Chapter 1 Episode 1

Lena's POV

"Run!!!... run!!!" My father's scream rang out in my ear as mom clutched my hand and dashed off.

I was limping and glancing back at my Dad who had stopped running with us and turned to fight back against the enemies who were chasing after us

Hot tears brimming in my eyes as sweat soiled my face and skin. My heart was thumping so fast and loud with my head banging wildly. I was also hungry, but all that wasn't what the issue.

I only need to be alive. I have to escape and save my life.

We are fleeing from the people who have wiped out all of the members of my pack; they have attacked us and killed everyone, leaving us as the only survivors.

"Mom, will Daddy die?" I asked, crying simultaneously.

Mom couldn't give me a reply, she only let out a shrill of pain. I could see her lips quivering as she tried hard not to burst into a cry.

She kept running, and my legs were getting weary and hurting badly, especially my foot, which was badly wounded.

I was becoming frail, and my legs were having difficulty carrying me, but Mom kept pulling me through.

"Aghhhhr!!" I screamed and dragged my hand from her grip, falling to the ground.

My ankle had painfully dislocated, and my knees couldn't hold me anymore. I fell on the ground, thirsty and gasping for breath.

Mom paused and turned to me.

" Lena!" She cried out and tried dragging my hand, but I wriggled it off, wagging my head vigorously.

"I can't go on any longer!" I shrieked in tears.

"We aren't far from them. Here isn't hidden either. They will find us! " She sobbed, tears rolling continuously down her cheeks. There was intense sadness in those blue eyes of hers.

Her whole body was shaking as she staggered forward and tried to grip me up,

"Mom, I'll die if I move any further. I'm thirsty, I'm hungry, I'm sick, I'm exhausted, my legs are weak, I have a broken ankle! I can't go on anymore!!! " I whimpered, feeling the intense pain take over me, from my head to toe.

"You are the one they are looking for." She wept.

"You know, they wiped out the whole pack just to get you killed. They won't relent until you are dead, and I can't allow you to die! " My mother added, bursting into a painful cry, striking deep into my heart and shredding it into pieces.

"Mom, what did I do to them? What is my crime?" I asked, breathing heavily as my eyes seared with hot tears. Fear shaking every part of me.

She attempted to say something, but then we heard footsteps running towards us.

"They are nearby!" She screamed, and I sobbed painfully while trying hard to stand up.

She dragged me up, and I cried more, in extreme pain. I'm just 16 years old. I can't bear all this!!

"Mom, why can't you shift to a wolf and take me away?" I whined, feeling the excruciating pains take over my whole body, making me limp.

"They took away my wolf. Look, Lena, you should be alive. No matter what happens, go away!!!" She screamed, and I raised my brow at her as she abruptly stopped running, just like my father had.

"Mom, why are you standing there? Let's go!" I arched my brow, but she shook her head and held my cheeks tenderly. She pecked my lips and smiled.

"Mom loves you, please be alive and run far away!!" I'll stop them!" She smiled, leaving me stunned.

"No. Mom, no!!... You can't stop them!" I whimpered, shaking my head.

"I will stop them and meet you. I'll come back," she sniffed, but I wagged my head, holding her hand.

"Dad couldn't stop them, and you can't either! Dad would be dead by now, and I can't lose both of you!" I sobbed, and the multiple footsteps of the killers got closer and louder.

"Go away!!!" She screamed and pushed me off her.

I fell heavily on my butt hitting the ground with a loud thud.

"Go away!" You can't die! You will be the one to avenge us. Don't die too, go away from here!!" She kept yelling, with those tears flooding down from her eyes.

I rose weakly and trembled terribly as fear and sadness exuded my entire being. I moved my shaky legs backward, afraid of leaving my mother all alone.

"Run away, you little girl!" She cried out with the most painful tone I had ever heard. Her cry was like a stab to my heart. I needed to run and save my life since that was what she wanted. I couldn't disobey her.

Before bolting away, I let out a loud shrill of agony, my emotions wreaking havoc within me. I hoped and prayed my mother would defeat them and come back for me, even when it seemed impossible.

My heart seemed to be bleeding as I sprinted through the woods. I was so exhausted, not from the run, but from the fact that my mother and father were giving their lives to save me.

What was the point of living when your life meant losing your parents?

My father died saving me. My mother was also going to die, leaving me in a world I knew nothing about.

I let out a deep breath and started to run farther, but then I was shocked to find out I was on a single path that had ended.

The road has come to an end.

"Where does mom want me to pass through?" I mused and flopped down on the muddy ground in anguish, ignoring the splattering of dirt all over me.

It was already evening, and the forest was becoming very scary. I was shivering and muffling my cries as it dawned on me that there was no hope. The men would be here soon, and there was no place to hide.

It was all useless. It had all been useless all this time.

They all died to save me, not knowing I'd end up dying at the end.

Hot tears rolled down my eyes as I rose and turned to meet my mother. I was going back. I would rather fight alongside her and get killed than stay here.

I sped back so fast with all the strength I had. The adrenaline of meeting my mother for the last time gave me more strength. I was faster and finally got to where Mom had stopped to fight the enemies.

My eyes widened at what I saw. I had great horror rush through me, my heart racing as I became stiff. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

My mother was lying in a pool of her blood. Her arms were broken, her legs were disfigured. The men were seven and kept hitting her while she struggled to live. They were all muscular and had a golden mask. I could see a skull tattoo drawn on the left arm of one of them.

She cried out in deep anguish, and that made me charge at them with all the strength I had. My wolf was dumb and powerless. She could only cower at the edge of me in grief and fear.

My name is Lena, a fragile and sissy werewolf who can't match up with these hefty men, but I am sure to kill one of them before dying.

I don't know how it happened, but with the rage and pain in my heart, I formed a fireball from my inner powers, which I can't tell where I got it from.

With a scream, I fired it at one of them, and it struck his heart, bringing him down immediately...

The remaining six raised their gazes at me in surprise, and I could see how enraged they were from their eyes, which was the only visible part of their faces.

"How could you!!!" One of them thundered,

"She just offered herself to us easily!" Another growled, and my heart grew heavier in fear.

They all charged at me, and I tried to form that ball again. I tried all I could do to make the power surge out again, but nothing happened.

They marched on, menacingly.

I knew I was going to die. It is all over. Mom is motionless over there. I can't tell if she is dead, but I know I am not going to survive.

My eyes moved to each of the men, one after the other, causing terror to fill me.

I began to move my legs backwards, and just as I was about to run away, a strong rope spinned around my body, tightly binding me together.

I turned to them with tears in my eyes, pleading as the rope tightened around my body, but I couldn't even make a sound before they all delivered a powerful blow on me at the same time.

It sent me crashing heavily onto the ground with a loud thud. My bones cracked; every part of me was injured by that blow. I couldn't cry; I was dying instead.

They walked forward, and I swallowed the lump in my throat, staring at them in pain.

Their smirk could be seen through the mask.

"Finally, she will die." They laughed and formed a black fog from their palms.

"Let's rip off her soul, crush and burn her body to ashes, and erase her from this world," they added, and laughed again. Their tone showed how happy they were. It was a victory for them.

I saw them with thier magic powers, and I shut my eyes, ready to die. There was no way I would survive another hit.

My eyes were shut tightly with hot tears rolling out. My weak wolf shivered and cuddled herself together. I could also feel her pain.

There was nothing I could do, there was nothing she could do. We were dying, together with my parents.

Chapter 2 Episode 2

Just then, I heard the sounds of blows and kicks instead. I couldn't understand what was going on, but I was still afraid to open my eyes.

I feel it would be better not to see, as life would ooze out of me. I want to avoid having my eyes opened when they hit me. The blows were sounding in my ears, but I couldn't feel any pain, which meant I wasn't the one they were hitting.

The fist fighting, kicks, and groans of pain got louder and more intense so that I was forced to open my eyes only to be shocked at what I saw.

I was so stunned to see a beautiful lady in a white robe fighting bravely with the men. My eyes flickered, and I sat up immediately. I couldn't understand why she was saving me or who she was. My face was strange to me, and none of my family or pack members were alive.

Who is she then?

I watched as she fought tirelessly. The men were strong, but she got more powers.

She was able to bring down half of them, but the others smeared her whole body with their claws. She gasped and clenched her teeth.

They punched her so hard that she fell heavily to the ground. She was smeared with blood this time, and as she fell, she spat out a clot of thick red blood from her mouth, leaving me in terror as I thought of her dying too.

Is it a curse? Everyone keeps dying for me!!!

Hot tears rolled down, and I forced myself up from the ground. My head pounded so hard, my whole body was weak, and I couldn't feel my legs anymore. They were numb and couldn't carry my body anymore, even when I had succeeded. In standing up, I couldn't make a single move...

I felt dizzy and almost fell. My vision was blurry from the intense pain that filled my whole body. I struggled to breathe and stay strong.

My gaze was on the strange lady who got injured while saving me, and I wished I had gotten the strength to run up to her and tell her to stop,

Since my pack had gone into extinction, there was no need to stay alive. I can't just help but wonder why everyone wants me alive. I'm as useless as a pup. My wolf is the weakest.

Mom told me I'd avenge them, but how?

It's pointless to hope for me to avenge their deaths because I'm a wimp.

As the woman lay on the ground in pain, the men were getting closer to ending her life.

I couldn't stop crying as I took a few steps forward, gnashing my teeth in the pain from my broken bones and wounds all over my body. My messy blonde hair wasn't helping matters either, as it covered my face, making everywhere look a little dark.

"Please don't kill her. Kill me and let her be." I cried, stretching my hand to them.

They glanced at me and laughed scornfully.

"Anyone who tries to save you will die with you!" One of them scoffed.

"But she isn't one of my pack. Please spare her life. Let her go back to her pack." I pressed on in my pleading, but the men didn't even say anything again.

They rolled their eyes at me before charging at the woman who was still on the floor in pain.

Just as they got nearer, she shifted into a big brown wolf. They saw it late and had gotten near, so she devoured them all in a rush before they could attack or defend themselves.

She gave them no chance to shift into their beasts.

"Wow..." I exclaimed, admiring her strong wolf, which was full of strength, unlike mine, which cowers at the slightest threat.

Just as I saw the men all on the ground dead, I got a sudden strength which pushed me to where my mother lay,

I carried her up into my laps, sobbing profusely.

"Mommy!... Mommy, get up!... I have been saved. The men are dead, and your daughter is safe, as you wanted. Wake up and let's go together!!" I cried, shaking her profusely.

She was motionless and the thought of her being dead sent a cold chill from my head to toe. I didn't want to believe that, but the more she didn't move, the more it dawned on me...

I bit my lower lip, shaking my head again and again as I cried continuously.

I badly wish my mother would open her eyes. That would give me hope, but she isn't!

"Take it easy..." I heard the voice of the lady who had just saved me, and that made me look up to her.

She was wounded but still looked strong.

"Is my mother dead?" I asked with a whimpering tone, and she squatted down and took my mother's hand. She checked her pulse and sighed.

"Is she..."

"Wait, take it easy!" She repeated, But that isn't what I wanted to hear.

She tapped my mother thrice on her chest, and in a few seconds, my beloved mother opened her eyes.

"Mommy!" I shrieked in happiness. My eyes glistened. I felt joy fill me to the brim. I swear my heart might have burst in the joy of seeing my mother wake up.

"You're fine, Mom. She saved me from those men. We will take you to her pack, they will treat you, you will be fine, and we will live happily without any trouble again." I kept spluttering as the excitement wouldn't let my words flow. I could feel tears of joy rolling down my cheeks.

She stared at me and smiled. I smiled back, caressing her cheek.

Her eyes moved to the lady who was my savior, and she nodded. The lady also nodded, and my mother took her hand.

"Make sure she is safe. She is my only hope. She is the only hope for the pack. Take her home and let her grow more. She is going to avenge us with her powers." My mother's words came slowly, slurred, soft, weak, and under her breath.

"Yes, I will.

"Stop!" I hushed the woman and turned to my mom.

"Hey, what are you saying? I'm the only hope. I'm not the only hope. We are the hope of the pack. "You aren't dead, you will be fine, and together we will take revenge in the future," I stated curtly with a frown.

Why was Mom saying those words like she would die?

"You heard me right?" She muffled the lady who saved me, and she nodded,

"Mom, stop. Hey,..." I called the attention of the woman who saved me.

"Let's shift into your wolf. Let's take her to your pack. My mother is alive and that's what I want to know, not all these!" I seethed, and she let out a weak smile.

"Be fast!!!" I yelled, exasperated.

She turned her gaze to my mother and I also did the same. I turned to my mother and saw her eyes closed already. I could feel the coldness in her body as it stiffened.

My brow arched. I squinted my eyes and scrutinized her whole body, wondering what was going on.

"Mommy!" I shouted her name, but there was no movement.

"She is dead already." I heard the woman's voice but sneered at her instead.

She must be stupid to say that my mother is dead. She can't be dead when I just heard her voice now.

"Mommy, open your eyes again!" I screamed louder, and the woman stood up slowly.

"Do that same thing again, so she will open her eyes!!" I begged with a high tone that showed how terrified I was.

"I gave her my internal power. I will die if I do it again. She also warned me not to repeat it, or she wouldn't let it get into her soul, and that would be a waste because she wouldn't wake up and I'd also die," the woman explained, but it was all like gibberish to my ears.

"Wake my mother up!!" I shrilled, and she shrugged, turning away.

"let's try to go out of here before the other men find us," she said calmly, but I won't listen. Not when my mother has just spoken to me and then this woman tells me she is dead.

No way!

"Let's get out of here!" She repeated it with her tone higher. I rolled my eyes at her and kept shaking my mother, fixing my gaze on her eyes. I can imagine her opening those eyes again and that made me sit there shaking her, shaking an already cold dead body.

Oh, no, I don't want to believe my mother is dead!

"She told me to keep you safe. You can only be safe under my watch in the pack, so get your ass off there and let's go, or my sacrifice to save you will be in vain! " She sighed, and I yelped, swallowing the lump in my throat.

The tears won't stop falling as it dawned on me that mom and dad are no longer alive, and my pack is no longer existing.

I'm all alone.

Chapter 3 Episode 3

"What is your name?" I asked the lady who had just saved me with a meek voice as my tears kept rolling.

She smiled and held my delicate hands gently.

"My name is Lillian. And you?" She inquired as she led my way.

"My name is Lena" I replied and sulked, feeling so sad. I darted my gaze back to my dead mother, increasing the pain in my heart.

The scene of those men killing her made my heart heavy with pain.

"I'm sorry for the loss, I came late. You have to calm down and get over it" She soothed before shifting, as if it was so easy. I admired it as I can't shift at all. I've heard it's painful at the beginning, so seeing her do it so easily amazed me.

As I climbed to her back, she vanished like a gust of wind, and I had to grab her furs to keep from falling.

I enjoyed the cool breeze slapping my face, I loved the way trees waved past us. The sweet scent of the flowers and woods around the forest was great and made me feel good. For a few minutes, I wished we'd never get to where we are heading to.

I laid on her back with a smile. I was happy that my wounds were healing fast.

I just can't wait for the day I'll be able to shift and become like her. It would be so great, and I'll be able to stand up for myself and fight anyone who bullies me. My parents have always been the ones doing the fighting and confronting, while I do the looking for trouble and crying.

But now that they are gone, I just can't help but wonder what would have been my fate if this strange savior hadn't come to my help. I would have been shredded into pieces. Seriously, even when she was so powerful, those men almost killed her.

It would take them half a second to devour my skin and drink my whole blood. Just then, something flashed through my mind, leaving me confused as I clung to the soft and soothing fur.

How was I able to bring down one of the men with that fireballs when I was greatly enraged, I did it and couldn't even tell how...

The pain of seeing my mother die broke my heart and left me greatly angered. I was so furious and attacked them with those powers that surged out of me with full force that I couldn't control...

It brought the huge-bodied man down with one hit. He died instantly, but then I couldn't repeat it.

Gosh.

My eyes closed slowly as I felt sleepy. It had been so long since I slept so well at night. Who would? When our pack had been facing constant attack, everyone was in fear and couldn't sleep. For many days and nights, we were on watch until the enemies decided to wipe us all away at once.

I must be the only survivor. One day, I'll come back for revenge and make them all pay with their lives.

*********

Lillian's POV,

The pains were getting intense, and I felt like breaking down, but I kept moving, I kept striding. The clot of blood formed in my mouth and almost spurted out, but I held it back,

At some point, hot tears formed in my eyes as I tightened my teeth to bear the anguish and torment from the wound. The girl on my back was becoming too weighty for me to carry because I was becoming so weak. At some point, I thought I'd die, but then I was already close to the pack, so I just needed to get to the view of the guards outside the gate,

My real name is Lynn, but I changed it to Lillian. I'm the Luna of the Blue Moon Pack, one of the most powerful packs in North America. Since we had gotten a larger number of strong warriors, we were feared and not a single neighboring pack had dared to cause trouble with us.

We were the head pack among the five packs in North America. We are respected and called upon in times of trouble, but that doesn't mean we are anywhere close to the Red Moon Pack.

Alpha Xavier is the leader of the Red Moon Pack.

He is a man whom everyone bows at his feet and does whatever he says. He is the head of the Eastern American Packs and also rules every pack in America.

Wonder how and why I came to rescue the young girl on my back?

Okay, I'll tell you.

Alpha Xavier killed my parents and ordered the Alpha of my former pack to banish me and make me a rogue,

I don't know what my parents did to him. That night was the worst day in my life. Xavier stabbed them countless times right in front of me. He spared my life, but I was made a rogue at a tender age and suffered terribly, I was just six years old back then, wandering like a rejected soul,

I was lucky to finally meet my mate in the Blue Moon pack, where I later became his Luna, as he was the Alpha, I had changed my name to escape being found by Xavier ever again in my life.

The witch had told me about Lena and the day she would appear in my life. She gave me a ring which would help me locate her. It was going to glitter once I got close to her.

I had thought it was something that would be easy, but I was mistaken.

For so many years, I had searched every nook and cranny. I had visited many packs, staring at the rings which never showed any trace of light. At some point, I was doubtful about everything the witch had said.

I went back to ask her how I'd get the so-called girl only to find out the witch was dead already. There and then, I believed all hope was lost.

The pain of seeing the man who killed my parents enjoying his life broke me down. For days and nights, my heart bled, and I couldn't get over the rage. My blood was boiling for revenge, but then there was just nothing I could do.

Finally, today, so unexpectedly and shockingly, I noticed the ring glitter.

It was like a dream, like an illusion, but then the light became brighter.

Words can't explain how my heart flipped for joy. I couldn't even tell when I squeaked, jumping up to my feet.

My maids and guards had to stare at me with arched brows.

Without wasting time, I had sent them back, claiming I needed to be alone. They had left without hesitation while I sped over to the location where the ring whispered right into my heart and there I saw the young girl, at the point of death.

To avenge the deaths of my parents, I needed to save her since she is the only one who can defeat Xavier. I cared less about my life, saving her was more important.

The witch had made me aware that the young girl had higher powers and hybrid combinations than Xavier, and that meant she was the only one who would be able to defeat him.

I had to risk my life to save her, since she was the only hope for me to have the revenge I craved.

I got closer to the gate, but then my whole body broke down. I fell flat on the ground and shifted back to my human form. Blood gushed out of my mouth. I felt life leaving me. The pain had become so excruciating and intense that I couldn't move anymore.

Xavier's POV

I smirked to myself as I watched the man in front of me eat his family, starting with his wife and children. I couldn't help laughing as they cried and struggled for their lives.

"It's me, your wife. Don't kill me!!" His wife cried out, but got her gullet torn out. He poked out her eyes and ate, making me laugh all the more.

No one dares challenge me and get away with it; I'm the devil himself, the most powerful.

"Dad, why don't you just let me skin them alive instead!" My son, Xander, frowned.

"Let's enjoy the scene" I winked, and he shrugged, looking away. I loved how gruesome his face looked. I admired his ruthlessness, and it was my greatest joy to know that I had succeeded in making my son as powerful and feared as I was. He is even more heartless than I am, and it makes me smile all day.

The man grunted as he drank their blood. I had used my magic to control his mind. I looked around and saw the inhabitants of the Royal Pack house shivering and breathing heavily as they saw what was going on.

It made me happy because I enjoy it when everyone fears me to the bone marrow and I enjoy inflicting pain because that is the only way my strength can be known.

"Kill yourself!" I ordered the bloody man. His mouth and whole body were covered with the blood of his wife and child. I could see the pieces of their flesh in his fangs, causing smiles to escape my lips.

He tried to strangle himself at my order, but I shook my head.

"Dig out your heart instead, dig it out and eat!" I huffed, and could see his eyes brightening in shock, but he had no power to decline.

Right there, he used his claws to tear open his chest and bring out his heart. He ate it and fell dead to the ground.

"Clean this place!" I ordered with a wave of my hand and the slaves ran in.

My name is Xavier, and I am the Alpha of the Red Moon Pack, the greatest of all. No one dares me because it would cost their entire pack. I rule over every pack in the world. None of them stands in my front, but I'm getting old and weaker by the day.

I sighed deeply but smiled as I saw him, my son. He was sitting right beside me with those grim and scary faces just like me. Seeing him that way gave me great joy. I wasn't afraid to die. Even though I am getting weak from old age, I'm not afraid of any attack because I know how strong my son is.

He kills with no retraining. Everyone fears him, not just because of me but of how cruel he is. I'm so happy to raise him this way. It was clear my pack would never go down.

I had no Beta or Luna, just woke up one day to find myself in this world with Xander beside me like a son. He slept for two years before finally waking up. I can't tell his age, but then he looked like a 10 year old child.

We wandered around, feeding on the bush plants and animals we hunted, until we discovered the extreme powers we possessed.

That caused us to wage war with a pack we came across, and the two of us brought them down, and I became their Alpha, renaming them The Red Moon Pack because my heart is dark, and I enjoy seeing the blood of the people I kill.

I have no love in me.I love killing!

After a few minutes, the whole room was sparkling clean. I breathed in satisfaction, resting my back on the chair. You can't believe that man tried running away from this pack with his family. He must be stupid to think he would be able to leave here without me finding out.

Fool!

"Dad, I can't wait to finish my school. I hate being around those weaklings in class; it makes me feel like killing them all!" My son growled, his frown getting deeper.

"It's only for a few months; you should go to school and learn everything you can about the werewolf clan, vampires, and witches, because those are the powers we have." I smiled at him, but he wouldn't return it. He had never returned a smile, nor had he ever smiled at anyone.
