Devil's CRUEL Love (Book 3 in Possessive Series)

Somewhere in the U.S:-

A teenage boy whose heart was broken was reading his father's journal book at his favorite cafe.

Every page of the journal belonged to his father's life experiences. His father's pain, his father's happiness, and bonding of love and friendship were written in the pages of the Journal.

The owner of the journal and the father of the teenage boy was- 'PIYUSH KHANNA'

"Yes Senior", They both replied in unison

"What's the record of our new patient?", the senior doctor asked

"Sir! His vitals are improving and he is ready for his surgery", Piyush replied

"Good", the senior doctor said

"Where is Dr. Piyali Rai ?", the same doctor asked

"Sir ! She is on her round Senior". , Said Mayank

"Okay! Keep updating me about the heart patient's report", Said the same senior doctor

"Yes Senior", They both replied in unison

Two best friends were in the same field as a doctor.

"Hey! Piya? Where were you?", Asked Mayank

Piyali was looking at him.

"What's wrong?", Asked Piyush

Piyali was staring at them without blinking her eyes.

"Piya just tells us yaar?", Said Mayank

"Nothing I'm going back to my hostel", Piyali said and stood up.

"Soon?", Asked Piyush

"Yeah! My shifts are over", Piyali said as she ran away from there.

Both Piyush and Mayank shared a confusing look but they knew that something was going wrong in her.

The next day at the Mayank and Piyush's apartment -

Piyali was crying hard. Both boys panic at her outburst.

"Piya! Tell us please?", Piyush requested her.

"Yeah! Why are you crying? See your best friends are here with you?", Mayank said to Piyali

Piyali stared at them for a while and took courage and said "I'm pregnant"

She sobbed loudly.

Both Mayank and Piyush stood still at their place.

"What are you saying, Piya ?", Piyush asked her.

"You're Pregnant? What the hell did you do?", Mayank angrily yelled at her.

Piyush provided his warm embrace to her. She puts her head on his chest. She heard his extremely wild running heartbeat.

"I'm sorry, Piya. But you know we are still juniors and in the learning process of our careers", Mayank said and apologized for his behavior.

Piyali shook her head and then Mayank asked her, "Who is He?"

"Guys! Don't think wrong. I love him and I don't know but we did it and I'm two weeks pregnant. My parents will kill me if they find out about my pregnancy and about him too", Piyali said panickedly.

"Now what are you going to do? Did you tell him about the pregnancy?", Asked Mayank and she shook her head negatively at them.

Three of them sighed loudly.

After one week at the hospital -

"Dr. Rai and Dr. Khanna !! Dr. Gulati (a senior doctor) was asking about you", Said the Head Nurse as They nodded and went to meet the senior doctor.

Both Piyush and Piyali went to meet the senior doctor.

"Doctors! There is a very complicated case. A patient is brutally raped, assaulted by every means and she is pregnant", Senior doctor Dr. Gulati told them.

Piyush and Piyali nodded in understanding.

"But the main problem is her mental health. Her condition is not good", Said Dr. Gulati.

"You can discuss more of it with Dr. Kashyap. He is also part of this case. By the way, the patient's name is MEERA Kishore and her guardians are AMBER Mehta and NEIL Sinha, Her best friends", Dr. Gulati said as rubbed his temple.

"Anything is wrong, Sir?", Asked Piyali

"This case is very sensitive and confidential too. so I want all three of you to be very cautious in front of her because she is a broken fragile teenage girl. Do your best Doctors", Dr. Gulati said both Piyush and Piyali went to see their new patient.

Time passed quickly, and Mayank confessed his undying love for Meera in front of me. I was praying day and night to God to please do something and make Meera love my brother back.

And here I am still waiting for her.

After reading half of the Journal book his father, Neil closed the book.

"Dad! I promise I will love you forever. You're my most precious one. And you'll always be my favorite person. My father! Piyush Khanna. I promise you, Dad. I will take revenge on whoever hurt you, gave you pain, and broke your heart Because I am your son", Neil Khanna said as his eyes glued to the diary.

It wasn't a simple diary.

It was a journal of a person whose life was full of ups and downs with unexpected Twists and turns.

Neil was reading every page of his father's journal with both curiosity and pain.

"I love you Dad", Neil muttered softly under his breath.

Neil was a nineteen-year-old boy and was eating his favorite lasagna while looking outside of the cafe.

The day was bright and sunny but his life was not as it was full of darkness, bitterness, pain, and heartbreaks.

He closed his eyes to eliminate his pain but nothing worked for him.

Soon he opened his eyes and his eyes landed on a little girl with two pigtails who was struggling to walk.

He frowned slightly as her steps were shaky and her eyes were full of fatty tears.

That little girl was in immense pain. Because of the pain, her whole face turned red, like a tomato.

Neil walked outside of the cafe and soon stood behind her. He saw her frock was stained and full of red patches on it.

Those stains and patches were bloody.

Neil sucked a deep breath as he understood the reason behind her shaky walk.

He cleared his throat and asked in a low voice to her, "How old are you?".

That girl was startled and turned around to see the person. She got scared but something calmed her down. He was a young beautiful boy and his deep hazel eyes were looking at her naive, innocent, and pure soul.

Neil arched his eyebrows when he didn't get any response from the little girl.

"I . I. I am 11 years old, Uncle", She stuttered badly in front of his dominant aura.

Neil burst into a loud laugh when he heard her saying to him Uncle.

"Little Dove! I'm not an uncle but yeah I am older than you for nine years", Neil said in his husky voice.

His laugh melted in her ears. She was staring at his beautiful hazel eyes.

Suddenly she clutched her stomach in pain and whimpered.

Tears were continuously flowing through her brown eyes. Something struck in his heart when he saw tears in her eyes.

She saw her frock covered in blood and gasped loudly in fear.

Neil saw this and felt bad for the poor little girl who didn't know what happened to her.

Neil opened his shirt and wrapped it around her waist. She was shaking with fear and pain.

"Don't worry! You're in good shape so go directly to your home and tell your mother about this", Neil explained to her.

"Am I ill?", She asked while looking at him.

Neil shook his head negatively ruffled her silky pigtails and smiled at her, "No! You're growing up"

"Huh?", Her confused face looked so adorable to him that he pulled out her chubby cheeks but she made faces.

Neil again said, "Go directly to your home and tell your mother about this"

"Can't you tell me what is wrong with me?", She impatiently asked him.

"Sorry but it's not my place to say anything", Neil exclaimed.

"Hmmm! But I don't have any mother?", She said sadly.

"What?", Neil asked her and she nodded her head, "Yes".

"Any other woman?", Neil again asked

She nodded and said, "I have a granny".

She smiled as she remembered her grandmother.

Neil felt happy to see her smiling and he started to move away from her.

"But uncle! Your shirt?", She said

"Take it! It's yours now", Neil replied and she blinked severally.

"And don't call me Uncle", Neil glared at her.

"Then what do I call you? Mr. Long legs!", She asked him.

Neil again laughed at the new name 'Mr. Long leg'.

"Devil! I'm DEVIL", Neil said to her.

"Okay, Mr. Devil! I'll return your shirt when we meet again", She said and Neil replied, "Let's see!".

"But What's your name Little girl", He asked and she frowned upon his words.

She thought for a second and suddenly said, "ANGEL. I'm ANGEL"

Angel aka Aashmaan didn't tell Neil her real name.

Neil smirked at her and Aashmaan waved her little hand.

"Devil's Angel", Devil murmured unknowingly and went to meet his brothers.

Today I married her. Yes, I am married to the love of my life .. Piyali Rai is now my wife. Wife of Dr. Piyush Khanna

Piyali Piyush Khanna.

This new feeling and her new name send me a tingling sensation all over my body.

She did not want to marry me but Mayank made her understand the situation that she needed to marry someone before showing her baby bump, before her family knew and tried to harm her. Then why not marry the best friend who knew her very well? I know how hard her family Is.

If Her family comes to know about her pregnancy they will surely kill her, her baby, and that man too. And thank God that She understood his words and At last she agreed. We went to court and signed the marriage certificate.

She didn't even look at me the whole time and that hurt me a lot.

I just wanted to protect her from her family and the cruel Society.

She was crying and continuously crying. I wanted to hold her in my arms and console her but I did not want her to think that I was taking advantage of her.

She loves YUVRAAJ and here she got married to one of her best friends.

I felt bad for her but it was best for her and also for the baby.

I got attached to the baby when the very first time I heard the low sound of the heartbeats of the baby, I instantly felt unconditional love, an unbreakable bond with the baby.

Dad! I swear I'll chase him and kill him.

I never shed a single tear for you and I'll never do it because you are living in my heart, my mind, and in my every thought.

This heart only belongs to you and I can't share it with anyone not even with my girlfriend.

"I've been with her for two years. yes, It's been one year of our relationship. I love my Avu so much and she loves me back with the same passion. She makes me crazy for her and I'll never leave her"

Neil thought and again started to read a new page of his father's journal then suddenly a girl came and hugged him.

Neil turned around and saw his love was looking at him with blue striking eyes. He smiled pulled her towards his chest and captured her lips in a sweet passionate kiss.

The girl smiled and said, "I love you, baby"

"I love You too Baby", Neil said and held her firmly.

"Neil! Why are you always reading this book?", Avni saw a journal book in his hands again and asked him.

"It's my life, Baby that's why", Neil replied and put the journal book back into his backpack.

"But I am with you and you are busy with this book", Avni pouted and played with his shirt's button.

Neil rubbed her chin with the back of his hands and stared into her ocean-blue eyes which held affection for him.

Avni again said, "My boyfriend loves his Book more than his girlfriend"

Avni wiped her fake tears.

"Avu! I indeed love my book more than anything in the entire world", Neil's words were true because he cared about his family and his friends too.

"Oh really? Then let's break up", Avni casually said and Neil fisted her hair as she yelped in pain.

"Don't you ever utter these words", Neil gritted his teeth loosened his grip on her hair, and held her waist tightly.

Her blue eyes were looking deep into his Hazel eyes.

She was afraid of his reaction when he got to know about her real intentions. She controlled her hammering heart.

"What would you do when I disappear from your life", AVNI badly wanted to know his answer.

"I will chase you, search you, find you, capture you, torture you, and at last I will kill you", Neil said and his eyes were red as burning fire.

Avni trembled at his words ...

Avni feared him and his Devilish dangerous aura. She knows that she is playing with fire and this fire will only burn her but she is not that naive. She made a perfect plan to escape from him.

Avni gulped down and kissed his lips. His hungry desires were awakened by her moves. He kissed her roughly and hardly made bruises on her lips.

"Neil! Are you going back to your Brother?", Avni asked And he nodded, "Yes Avu! Arjun is my family and I can't live without my family.

"But he doesn't like me and our feelings are mutual", Avni said and looked down as she knew that Arjun Kashyap, Davis Grey, and Daniel Miller didn't like her.

"I know that you both have some issues and I can't help you with him. I Love him more than you, Baby", Niel chinned up her face and said.

Niel kissed her forehead lovingly and said, "We will meet next week, Baby"

And Neil left her alone and went back to his brothers.

Avni was clenching and unclenching her fist and flared up.

On the other hand, Arjun was waiting for Neil to come back from that girl.

For some reason, Arjun didn't like Avni and Avni knew this very well. Arjun warned Neil a few times but when Arjun saw how much Neil was deeply in love with her, he shut his mouth and completely ignored her existence.

"You came back", Arjun asked him.

"Yeah", Neil replied

"Good", Arjun said as he rolled his eyes.

"Jun! I know that you don't like My Avni but I love her", Neil said softly.

"I know Neil that's why I am tolerating her existence in our family", Arjun said in a cold tone.

"Jun! I love you more than her but I also don't want you to disrespect her. She is my love, My Ruling Star", Neil replied and Arjun sighed, "Neil ! I'm sorry if my words hurt you but your ruling star makes me think about how to protect you from her".

"Hahaha! Jun! She is a fragile woman who loves me too much", Neil said happily.

"Okay! We will see but remember one thing that Piyush's Uncle and Dad always said is 'Choose our lady wisely, because they represent Us", Arjun said and went to attend his classes.

Neil sighed and closed his eyes...

Neil remembered his father and Uncle's words. They always taught them how to stay safe from the world's Cruelty.

"But I love her damn much that it even hurts to think about leaving her and Arjun you are my everything. My brother, my family and I don't want to go against your words", Neil said in his low voice.

A month later:-

"Baby", Avni came running towards him and jumped into his arms.

"Hey Avu", Neil embraced her in his arms and held her body tightly.

"Why are you so happy today, huh? What's the matter?", Neil asked her.

"I got selected for the 'World Fashion Competition' in Paris. They sent me an offer to join them in the next workshop", She smiled and he felt happy for her.

But suddenly her face turned sour as Neil watched and asked her, "What's wrong, Baby?"

"Nothing" , She whispered softly.

"Tell me! I'm your boyfriend baby so don't hide anything from me", Neil said while his tone was concerning.

"I need to go there immediately", Her voice was merely a whisper

"When?", Neil asked her

"In a week", Avni said and looked at him.

"Then go", He genuinely said to her.

"No baby, I won't", She said and tears welled up in her eyes

"Baby! Go and follow your dreams and I'll follow you around", Neil happily said to her and claimed her lips.

"I love You Avi !! My butterfly", Neil said lovingly.

"I love you too, My Sky", Avni replied as her eyes beamed.

Neil and his girlfriend Avni were madly in love with each other then what was the role of Aashmaan?

Neil dropped his girlfriend at the NY Airport. His heart was in pain and she also didn't want him to leave but it was her dream to join the fashion Workshop in Paris for three months.

Neil supported her and waved his hands while looking at her. She waved back and disappeared from his sight.

"Today is my twentieth birthday but you forgot, baby", Neil whispered to himself and sadly smiled.

"I love you baby and we'll meet soon", Neil murmured and went to his favorite cafe to eat and read his father's journal.

At the same time, A lady came to the apartment Where Arjun and Neil were staying.

"Why are you here ?", Arjun asked her.

"I'm here to see my lovely boys", Lady replied with a sweet genuine smile.

"Aunt Piyali, You meet me so you can go now because he will not be happy to see you here", Arjun said sadly.

"But Neil is my Son, Junie. Please", Piyali said as her heart cracked.

Yes, Her name was Piyali and she was the biological mother of Neil Khanna.

"Aunt! I don't want to see him sad so will you please go back and leave us alone", Arjun said and sighed weakly.

Arjun wanted to reunite them but Neil's heart was wounded by his mother. Arjun and Neil both had the same fate.

Arjun had Mayank (Arjun's father) but Neil lost his father as well as his mother.

Mayank tried to fill the position of Piyush in Neil's life but it wasn't possible because the bond Piyush and Neil shared was innocent and pure.

Piyush held a strong position in Neil's life like Mayank in Arjun's life.

"But", Piyali started to say something but Arjun instantly hugged her and simply said, "Just go back, Aunty. It's not the right time".

"I want him back in my life, Arjun, and tell me where I went wrong and that my blood hates me", Piyali cried in Arjun's arms.

When Meera (Arjun's mother), Piyush, and Koohu (Arjun's sister) died. Mayank wasn't in his senses and drowned himself in the depth of depression then Piyali was their only support who protected them from Vikranth Singh Grover (Villain) and his ways to harm them.

Piyali took care of both of them. Neil was her son but Arjun wasn't she accepted Arjun wholeheartedly because of Mayank, her best friend who married Meera and adopted Arjun as his own. Piyali loved Arjun the same way she loved Neil.

Piyali never differentiated between them. But her one decision snatched Neil away from her. When Mayank saw Arjun and Neil were losing themselves and their innocence in the darkness and the loneliness, his senses came back and swore to give them the lovely childhood they deserved.

Mayank and Piyali decided to send them out of India for their higher studies. But after sending them, Neil slowly started to cut himself from her and chose to stay with Arjun and Mayank. Arjun was always in Piyali's touch. She was the only mother figure in Arjun's life and Arjun was attached to Piyali.

"You didn't but our destiny went wrong so leave him at his mercy", Arjun replied to her and wiped her tears.

Two years ago on Neil's 18th birthday.

Neil POV:-

"Happy Birthday Neil", Arjun wished me and took me in his brotherly embrace.

I love Arjun and I never felt awkward to confess my love for him.

We are going back to India to meet our father. My Uncle stood in my life at my father's place. Dr. Mayank Kashyap (Arjun's father)

We landed at the International Airport of India and went directly to meet Uncle Mayank.

But Uncle was not there. He never wished us directly in our face. Both Arjun and I knew him very well.

We both entered his room and found my birthday gift on his table with two envelopes. A letter envelope. I smiled and collected my gifts. Arjun scoffed and I laughed at him. Because Uncle has nothing left for Arjun. but on Arjun's birthday, he left gifts for me.

I am only three months younger than Arjun and he loves me and protects me like an older brother.

I went to my room freshened up and started to read the letters. The first letter was from Uncle Mayank.

How are you? I hope you and your

My brother is doing fine.

A very happy birthday.

You're 18 now so I wanted to give you the most important treasure of my life which belongs to you. I'm sorry for not coming and wishing you directly but you and Arjun both know what my reasons are.

I'm giving you back what I was holding dearly near my heart. I live my life with your father but after losing him, I am just spending my days just to protect the two precious gems of our life.

Piyush never wanted you to know about his pain but I remembered that one day he told me that if anything suddenly happened to him then give his diaries to his son .. His Son- the one and only NEIL KHANNA...

I wiped my tears and smiled at his words.

My uncle will never be changed that's why I like him so much and never hide my true feelings from him and Arjun too.

I tore the wrapping paper and opened the box and found five diaries and one special Journal book and Tears were engraved on the cover of it.

I put all the diaries back into the box and took the journal book in my hands.

My hands were shaking and my heart was repeating his beat in unrhythmic ways.

I opened the pages and it broke my heart into millions of tiny pieces.

"She wants to Divorce me and remarry to him"

I felt suffocated. I wanted to cry but at the same time, my heart filled with hate and anger for her. My mother, the wife of my father wanted to divorce him and ...

I just couldn't take it anymore.

She did whatever she wanted for a long time.

After the death of my father, she married another man and that's why I chose to stay with Arjun and Uncle. I hate her.

I immediately left the house for peace and God knows where I was wandering around but soon I bumped into someone.

"Hey you, Can't you see?"

I saw a very beautiful girl with striking blue eyes. She was wearing black skimpy jeans with a white shite shirt and a denim jacket. She was looking very beautiful in the dress.

"Are you dumb ?", the girl glared at him.

"Sorry, Miss! But I didn't see you", I said but my eyes were stuck on her.

"It's okay", She said and started to move but I held her hands and she pushed me.

Anrising inside my body and mind were screaming at me to tear her apart. But soon she said, "Sorry" and my anger flew away.

"Uh hi! I'm Neil"

She looked at me for a minute and replied, "AVNI"

"Avni!"

I tried to call her name and in swift her name rolled on my tongue and I felt a jolt of electricity run into my whole body. It was the first time I was talking to a girl and felt peace in my mind.
