Listen here, you freaking floating piece of undiluted rat ... the guy's mouth dropped open in shock but I wasn't done with him

"Who do you think you are, you overgrown seaweed. You slammed into me not the other way around, don't you have eyes embedded in that thick skull of yours? Or what?

"Did your dad's sperm lose some of its compounds when it realized how useless you will turn out to be."

"Yo, Adrian." A guy from afar called as he reached us.

So his name is Adrian, I mused.

"Oh hey, pretty damsel. Am Miles and you are?"

"Tiana." I said promptly.

"Judging by your dressing, you must be new, where are you going?" Miles asked

"Am off to find my locker?"

"Maybe we can help." Miles said

"Nah, not me bro, am sick of her presence already."

"Adrian, what are you doing. Am sorry, my friends doesn't like girls that much but I do, why don't you tell me your locker number and I see what I can do."

"Thanks so much,unlike your friend here. My locker number is DC14."

"WHAT?!!!" Adrian yelled in anger.

"Sorry bro, but atleast you get to meet her everyday." Miles said tapping Adrian on the back.

"Wait I don't understand, meet who everyday?" I asked obviously displeased

"Adrian of course, his locker number is DC13." Miles said obviously grinning at us.

"Oh, motherfucking Drake." I cursed for the umpteenth time today.
