Evelyn's Spoiled Husband

The most difficult thing in this world is to keep the promise which you made to others.

Giving our word is very easy. But to keep it is very difficult.

Evelyn is a smart and beautiful lady who is always good in her studies.

She is a kind and good-hearted girl who always helps who are in need.

Evelyn completed her graduation exams and came out with full happiness.

She has her exams very well.

Her friend Mia came and said "oh Evelyn. How did you write your exams?"

Mia and Evelyn are best friends.

They are staying in the same dormitory sharing the same room.

Evelyn smiled at Mia and said "I did write very well."

"Anyway, I am going to meet uncle Mike and tell him that I have written my exams very well."

"And also. I have to tell him that I will no more depend on him. I got a job with the best company in the city."

"Mia, finally I will live independently without depending on anyone."

Mia said "oh Evelyn, I am very happy for you."

"You just wait for me. I will also crack the exams and will become your colleague soon."

Mia did not get through the interview. So she wants to wait for a few more days and join the same company where Evelyn got the job.

Evelyn nodded her head and said "ya, I will be waiting for you."

"Anyway, I am getting late. I have to go to the room and get ready to go to uncle Mike."

She wants to meet him and talk to him.

Mia said "are you not coming to the party."

"Don't you remember that our class people have organized a departure party."

Mia is very excited about the party as she is a bit of a party girl.

Evelyn shook her head and said "No Evelyn. I am not interested. You know that I don't like this kind of parties."

Mia said "Please Evelyn. There won't be fun without you. Please come for me. Please please please."

Evelyn pleaded her so much that Mia could not refuse her request.

Evelyn said "Okay Mia. I will come with you."

"I will meet uncle tomorrow."

"But please I won't drink. You know I hate drinking."

Mia shrugged her shoulders and said "Okay. I won't force you."

"You are coming to the party, that is enough for me."

Evelyn smiled and nodded her head.

Both went to the library and returned their books.

Later they went to the coffee shop and ordered coffee for both of them.

They finished their coffee and was about to go, then Jason came and stopped them.

He came so hurriedly and he is breathing heavily.

He said "Evelyn, I want to talk to you."

Evelyn put down her bag on the table and sat and the chair.

Mia also sat beside Evelyn.

She is very impatient as she is worried that they will be late for the party.

Jason saw them and scratched his head.

He said "Evelyn, I have to talk to you personally. "

Mia huffed and folded her hands in front of her chest.

Jason and Evelyn love each other.

Mia also know about this, but she wants to tease Jason.

Then she said "my friend won't talk with you alone. What ever you want to say before me?"

Jason pleaded "Evelyn please, I have to talk with you personally."

Evelyn turned to Mia and slapped on her arm. She said "Mia, please wait for me in the room. I will come in half an hour."

Mia smiled and said "Okay."

Evelyn and Jason went to the ice cream shop nearby.

They both sat at the table and Jason ordered her ice cream.

Jason knows that Evelyn likes butterscotch flavor. So he ordered one butterscotch flavored ice cream for Evelyn and a chocolate ice cream for him.

Then Evelyn put down her bag on the table and said, "what is the matter Jason? Anything important?"

Jason is going back to his hometown today.

So, actually he should be busy with his packing.

But he called her to come and meet her.

So, it must be something important.

Jason caught Evelyn's hand and said, "Evelyn, I love you so much."

Evelyn blushed and said, "I love you too."

Jason looked at Evelyn adorably and said "Evelyn, I am going to hometown."

"When I go there, I will talk to my parents about you. Soon, we will get married and become life partners."

"Evelyn, I just came to ask you one thing. Are you ready for the marriage now? I mean, I know that we have been in relationship only from two months."

"But we have understood each other better than even wife and husband."

"Evelyn, I want to marry you and start a new life with you as soon as possible. Just want to make sure you are also ready for it."

Evelyn smiled brightly. She loves Jason so much.

She has never seen a good and sweet person like Jason.

Jason is a very considerate person.

He understands a person well and feels their problem as his.

Jason is from a rich family.

He is going to start his own business in the same city after completing his studies.

Evelyn also wants to get married to Jason as soon as possible.

She has led all her life alone without any love.

Now God has sent her love in the form of Jason. So, how can she deny it.

Evelyn wrapped Jason's palms in her hands and said, "Jason, I am very happy to get married to you. I also want to become your wife and cherish my life with you."

"But I only have one condition."

Jason's heart skipped a beat.

He doesn't want to lose Evelyn. So he is worried what would be that condition.

He asked worriedly, "what is that Evelyn? Please tell me."

Evelyn smiled and said "it is nothing Jason."

"You know that I am an orphan. I lost my parents when I am 12 years old."

"After my parents died, my uncle tried to snatch my properties from my hands."

"At that time it is uncle Mike who helped me. He protected me and my wealth."

"He helped with my education and also even gave me fatherly love."

"The only person who cares about me and whom I care is only uncle Mike. So I want to talk to him about our love and take his blessings."

"So, Jason give me some time for it. I will go and talk to him about my love tomorrow."

Jason could not say no to this.

He knew how much uncle Mike is important for Evelyn.

"After getting his blessings, we will go together to our hometown and talk to my parents."

"My parents will never say no to my wish. They will always consider my happiness and welcome you happily."

Evelyn nodded her head.

She also met Jason's parents a couple of times.

Jason introduced her as a friend.

She knew that the mother and father love she lost at her young age, she can acquire it through them.

She said "Okay Jason, as you said, we will go and talk to your parents after talking to uncle Mike. First I will get uncle's consent. Then we can go to him and talk about us."

Jason felt a little worried and uncomfortable at the word 'consent'.

Jason asked, "Evelyn, what if your uncle won't agree for our relation? Will you leave me?"

Evelyn listened to the question of Jason and stood there silently.

Jason's heart is beating fast.

Jason asked again "tell me Evelyn, what you will do if uncle does not approve of our relationship. Will you give up on me?"

Evelyn forced a smile and said, "Jason, don't think negatively. Uncle will never reject our relationship. He likes me and cares about me a lot."

"He won't do something which will make me sad. He will definitely approve our relationship. Rest assured."

Evelyn assured Jason that uncle will definitely like Jason and approve our relationship.

Jason smiled brightly. Now he is sure that Uncle will not reject them.

But still out-of curiosity he asked "Evelyn, what you will do if uncle rejects me. What you will do?"

Jason wants to know what Evelyn will do if something unexpected happens, which they are not expecting.

Jason added, "just out of curiosity."

Evelyn face became a little serious, "she said, Jason I love you, I love you a lot. But I also like uncle so much. Now I have graduated, and can support myself without anyone. But he stood by me when no one was with me and took care of me like an own daughter."

"If uncle really rejects, I also won't pursue you anymore. I will end our relationship."

Jason's mind got blocked when he listened to it.

He thought that Evelyn will say that she will not leave him even if he rejects him.

He thought she will say that she will fight with him and stay together forever.

But he never thought she will leave him just for him.

His heart pained a lot. His beloved lady is giving more importance to outsider than him.

Evelyn understood the gloominess of Jason and hurriedly grabbed his hand. She took his hand and wrapped it in her palms and said, "Jason, but I am to give you word that anything will not happen like that. Uncle will definitely like you and approves our relation. After that, we will go to your parents and get their blessing for our marriage. Trust me."

Evelyn comforted Jason.

As he has to leave to his hometown, Jason left the shop after that.

Evelyn also went back to her room.

Both Mia and Evelyn got ready for the party.

Mia chose a short tube dress with red bright lipstick.

Evelyn chose a peach blossom color floral dress which is complementing her perfect body.

She left her long brown color hair freely on her back.

She chose a white color heels, which is making her already slender figure look more slender.

They called the taxi and both went to the pub which is famous in the A city.

Actually, they cannot afford to enter even into the pub.

But their class members have organized it and a rich lad who is the current boyfriend of Mia sponsored it.

They entered the pub easily.

Evelyn is not at all interested in these types of parties.

She always likes her surroundings to be quiet and calm.

But she came today to keep the heart of Mia.

Mia went inside the pub and searched for her boyfriend.

Her boyfriend saw Mia and came. He hugged Mia directly.

He kissed her lips and said, "baby, I am waiting for you."

Mia is also a spoiled girl who hooks up with a rich man. She enjoys with them for few days' breakup with them when she got bored.

Evelyn does not like this nature Mia at all.

But Mia does not change her attitude, even thought she has warned her so many times that the game she is playing is very dangerous, and it could hurt her anytime.

But Mia never listens to her.

Evelyn sticks to her only because Mia is a very good girl by her heart and loves Evelyn so much.

Mia blushed like a red rose.

Then Jacob said "Come on let us go. Our friends are waiting for us."

Mia nodded her head.

She said, "Evelyn, let us go."

Evelyn not at all want to go with Mia and Jacob.

Jacob is not a good person. He had very bad name in the college that he treats girl rudely and even beats them.

Evelyn shook her head and said, "You go, I will stay here and have a drink."

Mia caught Evelyn's hand and pulled her along with her.
