Gone With The Bling

She stood with her chin up, her fair perfect smooth skin and peach luscious lips made her look like a goddess even under the thin net veil, Her Natural dark eyebrows that matched her healthy long black hair giving her that innocent yet dangerous look. But her eyes! those deep blue eyes that could drown anybody into it, were most definitely the deadliest feature.

She stood with a stoic face, staring at the empty chairs not batting an eye to the guy standing in front of her, he was devastated the drained look on his face could male anybody's heart ache for him, but there she stood emotionlessly with her lips tightly sealed. The guy's eyes trembled while his teeth clenched tightly, By the looks of it, he was very handsome, he had light brown hair with sharp jawline and perfectly shaped lips, his emerald eyes had pain in them as he slowly looked at her, he couldn't believe what he had just heard.

His heart was crying, he felt like every fibre of his body was on fire that would burn him into ashes any moment soon. He breathed in deeply and parted his lips.

"Tell me that it's not true!..." The words took a while to form, as he felt like he had been sucked out of life. He looked at her and tried to speak again,

"Even if it was just for money!...Just Tell me that what we had for each other was real!!"

The girl finally moved, she walked a few steps away towards the small table in the distance, it had a black velvet box on it, she picked it up and opened it to pull out a beautiful silver ring. She looked at it intently and then walked back towards the guy. He was hopeful now, but she slow approached him and took his hand, she opened it and place the ring on his palm,

Her lips parted and she slowly spoke in an attractive voice.

"Everything...every word," she closed his hand slowly, " Every smile, Every moment-" She paused and looked into his eyes, " Was all a lie," She whispered and let go of his hand.

She took a step away leaving him without any support.

"NO!!" He roared, and fell on his knees, the girl stepped down the red carpeted stairs through the aisle.

The ring inside the guys palm slipped out and rolled down behind her but she didn't look back...not even once.

She was still in the bride's dress when she knocked on the hotel room's door, she waited for a few seconds before it was opened by a girl, her face was radiating innocence, her soft velvet lips that blended seductively with her milky skin making the caramel in her chocolate eyes pop, she had Auburn Brown hair that kissed her lower back gently.

When she looked at the girl in white dress, her eyes watered, and she moved out of her way.

"What happened?" She asked. "Did it end? Just like that?" She asked but the bride didn't answer, she picked up her suitcase and stuffed it with her clothes.

"Say something" She shouted. "Tell me! What happened?"

"Isn't it obvious?" Peace glanced at Ada. "I gave it an end, now hurry up and pack! They must have found out about our location, we have to leave the country," Peace spoke and looked away.

"Where are we going?" Ada asked with a reluctant gaze.

"Back home," Peace replied with a stoic face.

"Hurry up! We don't have time," Peace added and pulled the handle of the luggage.

"I can't..." Ada spoke in a teary voice.

Peace stopped and turned around to look at Ada. Her gaze was warm unlike before,

"We have to go, if we stay, we will get caught," Peace calmly spoke to her, "Let's go!" Peace didn't change her clothes and pulled Ada with her.

At the airport everyone's eyes was scanning Peace who was wearing a wedding dress, but she was least bothered,

Finally they safely boarded the plane, Peace sat in her seat and breathed out heavily, Ada sat beside her, she looked tired too.

"Let's begin our new journey now and forget about the past." Peace whispered, Ada nodded and closed her eyes slightly. And suddenly Ada chuckled.

"What happened?" Peace asked.

"Do you remember the face that the fat groom made when he found out he had been conned? It was so hilarious," Ada broke into a laugh.

"How many were they?" She asked.

"About 13," Ada replied.

"Hmm...and how much did we collect?" She asked.

"Ten Million Dollar each," Ada calculated.

"So we have thirteen right now?" She asked.

"No-it's Twelve we...didn't succeed in the last one," She spoke with sorrow filled eyes.

"That's fine we can always make up for that one, let's consider it bad luck that we came into contact with Eric..." Peace added.

"Yeah let's forget about Eric Power and start again," she spoke out with a deep voice.

The 9 hours flight finally ended and they reached the airport, Ada dragged her suitcase out while Peace who looked really tired walked towards the coffee shop to grab herself a cup of coffee,

When Peace took a step ahead to walk off the escalator her heel twisted because of the pull on her dress, that was because of the guy stepping on her gown, she slipped and lost her balance, everything happened so quickly that she didn't have time to hold onto anything. The hot coffee spilled over her hand while the other hand looked for a support to hold on and just then someone held her hand and stopped her from falling down, Peace felt like her heart had jumped out of her chest, she breathed out a sigh of relief and stood up straight again and flickered her hand to get off the hot coffee, she looked up at the man who was holding her hand, the guy was handsome without any doubt, he had straight black hair perfectly styled yet due to the sudden motion a few strands got out and rested in his forehead, he had slightly knitted his eyebrows that were securing his serious black eyes. His teeth tightly clenched in dissatisfaction. Peace's expression stayed calm until she glanced at his feet that were still on her gown, Peace jerked off his hand and pulled out her gown from down his feet and walked away with a serious face.

"You haven't see it from the inside that is why you are talking like that," Ada chuckled as she stuck her head out o father back window,

"Hah! Yeah, what do you want me to see? Tree house and wild beast? No thanks I am good right here," Jack scoffed.

"We will be leaving now!" Peace got off, Ada followed. Jack bid farewell to the two ladies and drove away.

"Home sweet home!" Ada muttered, Peace had a calm expression when she looked at the trees.

"I bet the kids will be really angry," Peace spoke in a soft voice.

"You are right! We came back after such a long time," Ada walked up the gate and pushed it with great strength and it opened.They Walked in through the trees while dragging their luggage behind them, they head low chuckles of kids in a distance, that grew louder and louder and then in a distance they saw a Grey Utonagan running towards them, Ada's eyes trembled as she had always been scared of dogs. She hid behind Peace whose eyes had a complicated expression in them, The dog jumped from a few feet away and opened up its arms, Peace's tightly sealed lips parted into a blissful smile and she opened her arm wide, He landed safely in her embrace. Even though he was huge, Peace managed to hug half of his body like a teddy bear. The dog howled lightly , he pulled away a little and looked at the pair of blue eyes similar to his own.

"Did you miss me?" She asked me A sweet voice that could melt a person instantly but the sweet words were only directed towards the dog.

"Awoo..." he gave out a short howl and answered her.

"Peace...could you please take your husband away from here? He is scaring me," Ada muttered. The dog looked at her with his deep blue eyes as if he was getting disturbed by her presence.

"Hoy! Look at that glare! He really thinks he is your husband!" Ada pulled up her sleeves, " back off sissy this lady is already taken," She marched at him.

"Bark," he replied, which made Ada jump in fright.

"Isaac! No, you shouldn't bite friends," Peace spoke in a serious tone,e that made Isaac pull away from Peace, he stepped away and looked down at the ground, he made small disappointed sounds trying to gain sympathy.

"I am sorry!" Peace crouched and kissed him on the head.

"Is it okay now?" She asked.

"Aoo-ao-ao-woo," he made odd sounds while looking at Ada,

"Hah! This son of a dog! He is mocking at me." She spoke with dissatisfaction.

"Ada! Why are you fighting with him! Look how sad he is," Peace defended him while looking at Ada not noticing the smirk on the dog's face.

"Look! He is smiling!" Ada shouted.

"Yeah and the next thing you would say is that he is planning to murder you," Peace spoke sarcastically.

"Well-" Ada looked at him and mumbled slowly, "you never know,"

"And here I was worried that Isaac had gone nuts! Who knew his wife was coming back," someone spoke in a sarcastic tone, Isaac's ear stood up and he turned around to look at a guy in glasses wearing a hoodie, he looked the same age as them.

Ada's dissatisfied face formed into a smile and she ran over to him.

"Oh my cutie!! I missed you so much," she pulled onto Alex's cheeks and spoke.

"Why? Are you jealous that you don't have a wife?" Peace asked while petting Isaac with one hand.

"Hah! Yeah I am jealous of that rude dog of yours," he replied.

"Isaac isn't rude! Look at his innocent face," Peace replied.

"Yeah that two faced dog!" Alex mutter, "Comeon the kids are waiting," he spoke

"They know?" Ada asked in a surprise.

"Yeah I accidentally told them,"

Flashback!!

'Kids!! Get ready Aunt Ada and Aunt Peace will be here in no time,'

Andrew took their luggage while they walked out of the packed trees, on the other side of trees there was a huge brown mansion that gave out a deep comfy feeling, it had a playground with colourful swings all around .

There were seven kids jumping around and when they saw them enter the smile in their face grew brighter. They were no more than ten years old. The kids circled around Ada and Peace, their tiny hands hugged their legs, Peace crouched down and hugged a few kids, she had closed her eyes and breathed out happily, those tender hearts loved her unconditionally and that was all she wanted for now.

"What took you so long? We have been waiting for you,"

"We are sorry, it took us so long to come back, but we are going to stay for long this time," Ada spoke in an assuring tone.

"Really?!" The excitement in their voice was heartwarming.

"Peace? Why are you dressed like a bride?" One of the kids asked.

Peace was caught off guard and she paused for a second, she wanted to look for an explanation when Alex intruded them.

"It's not the bride's dress, she is playing the fairy's role,"

"Ooh!!" They cheered.

"Okay now run along, They are tired, let the rest you can play with them afterwards," Alex loudly ordered them and the kids pouted but they decided to leave.

Peace walked into her room that was on the top floor, everything was the same just the way she left it three years ago. Isaac followed her silently, and suddenly he made some angry sounds that made Peace look in his direction. He was glaring at the shoe marks in her dress.

'Chuckle,' Peace smiled warmly and rubbed his neck.

"Are you jealous?" She asked,

"Ao-o-woo,"

"Aw...you don't like other men?" Peace asked.

"Grr-woo-ooo-waoo," he made an odd shaped white his mouth trying to convey.

his message to Peace.

"Haha! You will bite him once you find him?" She chuckled and got up, she went into the washroom and freshened up before going to bed. Isaac stood on guard beside her bed.

"What are you doing down there? Come on," she chuckled softly, Isaac's ears perked up and he hopped onto the bed happily.

Peace hugged his soft body and placed her head on his silky soft hair, she slowly closed her eyes and drifted into deep slumber.
