Thousand of years ago....

Clandestine the god of darkness did not wish anything but aside from Love. He longed to be love and Gods are forbid to love. It was the God of Fire who created the rule.

"Clandestine, seeing the world who has happy people living, it makes us Gods happy." Saad ni Aeroela, the God of Winds.

He envied the humans. Humans can love without any restriction and no boundaries. How he wish, he was born as human and not as a God.

"They look very happy." Saad naman ni Clandestine.

Years have past and the Gods once created a cell that holds the six elements. And it was born as a God holding our elements. It was a female God and her name was Calypso. A very beautiful creation by the Gods who is a god itself.

Calypso grown into a fine woman and holding the balance of all elements. Pero sa hindi inaasahang pangyayari, Calypso and Clandestine fell in love. Two Gods was fallen into the most forbidden love happened in the universe.

The two Gods who was ready to defy the law that was being stablished, but the God of Fire interjected.

"This is forbidden!" Sigaw ni Magmus. His hair was blazing with red fire.

"Please, I am begging, please let us be." Nagmamakaawang saad ni Calypso na kulang ba lang ay dumapa na sa sahig.

"My love, please stand up." Agad naman na agad ni Clandestine at pinigilan si Calypso sa gagawin. "Please brother. We love each other so much." Nagmamakaawang saad naman ni Clandestine.

Naging mas lalong tumigas ang anyo ni Magmus at mas lalo pang nagliyab ang apoy nito.

"How dare you!" Asik nito.

"Please Magmus, calm down! Why don't you just let them be!?" Halos mangiyak na pigil ni Litche, the God of Light.

"Are you all siding them?" Asik na tanong naman ni Magmus.

"It is not that. Look at them! Instead of sticking with your law, why can't you let them be? They are honest and ask for your acceptance." Sagot naman ni Litche.

"Brother, the law is irreversible, defying the law means death." Saad naman ni Aeroela.

Napahagulgol na si Calypso. Clandestine was hugging Calypso so tightly and seems like anytime she would vanished and he is afraid as well for that to happen.

"Calypso...." Bulong ni Clandestine dito.

Napatigil naman sa hagulgol si Calypso at napatingin kay Clandestine.

"No matter what will happen. I will love you eternally, even in my second life." Saad ni Calypso.

And with that sentence, her body went into specs of light bubbles and vanished into thin air. Clandestine was crying so hard and blaming himself for what happened.

"Why can't you just let us be?" Hagulgol na tanong ni Clandestine. "The only thing I wish for is love and you take all of it."

"Clandestine...." Naiiyak na saad ni Litche. "Please stop..."

Many days had passed Clandestine was in his most downfall form. He was gloomy and not talking. He hated everything including his brother and sisters. He hated them for making his life miserable. His only love and happiness is now gone, long gone.

And his wrath leads to vengeance on destroying the world where the Gods loves the most.

Destroying the Universe is Clandestine's revenge for taking away his only love and happiness.

Snow's POV

I've been calling my dad since last night. Pero hindi ito sumasagot, malamang masyado itong busy sa mga ginagawa. May dalawa kasi itong cellphone, personal at business, malimit lang nitong hawakan ang personal phone nito dahil mas gamit dito ang business phone niya para sa mga transactions.

I was bothered too much by Ria. Hindi ko gustong maniwala pero bakit ako kinukutuban na tama ito? But, I can answer my question. Sa itsura ko pa lang ay kahina-hinala na. But I was in belief that I got my looks from my unknown mother na hindi nga rin binanggit o picture man lang.

Ring ring ring ring

Agad ko na hinablot ang cellphone ko at nakita ko na pangalan ni papa ang nakarehistro doon. Agad akong kinabahan at sinagot yun.

"Papa." Usal ko.

"I'm sorry sweetie, I wasn't able to pick up the phone. There are tons of workloads in my office and deadlines are screaming all over." Saad nito.

I can almost see him smiling at kumakamot sa batok nito. Ganito ito pagkausap ako, lalo na kung guilty dahil kulang ng time sa akin na anak niya.

"It's okay Papa. But, are you free this saturday?" Tanong ko rito.

"Let me look on my schedule, just me a second." Saad nito at narinig ko ang pagpakli nito ng papel at tila may ibinubulong ito na hindi ko naman masyadong narinig. "As I checked, I am free the whole day. Right, are you coming over?"

Napalunok ako. "Y-yeah papa. Uuwi ako, bibisita ako sa inyo." Saad ko na pakiramdam ko ay kay raming tinik sa aking lalamunan.

"That is great to hear, anak. I missed you so much. Ang tagal mo ng hindi umuuwi, I guess miss ka na rin ng mga kapatid mo." Saad nito.

Gusto ko naman matawa. Sina Ria? Mamimiss ako? Oh common, tiyak ako na magluluksa yun pag dating ko dahil hindi na naman sila makakaporma sa bahay.

"I am looking forward papa." Saad ko. "I won't take so much of your time papa. I know you still have a lot of things to do." Paalam ko rito.

"Sige, see you tomorrow anak." Paalam din nito. And I heard the beep tone and the call was ended.

Napabuntong hininga na lang ako. Nandito pa ako sa palasyo and tomorrow na kami babalik sa academy. Dederecho na ako sa amin para matapos ang magulong katanungan na kanina pa umiikot sa isipan ko.

Napatingin naman ako kay Silvan na payapang natutulog. I was wondering kung iniisip ba nito kung sino mga magulang niya. I guess not, dahil hindi naman nature ng mga hayop yun. Whoever their master, kontento na sila.

"I envy you Silvan. I wish, I have a peaceful mind as yours. Yung walang problemang iniisip." Naisaad ko na lang. He flinched and switched position.

Naibaling ko na lang ang aking tingin sa labas ng bintana. Madaling araw na at hindi pa ako nakakatulog. Paano ba naman kasi, sino ba naman kasi ang makakatulog kung malalaman mo yung balitang inihatid ng impaktang Ria na yun. Nakakabothered, though kung malalaman ko man, I think I am gonna be fine dahil hindi naman nagkulang sa pagmamahal si Papa sa akin.

Humiga na ako sa kama. Tapos na rin ang preparasyon ng aking mga gamit kaya madali na lang itong ihahatid sa Academy. Yung isisuot namin sa Knighthood, ipapasubasta daw dahil maraming nagrequest na bilhin ang mga kasuotan namin. Kaya inoorganize na ng palasyo ang date sa auction. Ang weird di ba? Pa-auction galore lang yug mga damit na hindi nga ako konportable dun.

I did try to close my eye pero nabubwiset lang ako dahil lumilitaw sa utak ko yung pagmumukha ni Ria. Parang gusto ko ng i-untog ang ulo ko sa pader para makalimutan ko ang impaktang yun. Kahit kailan, buwiset talaga siga sa buhay ko. Humanda talaga yun bukas.

Hindi ko na namalayan kung kelan ako nakatulog. Basta nagising na lang ako dahil dinidilaan ako sa mukha ni Silvan.

"Stop Silvan." Saad ko. Kahit alaga ko to, ew pa rin no. Hahaha. Sorry maarte ako eh.

Tumigil naman si Silvan but he is still wagging his tail and waving his paws at me trying to reach me. I am wondering what does he want.

"Are you hungry?" Tanong ko rito.

Woof!

Aba ang bilis sumagot basta pagkain! Napangiti na lang ako. He is my happy pill. Tumayo na ako at dinukot ko ang wolf food sa may cabinet. Pinalagyan yun ng reyna dahil mahilig daw kumain itong mga great white wolf pups. Agad naman na nakasunod sa akin si Silvan and he is eyeing me intently and expecting some good treats. Sarap pupugin ng halik eh, kaso hindi pa ito naliligo kaya mamaya na lang hahaha.

Naglagay ako ng treats sa food bowl niya at agad naman itong kumain. He acts like a normal puppy. Parang aso lang talaga but he is all white and silver eyes with thick fur.

"I'm sorry Miss. I should be the one, putting his food." Hinging paumanhin ni Glendel ng pumasok ito sa kuwarto.

Ngumiti lang ako dito. "It's okay. I am happy doing this thing." Saad ko naman rito. "But, after he finish eating, took him in a bath. We will be leaving the palace later on." Utos ko dito.

"Yes, Miss." Sagot nito.

Agad na akong tumayo at tsaka pumanhik na ako sa banyo para makaligo. Balita ko after breakfast kami aalis, dahil marami pa daw hahabulin kami sa klase since absent kami. Pero hindi ako dideretcho sa Academy, magsasidetrack ako sa amin.

Natapos na rin akong maligo at nagsuot lang ako ng black leggings at isang loose shirt na may markang sexy! Hahaha ang korni di ba? Pero regalo kasi ito ni Yuki, kaya kahit ang korni ng design, love ko parin itong suotin.

I just made my hair into a messy bun and wore my sneakers. Pumanhik na ako sa hapag at hindi ko kaagad naabutan si Yuan dun. I wonder where is he.

"Hi! Were going back to the academy!" Masayang saad ni Luna.

"You just said that a hundred times already." Reklamo naman ni Violet na nagsasandok ng kanin. "Ugh, I hate carbs but I love eating them."

"Uhm, I will not be back in the academy until sunday." Saad ko naman.

Natigil naman sa pagnguya si Luna. Napatingin naman sa akin sina Violet, Avis at Jin. Curiosity flooded their faces.

"Why? Where are you going?" Nagtatakang tanong naman ni Luna.

"I need to go home. Family stuff." Sagot ko naman. Wala pa silang alam sa nangyari at syempre hindi ko muna sasabihin yun dahil hindi naman ako sigurado and kung totoo man, hindi ko rin alam kung paano sasabihin sa kanila, without them judging. Baka omen sa kanila ang mga ganitong bagay, since unusual ang pagiging ampon.

"Oh, problem?" Tanong naman ni Avis.

Umiling naman ako. "My dad is nagging that he needs me to visit him today." I smiled meekly. They can't know about it yet.

"I haven't gone home since summer." Saad naman ni Avis. Mukhang naiinggit pa ito.

Nagpatuloy lang kami sa pagkain at kung anu-ano naman ang pinag-usapan namin at natapos na lang kami ay hindi pa rin namin nakita si Yuan. We are wondering where is he. Nauna na kaya siya sa Academy? But, why am I even bothered? He was not even bothered telling us.

Nangoumanhik na sa grand hall palabas ay nadatnan ko na si Glendel na nakatayo doon bitbit ang bag ko at si Silvan na excited na nakatingin sa akin. Napangiti naman ako, it will be his first to go outside from this cage like palace.

"I guess, we'll take different ride." Saad naman ni Violet.

May dalawang nakahandang limousine sa labas ang isa ay medyo maliit kesa sa nauna. Malamang this is for them and I dahil iba ang tatahakin kong daan.

"See yah!" Sabay sabay nilang saad sa akin at isa-isa na silang pumasok sa Limo.

"Send our regards to your family Snow!" Sigaw at kumakaway na saad ni Luna mula sa bintana ng sasakyan.

Ngumiti naman ako pero hindi na ako nagsalita. Pumasok na rin ako sa Limo at tsaka naghihintay na rin sa loob si Silvan na mukhang naninibago at inaamoy nito ang paligid.

"Goodluck with your trip Miss Snow. See you again." Nakangiting paalam naman sa akin ni Glendel.

She was the one who assisted and baby sit Silvan while I was busy. She's good and I will never forget her.

"Thank you Glendel." Saad ko sa kanya. Sumara na ang salamin ng bintana ng Limo at nagsimula ng umandar at tumakbo ito.

Napabuntong hininga naman ako. I am coming home, but seems like a rock was sitting on my chest. I should be happy right? But, as the car running fast, the heavier my feeling is. Akala ko na settle ko na ang isipan ko pero ngayon nasa sitwasyon na ako, iba pala talaga.

Napansin ko na kang si Silvan na tumayo at dumamba sa bintana. He was looking to every trees we are passing. Nasa compound pa kami ng palasyo mga ilang minuto pa siguro bago kami makakalabas. He was so curious with the pink trees. Maganda naman kasi talaga tingnan at minsan nga eh tumatahol pa si Silvan dahil may nakita itong kung ano man na hindi ko alam.

Mga sampong minuto ay nakalabas na kami at nasa city proper na kami. Building, malls and shops ang nadadaanan namin since nasa central kami. Papunta kami sa village namin, a private village for rich commoners. Everything is getting familiar at malapit na kami. Silvan is still looking outside the window at minsan ay napapatingin ito sa mga nagtataasang building.

The few minutes ay nakita ko na ang arch ng village namin. Pumasok naman kami doon at tsaka familiar houses welcomed my eyes. This is the familiar neighborhood pero hindi ko naman kilala ang mga nakatira rito. Ganito talaga dito, magkapitbahay pero hindi magkakilala.

Ilang minuto lang din at liko ang ginawa ay nasa harap na nga kami ng gate sa bahay. Napatingin ako at nagdasalawang isip ako kung bababa ba ako o hindi. Pero sinunod ko ang nauna. Kinuha ko ang bag ko at sumunod naman si Silvan. Hindi na ito nagpakarga sa akin.

Nangmakalabas na ako ay agad akong nagpasalamat sa driver na naghatid sa akin. Ngumiti lang ang driver at nagdrive na ito paalis. I was standing there, looking at the getting farther limo. Si Silvan naman ay inamoy amoy ang sementadong daan at mukhang naninibago ito.

"Silvan, don't be scared. This is our home." Saad ko rito.

Tumingin naman ito sa akin na akala mo ay naintindihan ako at biglang nagwag ang buntot nito. Humarap na ako sa gate namin na malaki. I look for the door bell and I pressed it hard. Excited na natatakot ako.

Ilang sandali lang ay may nagbukas na maliit na gate at dumungaw doon ang katulong namin na si Verna. Nangmakita ako nito ay nanlaki naman ang mga mata nito at agad na binuksan ng malaki ang gate.

"Seniorita!" Natutuwang bati nito sa akin.

"Hello Verna!" Bati ko naman rito.

"Sorry po, hindi ko po talaga alam na kayo na po yun. Sabi po ni Sir uuwi kayo kaya nagpapahanda siya." Saad nito at agad na kinuha nito ang dala kung bag. Oero automatikong napatingin din si Verna kay Silvan pero hindi na ito nagtanong pa. "Pasok na po kayo Seniorita." Maligayang saad nito.

I walked inside ag nakasunod din si Silvan. He was walking on guard since hindi siya pamilyar sa lugar. The beautiful landscape welcomed my eyes and everything almost looks exactly the same, pero may nagyari din naman na improvement sa bahay. Tila renovated ang bahay dahil bago ang pintura nito.

The large french door opened widely from the entrance at agad na nakita ko ang papa ko na nakatayo at natangiti doon. Agad naman akong napangiti. I missed my dad.

"Dad!" Agad na tawag ko at patakbo akong lumapit rito.

"My sweet daughter!" Masayang saad nito at agad akong niyakap nito ng mahigpit. "I missed you so much, baby girl." Saad nito na parang naluluha pa.

"I missed you too dad. I haven't seen you for months." Parang hikbi naman na saad ko. Medyo emosyonal ako dahil rito.

"Because you went to the Academy right away. Silly kid, you did not even waited from my response." Saad naman nito.

Napangiti naman ako at kumawala na ako kay Papa. "Because, I was too excited. You know it was my dream to go there." Nakangiting sagot ko rito.

"You didn't change after all. You are still my clever little girl." Saad nito at ginulo pa ang aking buhok.

Natawa naman ako. But my smile slowly fading when my eyes were diverted to the familiar figure in the living room.

It was Friah, Riah and Dia. Standing at the corner with solemn faces.

Snow's POV

I eyed them with a blank stare. Now my dad is here, they can't even do anything. They know their place and sa totoo lang I am secretly happy with it.

"Oh, is this your puppy?" Biglang tanong naman ni Papa sa akin kaya napalingon naman ako rito.

He is now kneeling and petting Silvan while Silvan is shyly wagging his tail.

"Ahm, yes. He is Silvan." Sagot ko kay papa. Hindi ko na lang ipinaalam sa kanya na isang higanteng lobo ito paglaki dahil baka himatayin into. Normal humans are not used with unusual thing. Mga tao dito sa village ay hindi nakakaranas ng mga magical things so it would be a trouble it I let him know about Silvan.

"What a great pup. Silver eyes and snow white fur. He fitted you a lot Snow." Komento naman ni Papa.

Napangiti naman ako dahil syempre masaya ako na masabihan na maganda yung aso ko hahaha. Yari sa akin pagsinabi nilang pangit ito.

"Yeah, everyone says that." Sagot ko naman.

Tumayo na si Papa at naglakad na kami papasok sa living room. Silvan was gliding confidently and was checking the area and sniffing every corner. Sobrang curious ng tutang ito, kaya pinabayaan ko na kang.

"Welcome back Snow." Bati sa akin ng step mom ko.

Gusto ko naman taasan ito ng kilay. Plastikan na naman dahil nandito si Papa?

"Yeah, its good to be back." Sagot ko naman and I slightly smiled.

Ria and Dia are almost frowning pero mukhang pinipigilan din ng mga ito dahil takot din ito sa papa ko. Hindi naman takot dahil nakakatakot si papa, takot lang silang mapalayas.

"Verna?" Tawag ko sa katulong. Agad naman itong lumapit.

"Yes ma'am?" Tanong nito sa akin.

"Pakilagay si Silvan sa kuwarto ko." Saad ko rito.

Agad itong napatingin sa tuta. "Ok po ma'am." Sagot nito. Lumapit naman ito kay Silvan at akmang hahawakan ito para kargahin but he growled. Natakot naman si Verna at agad na binawi ang kamay. "M-ma'am." Natatakot na saad nito.

"It's okay." Sagot ko rito. "Silvan, please follow Verna. Go inside my room and wait there." Saad ko kay Silvan.

Agad na nagperk up ito at mukhang naintindihan ako. Nagtaka naman si Verna pero ng magsimula siyang maglakad ay sumunod naman si Silvan.

"Smart pup." Naiusal naman ni papa.

"I know right. He's not hard to handle. He can understand." Saad kot dito.

Nakasunod si Silvan kay Verna na natatakot naman kahit naglalakad lang.

"Can I have one like that, mama?" Biglang tanong naman ni Ria sa step mom ko.

I almost rolled my eyes, wala talagang gamot sa pagiging inggitera no? But, even they will look in hell, they can't find someone like Silvan. Silvan is a mystical beast.

"We will go to the pet shop later." Saad naman ni Friah.

Natuwa naman kaagad si Ria and she eyed me naughtly. I smirked. Does she think she can intimidate me? She is definitely messing the wrong person.

"By the way, how are you my dear sisters? Enjoying the house, while I was gone?" I was smiling but the sarcasm was not masked.

Natameme naman si Ria at hindi nagsalita si Dia. My dad was aware that I have this hostility with my step family. My dad was trying to make us close but there is really no other way for us to be close. Pinalabas pa nga ng mga ito na ako ang maldita eh, laya papanindigan ko na lang, total maldita naman talaga ako hahaha.

"Enough, Snow. Stop picking a fight with your sisters." Saway naman ni Papa but he sounded calm, hindi naman galit.

"I am just greeting them Papa. It is way better than ignoring them." Sagot ko.

Napailing naman ang papa ko. Umupo na itong pang-isang upuan doon. Umupo din ako sa pang-isang upuan while the three seated on the 4 seater sofa.

"How was school?" Tanong nito at halatang iniba na nito ang usapan dahil baka awayin ko na naman itong mga step sister ko. "How was Knighthood?"

I smiled. "It was great Papa. We won, we defeated the people from other planets." Sagot ko naman.

Lumapad naman ang ngiti ni Papa. "That's my girl. You always make me proud." Saad naman ni Papa.

"Of course. But there was a party last night in the Palace for the celebration of our victory." Kuwento ko naman rito.

Seems like a shadow passed on my fathers eyes pero nawala naman kaagad iyon. "How was it?" Tanong nito.

"Well, tiring." Sagot ko. He knows that I hate parties, nagtanong pa talaga di ba? Papa ko talaga para may maitanong lang eh. "But I saw Ria and Dia partying last night in the Palace." My eyes were diverted to them. "And they even something interesting."

Napakunot naman ang noo ni Papa while the two. Girls are as white as papers.

"What is it?" Tanong ni Papa.

I paused and eyeing them. "They told me about.........you........ Already arrived so I must come home." Sagot ko rito.

Para naman nabunutan ng tinik ang dalawa. Am I too cruel? Yes I am, since they deal a great damage, I will pay them back ten times fold.

"Oh... Thats great. Thank you for telling her, Ria and Dia." Nakangiting saad naman ni Papa.

They look like pathetic na napabow pa kay papa. I was wondering bakit sila ang mukhang kinakabahan masyado. I should be the one pero biglang nawala. I was enjoying tormenting them. Is that making me a bad person?

"But can I talk to you dad?" Tanong ko rito.

"Yes. Then, we'll talk in the study." Saad nito at tumayo na ito papuntang study room.

We are both silent inside the study. I don't know but I feel like the atmosphere pero ako lang yata ang nakakaramdam nun at hindi ito. My father looks normal at ako lang ang kinakabahan. Asking this thing makes me nervous and scared.

"So, what's the catch?" Nakangiting tanong ni Papa sa akin.

Napalunok ako at nanlamig. Even though sobrang laki na ng hinala ko, I am still hoping na sasabihin niya na anak niya ako at hindi ampon.

"Papa, I-I wanted to ask who's my mom." Tanong ko dito. I can't even ask directly to the point. Those words are simple, am I his real daughter?

"We already talked about it, Snow. I don't like dragging your deceased mom to this." Sagot nito at nabanaag sa mga mata nito ang lungkot.

I don't understand kung hindi pa siya nakakamove on then why did he even marry Friah? Does it make sense?

"Papa, I grew up without knowing who my mother is. I don't even know her real face is." Medyo naging emosyonal na tanong ko rito.

Tumigas naman ang anyo ni papa. He really doesn't like the fact of talking about his deceased wife. "Is this the reason why you came back? Just to ask me about this thing?" He ask me coldly.

"No. This is not the main reason Papa. I came here to ask you. Am I your biological daughter? Who are parents?" Deretsang tanong ko rito. Hindi na ako nangimi. My dad is avoiding these question for years pero wala akong sapat na lakas ng loob para makipagsagutan dito dahil wala naman akong mabigat na dahilan, but now, I should know the truth.

My father went into pale. He seems like he just saw a nightmare that was being buried for the longest time and now it was being dig.

"What is this ridiculous question?" He said angrily.

"Papa, just tell me the truth. I was told, you are not my real parents. I was adopted. You don't need to deny it." Malungkot na saad ko. Why does he deny it so hard?

Natahimik ito at tinitigan ako. His stare went into soft gaze.

"My sorry my dear. We love you as our own and I hide the fact that you are not our biological daughter to make you feel at ease. We love you like you came from my wife's womb. You made me happy and my life was being complete, when you came to our lives." Paliwanag nito and he had misty eyes while saying it.

"I understand Papa. You've been so good to me to the fact that I did not suspect that I am not your daughter. Even it was too obvious because of my looks. I was happy that I was given a father just like you." Saad ko naman rito.

Ngumiti naman si Papa at tumayo. "Just don't mind it Snow. You are my daughter, biological or not." Saad nito at tsaka niyakap ako nito ng mahigpit.

Parang nabawasan ang nakadagan sa aking kalooban ng malaman ko ang katotohanan. But my father is really a goodman, not knowing who my real parents are better than loosing my father who loves me like his own.

Lumabas naman kami sa study at nakita namin na naiintrigang nakatingin sa amin ang aking stepmom at step sisters. Malamang alam nito ang katotohan, they might be thinking na pinag-uusapan namin ang tungkol sa aking pagkatao. They must be waiting for my running away and crying moment. But that is too old school. How can I even hate my father if he loves me that much? Ang pagtatago nito sa totoo kong pagkatao at resonable naman. Hindi ako makitid para hindi yun hindi yun maintindihan and I am not a child para magtampo.

Nagtataka ang mga ito na masaya kaming lumabas sa study. Are they thinking the worst to happen?

"Come, we must eat!" Yaya ni Papa sa mga ito.

Agad naman tumayo ang mga ito at pumanhik na kami sa dinning room. We occupied the not so large oval table that is made of dark mahogany. I seated across my stepmom, dahil dito naman talaga pwesto ko. If she is the queen, then I am queener? Hahaha may word ba na ganun? Pero you get the point naman siguro.

"Attorney Renegate came here to send you some papers." Saad naman ni Stepmom kay Papa.

Silvan was standing on my bed na hindi ko alam na pinagmamasdan ako. Nakalimutan ko na nandito pala yun. Nilapitan ko naman ito.

"Don't be scared. I just scared them to leave me alone." Saad ko naman rito. Mukhang naintindihan naman ako nito and he rubbed his head on my palm. "Tomorrow, we will go to the Academy. You'll see our home there." Saad ko na lang din dito.
