Seen a man in his 50's trying to untie the rope that tied his hands. His mouth was taped, unable to make any sound. If he could, he would have shouted earlier. Cold sweat dripped from his forehead, and his eyes glanced left & right looking for a woman who had been with him.

His breath hitched, out of fear. He knew he might be finished right now. His eyes went back to looking around the room, which looked like a room in an old house that had almost collapsed. Even sunlight can enter through the cracks in the ceiling of the room. His body trembled even more on the chair he was sitting on, the bonds in his legs & hands fused with the back & legs of the chair. The knot in his chest made him feel tighter.

There was the sound of footsteps approaching the door.

The man's heartbeat quickened as the footsteps drew closer.

''Kreeekkk''

The sound of the door opening, made the man staring intently at the door which was slowly opening.

A woman's head was sticking out from behind the door, a wide smile graced her face, and her long black hair was seen hanging down, as she tilted her head. The flat bangs make the woman's face look cute. Her teeth look smaller than her gums, that makes her look like a child.

The woman walked slowly towards the middle-aged man.

''Hmmmpp... hmmmpp...''

The man groaned louder, hoping that the woman would help him untie all the bonds that bound him.

Instead, the woman sat on the man's lap and wrapped her arms around the man's neck. The man looked down at the woman who was much shorter than him.

The look of astonishment mixed with fear was visible from the corner of the man's eye when looked at the woman who was playing with the buttons of the man's shirt.

''You should have listened to your wife's words''

The woman stopped her sentence.

''You want to spend the weekend with me instead''

The woman looked up and found the man staring at her with wide eyes. The man began to understand the situation he was in right now, he knew he might die soon after being killed by the cute woman sitting on his lap right now.

''Why are you looking at me like that?

"Gosh hahaha, apparently you don't understand, do you?"

The woman stood up from the man's lap with a slight jump. She looked at the man with a slight bow, with her hands resting on her knees. The woman's eyes stared straight into the man's face, her hand moving slowly to touch the man's hair. But the man quickly turned his face away, which moved to the woman's hand stop.

"Why dodge?"

"Don't you like it when I stroke your hair? You say, it reminds you of your mother when you were little?"

"But, isn't your wife a mother too? What kind of touch should I make, so you can remember your wife at home, hm? Mr. Mike McDonald''

The woman's finger caressed the middle-aged man's cheek affectionately.

"Is this what kind of touch that you want?"

The woman took something out from under the black blazer she was wearing and aimed it right at the man's forehead. It was made, Mike McDonald struggled even more in his chair.

''Hmmmmpph hmmmmppphhh''

A gun with a silencer on the tip was already stuck to Mike McDonald's forehead.

''I'll give you a chance to speak one last time''

The woman, removing the duct tape, stuck to Mike McDonald's mouth.

"Hah hah hah"

The sound of gasping breaths was heard coming out of Mike McDonald's mouth.

"You bitch, what did you do to me? Aren't you satisfied with everything that I gave you?''

''PLAK''

The woman slapped MIke, the slap was hard enough to make the woman's palm turn red.

''You call me a bitch again, then I'll kill you right now''

MIke gulped in fear, as the woman pressed her chin with a gun.

"Do you understand?"

The woman whispered right in MIke's ear and put her face right in front of MIke's face.

MIke nodded, confirming the woman's words. This made the woman feel satisfied with the response given by MIke.

''Good. And now listen to me old man, the clothes & jewelry you have given me are worth nothing''

''I feel sorry for your wife & children, who have to suffer because of having a male figure like you, as their support Mr. MIke''

"Your attitude that is easily infatuated with the seduction of women, in the end, will only make your family & small company suffer"

"So you have to borrow money here and there for the revival of your small company, including borrowing money from Richard"

MIke's heart skipped a beat when she heard Richard's name come out of the woman's mouth.

The woman dragged another chair behind MIke and sat herself down on it.

The woman, Anna Kim Perto, took out her cell phone from her blazer pocket & started playing with it. Her head kept looking down & her face looked serious while playing the game on his cellphone. Sometimes swear words come out of her mouth.

Anna stopped her finger on the phone she was playing with when she heard MIke speak. Anna lifted her head & looked at MIke who was sitting across from her.

"How much did Richard pay you to do all this?"

"I... I'll pay you more than Richard gave you."

With a trembling voice, MIke expressed her wish. He didn't want to die right now. In his heart, MIke apologized to his wife, for wasting the woman who had accompanied him & gave birth to his children. MIke also apologized to his children, for not being a good father to them.

Anna smiled sarcastically when she heard the words that came out of MIke's mouth. Anna stepped closer to MIke, and without further ado, Anna stabbed MIke's thigh with the small knife she was carrying.

"AAAAAA AAAKKHHH"

MIke screamed in pain, his eyes staring at Anna full of fear. Fresh blood started flowing from MIke's thigh & Anna's small knife was still stuck in her thigh.

''I told you, don't say weird things, Mr. MIke''

Anna looked at MIke's face in pain flatly, there was no hesitation in Anna's eyes as she stabbed MIke's thigh with her small knife.

''Shit, you're a fuckin whore, you bitch. I'll kill you, I'll kill you''

MIke screamed cursing Anna with all her might, but Anna just didn't budge & her eyes focused on the drop by drop of blood that came out of the stab wound he gave MIke's thigh.

Anna then took off the Black Blazer she was wearing and revealed the long white shirt she was wearing. Anna tore the sleeve of the white shirt she was wearing & bandaged MIke's stab wound with the cloth of her shirt. His cold gaze at MIke turned to worry.

MIke looks surprised by Anna's actions. It was Anna who stabbed him but Anna was the one who bandaged the wound. MIke was horrified by Anna's rapid emotional changes, Anna who looked cheerful then turned cold and suddenly turned into a worried person.

''I'm not doing this for you, I'm doing this for your wife & kids''

''But, if you don't survive here, it's not my fault''

Anna patted MIke on the cheek, before finally walking towards the door & leaving MIke alone in the building.

While outside, Anna saw Richard's car & his subordinates. Richard's driver rushed out of the car & opened the door for Richard who was sitting in the back seat. Richard got out of his car & walked towards Anna who was standing in front of the door. His cold hands immediately touched Anna's cheeks and turned Anna's face left & right.

"Are you all right?"

Richard's deep voice greeted Anna. The deep voice that came out of a Mafia Boss, The W, was sure to make everyone tremble just by hearing it.

"Don't overdo it, sir."

Anna lowered Richard's hands from her cheeks.

"I'm not exaggerating Anna. You're the only woman The W has. It's impossible, if the mafia is like old uncles who have to seduce impudent johns to pay their debts?''

Richard continued again.

Anna chuckled lightly at Richard's words which she found funny. Anna loves to laugh, and Anna loves to laugh at little things that some people may not find funny at all.

''You'd better hurry in and collect your debt. Or you'll never get your money at all because now he might die of blood loss''

Hearing Anna's words, Richard immediately ordered his subordinates to come in and check on MIke's condition. Richard didn't want MIke to just leave his hands, the money MIke had borrowed from him had not even come back with the full amount according to their agreement.

"My work is done now, Mr. Richard?"

Richard looked at Anna's face which was only chest height. Once Anna's job was done, Anna would disappear from Richard for a week, two weeks, or even a month. Since not everyone who owed Richard was a philanderer, there was no reason for Richard to hold Anna at this time. And during Anna's disappearance, Richard felt uneasy about Anna's safety, because Anna was the only woman who worked for Richard. Richard always asked Anna to contact him when Richard's assignment had been completed, but Anna never complied with Richard's request. As long as Anna disappeared from enjoying her life, Anna never contacted Richard first, unlike Richard who always tried to contact Anna, but Anna always ignored him.

said Richard awkwardly. Richard seemed to think that he could always know where Anna was because maybe he wouldn't see Anna for weeks.

Richard motioned for the driver to hand Anna the car keys. Anna felt strange when Richard suddenly asked her to use his car. There must be something wrong, she thought.

Hearing Richard's threat, Anna grabbed the car keys which were in Richard's driver's hands. Anna looked around, there could be no vehicles passing in this area and only tall grass & deserted streets. With the threats that Richard gave, and seeing where they were now, Anna couldn't refuse Richard's request. One thing that Anna didn't know because what Anna was doing now made Richard smile faintly. Very faintly.

Anna said goodbye to Richard and Richard's men and left the place. The reason Richard forced Anna to use his private car was that Richard's car had a tracking device connected to his cell phone. So wherever Anna goes, Richard can find out without needing to contact Anna directly.

After Anna left, Richard went straight to the old building where MIke was there. MIke looked half conscious when Richard arrives. Richard sat in front of MIke and looked at the white cloth that was on MIke's thighs.

"How are you, Mr. MIke?"

MIke looked at Richard with half-closed eyes. Richard motioned for his men to slap MIke in the face.

''PLAK''

Richard's men threw a big slap on MIke's cheek, which made his lips bleed. MIke must feel the heat from the slap, due to the actions of Richard's men. MIke also felt the salty taste of blood and pain in the teeth.

"I've tried my best to ask how you're doing, but you just kept quiet. Isn't that rude manners, hm?"

"What do you know about manners?"

MIke spat at Richard's shoes. This made Richard's men immediately pull MIke's hair and place a knife right under MIke's throat. MIke could see the glint of the knife from the bottom corner of his eyes.

''That's enough of a stalemate. Now let's have a serious talk''

Richard pulled up his chair & placed it right in front of MIke's chair & wiped the distance between them.

''Give me my money, or give me your small company''

''Are you crazy? My company? I don't even owe you a lot, shit brat. But you always burden me with unreasonable interest''

Richard was silent when MIke cursed him. Not a word came out of his mouth. Richard then stood up from his seat and took off his sunglasses. His little eyes stared at MIke with a sharp look. The scar in the shape of a line under Richard's left eye became visible as soon as he took off his sunglasses.

Richard continued to throw his punches at MIke who was already bleeding in the face. Richard's relentless punches nearly killed MIke.

Richard looks breathless after beating MIke so hard. MIke's blood dripped down Richard's fist. The red suit he was wearing also looked wrinkled, as a result of what he did to MIke.

Richard cleaned the traces of MIke's blood stuck to his hand with a handkerchief that his subordinates gave him.

Richard's men untied MIke & immediately took MIke into their car. One of Richard's men also received a phone call and informed Richard of the contents of the call he had received.

''Boss, Chansu said Mrs. McDonald is already at the office''

''Good, tell Chansu to serve Mrs. McDonald as best as possible''

Richard said with a smirk on his face.

Richard and his men immediately rushed to Casablanca, where one of Richard's clubs was located.

During the trip to Casablanca, Richard was busy with his cell phone. He saw the movement of his private car, driven by Anna. There was no suspicious movement from the car that Anna was driving. Now the GPS point on Richard's car stopped right at a Café.

"Maybe she's eating something sweet right now,"

Richard thought.

Richard knows what Anna's favorite food is, because Anna has been with Richard for 7 years. During his time with Anna, Richard had seen many things that made Anna laugh and cry. Richard also teaches Anna many things, including self-defense and how to do business in the dark world like Richard. But when Richard teaches Anna to take one of Richard's Gambling businesses, Anna refuses and prefers to become a Singer in Richard's Club & helps Richard in collecting debts from philanderers.

When he arrived in front of his club called The Moon, Richard was immediately greeted by his subordinates. Richard went straight to his room, where Mrs. McDonald was waiting. Richard entered his room and saw Mrs. McDonald sitting on the sofa in her office living room with a large bag in her care.

"Mrs. McDonald, how are you?"

Richard took a seat in front of Mrs. McDonald. Mrs. McDonald's eyes stared at Richard from head to toe, a look of fear evident in her eyes. She didn't expect her husband to be involved with the Mafia-like Richard.

"Don't be afraid Mrs. McDonald, we won't touch you"

Richard smiled sweetly.

''What do you want to drink? Coffee or Tea?''

Richard offered Mrs. McDonald a drink, but hearing Richard's offer made Mrs. McDonald immediately shake her head, refusing Richard's offer.

"Whatever, I won't force you to drink anymore. You brought the money, didn't you?''

Mrs. McDonald handed her the big bag that had been in her care all this time and put it down on the table. Richard immediately opened the bag and saw piles of money in Won currency piled up.

''You will see your husband, once I finish counting this money''

Richard's men quickly took the bag & went to another room to count it.

"If the money is one less than the amount it should be, then I will cut off one of your husband's fingers instead."

"Are you crazy?"

Mrs. McDonald immediately stood up from her seat as soon as she heard Richard's words.

"Are you dissatisfied that you almost killed my husband huh? You bloody Mafia''

Richard was silent and started to light his cigarette, his mouth busy sucking the cigarette, while Mrs. McDonald had been swearing all along.

"Are you not satisfied with the wealth you have, so you have to blackmail my husband?"

"Why are you keep your mouth shut, huh?"

Even though Richard is a Mafia & loan shark, Richard is very anti to touching the debtor's family.

''Answer me. Or do you want me to report it to the police?"

Hearing the name of the police, Richard looked sharply at Mrs. McDonald and immediately stubbed out his cigarette. Richard's sharp gaze could silence Mrs. McDonald's mouth, which had been saying as she pleased.

''Boss, the amount of money is right''

said one of Richard's men.

''Bring Mr. MIke here and bring me the envelope''

Richard's men rushed to bring MIke in front of his wife.

Mrs. McDonald immediately shouted as soon as she saw the condition of her husband who was sitting in a wheelchair, her steps stumbled when she came to her husband who was in front of Richard's office door.

"Oh my God, why have they done to you?"

Sobs came out of his mouth. Mrs. McDonald wept for her husband's battered condition, with bandages & neck braces attached to the husband's neck that made Mrs. McDonald's heart shattered seeing her husband suffering.

''I'm sorry dear''

said Mr. MIke stammered.

Regret grew in MIke's heart when he saw his wife stay by his side even though she knew that he borrowed money from the loan shark but she sacrificed herself to come & pay off all MIke's debts to Richard.

Richard's subordinate handed Mrs. McDonald a large brown envelope. Mrs. McDonald looks confused, but she accepts it anyway and walks while pushing her husband's wheelchair.

Richard walked up to MIke & his wife. MIke's heart skipped a beat again in fear as Richard walked closer and closer to her. Once Richard was right in front of them, Richard lowered his face right in front of MIke.

"Nice doing business with you Mr. MIke. And one thing you need to know Mrs. McDonald, that I have never once blackmailed your husband and forced your husband to come to me''

''It was your husband who came to me, and all the evidence that what I said was true was in that envelope...''

Mrs. McDonald quickly opened the brown envelope that Richard's subordinate had given her earlier, her eyes widened when she saw the agreement letter between MIke & Richard, where it was written that it was MIke who applied for a loan from Richard to improve MIke's company finances, and there was a photo of Richard & MIke shaking hands.

''I also gave some bonus photos for you''

Richard gestured for his men to bring the photos he asked for. His men swiftly took what Richard meant. Richard gave the photos to Mrs. McDonald. Not finished with the shock that Mrs. McDonald felt, now her emotions were burning when she saw the photos that Richard had given her. The photos show where MIke plays with girls & has fun.

Without saying anything, Mrs. McDonald immediately walked out of Richard's room, leaving her husband confused by the behavior of his wife who suddenly left him without saying anything.

Mr. MIke called his wife, but the wife still walked away from him.

Richard laughed disdainfully at the husband and wife drama unfolding in front of him.

"Chansu, take Mr. MIke and his wheelchair out."

MIke glared at Richard, but he didn't dare say anything for fear that Richard would hurt him again.

The subordinate quickly took MIke and her wheelchair out of Richard's room.

All the dealings with MIke gave Richard a headache. Too much drama with MIke, Richard thought. He needed something sweet to ease his headache. Richard was not a fan of sweet foods at first, in fact, he did not like sweet foods, you could say Richard avoided eating such foods. But ever since he was with Anna the sweet food lover, he fell in love with the taste.

When Richard asked Anna why she liked sweet food so much, Anna said that sweet food will still taste sweet even if you eat it when you cry. Richard smiled slightly remembering Anna's words which he thought made no sense at all. Just thinking about Anna made Richard's heart warm, Anna had only left him for a while but Richard already missed him. At 33 years old, Richard feels like he's back to being a teenager when he thinks about Anna. Richard's flowery feelings, nervousness, butterflies flying in his stomach, a racing heart, and an overwhelming sense of longing, were teenage feelings that Richard felt again when he saw & thought about Anna.
