I had just gotten home from school when I quickly threw my belongings from school on top of my study table and went into my bedroom.
I went down on my bed with the intention of lying down for a while before changing into my uniform, but I was shocked to see Nathan on the phone with someone.
Through my window, I had a clear view of his room. Throughout seventh grade, this guy was my attractive neighbor. He attended the same school as me and was two years older than me, but that didn't stop me from liking him.
Yes, I have liked him ever since I first saw him. No, I lobe him! because he was attractive, so attractive that he became well-liked in the school where he also serves as the basketball team's captain.
He was beyond wonderful in every way. For me? In fact, only for me. I nevertheless believed he had never noticed me. We never talk or even glance at each other. And because of it, I'm terribly sad. He was snobbish. I have no idea how to get his attention because he is such a snob.
He was popular and attractive but a playboy, but it didn't change how I felt about him since I knew one day he would notice me. He will one day love me and wed us. Two daughters and three sons will be born to us.
Yes, since our daughter will be the inspiration for a basketball team that we will form. I had always imagined having that.
When I heard him calling me, I snapped out of my thoughts and grinned before getting up to use the restroom. "Hey!"
I pivoted on my heels and looked into his dark eyes. I was genuinely astonished. He converted with me for the first time that day. "M-Me?" I mumbled. Is this the beginning? Oh God, please help me.
"Yeah! who else?" His tone was agitated and devoid of feeling. I choose to disregard it, though. I appreciated that he was speaking with me.
"W-why?" I berated myself in private for stuttering once more, which caused his lips to slash into a little smile.
What is the WiFi password? He inquired out of the blue.
"What?" I questioned him once again. Did he just ask what my WiFi password is? I thought he's trying to make friends with me but I think I was wrong.
"My internet was disconnected! Mom neglected to pay the invoice!" Now it's obvious! My ass, the WiFi password!
I raised an eyebrow and moved toward closing my window. Idiot! Although I wanted to, I can't tell him.
"Amela! Dinner is prepared!" Mom was yelling at me.
"Mom, I'm coming!" I yelled back and dashed for my bedroom door.
"Hey, hold on! Hey!" Nathan is ringing in my head, but I ignore him and close the door.
Amela, how is school going? While we are eating dinner, Mom began to question me.
"Good mum," I swiftly responded.
Despite the fact that she doesn't spend much time with me because of her job, she is the best mother in the world. She works as a nurse and puts in at least 12 hours every day. I am aware of the fact that Mom was working hard to secure a better future for me.
After dinner, I made my way upstairs to my room where I finished my homework. After that, I quickly showered before getting ready for bed.
When a loud song jolted me up, I was still in the thick of my lovely dream. Irritated, I stood up and peered at the time. 1:30 am of that.
Nathan Owen was bobbing his head up and down to the beat of the music when I got up and walked like a zombie to my window.
"Hey!" He didn't hear me when I called for him. Nathan, hello! He didn't move, though.
Don't let me have a good sleep, he thought, his head still bobbing to the loud music coming from his big speaker.
I grabbed some paper, crumpled it, and tossed it at him, hitting the top of his head. Bulls-eyes.
"What the eff?" He raised his head and fixed his eyes on me. What exactly do you want?
My world simply bowed when those lovely eyes re-met mine. Now what? In an effort to find my voice, I forced a hard swallow as my cheeks began to burn.
"Please turn down the music, see? You refuse to let us rest here "I got the words out.
"What? What? I'm not hearing you!" He was obviously mocking me since I could see him grinning as his eyes returned to his laptop and his finger tapped on the mouse choosing for the next song to play.
As I made my way back to my bed, I stomped my feet and gritted my teeth in irritation. I muttered in anger as I tried to muffle my ears with my pillow because I could still hear his loud music. I doubt I will be discovered with just one sleep if I don't do this.
I then felt something hit my feet suddenly. I slowly stood up and realized that I had thrown the crumpled paper on him. He flung it back my way. I took the piece of paper from my bed and opened it to discover writing on it, which allowed me to determine whether or not it was the one I had thrown at him without changing it in any way.
"WiFi password for a kiss?"
What a fuck?! I felt my cheeks burning really hot and I just stared at the paper again and again to make sure that "in wasn't dreaming."
When I observed Nathan scaling the tree bark, a chilly breeze filled me with wonder. He hung on to my balance as he leaped into my chamber, which I observed.
He began approaching towards me, and as he did, my eyes widened and I took a step back. Dear God! He was about to kiss me, was he not?
"So, you want a kiss or you'll give me your password?"
What just happened, exactly? After hearing my story, my best friend Olivia said, almost spitting up his coffee.
I told her everything that happened last night as we were taking our morning break at a table in the cafeteria. She knew all along that Nathan Owen was my attractive neighbour and I have been liking him since I transferred here.
But I refused to let him kiss me, get away! I informed her while rolling my eyes.
Yes, I regret not letting Nathan kiss me last night since I was so tense about it. Last night, I ought to have received my very first kiss, and bonus: Nathan was the recipient! Oh well, I knew I was a fool.
Her eyes vanished as a result of Olivia's smile. But you divulged your password to him? He shouted.
Because I didn't want him to kiss me, I gave him my password. I vividly remembered how last night when I gave him my password, my face flushed beet red. The entire time, Nathan was beaming, and even when he left my room, he continued to have this heart-melting smile that kept me from falling asleep for the rest of the night.
Yes, I was considering changing it, but what if he came back into my room and gave me a kiss this time? As I sipped my coffee, he said. Olivia's eyes rolled. "Truly, Amela?" Isn't it true that all you wanted was this since the day you like him.
Yes, he is just so ideal. I acknowledged and exhaled loudly, wondering what might happen if he had kissed me the night before. And that would be how he would taste those red ups.
I was grinning broadly when I caught a glimpse of Nathan and his pals approaching our table out of the corner of my eye. Oh my God, here they come.
When they passed our table, I glanced at him and noticed that his lips had curled into a smile. My breathing halted as my eyes landed in his. He is very gorgeous. As I covered my face with my hair, my face began to turn red.
"Oh my god, Nathan, did you see that? He smiled at you!" Olivia was getting giddy beside me and I couldn't contain my happiness.
"Shut up Olivia, he might hear us." In warned her because of Nathan and his friends were just two table away from us. I don't want him to know that we were talking about him.
A girl simply got on his lap and gave him a messy kiss seconds later. Bitch! My chest tightened, and I thought I would start crying. I was envious. I was in anguish.
That girl was none other than the flirtatious cheerleader for the squad, Brittany. "Oh, no! That b*tch simply is unable to manage her angry hormone." As Olivia saw them have a kiss in the cafeteria in full front of the students, she rolled her eyes.
I abruptly stood up because I could no longer stand to see him kiss another girl. Let's go, Olivia! As we exited the cafeteria, I proclaimed and grabbed her hand. I abhor him.
In was reading my book inside my room when I heard a moan of a girl from my neighbor's window and when I looked up, my heart stepped beating when I saw Nathan kissing Brittany on the Lip's.
Oh great! Just great! I knew it was so wrong to watch but my feet wouldn't move and my heard was spirally wildly. What is the fuck am I watching?
Brittany was suddenly impaled on the window, and Nathan was now looking at me. He turned to face me, and as he kissed Brittany's lips, I felt my eyes open wide.
I was in a panic as I retreated until the
My knees' backs landed on the bed. I allowed myself to fall to the floor of my bed, bringing the blankets up to my chin. Why is he being so cruel to me? I know he already knew I liked him, so why was he treating me this way?
I was lying in bed when I felt something burn, and when I paid close attention, I realized it was my heart. I rose up after wiping away a tear that had slipped from my eyes. I stand up closing my window and single a lance at my neighbor's window.
Stomping my foot, I made the decision to change the WiFi password to "asshole." Before retiring into a peaceful sleep, I returned to my bed and grinned.
My throat felt dry, so I woke up in the middle of the night. I feel like I need some water. I jotted down in my head that starting tomorrow, I'll put a glass of water on my table before going to bed.
Nathan abruptly jumped into my bedroom as I was slowly getting out of bed. I froze half way through when I saw someone's silhouette clearly through my curtain. He appeared to be really upset; I could see the tightening of his hands and lips.
How can I help you? toughly swallowed
Instead of responding to me, he pulled me closer to him while sitting on my bed and pressed his lips against mine. My heart stopped because I was so startled. My tummy was overrun by butterflies.
Though he began to move his lips, I was still so awestruck that I was unsure of what to do. My lack of experience was just revealed.
I believe I already own the water I required to soothe my parched throat. I turned to face him as he began to back away. When he looks at me, his eyes glisten with mirth.
"Please provide your new password to me now."
"You what?" Olivia spit her coffee on the table this time. He grabbed my hand as I reached for the tissue to wipe the wet liquid off the table and stopped me. "Why did you initially change your password?" She asked inquisitively.
"Because I saw him kiss Brittany," you exclaimed. I shouted.
Olivia makes fun of me. But do they kiss every day here at school? He is not yours, thus you have no right to feel envious.
"I knew! I know! Oh my! They have arrived! When Nathan and his pals passed by our table and I pretended to be drinking my coke, I looked up. In waited for him to take a glance at me like he used to do but he didn't. What's his problem.?
He kissed me last night and now he was acting like nothing happen, like he don't know me. Was he always like to other girl? But he always kissed Brittany even though they're not a thing. The whole school knew that Brittany slept with almost half of the guy in the campus.
"Now, he's ignoring you!" Olivia let go of my hand and continued wiping the table. I didn't knew why I felt frustrated that Nathan didn't look and smiled at me this time like he always do.

Oliva and I headed out after school to have time with his cousin Benjamin. We went to a recently opened restaurant close to their home for dinner, and it was fantastic. The cuisine was excellent.
As it was getting close to midnight and I was feeling worn out, I chose to take the shortcut via the narrow, shadowy lanes.
I could still see where I was going despite it being rather dark. When I unexpectedly spotted three males standing just a few meters from me, I abruptly stopped crying.
"Hey! Hey! It appears to be my lucky night!" I overheard the blue-shirted man speaking.
I believe I went in the wrong direction. They chuckled as I stumbled.
I reached into my pocket and dialed a random number as I turned to head the other way when suddenly someone grabbed my hair.
I began to scream and throw my arms around to try to scratch his face, but he was too powerful. He winced at the parn as his hold on my hair grew tighter.
"Welcome, Amela. Who are you? Amela, my god!" She overhears my screams since I just dialed Olivia's number at random.
Tears began to stream down my face, and I could feel my heart beating so quickly. I was unable to move and had trouble breathing.
"Olivia!" In an effort to get her attention, I yelled. She might be able to assist me, I hope. The distance between his home and mine, though, made that all but impossible.
"You need to cooperate so that everything would be easy for the both of us, do you understand?" The man whispered in my ear but I screamed again louder this time.
"Hello! Please someone help." He hit me. I've never felt such a strong and sudden pain I'm the 16years of my life. I lost my balance and fell into the hand concrete.
I nearly passed out when I heard someone called my name. "Amela? Amela!!!"
Nathan Owen?
The man who had just attacked me fled swiftly after getting afraid, leaving me on the ground with the other two people who were simply observing the incident following.
I genuinely need to speak up. "Nathan...." My vision began to go blurry, but I knew Nathan could help me. This only made me cry harder.
I saw him racing crazily in my direction. He is wearing nothing but pajamas and has messy hair. To arrive here so soon, he must have run quite quickly.
However, how did he find out I was here? When his lovely eye met mine, I could tell that he was worried. He came up and wrapped his arms around me, giving me a big hug. I learned to rest my head on his chest and sobbed loudly.
"Please don't cry, Amela. I'm here, and you're now safe." He gripped my face while giving me a forehead kiss.
When I felt his lips brush my flesh, I was startled and my face began to boil. How did you find me here, exactly?
"Ben came to me. Fortunately, he still has my phone number. Your friend told him that you were in danger."
I'm not even sure who I should be thanking right now-my friend or Benjamin who called Nathan-but I do know that I owe them all a heartfelt gratitude.
"Let go! This is not secure!" Turning around, he knelt down and gave me his back. I puzzledly turned to face him.
"What are you doing?" He turned his head to look at me and he smiled. I'm talking you home come on, it's pretty late."
He quickly hoisted me up as I tried to calm down while my heart leaped. I laid my head on one of his shoulders, but the touch burnt my cheeks.
I started crying once more as I considered what had just occurred. "Be calm, Amela. I have arrived. I'll look out for you."
I tightened my hold on his shoulder. His speech had a quietness to it that I could sense. I could feel myself growing more in love with him.
My mother was at work when we got home, so Nathan carefully lowered me onto my bed.
"I'm grateful, Nathan. I must have been if not for you."
"Shhhh... Amela, stop chatting right now and go take a nap; tomorrow is another day." He gently wrapped my blanket around me and gave me another forehead kiss. He was giving me a very serious stare as I opened my eyes after closing them.
He began to stand up on the bed as I turned my head away, but I reached out to stop him before he could head out the window.
"Please stay; don't leave me." When he turned around, his look pierced me.
