"My husband has spoilt the man who's gonna rule after him. He smiled after hearing it's a lady who came to visit. Brainless rat! "The queen murmured and crossed her arms.

His countenance changed the moment the so called 'she'. "Layla? " Zack called as a lady walked in.

"He even knows her name, great! "The queen murmured, annoyed.

"Stop talking to yourself! "The king retorted and she scoffed.

"Yes, my prince. Greetings, your highnesses "she said, bowing slightly . She had a broad smile on her face which made Zack wonder what she was here for.

"What do you want, huh? I told you never come back here, didn't l? "Zack asked, coldly and Layla chuckled.

"Well, something made me come back. I had to come back "she responded and move closer.

"Here "She said as she proffered an envelope to him.

"What is that? "He asked with sarcasm.

"Well, check it out "she urged him and Zack scoffed.

"I'm sure it's a pregnancy report "The queen stated.

"Oh! Shut it, Tatiana. You should have some faith in your son, you know "

"Faith, my foot! "

Zack snatched the envelope. He took out the letter which was in it and read through it.

"You'd better be joking, Layla "he said and tossed the letter.

"Well, l'm not. I'm not joking, my prince. I'm carrying your child, my prince. I AM PREGNANT WITH YOUR BABY "She responded with a smile.

"Shut up! You'd better stop spilling crap, I am not the father of that child, get rid of it! "He yelled, annoyed.

You look after the girl you got pregnant and l will make your cousin the prince "She added, annoyed and walked away in a fit of rage.

"I wonder how Camilla is going to feel after she hears this "she whispered as she walked away.

The king, who was sitting the entire time, stood up and glared at his son. He was higly disappointed cos this could be a huge hindrance from Zack being the next king and his friend, what is he going to tell him?

He sighed and walked away.

"See! You better get rid of that thing in your womb. It is not mine, l didn't put it there "Zack snapped, angrily.

"No way! You slept with me, Zack and now that l'm pregnant, you wanna deny it? "

"You're the father of this baby and you are going to take care of me and your baby. I'm coming to the palace tomorrow. Goodbye, my prince "she smiled after her last statement, bowed slightly before walking away.

"Are you walking out on a prince? Do you know l can get you killed? "

Zack raked through his hair in sheer confusion. What is he going to do, huh?

This is what he's been avoiding for so long, getting a girl he barely loves pregnant.

2 DAYS LATER

Amy, the maid is still unconscious from the previous event and she is been taking care of by the palace physician, Helga.

"How is she?" the queen asked and the palace physician, Helga turned to her, a little startled.

"Oh, your highness. I didn't notice when you walked in "

"It's alright. Please do tell me how's she doing? Any improvement? "She asked, clearly disturbed.

"She'll be fine, she's unconscious now. You know, she sustained a lot of injuries during the rape cos she was a virgin before Zack had his way with her and it'll take some time before they heal completely " The physician replied and she sighed, ruefully.

The queen nodded. "Alright, i will come back some other to check on her" she said and stood up.

With that, he began walking away.

Layla sat on the bed and sighed, ruefully. She rubbed her forehead in sheer distress.

Things are not working out as she and Alex planned. Zack doesn't seem like he's gonna fall for her even decades from now.

Zack was quiet for some moments with his head facing downwards. How is he going to cope with two pregnant ladies .. atleat, Kira is cool but Layla, she's an animal!

"Zack, are you okay? You've been like this for some time now .. you okay? "Kira asked, staring at dejected Zack.

"Are you seriously asking me that question? I've got two pregnant ladies who will be living under the same roof with me and you expect me to be okay? "He groused and Kia sighed, ruefully.

"I'm leaving now. See you tomorrow "He stated and took his car keys from the table.

Suddenly, she felt the urge to puke and ran inside to empty her tummy in the toilet.

"Sky! "The princess answered, blooming with happiness.

"Princess Camilla, your father has asked to see you in his room. He said it's urgent "The maid spoke up.

"Urgent? Did something bad happen? "Camilla responded and Sky shrugged, clueless.

"Nothing bad is going on currently, he just asked to see you urgently "

"Alright then. Let's go "

She stood up and exited her room, heading for her Dad's room.

Actually, Camilla was going to get married to Zack in two weeks from now. The fathers of Zack and Camilla were good friends and wanted to strengthen by getting their children married to each other.

Camilla was in support of it cos she always had eyes for Zack but Zack was totally against the idea cos he never for once felt any love towards Camilla.

And now, her father got the news of Zack impregnating a lady and that their wedding has been called off. She can't get married to Zack.

It'll break her heart to pieces but he still has to tell her. He has no choice and it's not gonna sound good hearing it from a stranger's lips other than her Dad's.

"Father, you sent for me "Camilla stated as she walked into his room.

"Yes, l did "he nodded. "Sit "he said, afterwards and she did.

"Leave us "He said to the maid and she bowed before walking away.

"Dad, is something bad happen? You look stressed "Camilla said, sounding worried.

She was numb for some moments as she slowly sat down. She palmed her face, sobbing in her hands.

"I know, my daughter but you know, some things are just not met to be. Maybe it wasn't your fate to get allied with him "He said, trying to console her and she sniffed.

She wiped her tears with her hands and smiled, faintly.

"It's alright, Dad. I'm fine, just give me some days and l'm going to forget about him "

"Are you sure? "He asked, concerned and she nodded.

"I'm going to my room now. See you later, Dad "

As she got to her room, she slumped on the bed and bursted into hot tears again.

She wasn't okay .. how could Zack do this to her?

She was looking forward to a happy married life with him, even if he doesn't love but eventually, he will.

Oh jeez, it won't be easy to get this from him.

"Is she okay now? "The queen asked, staring at Amy as she slept soundly.

"Yes, she woke up last night and l gave her some herbs to ease the pain, she's sleeping now "The physician replied and she smiled.

"Finally! Thank God! "She said with a deep breath.

Amy is responding and she was thankful for that.

"But there's something l need to discuss with you, your highness "The physician, Helga whispered.

"I'm all ears "

"Let's speak outside "She said, staring at Amy. They went outside.

"So what happened? "

She looked around to make sure no one was around, eavesdropping and checked on Amy.

"Why are you acting horrid? What's the problem? "

"My queen, l'm not certain yet but l think Amy is pregnant "Helga whispered and the queen laughed.

"Pregnant? That's crazy. Amy can't be pregnant .. you are not certain, right? "

"She is, your highness "

"She's not! Don't you understand? There's a lady currently pregnant for Zack! "The queen yelled, breathing heavily.

"Please calm down, my queen. You have to calm down. Come and have a sit "Helga said and took her highness's hand.

She sat down and her highness tried to calm down.

"Pregnant? Who's pregnant? "Amy spoke up as the queen and Helga stared at her, horrified.

"It's nothing, dear. How are you feeling now? "Queen Tatiana spoke up this time and Amy sighed, ruefully.

"I feel terrible. It's the worst feeling ever .. i didn't expect the prince to be so brutal. Well, l don't blame him .. he was drunk and it's obvious he didn't know what he was doing at that moment but he raped me "She mumbled, almost in tears.

Queen Tatiana and Helga shared an eye contact. Terror was written over the queen's face as she stared at Amy.

"Are you alright, my child? "The queen asked as she patted her back, softly.

"Yes. Just feel a little bit dizzy "She drawled and touched her head.

"Alright then. We'll leave you to rest, now, you need it "The queen responded and Amy nodded.

They walked out and Amy laid on the bed. After thinking for some moments before lowering her lashes.

Zack walked in with Kira, smiling while looking around. She was admiring Zack's place while pulling her luggage alongside.

"Zack, your place is beautiful "She commended and Zack smiled.

Layla who was in the living room, heard voices and turned to see Zack with a really pretty lady or should she say ugly??

Layla frowned and walked towards them. Zack rolled his eyes, seeing her approaching them.

"Zack, who's she? "Layla questioned as he and Kira walked into the house. Zack ignored her.

"Come in, Kira "Zack stated and began walking in and Kira followed suit.

"I'm speaking to you and you are acting dumb! "Layla grabbed Kira's arm and slapped her. Kira winced as she caressed her red cheek.

"Layla! "Zack yelled and grabbed her arm. He attempted to hit her too but stopped with his hands hanging in the air.

"Hit me, Zack. I want you to hit me cos you've found a cheap slut. I'm going to be your wife soon and you dare bring a slut home "Layla yelled and he scoffed.

Queen Tatiana paced to and fro the throne room, terribly worried. The King stared at her and shook his head.

"Pacing round the room won't help, Tatiana. I'm already stressed, why not spill out what happened, huh? Did something bad happen? "He asked, concerned and she sat on one of the benches nearby.

"Yes, something bad did happen, Frank. And trust me, you will be shocked to hear what l'm about to tell you "She replied and he paid listening ears.

"Amy is pregnant "She dropped the bombshell and his eyes widened.

"What???!!! "He yelled in shock. "You're joking, right? Tell me you are joking "He repeated.

"I'm not. Why would joke with something as serious as that? Amy is pregnant, the physician informed me this morning. She said she wasn't certain at first but after a while, Amy woke up and threw up right in front of me "Tatiana explained and Frank palmed his face.

"Oh no! This can't be happening, so my son has impregnated two ladies??? "He drawled, horrid.

Just then, Zack walked in with his parents noticing.

"Mom. Dad "he called and they turned to see him.

"I've got something important to tell you, son "She mumbled, inaudibly but Zack could hear her anyway.

"I also have something important to tell you, Mom. Let me go first "he paused and took a deep breath.

"I got .. l got .. "He was scared to drop the blombshell cos of his parents' reaction.

"Some other girl, aside Layla, is pregnant with my baby "He rasped with his eyes closed. Silence followed and he opened his eyes.

Zack was dumbstruck for some moments and then, rubbed his eyes. This is a dream .. it's not reality.
