Queen sekina screamed ontop of her lungs with a glint of fire flames in her eyes, the guards quickly rushed out from the palace to search each corners of the palace walls and each of the villagers huts.

They were looking for Lucy, one of the Queen's maid.

She has stolen the Queen's magical mirror which makes it's easy for the queen to communicate with the people of the underworld.

The mirror brings out a door which is passed into the underworld or if one wants to communicate with the dead in the other realm, and this mirror works only if some spells are been made before it's works it's magics, without this mirror, the queen might not be able to protects herself and the kingdom of Awima if she has no possession of it anymore.

There has to be a way for her to reach out to the mirror it's a gift from her late witch grandmother to her passed on to her.

She has used it to do alot of good and bad with the mirror cos she is the key to the unlocking of the mirror magics cos without her, the mirror can't react to any kind of spells so it's remains an ordinary mirror.

The mirror has the ability to make one travel to any part of the world , eat and fight alot of enemies and so on.

The maid Lucy, was a witch to the kingdom of Olor, but was a witch. She was sent in disguise to pretend to be a maid to work for queen sekina as to steal the great magical mirror of old.

It's the passage to the underworld which they need in re- awaken their warlords which was held bound by the great mother witch of Awima that is the late grandmother of Queen Sekina which before she died, gave the young queen her mirror for protection.

Little did they know the full details of the whole story.

The king of olor kingdom thought ge could possess the mirror by getting hold of it or with his magic but unknown to him, without queen sekina the power in the mirror can't be used cos the Queen's blood is the key to unlocking the powers of the magical mirror with a very powerful magic spells before the mirror will be possessed by it's user.

Queen Sekina stored her blood in a sealed bottle which she uses magic spells to make it afresh for use in the bottle.

But it still a wonder how a mere maid could steal her powerful possession from her which no one in the whole kingdom knows how magical filled that mirror is except the person is a witch or an enemy to the kingdom.

She needs to find out before things gets out of hand queen sekina thought.

She went into her chamber took her bracelet which was a symbol of purity to enable her see from the past or future. Queen sekina blamed herself cos she was too busy solving some issues which her people brought to her not to notice something wasn't right in the first place.

She took out a pot filled with water but this water is not just an ordinary water it was taken from the seven seas of pharoah in the reign of her great grandmother and its has been used since in those years.

Queen sekina spoke some words then the water in the pot change just like a screen. There she saw who Lucy her maid was.

Queen sekina saw that Lucy was a princess and a daughter to her great enemy against her land, she was stunned but she needs to find out where the girl had hidden.

She shouldn't be afar since she hasn't left the kingdom yet.

She needed to act fast she thought deeply.

"Guards!!".

Queen Sekina yelled as she went out from her chamber into the palace hall.

There stood three of the guards approach her and bowed their heads in courtesy.

"My queen?".

A guard bowed.

"Lock every gates of this walls and no one should come in or goes out from this kingdom. I repeat no one must go in or comes out from this kingdom. send your men to do that fast!!!!".

"One more thing. If anyone tries to go against my orders that person must be beheaded, is that clear?!!?".

She yelled commandingly while the guards bowed and left to do as she commands.

Immediately, everybody in the kingdom formed an assembly in the palace field.

The guards had made sure every gates both big and small were locked with a very big iron lock.

Queen Sekina was ready to face anything as far as she regain hold of her magical mirror if not, she will be bound to the enemies for life and it will be a disaster to her and her kingdom.

When the people assembled themselves in a three lines in a row, queen sekina decided to make them form five lines in a row so she could see from afar at where she had stood ontop of a podium.

They were many people both young and old with alot children as well as teenagers.

She secretly cast a magical spell to make the people unable to use their magic to try anything foolish since the kingdom was a free place to use magic. Anyone could use their magic but not for bad or to hurt anyone among themselves, it was a rule in the kingdom to use magic only when when was in danger or needs helps, or for protection.

Queen sekina knew Lucy might be a magic freak that was why she was able to steal from her. Queen sekina made sure every body in the kingdom at that moment couldn't use their magis cos she has bind them secretly in order to catch the girl.

Lucy noticed she couldn't use her magic when she wanted shapeshifting to an animal or to turn invisible since the gates were locked.

So she tried to sneakily move away from the crowd so she could hid herself at a back of a wooden table beside of a villager's hut but unfortunately, the moment she tried to doudge from crowd not to notice her, she hit something hard, NO someone hard body.

Already she couldn't change back the hands of time even had she was putting on a black hoodie to cover her face so no one could recognize her, but she doesn't know what was ahead of her.

Lucy raised her face up slowly praying she shouldn't be caught but she was met face to face with two of the palace guards.

The one she had bumped into stood akimbo looking at her eye ball to eye ball as she stood visibly shaking on her spot like a wet chicken.

She shook in fear and looked at the tough looking cold built man, who she thought was the palace guard stood gallantly with legs apart staring deeply at her.

When Lucy saw there was no any other way again to gain freedom cos she has been caught, she tried playing trick on the man by running away without noticing another guard was behind her.

"Hey you... who are you looking at huh?!!!".

Lucy yelled looking innocent as she watched both her left and right sides if someone was watching, as she glance her surroundings for the perfect time to break into a run.

The guard said nothing and just smiled mischievously at her like he was ready to snap her head away from her body.

When she had step a foot to swing away from the guard's view, the guard she hadn't noticed grabbed her from behind to her utmost surprise and fear.

"Ahhh!!!".

She screamed in terror.

He dragged her by her hair on the ground roughly like an animal to the queen in front of the crowd who watched the scene but couldn't comprehend what was happening.

When the queen saw Lucy, she smiled with an evil glint in her eyes.

"Bring her in for questioning".

She ordered the guard to bring her into her chamber for questioning while she dismissed the crowd to their various houses and to continue from their various duties.

Lucy was tied hand clasp together at the back of a chair by the guards as the queen orders.

Queen sekina dismissed the guards to be left alone with the maid, Lucy.

Queen sekina stood up from where she had sat on her lion like wooden caved seat in her chamber. She approached Lucy with boiling countenance while Lucy sat hands tied shivering in fear and her face down without daring to look at the burning eyes of the queen.

"Why did you have to steal from me Lucy!!!" She roared.

"I trusted you as a personal maid in my palace, I never even make you feel like a maid but all you had to do was to steal my personal belonging to give to the enemies".

Queen sekina yelled at of her voice pacing down for left to right, right to left around Lucy.

"Lucy I loved you but you made me believe my love was in vain, you took it for granted and look me in the eye like you cared , Lucy why!!?

She thundered looking bitter.

Queen sekina pretending was in pretence as she hid the part where she had seen Lucy disguising herself to be a maid at her palace.

However, for the past three years that Lucy has been in disguise as a maid and a orphaned girl that she had declared herself to be. Queen sekina saw how pretty she was and found love in her eyes, they had been having intimate affairs with each other, and queen sekina had loved her whole heartedly but with what Lucy had done, the queen felt unsafe with her anymore.

"Your majesty my love, I'm so sorry for stealing it but I came to love it because I saw how pretty it was and saw how precious you kept it safe with you. it just a mirror you know and I -- am -- surprised on how you molested me in front of the people cos of that minor thing".

Lucy starmmered as she spoke in lies pretending sh doesn't know what the mirror stands for. Lucy watched queen sekina closely through the rear corner of her eyes and thought of what the queen will say to her lies.

"Really! Lucy let's be frank here. I've I hurt you in anyway before or made you look like a slave with me?huh tell me. I've I even stopped you from not entering my chamber when you wanted cleaning it? Huh".

Queen sekina questioned Lucy in an authorative tone as she stood observing Lucy for a very long time.

"No your majesty".

Lucy nodded in agreement to what the queen said.

"Fine. Then why did you do that? I need answers from you cos I know it was not the prettiness of the mirror that made you steal it you wanted it for yourself, you just became so selfish even after everything I had shared with you both in bed and ...." Queen sekina held herself from breaking down in front of Lucy.

"I need answers from you now or I do what in my mind to you. I don't fucking care if we've shared anything in common together or not?".

Lucy raised her head closely and was met with the dangerous peering eyes of the queen, she saw the fire in her eyes then her eyes locked together with the queen she swallowed hard unable to get the right words to answer the queen.

She contemplated if she should just spill out the truth or not, but the queen already knows what she was thinking even before she could do anything.

Queen sekina's eyes never left that of Lucy's. Immediately, the queen's eyes blackened and Lucy was spelled that instant.

Lucy was hypnotized and she began spilling every truth to queen sekina's amazement.

She told her about her agenda to possess the magical mirror and told the queen of how she disguise herself just to get into the palace to become a maid in able for her to steal the mirror cause it a passage way for her father the king of olor to reawake their warlord so they could over her.

Lucy told the queen everything and detailed every information the queen wanted to hear.

The Queen's spell which was the spell of truth cleared off from Lucy's eyes like she just woke up from sleep.

Lucy who is a witch knows that she had been spelled by the queen. What would she do now she was done for for good she thought.

Her father might kill her if he gets to know she has told all their plans to queen Sekina.

Lucy begs the queen not to expose her cos she knew the penalty of lies if the queen caught anyone lying.

However, since she has been living in the palace for three years looking for the perfect time to steal from the queen but now, everything was useless. All the plan she had made for those years had vanished into thin air just like the way she they had come.

She was caught and the mirror was collected from her by the queen.

"Guards!!?.

Queen sekina yelled at the guards who came running from where they had stood outside the door of her chamber.

"Take her away. I don't want to see her now, lock her in the cell away from the prisoners".

Queen sekina called her guards to take Lucy away and told them strictly to lock her in a dungeon.

"Please my queen, my love i--..."

"Shut up lucy!! Do not ever call my your love anymore. You did this to me how unfair of you, you broke my heart Lucy how am I even sure you won't send me out to my enemies".

Lucy was broken as hot tears flowed freely from her eyes.

She crawled and pulled onto queen sekina's garment with a pitifull look.

"My queen please I don't want to be locked in the dungeon. I might get killed by my father if he finds out I did not do his biddings"

Lucy screamed atop of her lungs as she continued pulling into queen sekina's garment pleading with a shaky voice.

"Then what should I do to you then? What should be your punishment?"

Queen sekina asked this time calmly as she saw the girl she had loved since three years ago looking miserable and pale.

"I will be your servant like a spy to my kingdom. I will do anything you want me to do and anything you want I promise to do it obediently without betraying your promise again but please, don't put me in that cell".

Lucy shook her her dramatically and she'd heavy tears while she pleaded.

"How can I trust you to be of help to me again since you made yourself a traitor to me".

Queen sekina voiced turning her gaze back to Lucy while she sat on her seat ignoring Lucy's pleading eyes on her.

"Kill me".

Lucy exclaims with a bow looking all red from her continuous crying.

Queen sekina was shocked on Lucy's sudden outbursts. How would she kill the person she loves she thought inwardly.

Queen sekina was still wandering deeply into her silent thoughts but pretended she didn't feel remorseful of what she had said previously.

"Then I will do as you have spoken. Guards untie her".

She commanded while the guards quickly untied lucy.

Lucy thought inwardly blaming herself for risking her life to steal from the queen the woman she had given her all too, the woman whom she had loved and come to fill like she was her all. She could have thought at first that it was never going to be this successful if she hadn't falling for the queen.

"Now stand to your feet".

Queen sekina commanded.

"Now you can go back to work I will see you when I need you".

She ordered the Lucy who hurriedly left the Queen's sight to her duty post with other maids.

Night came in a rush that day and the worst happened.

The king of olor was expecting his daughter to come back that day after a whole threy years with the magical mirror but he waited and did not hear from Lucy his daughter and his princess.

Normally, Lucy never failed to give him information everyday at the palace. She use to give a spy the message to give to him concerning the outgoing process of the palace but for two days he hasn't heard from her so he decided to send his secret assassin into the queen sekina's kingdom to search for his daughter lucy.

The assassin went into the kingdom of Awima successful but couldn't reach into the palace alone cos he would need a help from the guard to take him in with the Queen's approval but he do not wants the queen to know who he was.

An idea struck his mind and he started killing the guards one after the order.

They were about five of them guarding the palace with powerful swords at their back. The first guard didn't notice of the person behind him and he was hit with a big blow on his head which sent him to his grave unexpectedly.

When the second guard notice the unusual movement at his back he quickly took out his sword and alerted the rest who stood their ground in fighting the unknown man.

The fighting became intense and the queen noticed the unusual sword clashing outside the premises of the palace.

She began hearing screams and yellings while she slept.

Queen sekina quickly stood up wide awake thinking she just had a bad nightmare but realized something wasn't right in the palace.

She quickly wore her robe and made her way out from her chamber into the palace climbing down the stairs to the hall way to check the palace if things were ok.

However, when she got there, the screams began more louder and swords were clashing angrily at themselves.

She charge towards the scene and met two of her palace guards dead and their bodies were long cold.

She stood in shock and mouth agape like she had seen the most interesting thing.

She quickly rang the bell which alerted the rest of the guards who weren't even aware of what was going on. The unknown man has managed to excape and succeeded in killing two more before he was caught by a very strong hand which covered his mouth from screaming.

When the hand turned him in swift motion, he was met face to face with his king daughter, surprised to see the person he was killing to find before him Princess Lucy.

"Who are you and what are you doing here?".

She asked with a raised hand holding a small knife getting ready to strike.

"Hey calm down princess I'm looking for you ok, chill".

The assassin spoke calmly not to pissed Lucy off. When he saw he had brought down the knife he heave a sigh of relief then he continued.

"I was sent by your father to bring you along, he was so worried about you princess".

He spoke looking cautiously at his back if any guard was coming to his direction, he saw the night was peaceful and everywhere was calm except the low voice audible voices at the palace.

"For what and why will you have to kill those guards because you wanted to bring me huh?".

Lucy yelled getting irritated at the man before her and was already pissed on his unwise move.

Even if he wanted to bring her along or look for her will he have to kill the palace guards to raise any alarm or unnecessary attention Lucy thought inwardly with her brows twitched into a frown.
