I rushed down the stairs of daddy's little apartment, before my step mom catches me , I ran past the door after grabbing my already made lunch box since I don't have money to buy the food in my school , I could hear her Calling my name .

"EuGwen Rogers Come back here you stupid

little bitch , I will kick your ass " she yelled.

I giggled and took my bicycle and rode faster I

could feel shes outside the door already.

"EuGwen ,you foolish girl " I heard her called

from the distance I laugh hard and Rode faster

,I knew deep down that once I get home, she

will turnt me but right now I need to be in

school early ,I Rode past Pablo's house

once he saw me he smiled .

"Off to school princess? He asked .

" Yes Pablo" I parked my bicycle and went

closer to him,he always gives me sandwich every morinng.

"Thanks Pablo" I kissed his cheek .

" Study well my princess"he said and i put the

sandwich in my bag .

" Thanks Pablo, bye" I climbed my bicycle and

hurried away with him waving me bye , dad's

Pablo is a very old and nice man, his 70 years

old and have no children well what I mean is

his wife died with their baby , his older son

has turned bad like real bad,pablo has disowned him , so his all alone .

Sometimes I cook for him ,I mostly spend my

time In his house and he will tell me lots of

stories,i Just like him so much ,I wanted to call

him grandpa , but he refused and said I should

just call him Pablo, that it makes him more

younger ,I laughed pretty hard that day.

As for my stepmom , my mom and dad had an

issue when I was much younger and mom

packed her things and left without caring if

she had a child , I was 6 then and my dad

never bothered to stop her , not long before

she left dad married aunty Emily who is so

wicked ,she even has a 5year old daughter

when dad married her , and the worse part is ,

when she got pregnant she lost the baby a year

later dad died , she became so annoying and

frustrating always shouting at me to do this

and do that while her own daughter Susan cant

lay a finger on anything,i partially turned slave

in my father's house , and some times I just

wonder why my mom will do this to me, didn't

she always tells me she loves me,was That a

lie ? But mom hurt my feelings, And i wonder

where she is now .

Finally I reached the school , great Alexander

high, I parked my bicycle and I could see as

other students comes with cars and all , to be

sincere I kinda of felt jealous,this people are to

rich while am just a poor trump .

I started looking around if I would see Marion

Rodriguez, yes his the school most smartest

handsome, hottest and richest guy i really like

him.

I have great crush on him since grade school

which has been 4 years already and yet I still

feel the same for him, and my problem is my

heart jump each time I see him, since today is

first day of resumption, am so happy I will be

seeing him after 2 months .

Don't ask me why I like him so much ,but I

have a great crush on him, that's the truth.

" Gwen" someone jump on me making us to

fall I look up its jessy my bestfriend she

laughed .

"Oh my gosh Jess, you scared me " I said as

she pulled me up and laugh more .

" Welcome back to school girl, boring home is

finally gone" she said happily i smiled .

" Yes and am so happy i will be seeing Marion

again" I said daydreaming, she gave me a

wired look.

" Still into that guy?, " She aksed ,yes she

knows I have a great crush on Marion, God I

just can't help it .

I nodded as we walk Towards our class.

"I don't know Jess, but his all I think about

each time I close my eyes and just relax" I said

with my hand on my chest " he makes my

heart beat weirdly and i can't contain it" I said

smiling.

" Gwen you really need to wake up from this

slumber of yours, for goodness sake he has a

girlfriend" she said.

" Ex girlfriend not girlfriend, have you

forgotten he broke up with Ava before the last

section ended ? I reminded , Ava Wilton is the

school beautiful and sharp girl, she got lots of

boys under her sleeve, she's very pretty , I

wonder why Marion and her broke up.

" Oh how can I forget ,true but you know his a

playboy you never can tell if he has another

girlfriend Already" she said shrugging her

shoulders.

She could be right , Marion doesn't like me at

all,he keeps pushing me away from him.

" Yeah, maybe ...but you know I still feel the

same for him right ? I wonder when his ever

going to look at me " I said sadly.

" Common Gwen, your a very beautiful 17

years girl , and if Marion doesn't notice you it

his loss not yours " she said .

"But i still wish he notice me a bit , his so

grumpy and annoying always wanting me far

from him, I seriously don't know if something

is wrong with me , maybe it's because am too

skinny or maybe because of my purple hair " I

said touching my hair Jess chuckled.

"Of course not silly,your hair is beautiful, it

makes you look so beautiful so don't ever think

it's because your skinny or not or maybe your

hair , your perfect girl " she said touching my

cheek I smiled .

" Thanks Jess , you made me feel better " I said

as we started heading to the class,but seriously

I can't wait to see him. I really miss his

handsome face .

🥶 Marion's POV 🥶

I jump out of my car as I hurried into the

school building, yeah the great Alexander high,

one of the best high schools in new York,i had

choosed this school because I wanted it,

everything Here is so classical , I ran to my

locker as I passed so many students, walking in

different directions, opening my locker I

brought out my biology book, and physics

brought out my backpack and put them inside,

closing it, I flung it on my shoulder and closed

it .

" Hello pal " I heard Jose voice my friend.

"Hay " I said as we handshake, his locker is

third after mine so he went to open it.

"Heard We'll be having some dick today ? He

asked I Chuckled.

"Nah , don't give a fuck " I replied as I

watched him put his things in his bag.

"Am planning on a win win today for Harris,

that guy has some shit under his sleeve "he

said and I shook my head and chuckled.

"It's worse than just being shit bro trust me " I

said as he Chuckled closing his locker we both

started heading to class.

Harris Walmart is the school annoying guy,

thinks his the best and can dupe people the

way he wants but he doesn't know I Marion

doesn't take shit, his the reason why i broke

up with that school bitch that calls herself Ava

Wilton ,as we continue walking we started

hearing commotion.

"Bring it on you prick " we head Andrews

Voice.

"Some shit Andrew's fighting with Harris " Jose

exclaimed.

" Fuckin shit" I muttered as we hurried to

them students were already looking, Andrew

and Harris were fighting throwing punches at

each other, Mrs Kathleen appeared our

chemistry teacher.

" Stop the fight you both " she yelled but non

answered her.

"You think you smart , you full of shit" Harris

hissed at Andrew throwing him a punch as

Andrew dodged it.

"Yeah like you wear some shits under your

sleeve prick " Andrew throw him a Punch back.

"Marion Rodriguez stop the fight " Mrs

Kathleen called my eyes poped out , why

would she tell me to stop the fight , I wasn't

the only one here.

" I should stop the fight? I asked, she glared at

me.

"Right now " she declared, I reluctantly gave

my backpack to Jose because my laptop is

inside, don't want it to get ruined.

" It's okay guys "I walked towards them " it's

time to stop this shit" I said and try to pull

them from each other but the fuck Harris

punched me, and I know he did it on purpose.

" Fuck" I hissed and punched him back and I

started fighting too while Harris friends Peter

and ken joined Andrew started fighting with

Peter while Jose joined and started punching

ken, all the school already gathered, that's

when the school principle came but we were

still fighting.

"Attention" Mr Westbrook's said whom is the

principle we all stopped immediately breathing

like we Just killed someone.

Damn I wasn't planning to get into this shit

just first day of resumption.

" 6 of you my office" he called and we all

glared at each other before following him, if

your Wondering jose and Andrew are my best

friend's in this Alexander high while Harris and

his friends are our enemy.

" What happened? He aksed once we reached

his office.

" The fucker started it first " Harris pointed at

Andrew .

" The hell you hit me first " Andrew defended

and am sure Harris started it first .

"And what about the four of you ? He aksed

pointing at me Jose ken and Peter .

" I was asked to separate the fight, but the

prick punched me " I replied.

" I was just helping my friends out " Jose

defended

" We too sir " Peter replied and I almost

Chuckled.

" You all have turned the school into a market

center , if you knew your aim was to be a

fighter why not join wrestling? He aksed we all

kept quiet.

" And also for violating the school rules and

regulations you all know what your punishment

is , detention for all of you " he said and we all

groaned.

God, how can I get a detention at first day of

resumption.

" But Mr west.....

"No saying marion Rodriguez, it's final" he

picked his telephone and called someone we all

know it's Mrs Ashok God that woman is so

incredible.

" Yes Mr Westbrook's" she said once she

entered.

"6 hours detention for them till they settle and

be friends again " he said and our eyes widen

we will be locked in a room for 6 hours?

We try to talk but we ended up falling Mrs

Ashok who looks so serious with a straight face

, she's not even smiling, once we reach the

detention room we all stood looking at her .

"Are you moving your asses In or am moving it

myself? She questioned with a serious face ,we

hissed and entered.

" If you know what's best for you all,better

resolve and be friends again if not your not

getting out of this room " she said and lock

The door .

The moment the door shut i removed my

backpack from my shoulder and sat on a chair

.

"Fuck,i can't believe I get a fuckin detention

first day of resumption" I cursed.

"It's all his fault" Andrew pointed at Harris .

" Well I don't care " he replied.

" You fuckin piss of shit , I should had broken

that mouth of yours" Andrew said and i and

Jose chuckled, we were staying on our side

while they stayed in there's.

"Look guys I really don't wanna spend fuckin 6

hours in the room , hell I can't even spend a

minute am finding a way out " I said getting up

.

"Hay pal,how we gonna get out , the door's

been locked" Jose said .

"But here is boring,no harm in trying the

window right? I aksed as they all looked

shocked.

" You want us to use the window , what if she

comes to check ? Andrew Asked.

" Do I look like I care , am getting out of here

and besides this place is like prison"i said .

"If we get out of here we will be doubled

detained" Harris said.

"And who include you, I was talking to my

friends"I hissed at him, then face Andrew and

Jose back " common guys we could get back

before she comes" I said.

"Nah am not risking it, am not gonna sleep

here all day , adding to this fuckin detention

again" jose said .

"So you prefer sleeping here for 6 hours? I

asked glaring at him.

" Fuck man I shouldn't had even fought " Jose

said Making us chuckle.

We were quite for a while before I thought of

something.

" Let's watch Netflix, there's this new movie ,

common lets get busy with it" I said bringing

out my laptop, my friends joined me sitting as

I uprated my laptop.

" Cool man, let's watch star war's" Andrew said

.

" Let's watch dead pool " Jose said .

" We are watching 300 hundred ways to die " I

said smirking at them as they gave me a hard

Angry look.

" What?? They both said at the same time

Making me chuckle.

At the end we watched dead pool .

EuGwens POV

Class went on and on, but Marion wasn't in class yet, or didn't he come to school? The thought alone made me so sad, I sat quietly as Miss Kathleen our chemistry teacher left the class, to be sincere I don't think I even heard what she thought.

My mind kept drifting to Marion , if he came to school, or did he Change school? The thought alone made me kind of scared, what if he changed his school? I will feel so sad and angry.

"Hay girl " I snap out of my thoughts as Jess sat Infront of me smiling i returned it.

" Your looking so sad girl , what's eating you

up? She asked .

I took in a deep breath, anyways it's not like am hiding things from her, she's my best friend.

" I don't think Marion came to school today , maybe his changed his school" I said sadly

Jess raised an eyebrow and shook her head.

" So sorry girl,its true I just heard it from some girls that his changed school " Jess said.

Making my eyes widen and my chest instantly knotted, one pain just stroke it and I think am going to cry .

" Your.....se....riouse? I slutter.

" Hay girl don't tell me your about to cry , I was just joking,he didn't change school" she said and I quietly stare at her .

" Don't be so sad Gwen,your crush is in school" she said smiling from ear to ear.

" But....his....not...here " I whispered.

" Yes,and that's because his in detention" she replied, oh my Marion is in detention but why what did he do.

"What happened,why is he in detention?I asked

worriedly.

"Him and his friends had a fight with Harris and his friends, so they were given detention" she replied shrugging her shoulders.

I stare at her quietly, how can Marion get into a fight on first day of resumption? Did he get hurt? Is he fine? ,has he eaten ?

" But Jess.....it's been 2 hours already , how many hour's detention were they given ? I asked I feel so bad , he might be hungry.

" I really don't know, maybe 4,5,6, or even 3 I don't know" she replied " Hay girl,just relax , this isn't his first time being in detention class, he will be out soon " she said and that means he won't be out till second break or probably till school closes.

Class went on and I was busy writing on my notebook the assignment Mrs Wanner our biology teacher gave us when I felt someone beside me.

" Hello GG " I knew it it's Henry ,I smiled up at him.

" What's up ? I asked .

" Happy to leave a boring life and finally back to school" he said happily sitting beside me, I smiled at him .

Henry is I and Jess best friend right from grade school, his really nice and handsome but of course not like my Marion, no one I mean no one is Handsome than my Marion , he also kind of like me if am not mistaken,but he doesn't show it.

" So what you doing? He asked .

" Assignment for biology" I replied, he smirked and looked into my book.

"Hello class "

We all look up to see Mrs Ashok our English teacher, with another big. Tall man I wonder who he is, we all sat quietly.

" Today we have someone new in our midst, and from henceforth he will be part of the Great Alexander high , please introduce yourself" she said smiling at him.

He smiled at us and cleared his throat.

" Am Mr Evans Smith , and unfortunately I will be your physics teacher from henceforth" he said with a smile, we all smiled but some has killer face .

" I know deep down Marion will hate this teacher " Henry suddenly whispered to me, yeah but he doesn't know I have a crush on him,or maybe he does.

" How do you know that, your not him" I whispered back as Mr Evans said something else and the class clapped for him,maybe half of the class tho.

" Trust me EuGwen, Marion hate this kind of teachers" he whispered back.

I face him with a smiling face.

" But his cool, better than the ex teacher who is obsessed with students" I remark , his eyes widen.

" Seriously? I never knew, please tell me you ain't one of the obsessions? He asked I Chuckled and use my hand to muffle my laugh, when I calm down I looked at him . " Umm....yeah" I replied his eyes turned so dark and angry .

" But why didn't you tell me when the prick is still in school here ? He asked and i could feel he sounds kind of possessive.

" Hay Henry , stop giving me that look , nothing happened, his gone , so love your new teacher " I said with a smile and continue writing,by now Mrs Ashok and Mr Evans had left the class , Henry shook his head beforeleaving me .

Bell went off and it's break, I took my lunchbox as I Jess and Henry walked to the restaurant, we sat on our particular schoolseat.

" Am Thinking of having sauces salad today ,am craving for it" Jess said .

" Am buying a chicken curry today " Henry said standing up , Jess too they went to buy food , so I just brought out my , potato and egg, took my bottle of water out and I saw my bugger Pablo gave me .

It's cold already, I need to worm it up, I was thinking I'd see Marion so I will give it to him,its been 4 hours already and am sure his still locked up ,I feel so bad it's break already and he won't be here to eat?

" Hay girl what you thinking about? Jess arrived with her plate of sauce salad and some chicken curry , my mouth water looking at her food , same goes to Henry but his with two plates .

" So your planning to eat potatoes and egg today again ,your not doing that Gwen , change diet " Jess said pushing away my food .

" That's why I got her this, because am sick of her eating just one particular food all the time, that's why your so skinny " he said dropping the plate of chicken curry in my front , I lick my lips.

" Thanks Henry " I said as Jess added sauce salad for me.

" You really don't have to " I said to her.

" You should eat different meals all the time not stick to one meal " Henry said , I took in a breath ,at least his right but there's no money for another meal.

I stare at my food and my mind went to Marion again , he hasn't eaten, maybe it's best I beg one of the cooks to put this bugger in the oven so it will get hot .

" Gwen why ain't you eating? Jess moved on my seat thinking of how to tell her moved away.

" Umm please do u have a little change there so I could ask those cooks to put my bugger in the oven for me? I asked .

"So you have buggar and you didn't eat it till it

got cold ? Henry asked .

" I kind of forgot actually" I said jess gave me

the *I know what your up to look.

" Here is some change, go ask her to do it"Henry said giving me money , I didn't want to take it but Jess pinched me from under the table.

" Thank you Henry " I said and he smiled.

" It's nothing Gwen, just tell me when you need anything, I will be there to give you " he said with a smile,my feelings didn't seat right with Henry , it's not like this is the first time his giving me things, but lately his being kind of too giving,the thought of him possibly liking me doesn't make me comfortable,but I hope this is just a friendly gesture, cause I don't

want to hurt him.

I smiled and took the buggar and went to the

cooks .

" Ummm, I want to make this worm" I said to

the lady .

" Oh dear no problem" she collected it fromme .

" How much is the bill ? I asked

" Don't worry dear , you don't need to pay "she said smiling at me,i smiled thank God I willjust return Henry's money to him.

I waited for some minutes as she wrapped it back and brought it for me .

" Thank you " I said she nodded and i turned,indeed it's very hot now,i smiled , once I see Marion I will give it to him, or maybe I can go to the detention room window to give him,to avoid this getting cold ,I smiled at my thought.

Just then I barged into someone and I held the bugger tight in my grip my eyes strongly closed waiting to fall but I was caught before I could land ,I held my breath ,the scent seem familiar, I gently opened my eyes and I met deep blue ones.

That eyes that makes my heart jump so badly each time I see it, he made me to stand well and i quickly comport Myself, his out of detention, I blush because of how his eyes looks at me, and my heart began doing some kind of tumbling, his friends were behind him

and Jose smiled at me and I was shocked,he never smiles at me.

" Umm....so...sorry Marion , umm... welcome back to school" I slutter smiling up at him ,he just gave me that cold look .

" Yeah" he answered in a little voice and started walking Away I quickly side step him.

" Marion umm..." He stopped.

" WHAT" he snapped,and I jumped a little with his hard tone ,he faced me and I brought the bugger forward.

" I heard you got detention and you might be hungry ,so I brought bugger for you " I said and he raised an eyebrow at me, Andrew and Jose chuckled and i look up to see Marion giving me a hard look.

" Thank you " he said walking again, I quickly

side step him again.

" But...but..I thought your hungry , please take it" I said .

" Don't you get it ,I don't want anything from you , just stay away " he hissed and walked passed me but I heard him muttered *clumsy girl* I couldn't help the tears that wanted to pull out my eyes .

He doesn't like me , I look at the buggar and I think I've lost my appetite,i went back to my seat.

" Gwen what did Marion tell you ? Jess asked, am sure she saw what happened.

"It's nothing" I put the bugger in her front .

" You could have it if you want" I said.

"Gwen, you should eat your meal before it gets cold" Henry said looking at me intently,but am not hungry anymore.

I lost my appetite .

School ended and i told my friends bye before

climbing my bicycle, I rode out of school I

need to go pick flowers to deliver , that's how

I make my money saving for my university,

thank goodness the gardener let me pick his

Beautiful Rose's, I smiled before I get home I'd

make some cash at least.

I heard a car horn from behind me and i

nearly fell off my bicycle , I try to steady

myself when I looked into the car it zoomed

pass me with a high-speed but I saw who was

inside, it's Marion .

I felt sad thinking about how hurt I had felt

when he rejected the buggar , I wonder why he

Hates me so much , but yet I can't stay away

from him ,I like him too much and i don't

know how to hide it than expressing it, am

sure he Knows I feel something for him at least

with the way I behave around him.

I don't want us to be this way,even if he can

just be my friend, I feel so jealous of does who

talk to him, especially does school girls,

sometimes i wonder if it's because am too

skinny and am the only one who has a real

purple hair .

Yes my real hair is purple,i don't even know

how it happened, but dad always says he loves

my hair and my mom says the same ,but my

step mom always says I look so ugly in it,

thinking about that didn't help my situation at

all.

Should I dye my hair to black ? Does he like

girls with black hair ? Or is it because i wear

baggy uniform and not as tight as other

students wear just to show case their body

shape, or am I really ugly ? I don't know what

to think but I want to look good for Marion ,

maybe he will start looking at me then and

who knows he will start talking to me .

I smiled at my thought, I finally reached Mr

Patrick's house well actually his the house

gardener once he saw me he smiled .

" Oh pretty girl , you finally came " he said as i

step down from my bicycle.

" Yes sir Patrick's, what you eating? I asked

him.

" French toast, you should have some before

you pick the flowers" he said and i nodded , I

sat with him and we chat and laughed.

"So how is your boyfriend? He suddenly asked

and i Chuckled, I told him I had a crush in

school and I got so many of Marion's pictures

from the net , I showed him and he

commented him to be a very handsome young

boy ,but he started calling him my boyfriend

how I wish he really was.

" His fine "I answered.

" You know , you really like this boy a lot, does

he still gives you cold shoulders? He asked , I i

gently nodded thinking about what happened

today .

"Child if not that you like him so much ,I

would had advice you fight your feelings for

him , you know your hurting yourself liking

someone who doesn't in return" he said and I

knew deep down his right .

I took in a deep breath and rub my temple.

"I know sir Patrick's,but the likeness is just too

much " I replied.

" It can be in two faces dear , either your

already in love with him,or your just obsessed

with him" sir Patrick said and I looked at him

shocked.

No. Am not obsessed with him, I really like

him that's not obsession, and am sure it's not

love either , I can't be in love with him, I just

have a crush on him.

After some little chat I picked the flowers and

went round the area, giving it to my customers

and I made 3k5 from it , am so happy sir

Patrick is helping me out I really appreciate

what his doing for me.

I arrived home 1 and 30 minutes late I parked

my bicycle outside our house and head inside ,

I knew deep down once I get in my stepmom

will stunt me , so yeah once I entered she sat

on the armchair sleeping.

I gently tiptoe to not make any sound and rush

pass her,it seems her daughter Susan isn't

home anymore, that girl can roam around

street's like there's no tomorrow, just before I

could step on the stairs she stir and I freeze

on my spot closing my eyes tightly to keep

still.

" You stupid girl, better go make dinner now

am starving" she said her eyes still close ,

.maybe she's still sleeping , I didn't make a

sound but move my second leg .

"EuGwen Rogers, the kitchen" she said this

time around her eyes are open I groaned.

She got up .

" I was calling you this morning to iron my

dress but you stupid girl ran off " she said

glaring at me angrily.

" Sorry aunt " I said , well she said she's not

my mom so i should call her aunt.

" Sorry ? You made me go late for my exploit"

she said rubbing her temple and bringing out

money .

" Make something to eat quickly, am so tired

and won't be able to cook" she said and I

nodded taking the money .

Well she can be a bitch sometimes, but she's

kind of psycho, I giggled at my thought.

" What are you still looking at silly girl , go

make dinner " she yelled I quickly rushed

upstairs into my room , I need to get out of

my uniform before cooking, I put my money

in the safe I would had counted how much I've

made for the last 2 months but that witch will

soon call me.

🥶Marion's POV🥶

Detention today was hell, after spending four

hours watching movie and playing soccer in my

laptop, Mrs Ashok finally opened the door for

us to get out, as usual we pretended to be

friends again to avoid spending 6 hours in that

fuckin detention.

In my bad mood that clumsy girl just had to

bump into me, EuGwen Rogers so naughty and

clumsy ,is not like I hate her but I just don't

like her around me , each time I see her face I

get this wired headache, and the worse part is

she always wants to speak to me, giving me

that smile of hers , I was comparing Ava to her

before, but Ava has big breast , big ass, her

eyes are rounded she has a Bob hair , she's

beautiful she looks a little to fake though, I

Chuckled at my thought, but EuGwen is the

opposite,so skinny hardly has breast or ass

and she wears that baggy uniform like shes a

nun, and she's not beautiful to me , although

my friends kept saying she is beautiful than

Ava , but I don't see it .

I just want her far away from me, it seems like

the more I push her away, the more she

comes to me, and Andrew told me shes having

a big crush on me, I mean I'm very handsome

so why won't girls have mad crush on me, but

hers is just too annoying, always coming unto

me like magnet, I shook my head dismissing

the thought of the clumsy girl .

I arrived home and jump down from my car as

I pass Timothy my ex driver.

" Welcome sir Rodriguez" he said I nodded at

him and head inside the house , I went into

the kitchen where mom stood cooking, once

she saw me she smiled .

" Baby your back " she said as i hugged her

from behind kissing her cheek , I love my

mom so much she still calls me baby .

" Yes mom, what you making? I asked her .

"Am making a homemade recipe and some

" So Marion did you go for kickboxing today ?Uncle Chris asked .

" No, was very tired so I came home " I said eating my meal.

" I just went to spend sometimes with Andrew and Jose " I replied, and I know he will believe my lie, but at least it's part of the truth .

" You need to go for practice tomorrow okay ,Chris will be there too" dad said .

" Yes actually it's been long I went there, so am planning to come watch you fight Tomorrow" he said with a smirk on his lips .

" Does women come too? Aunty Kate suddenly asked making all of us to stare at her , mom try to hold her laughter, uncle Chris shrugged and my dad took a sip out of his water I could see the smirk playing at the Conner of his lips.

"Chris " aunty Kate glared at him.

I picked my bicycle and rode faster to school,God am so late because aunty Emily asked me to iron her dress and Susan's uniform, Susan already left to school since but I was busy trying to iron mine and time went so fast , I wasn't even able to. Make my favorite cookies

today .

Getting to school I jump down from my bicycle after parking it, and running as fast as I could ,I went to my locker opened it and got out my book, put them in my bag and hurried away .

I couldn't help but keep praying in my mind that no teacher should be in the class at least not now , I rushed to the second floor where my class is and I quickly rushed into the class before stopping on my truck , Miss Kathleen our chemistry teacher is right here .

And oh boy ! Did I say all the class are looking at me right now.?

I suddenly felt bad and try to hide my face .

" Mo..Mo.. morning..miss Kathleen" I greeted ,I could feel her eyes on me .

" Why are you just coming to school, miss Rogers? She asked and I gently raised my head up as it caught that familiar eyes staring at me, his eyes is expressionless and it stare back at me coldly , I gulped, Marion's eyes is killing me like it could see through me.

" Umm...I ....I....

"She woke up late maybe " Ava said with a smirk on her lips as the class laughed, I felt so embarrassed and my cheek flash red as I try to hide my face .

"Am...so..sorry miss Kathleen, it won't happen

again " I apologize.

"It's okay , go to your seat " she said and i quickly hurried to my seat which was opposite Marion and Jess Infront of me , she squeezed my hand when I passed her .

" Sorry girl" she said and i nodded.

" Yes so as I was saying you write ........" Miss Kathleen continued teaching.

As class went on, I couldn't help but keep glancing at Marion, his eyes is focus on the board and i couldn't help but admire his outline jaw, so curved and shaped nicely, his pointed nose and tick eyebrows, his pink lips,

God his so handsome.

I wish I could hug him kiss him and stare at his

perfect face all day long .

I was snapped out of my thought as I heard miss Kathleen calling my name , I quickly got up .

" Yes miss Kathleen" I answered.

" What was my last statement? She asked and my mouth hanged open , I swear i don't know ,everyone in class was looking at me and when I turned to Marion he was staring at me with a cold eyes , I shook my head and face miss Kathleen back .

" Am sorry but I don't know" I spoke truly ,feeling so ashamed of myself, she took in a deep breath .

" Seat down let's continue and pay attention this time " she said and I nodded thanked her and sat back down with my already embarrassed self , i could feel Marion and his friends smirking from the Conner .

Miss Kathleen finally finish teaching.

"EuGwen Rogers and Marion Rodriguez, meet me in my office once break " she said she left the class .

Marion and i indeed looked confused.As soon as it was break, I hurried into miss Kathleen's office where Mr Wilson the basketball coach sat , well I won't say this two people aint involved .

Mr Wilson is young and Handsome, maybe in his late 30s or early 40s while Miss Kathleen should be in her middle 30s .

Soon Marion joined and am sure he thought the same thing as me with the way he looked at miss Kathleen and mr Wilson whom is there basketball coach.

"So I called you both here because, one EuGwen? She called my name .

" Yes miss Kathleen" I replied.

" Your grades are very low and your education standard isn't improving at all, you need to be more focused in your studies because this is the last section of your high school and If you must graduate this year then you have to be serious about your study and earning good mark to uplift your grade to a better one " she

said .

And i feel so bad that am not improving at all,why is education so hard for me ? But I kind of felt embarrassed she said it Infront of Marion .

" So miss Kathleen, why am i here ? Marion asked .

" Am assigning you to tutor EuGwen , to help her through" she said and i was shocked and am sure Marion is too.

" No way miss Kathleen, why should I tutor her ? He asked sounding angry .

" Because your the best student so far , and i know you can help her to upgrade her scores" she said .

Marion looks so furious.

"No please, you have to find someone else ,maybe Harris his more brilliant than I am " he said.

Now I know how much he hates me , I really disgust him.

" Marion I am the one who knows who is more brilliant and In this case I choose you to tutor EuGwen, and mind you you both will be doing your projects together for the whole of this section, I will make sure to tell the other teachers, and you will be tutoring her for 2

months" she said .

My eyes widen, this is serious.

" What ?fuckin 2 months ? But...but..but....I..." Marion try to say .

"Your tutoring her Marion obey your teacher"Mr Wilson said .

" But coach, I don't want to tutor her " Marion said .

" Please miss Kathleen, if he doesn't want it please don't force him " I pleaded.

" You see she doesn't even want it too" Marion said .

" You better tutor her Marion " Mr Wilson said.

"And if I refuse? Marion asked bodly.

" Then I will Remove you as the head teem" he said making me gasped and Marion with a shock expression.

I know this time around, Marion has no choice but to tutor me because he won't be happy if his removed as the head teem leader of the basketball group , just because of me .

And somewhere in my heart am sad but happy too.
