I entered my bathroom, quickly have a shower, brush my teeth dressed up, and come to my hair, I hurried downstairs to my parents and impatient brother, he might disappear to school without me again like he usually does

I just let them be because have gotten used to it and just walk away from them moving into the school building. I walked into the Hall to drop my things and get ready for the first class but then the most amazing scent hit my nostrils, it was captivating, the scent of musky wood, fresh air & fresh grass was so strong that I knew that instant that my mate was close by and I need to find him. I jumped in excitement as I quickly take off to look for the owner of the wonderful scent, I haven't met the person but I sure know I already love him, after all, the person is going to be my mate.

"Mate," my wolf said wanting to come out and look for the person

I sniffed into the air to know where the scent is coming from while I start to follow the scent, people in the hall was looking at me with some weird expression but who cares right now, I just want to find my mate, I kept walking and my leg led me to where the school gym is but at that moment I caught myself staring into the eye of a handsome and tall man I never see before and I can't wait to get to know him, with the power radiating from him, he must be an alpha

"Fuck, that's him, that's our alpha, my brother best friend" I screamed to my wolf

Jasper POV

I have been looking for Danny everywhere but can't find any traces of him, I mind linked him but all he said is he was on his way that his sister makes him late. I have not met his sister cause am always busy with one thing or the other. we have some work to do, have been getting a threat letter lately which I finally want to share with him. As the alpha of my pack and he being beta, we have some assignments we must do before class begins and he should know that without making his sister interrupt his job, I will whoop his ass one day for sure.

I went into the gym room where we already agreed to meet but since he is not here, I decided to wait for some minute and then to go check the car park when the most amazing scent of peach and strawberry hit my nose. I knew what it means instantly and I was immediately angry cause I wasn't ready yet

"mate, we found her at last, go to her, " my wolf said as he keeps jumping.

" We don't want one yet and I love my girlfriend, I can't have her yet and you know the reason" I barked at him

"But I want her I told u not to cheat on our mate but u don't listen to me, we can protect her together"

I shut him down, he just doesn't agree with me and there is no need to argue with him, I stared back at her and she kept staring at me she looks so innocent and I know I will protect her with my life, even if I have to do it from afar.

She kept staring at me as if we are in a staring contest but I didn't move any inches to acknowledge her presence ad my mate until I saw my girlfriend Brenda walk up to her, I pray she doesn't tell her she is my mate, I signed in relief as I listened to their conversation, the advantage of being a werewolf, our ears is good in listening at a far distance.

I saw her walk off in a hurry and Brenda came to hug me "baby, I missed you, didn't know you are in school already"

That moment I was disgusted by the hug cause she is not my mate and my wolf isn't helping cause he kept nagging at the back of my head " am sorry, but I needed to see Danny first"

Rose pov

Immediately I ran outside the gym, I went to the forest that is very close to the school to let my tears out, my mate surely does not want us cause he already picked another lady, I was crying until I finally remembered that the alpha is my mate, my brother best friend is my mate but how come I never find out, no wonder I loved smelling my brother any time he is back visiting the alpha. It can't be possible, this is a deep shit and I know that I have to dig my grave.

I called my brother line to tell him I was leaving school but he was not responding, I decided to call my mum, she picked at third ring "princess, is something wrong" I heard my mum worried voice, I never call her when am in school before

I cried into the phone "mum, he does not want me, he chooses someone else"

My mum knew what I was talking about cause she immediately asked me to stay where I am and she was coming to pick me but at that moment, my mate and my brother was coming to the forest and immediately they saw me I started to run cause I was not ready for my mate to reject me yet

I hear footsteps behind and my brother kept calling my name to stopped running but I couldn't stop and I kept running without stopping.

Jasper pov

Why is she scared, I and Danny kept running after her, she is so fast, she must be very good at an athlete and I kinda feel bad cause I know she is like that cause of me

"Jasper, what did you do to my sis" looking pissed up after we decided to stop running after her and take a break "we fight but she never run away from me before"

"relax folks, I don't know she is your sister and I just found out she is my mate"

Danny was dumbfounded, he can't believe his ears, how can his sister be the soon luna of their pack. "you can't be serious"

ROSE POV

I ran into an empty class, thank God no one saw me, how on Earth will the moon goddess mate me with the alpha of our pack, what if he doesn't want me cause he already chooses another lady. "he must surely want us because his wolf is in love with me already" my wolf sky said

JASPER POV

All I want to do right now is Mark her as mine and complete the mating process, I can smell her arousal and that's what drives me to touch her, if I don't reject her now I never will. My wolf refused to answer me back and I got frustrated, I just block him out and left the school, I need to clear my head.

ROSE POV

I don't believe he could be that heartless to that extent, he stole my first kiss, he even touched me yet he doesn't want me. I met my mother outside the school, she hugged me without saying anything, she leads me to her car and drove me home. My wolf herself is very happy about the mark.

"Rose, are you okay, what did that bastard do to you" I was snapped out of my thoughts by the voice of my brother, when did we get home, I said to myself and open the car door to help myself out

"oh, brother, you didn't go to class, don't tell me you are skipping classes like me what" pretending to not know what's mean and keep walking towards the house door with my brother and mother following me

"Danny, leave your sister alone, she already has enough for one day, she will talk to us when she is ready" my mother scolded him

He ignores my mum and sits beside me on the sofa with him facing me " don't pretend to me, you are our Luna"

My mother who was listening to our conversation " what do you mean she is our Luna" my mother asked getting alerted by what my brother said

I sniffed and just nodded my head in affirmation but then I could scent him, it must be my hormones cause there is no way he will come to my place I couldn't continue with my conversation with my mother and brother cause it was like something was calling my attention into the wood and the next thing I did was excused myself and walk outside of the house and that was when I saw him in the wood looking straight at me but he could just be my imagination cause I do bear his mark now, I rubbed my eyes and checked again but he was still standing at the same spot but this time he was telling me to come into the wood, I signed and walk down to him.
