It was late when Cadence and Stan's wedding reception ended, I was surprised because it looked like they had both left and were just coming back.

Early honeymoon, huh?

I combed my hair, I want to go home coz I'm tipsy. I drank a bit more today, well, I can't blame myself. This is the happiest day for Cadence and maybe... for me too.

I had my crush beside me earlier, I may sound like a highschool girl but he's really my crush! Even Yel likes that man.

Who wouldn't? He doesn't look old. He's hot, a hot bachelor to be exact.

"Thank you." Cadence smiled at Yel and me, I smiled at her.

"What are you doing? Don't say thank you!" Yel said and hugged Cadence.

I also came closer and hugged the two. It's better here with them. I'm important, unlike at home, only my sister is favored.

"Are you going home? You can stay here, you know?" According to Cadence, the hotel where the reception was held belongs to the Arrhenius family.

"No need. It's embarrassing, isn't it, Aurora?" Yel elbowed me so I just nodded.

I saw Cadence sneeze, a little while later her husband came and put his arm around her, I winced a bit.. I'm still not used to it, the last time I checked they were both related.

"Okay." Cadence said, "Be careful, huh?"

"Course. Mikael will drive them home." Stan grinned at Cadence.

My eyes rolled automatically. Did I hear him right?

"Really!?" Yel ordered and simply glanced at me, because she knew that I admired Stan's cousin! I looked away.

Oh, fuck! Am I beautiful now? I took my small mirror out of my pouch and looked at my makeup with a dead eye when Yel suddenly elbowed me. What the fudge? I looked at her and widened my eyes, she was sniffing something on my side. I was like a statue in my position when I smelled a familiar scent.

"Man!" Stan said and fist bumped the man next to me now.

"Are you going to take them home, Mikael?" Cadence said.

Damn! Shit! Fuck! I recited everything I knew cheaply with great nervousness.

"Yeah.." He said, one word but fuck that was so hot! It was as if my neck had stiffened and I couldn't look back at him.

The previously cold feeling suddenly warmed up. I'm thinking of Yel now, she's tempting me and I want to reprimand her! Maybe Mikael will notice!

"Uhm, Cadence! I'm going home alone.." Yel said which surprised me even more!

"Just take him, Mikael. Dan will take me."

"What? Let's go together.." I don't know what my tone was here. Yel shook her head and waved her hand away. "It's not possible, the three are not allowed on the motorcycle."

Really? Like really? Yel is a traitor! I can't find the right way to confess what she said, I know Mikael can hear me now and I don't want him to think that I don't want him to drive me home.. In the middle of thinking, I accidentally looked at Stan's smiling face. He raised an eyebrow and shook his head.

"Bring Aurora, Mikael.." He said and winked at me. Shit!?

"Alright." Mikael said, that's when I looked at him and the thread of my panties almost melted when I saw his beauty. "Let's go?"

I opened and closed my mouth several times, until it was just the two of us left because the beast Stan left and took Cadence and Yel with him!

"N-Don't even..." I bowed. "I can go home alone."

"No. Won't let a girl go home by herself." He said, I was surprised when he suddenly touched my wrist. "What's your name again?"

"Pa-Patricia..." I thought he knew my name.

"I thought you're Aurora?" He raised an eyebrow.

I'm not comfortable with what he holds me anymore because it feels like he's been electrocuting me over and over again. "What would you call me, Aurora or Patricia?"

"I prefer the latter." He said and took me to his car.

This was the first time I had ever been in a car like this. I tried to open the front seat but I was really surprised when he was there.

"Oh, sorry." He opened the car and then opened the door.

I quickly went in and sat down. I spent over an hour with Mikael in the car. Shit! How can I have a normal conversation with him? The one that doesn't make me tremble and feel bad, the one where he doesn't realize I like him?

he loosened his neck tie and put the coat he had been wearing behind him.

"in Sta. Luicita, Cavite." I said in a panic.

He didn't speak, he lazily drove the car, he's driving with only one hand and I find it hot. What's that! All he does is cool and hot for me? I'm old.

"So? How many years have you known Cadence?" He asked, surprised because he started the topic.

I looked out the window. "Three years."

"How old are you?" I was surprised by his response, as if he had asked me a question.

My eyes fell into my hands. "18."

"Quiet young." I heard his whisper.

I just didn't pay attention to his comment. I remember when I first saw him in the golf park, I knew he saw me too, I just don't know if he remembers me anymore.

I've already done some research about him. I know he is 25 years old. I don't have a problem with that, but I prefer older people. It's more mature and of course. hotter.

"Have you graduated?" He asked again.

I shook my head. Wow! I feel so worthless here! I'm usually witty and talkative. What happened now? Fold?

"I've worked. I didn't want my parents to want me either. They're ruling my life and I hate it." I don't know if I told him that right.

He chuckled. "You don't want to be your parents' puppet, huh?"

I was a little embarrassed, but still nodded. He didn't ask me any more questions. I've been thinking about it a few times, but I've been thinking about it every time I look at it, so I'm just enjoying myself looking at the lights on the road.

I noticed Mikael turn around in the McDo drive thru, he hasn't eaten yet?

"Eat now?" I was surprised by his question.

Yes, I ate, but it was like a lump in my throat. Why so? I just nodded to him.

I waited for Mikael to get his orders, he reached for something in my paper bag so I turned to him.

"For you," Harvest Mikael.

I shook my head. What a shame! "I'm full."

He seemed to be tired of holding the paper bag and took my hand, it filled the bolts that were electricing me! I looked at his face as he handed me the paper bag.

"Then eat that when you're hungry." I heard his usual cold voice.

This is the longest I've been here for an hour. And within an hour the car was really cold, even the food I was holding couldn't warm me up! I put it on my shoulder and put it on my shoulder because of the dress I'm wearing now.

"Are you cold?" Mikael, he looked at me for a moment.

I nodded.

He put the car on the side of the road, I thought he was going to kill the air conditioner in the car but it wasn't, he took the coat and he put it on me! Shit, he just came up to me and I felt hot right away!

He didn't speak, he just continued to drive. Even though I didn't even speak I was so happy that I could breathe the scent of his coat and I knew it would stick to my skin too.

I told him where I lived, but I didn't want to go to the exact location of the house because my dad might see us

"That's it, thank you." I said.

"I'm not your driver, don't thank me." He said.

Did he get mad?! I'm afraid to look. "S-Sorry.."

Suddenly he laughed. "I was just kidding."

I don't know if I should laugh or what.

"There's no house here, where's your house? I'll drop you there." He said.

I shook my head. "Well, I'm still waiting for something." Even if it's not.

He nodded at me, so I opened the car door. When I got down I could still see him looking at me. Because his car is not tinted. I thought he was going to leave but he rolled down the window first.

"Goodnight.." Said Mikael and smiled lightly. "And eat that later." He pointed to the paper bag I was holding.

Cheeks warmed. Of course! Oh my God!

"What? Did he really do that? What? What level are you at?" Even if I'm on the phone, I'm going to wake up the dog coz of Yel.

We're talking about Mikael, I can't sleep so I decided to call Yel good thing and she's still awake.

"Um. I don't know yet? But we're okay." I don't want to hope. What if he's really like that? Friendly? Er.

"Go ahead! As long as there is life there is hope!" I heard Yel laughing on the other line, "Oh! What time are we going to be with Cadence again?"

I closed my eyes and turned to the clock. "8am."

"Mikael is there?" She asked.

I was on the headboard of the bed. "Perhaps?"

"Find out!"

Well he's going to be there. All of them cousins were there and then we were the only close friends of Cadence.

"I'm not sure, but what did your sister say?" Avinia?"

Great! I remember what happened when I got home. She's a bitch and I'm going to get her

"Well, as usual.." I took a deep breath again and let it go.

"I thought she has an illness to her heart. Or brain?"

I laughed at Yel. I am the youngest, the saying that the youngest is often the favored? No. My sister was the favorite of the two of us. I don't know if my parents treated me like their child or what.

When we found out that my sister had heart disease, they seemed to have lost the attention they had given me. I'm not jealous nor insecure. I can understand why.

"You going to fetch me here?" I took the pillow next to me and put it on me to hug.

"I don't know? Text Cadence, tell her to go with Mikael!" I put the phone away from my ear because I was deaf to her sudden silence!

I nodded to myself. "Are you insane? He's not my driver! Then it's embarrassing! We're not that close."

"Ows? "You're not close yet?" Yel asked sarcastically, sending me a shake.

I don't know if I should have told her what happened or what. I regretted the thought.

"yes no, Yel? We can text Cadence and tell her if Lorcan can fetch you?" Now it's payback time!

"Hey, you're fine Aurora ha! I'm telling you, I'm going to get you on Mikael's nose!"

We both laughed. Isn't it illegal? We're fantasizing the Arrhenius' and it's kinda funny. It was their fault. They're too handsome, eh!

Yel and I ended up and it was morning. Mornings. One of the most disliked. I've always been a plastic person.

"Oh? You got a walk?" My sister. yes, right. I should get used to it.

"And I know you don't care." I murmured, at the same time I saw my sister I saw my parents as well.

"Patricia, you're late. If you woke up you thought you were here and why did you dress like that? You got a walk? It's Saturday now huh? Don't say you have a job?" My father hissed at me.

I secretly rolled my eyes and sit. We were in front of the kitchen, but when he could talk, I looked at my mom. She's just eating and pretending that she's not hearing anything.

"That's exactly what." Avinia said and gave me a sharp bitchy look.

I want to hit her with this plate in front of me.

"I don't know where you inherited, Patricia. Your sister isn't like that, why don't you emulate her?"

I shut my eyes and clenched my fist. Yes, always. Always comparing me to her.

I've been quietly moving my food and not judging them out of my ears. They're always like that. I'm sure if I could just keep track of what they say and play what they say, I'll do it.

I stood up quietly and settled down. I didn't have to leave, I didn't have to say goodbye to them because they didn't have a wig. I fisted my phone out of my bag and texted Yel,

Me:

I'm out. How long it takes.

We talked about her being the one to pick me up.

"So where are you going again?"

I almost rolled my eyes. And why she's here? I didn't face her. My feet were starting to get out of here. Where are you, Yel?

"Last night you came home late then today, you're leaving now? You have a boyfriend? A dirty old man to be exact?" she looked at me, and I saw her lying on the edge of my eyes.

"Are you pertaining to me or to you?

She was about to say something when suddenly Yel pulled her car aside near us. She opened the window and winked.

"Gotta go." I waved my hand at Avinia's face and got on the front seat.

"Is she really your sister?" Yel said while starting the car. I just shrugged my shoulders and waited to arrive at our destination.

I just felt the sudden weight of my eyelids. I don't know how many hours I fell asleep and I felt Yel shaking me.

"Aurora, let's go. They're waiting. We're the only ones left." I rubbed my eyes. oh We are here in Syferath. Yel and I went down. I fixed my clothes and myself first.

Yel is ahead of me because I need to retouch. God! You should not have slept Patricia!

I put on lipstick alone in front of Cadence's house. Everyone was already inside and I watched myself in the small mirror.

"You're busy.." I almost jumped when I heard it! I turned to the voice and luckily I grabbed my jaw which almost dropped.

The man standing in front of me is none other than Mikael Thai Arrhenius wearing his usual devilish smirk!

"W-What... What are you doing here?" Damn it, Patricia! Why are you stuttering?

He shrugged. This is the right opportunity for me to observe his appearance. His perfect features! His soft lips, narrow nose, deep dark eyes and perfect jaw. ! Did I think nobody's perfect?

"Earth to Patricia?" I almost went back to myself when I heard him! I need to focus! I need to stay focused! It's not always like this. It shouldn't be like this that when he talks to me I lose myself.

"Did you eat the food that I gave you last night?" He approached me.

I nodded. Even though the taste is common to me, the recipe seems different, especially since Mikael gave it.

"Are you done?" Mikael asked me. At first I didn't get him but when I finally did,

I was ashamed to hide my lipstick and glasses. I nodded.

"Let's go? They might be waiting." I wanted him to go first but I was surprised when he suddenly snorted. I frowned.

"W-What?"

He snorted again and looked down at my lips.

When he snorted again I really snorted, I was surprised when he suddenly bent down and shook his head.

He was still wearing his smile. He stepped closer to me and that's when I got nervous.

What? Is he going to kiss me?! I closed my eyes and I was waiting for his lips when I felt him wipe something.

I opened my eyes and saw him wiping the corner of my lips.

"Lipstick." Mikael said and winked before leaving me feeling ashamed of myself.

WHAT THE ACTUAL?!

I'm just asking for the earth to take me away. It's pretty obvious. I'm not numb enough I know that he's flirting! From the moon, I know it!

It took me a long time to follow Mikael, I didn't want to go along. That was so embarassing! I wish he had said that there was a lipstick on my lips!

Okay, Aurora. I'm assuming that, I'm assuming that!

"Aurora! It's taking you so long!" Yel took me to the table.

Someone had plates ready there. Cadence was catering. I looked at the camera and smiled as soon as I saw her.

"Aurora!"

She looked at me, wearing a pink dress above the knee and with a clip on her hair. What trip did the girl to? She looks younger than me!

I immediately turned to her and nodded. I was so excited to see Stan who was trying to get his wife to come back.

So, Dan is here, eh. There's something about the cadence.

"Hi Cadence!" Yel was also in the middle of a conversation and was talking to her friend.

"Good you came." She smiled, and I saw Stan walking towards her.

"It's okay! Of course you are our friend. Where is Daile?" Yel asked.

Cadence pointed to Daile with a man. Opps, he's busy Yel. Busy with his boylet.

"Eat now." Harvest Stan us.

Yel and I nodded.

Yel and I sat down again. I put my hands together, the size of the Arrhenius mansion is really big because there are so many people here!

I know a few other artists and some of them are from the same country.

"Hey!" I felt Yel's elbow on me.

I asked her. "Ha?"

"Let's eat?" She invited me.

I nodded. "You first." I still haven't been able to get anything done since what happened.

"You sure? Alright."

I was about to get up, almost falling down with laughter when I saw her and Lorcan collide!

Yel is still crushing on Lorcan!

I was so busy laughing that I couldn't even see Michael sitting next to me.

"Hi." He calmly felt for me.

Suddenly, my hands were cold. Really, Aurora? You're so impressed, you're so impressed with his simple Hi?

"Hey, hi too." What the hell? What kind of greeting is that?

I couldn't help but look at him, so I turned my attention to the man who was talking to Lori.

"Why won't you look at me?" He said huskily.

I was suddenly very nervous. My heart is beating real fast! It's like my heart is racing at what at its super fast beating!

"H-Not really, huh?" I looked at him for a moment and turned my attention back to Yel.

My eyes widened when I saw that he was sitting at another table and having fun eating with Lorcan!

You're a traitor Yel, huh?!

"B-Why are you here?" When will I stop stuttering?!

I looked at him.

He raised his eyebrow. "Why is it bad?"

I shook my head. "Not really.."

"Do I intimidate you?" He asked me a question that I almost choked on my own saliva!

I shook my head at him. Well, yes. But I won't admit it!

He nodded to me. Why do I think he wasn't convinced by what I said? Have I been that obvious?

I was surprised when he came close to me. I could hardly breathe air, he lowered his gaze on my plate without a single meal.

"You're not hungry?" He asked more.

Not really, but to get out of the super awkward situation, I stood up. Mikael looked at me and I tried to hide the redness of my face when I noticed his Adam's apple because of what he had done.

"I'm going to eat." I'll say goodbye to him.

He nodded to me.

I grabbed my plate and tried to walk away. I don't know if he was following me or not, my only focus is hopefully I'm doing well!

"Miss, there's a line."

I turned to the man who was talking behind me. I even looked at him because he was the tall!

"What's that?" Not in my own question.

He looked at me, and someone tapped him on the shoulder, so he listened to it. It was Mikael.

"Oliver.." Michael's baritone language to the man. Oliver, huh?

Oliver raised his hand and turned back to see Michael behind me.

Okay, what's going on?

"Your brother?" I asked him.

She shuddered. "Cousin." He said.

I didn't ask him about it because we weren't very close. I was hoping to get the next one because I was so excited about the new one!

When it was my turn I leaned myself and grabbed the serving spoon for the food I was about to eat. My heart suddenly started pounding when I suddenly felt Mikael behind me. He also held the serving spoon that I was holding.

I looked at him, I can feel his warmth. Fuck it! He took food from the dish I wanted and put it on my plate. He did that without leaving my stare! His hand was still holding mine... or the serving spoon.

"Mikael, man.." I heard Oliver's complaint in the back.

"U-Uh..." I quickly left. Damn! Damn! Damn! I can't look away from Mikael anymore, I can feel many eyes looking at us. What is his plan? Why is he like that? Is he just like that for me or not? Why is he so close to me? Why is he flirting with me?

"Oh, Aurora, why are you pale?" I thank God for Dan's sudden appearance.

"Dan! Where's your table?" I asked him. He frowned and played with the new earring on his lower lip.

"I'm leaving."

"It's just started, right?" Why this one leave immediately? He grinned and turned back so I turned around too.

"Jealous husband of Cadence, I just kissed her on the cheek!"

"What?" My eyes widened and pulled him to sit near where we were standing. I don't even know if someone is sitting here or not. I just couldn't believe it. Why did he kiss Cadence? "Why did you do that?"

Dan shook his head at my reaction, he took a spoon and took a bite of food from my plate.

"Is that a big deal?"

God! "Of course!"

"It's not a big deal, Aurora. If you want something, don't be shy. Grab it!"

"You will ruin the relationship." I retorted. "She's married, Dan. You're not allowed!"

He stopped chewing and looked at me. "When is it forbidden to like someone?"
