Caught between two alphas

"Now boys I don't want to get any report about you guys fighting okay?" Fiona Sawyer, the luna of the pack of wolves in California said to her twin boys who are always at loggerheads.

Wolves lived among the humans and they tend to protect their identity and keep their whole life secret because they would be hunted by hunters, during the daytime wolves do not go out in their wolf form only at night do they go out.

"Yes mom, I promise I won't have a brawl with Mr cool pants" Brooklyn said sarcastically as he smirked.

"Stop it Brooklyn" Fiona cautioned as she helped him knot his tie.

"Okay mom" Brooklyn replied gruffly.

"I hope you'll be okay at school and no fight okay?" Fiona said to Austin as she took his tie and started knotting it.

"Yea mom" Austin replied and took his keys from the table and left without sparing Brooklyn a glance.

Brooklyn went to school in his car and parked outside where the girls could see him. When he parked his car, he stepped out of his car to be met with screams from girls. Not only are they famous for their handsome looks but they are also famous for their wealth.

Their father is one of the richest men in the world, he tops the fourth on the Forbes list and doesn't leave that spot.

Brooklyn who has deep green eyes like his mom with his hair blonde is the one who loves all the attention and respect, while Austin who has deep moonlight blue eyes and has dark hair a few inches taller than his twin is the quiet one who doesn't like being disturbed.

He takes solace in quiet places where he could either play his guitar or use his phone. Austim got down from his car and walked to the class without raising his head to look at the girls who stared at him.

"I heard he's rude" One muttered though Austin heard it due to his sharp ear.

"He doesn't go easy on girls" Another muttered.

"But he's just so cute" One drooled. Austin entered the class with his head bowed, walked to the class and headed for his seat which is at the back, the whole class turned quiet upon his arrival as the girls all drooled.

"Hi, I am Sophie" A girl approached him, he looked at her and without uttering a word walked out of the class.

After Austin walked out Brooklyn, entered the class with his girlfriend Ella who was dressed as a stripper with a tight jean jacket and a tight making mini skirt to go.

As Brooklyn entered the class, the class became loud and lively as they all talked about Ella's birthday which Brooklyn wanted to host at his house.

Each one of them has different houses and only stay with their mom and dad once in a while or on important and rare occasion.

"Would Austin attend the party?" A girl questioned.

"No, he won't" Brooklyn replied through gritted teeth. The chatter about the party continued until a teacher entered the class making the students groan and exit back to their seats.

The teacher spent an hour and a half teaching astronomy which bored the hell outta Brooklyn, he looked around in search of his twin brother and couldn't find him in the class.

"Son of a bitch is probably screwing a bitch out there " Brooklyn thought with a smirk.

The teacher taught for a few minutes before he left the class which made the students happy as they all began to chatter about the party Brooklyn was hosting.

"Calm down everyone" Brooklyn said as he climbed his table.

"It's gonna be lit and fun, get ready to get drunk and play T or D" Brooklyn screamed as everybody cheered for Brooklyn.

Everyone went out for breakfast when the bell rang and Brooklyn wasn't surprised when he couldn't find Austin

"Hi, Brooklyn this is my new number, call me if you're free" Brinda said with a wink as she passed a paper to me and walked to her seat swaying her sexy ass at Brooklyn.

Austin spent his time alone in the school garden which was mostly quiet and peaceful, he spent time looking at the sky and just enjoyed the peace and quietness of the environment.

He used his guitar to play different tunes and just composed songs that only he and his diary would know about.

"Oh so nice to be away from people, especially the screaming ones" Austin thought with irritation.

"Wow this place seems to have the best view, why not move my party over here or why not bring Ella here for some deep penetration" Brooklyn said with a smirk as he looked around the garden.

"What are you doing here you have no business here so leave" Austin said as he looked at Brooklyn with angry eyes. Brooklyn ignored him and continued checking out the garden.

"You don't have to be here so leave" Austin said as his eyes turned white and an ice ball came out of his hand while Brooklyn looked at him angrily as his own eyes turned red and a fireball came out of his hand.

"I don't need to fight you before I beat you since you want the garden, it's yours" Austin said as he took his guitar and diary before leaving the garden for the class.

Austin headed to the class and sat in his seat when he entered class.

"Hi, Austin if you need any help at home feel free to give my phone a beep" A girl said as she passed a paper to Austin who didn't glance at the paper before throwing it in the trash bin making the girl feel embarrassed.

"He's such a cold demi-god" A girl muttered to her friend as she looked at him with a smile but he glared at her in return.

"Calm down bro, it's not like you're gay at least you've screwed a thousand bitches you don't remember so stop making girls feel like you don't find them attractive" Brooklyn said with a smirk as he angered his brother who ignored him.

"Here have the paper back, stop being egocentric and call her, she's quite good in bed, talking from experience you would have great sex" Brooklyn whispered to Austin who pushed him, making the class shout as Austin got up and held Brooklyn's collar.

"Mind your business, whatever anyone thinks about me isn't your business so stop all the action" Austin warned as he left Brooklyn's collar roughly.

The whole class began to chatter as everybody looked at Austin with fear, he ignored everyone and started reading his tablet.

"No worries everyone, we play like this always, so you don't have to be afraid" Brooklyn asserted to everybody with a smirk as he looked at Austin with anger.

Another teacher came to the class which made Brooklyn angry as he was about to taunt his brother.

The teacher taught for three hours with Brooklyn talking to a girl and the teacher warned him severally but he ignored the teacher.

"Hey Brenda, I'll be in the janitor's closet, meet me there in five" Brooklyn said to the lady who sat a few meters away from him.

With a look of joy, Brenda excused herself from the class and headed to the janitor closet to wait for Brooklyn.

Brooklyn stood up and winked at his close friend, Jack who smiled and gave him a thumbs up.

Brooklyn left the class without sparing the teacher a Glance and the teacher made a mental note to report the boys to their parents.

Brooklyn went to the closet where he met Brenda naked already and started fucking her.

"And if Ella hears a word about this, you're dead meat" Brooklyn said to Brenda who promised to keep everything a secret. With a beaming smile, Brenda walked to the class and sat down in her seat.

Brooklyn spent the next few hours with his friend Jack whom they both left school and went clubbing. They both drank to their heart's content and left for a casino where they both spent lots of money on meaningless bets.

When it was dark Brooklyn drove home roughly with Jack in the passenger seat who screamed most times when Brooklyn drove too fast.

They both got to Brooklyn's House and staggered inside as the maid ran to help them both.

The maid took Brooklyn to his room and cleaned his body before she went back and took Jack to the guest room where he slept till the next day.

Brooklyn woke up feeling a heavy hangover and ordered the maid to make anything that would reduce the hangover. After a few minutes, the maid returned with a darkish liquid in a mug.

He took a sip of the bitter liquid and squeezed my face. "Where's Jack?" Brooklyn asked the maid who was already leaving with the tray.

"He's having his breakfast sir" The maid replied as she walked out of his room.

Brooklyn walks sluggishly to the bathroom where he spends ten minutes and comes out and dresses in a short knicker and a blue top then heads out to the dining room. When he got to the dining room he was amazed to see Jack eating hungrily.

"I guess your hangover makes you devour food?" Brooklyn taunted as the maid served his food.

"Believe me I haven't had any good food in a long time now" Jack answered.

"Now I see why your sister always wants you out of the house always" Brooklyn mocked with a grin.

"Not cool dude, my twin is a demon, her presence alone is so much of a spoiler" Jack said with an eye roll as he pictures his twin sister Jill.

They both throw casual remarks about how terrible their twin is and laugh as they both discuss the pranks they've pranked their twin and finish their food then went to the game room where they spent the whole day playing video games.

Austin spent the whole day listening to music and left immediately the bell rang, though he couldn't find Brooklyn around as he left the school and went to his apartment and met his mom outside.

"Hello, mom" Austin said in a low voice.

"How are you doing son?" Fiona asked.

"I am cool" He replied and opened the door for Fiona who came in and looked around the dark large building her introverted son decided to stay in.

"Son isn't it high time you get a maid?".Fiona inquired as Austin turned on the lights.

"Mom please just stop it okay, I don't need a maid and that's it period" Austin said boldly as he went to the fridge and bought out a can of monster drink.

"Son I know it's hard to forget about Nicole but you've got to move in and find yourself a lady, you can't just mourn her for the rest of your days" Fiona said making Austin feel terrible as Nicole's face appeared in his head.

"Mom please just stop it, I can't take it anymore" Austin pleaded as he stared at his mom with angry eyes.

"Calm down son I never meant to hurt you, you don't have to see her or talk to her, just have a maid to take care of all the minor jobs in the house and that's all I'm asking for. Is it too much to ask for as a mother?" Fiona demanded getting emotional which made Austin soft.

"Fine I'll get a maid but I never want her to leave in the same house with me" Austin replied to his mom who was rejoicing already.

"No son the house would be extremely lonely, so please just let her stay in one of the guest rooms and she'll sign a contract to come out only when you've left the house" Fiona pleaded with puppy eyes.

"Okay mom I've agreed now would you please excuse me I have to take a shower" Austim said as he started going to his room.

"Thanks, son, I'll publish it and try to find the best for you!" Fiona responded as she started hatching a mischievous plan in her head.

Her cell phone rang making her clear her thoughts and pick up the call.

"Hello" She said to her husband's PA.

"Hello ma'am, there's trouble and you need to get home quickly" The PA said with panic which made Fiona scared.

She hung up the call and informed Austin that something terrible has happened at home. Austin got dressed fast and took his car keys before racing to the park where he drove above the normal speed to get home.

Upon reaching the house, he saw the whole relatives and the shaman and a few wolves standing around another wolf who seemed dead.

"Probably another wolf was killed by a hunter" Austin thought.

He and Fiona walked hurriedly walked towards the dead wolf and were surprised to see that the dead wolf is his father.

Fiona out of shock passed out and was rushed inside the house immediately. Austin knelt and buried his head in his father's corpse and Brooklyn joined him for a few minutes.

They neither felt like crying nor did they feel like screaming or doing anything. It felt like a nightmare as each just looked at their father's wolf form.

Their uncle tried to console them as they both stared at their father's corpse not being able to do anything.

They neither stood up nor moved when their uncle pleaded to stop. Austin checked around his father's body and discovered he was shot.

"He was shot right?" Austin demanded as his eyes started turning red which was more dangerous than turning blue.

Austin stood up and went to the forest beside his house and with a loud cry used a whirlwind to blow out every human who was in the forest and with the loud rumbling of thunder and flashes of lightning he made it rain heavily.

Fiona woke up later and started weeping, she sobbed and was being consoled by her sister.

"Where's Austin?" Fiona asked suddenly as she heard the rumbling of thunder.

"I heard he left towards the forest side" Her sister replied.

Fiona hurriedly wore her slippers and ran to the forest as it began raining and saw Austin in the cold heavy rain as he increased the thunder.

" Please just stop it, doing this won't solve anything" Fiona pleaded as she held his hand.

Jayden let his mother take him home as he felt empty inside, he's losing someone he loves the most and all because of humans who hunt in their forest without caring about any other thing.

They got home and saw the shaman performing the rites on his father's corpse and he started crying as he went down beside his father and hugged him for the last time before taking him away.

"Fiona we need you inside please" Marie, her sister called. Fiona went inside and met, Harry, her husband's brother sitting with his head bowed and the other wolves who worked with her husband.

"Fiona, your husband is a very popular figure and his death would affect a lot of things, especially Austin and Brooklyn" Harry asserted to Fiona who sniffed and sobbed silently.

"So we need to make a funeral that would clear the thoughts of those humans, while we perform all the rights in secret" Harry said to Fiona who nodded with tears.

"Fiona, the court would decide who takes over the company and who becomes the alpha" A minister said as he pats Fiona's shoulder and leave.

"No, please it'll cause a rift between them, and they're too young to take responsibilities please" Fiona pleaded.

"Face it Fiona they would be 18 soon and would that also be called being young?" The minister questioned as he angrily left.

Austin who had heard what they said entered to console his mum who just sobbed on his shoulder.

Brooklyn came inside with his eyes red and stayed beside his mom who held both sons together. "Mom when would Dad be buried?" Brooklyn asked looking at his mom.

"A date hasn't been set son, it's up to the court to decide everything now and you both would have to stop school for some time till your father has been buried and it has been announced to the public" Fiona answered as she pats Brooklyn's shoulder.

Austin and Brooklyn decided to come live with their mother till the whole thing was over.

On the day of the rites, Fiona, Austin and Brooklyn couldn't hold back their tears as their beloved one was lowered to the ground.

After the funeral, everybody headed to the house where Fiona and the court members when to discuss in the office.

"Austin is the right one to become the alpha" One of the members said.

"No Brooklyn should be the one to become alpha since he's the open one, Austin is quiet and more dangerous than Brooklyn, and he isn't after becoming alpha so Brooklyn can be made alpha" Another argued.

"No the right to become alpha is Austin's by right. Remember Brooklyn was born first but was quiet till the next day but Austin was born a few minutes after his brother and he cried out immediately he was born so automatically Austin is the first and would be made the alpha and head of the company" Harry said which got the members nodding their approval.

Brooklyn who had been outside eavesdropping got angry as he heard what his uncle said and left the house in anger, he went to Forest and made the whole forest rumble. He used a large fireball to burn up half of the forest.

With anger, he made way to the city and was about to burn up a house when Austin stopped him.

"Enough, burning half of the forest is more than enough to vent your anger" Austin said as he held Brooklyn's hand.

"Let go, you bastard!" Brooklyn yelled as he stared at Austim with anger.

"Enough let's head back to the house, it won't be good if the humans discover about our existence" Austin said which angered Brooklyn the more.

"Must you always be the one?" Brooklyn asked with disdain.

"What do you mean?" Austin retorted.

"You're always the one mom gives excess attention, always the one who girls are willing to fall at your feet, the snobbish one yet they went you over me, and guess what the court wants you as their head!" Brooklyn screamed furiously as he pushes his brother and throws a fireball at him. Austin dodged the fireballs and used ice balls to retaliate.

Not minding any consequences they both floated in the air and started throwing balls at their selves.

The fireballs hit the building and started setting the street ablaze and people rushed out in panic and watched the most strange scene they've witnessed.

Fiona turned on the television to listen to the numerous lies reporters would formulate about her husband.

She was astonished to see her sons up floating in the air and fighting. With a swoosh sound, she teleported to the place where they were.

"Enough you two! Today your father was buried and the least you could do is fight and try to burn up the whole street!?" Fiona said angrily and ordered Austin to use his ice breath to quench the fire.

After quenching the fire they all teleported home and Fiona scolded them for letting their anger get the best of them.

"The court would like to see you both" Harry said and pointed at the boys with a look that told them they were in big trouble.

They both went to the office. "So nice of you to give the humans something great to talk about" A member said as he turned on the television and the reporter delivered the news about mysterious beings who wrecked the streets.

"And so cool that you decided to expose our little secret lives without our permission" Another replied and the others grumbled their disapproval.

"One of you needs to be made the alpha and we have decided that Austin becomes the new alpha and CEO of the company" A member said as the others nodded their approval.

"Congrats Austin the rites would take place immediately" A member said as he left the office.

Brooklyn stormed out in anger and went to his house as he vowed to become the alpha at all cost.

Austin was too shocked to utter any word as the whole court left leaving him behind with his uncle.

"You deserve it" Harry praised, patted Jayden on his shoulder.

"But what if I screw everything up, I don't think I'm ready?" Austin said with his hand in his hair.

"Just calm down and do what's right, if you need any help you're free to give me a call" Harry said as he left the room when Fiona came in.

"Where's Brooklyn?" Fiona asked as she looked around.

"He left angrily" Austin replied with a shrug.

"Oh no this isn't a good sign" Fiona panicked as she called Brooklyn but he didn't pick up her calls.

"I have to go see him but promise me one thing son, no more fighting from now onwards" Fiona said with pleading eyes.

''It has always been Austin who starts the fight, why not tell him to stop?" Austin said angrily and left the house.

Fiona sighed as she remembered the good old days when they were harmonious. With a choked sob she dressed up and teleported to Brooklyn's house.

"Brooklyn ... Brooklyn!" Fiona screamed as the house was empty.

"Just leave and go back to your alpha son" Brooklyn replied from the roof of the building.

"Oh, Brooklyn I know you feel terrible but please don't let your anger get the best of you" Fiona said as she floated to where he is.

"I shouldn't let my anger consume me, you say mother?" Brooklyn asked with contempt.

"Son try to understand" Fiona said to him as she patted his shoulder.

"I should try to understand that your son is better than I'm in every aspect, try to understand he should be made alpha while I get nothing, he should be given all the attention while I get dismissed each time have a problem, your son is flawless while I'm the lousy one who is full of excess flaws. You don't care about me yet you call yourself my mother?" Brooklyn said angrily as he removed her hand.

"Calm down, I care about the both of you equally, never for once have I loved your brother more than you" Fiona said sitting down beside him.

"If you care and love me then why would Austin be the alpha, I work my ass off trying to know details about what an alpha should know, I spend time with Dad and ask lots of questions because it has been my dream to become the alpha, but instead they choose my snobbish brother over me" Brooklyn lamented bitterly as tears rolled down his cheeks.

"Son you have to embrace your destiny, you might not be an alpha but you could achieve more than what an alpha could dream of. It's all a matter of time, you would be great to son" Fiona said as she tried to comfort Brooklyn.

"Argh, it's time for my second shift" Ariana muttered with exhaustion as she removed her cleaner dress and headed to BURGER IT ALL, the restaurant where she worked half time.

"Hey, boss" Ariana greeted her boss who is an exceptionally kind man.

"Hey young lady, you're late again" James said as he shook his head slightly.

"I'm so sorry boss, please I promise to stay extra time today.... please" Ariana said and joined her hand together as she pleaded.

"Yea, fine how would a person reject puppy eyes?" James answered with a fatherly smile.

Ariana busied herself with the kitchen work since her job is tidy the plates being used.

"Ari...... Guess what I just saw?" Charlotte, Ariana's best friend requested as she waved her phone at Ariana's face.

"What...?" Ariana asked eagerly as I rushed to her side. She showed Ariana the news that read that Ariana Stuart has been offered a scholarship to Sawyer College.

"Ahhh" They both screamed and giggled as joy overwhelmed Ariana.

"You've got to go home and get ready, I'll take care of your job today just goal home" Charlotte replied as she pushed Ariana into the changing room.

"No .. No leaving you behind isn't fair, I can't go home without completing my work" Ariana said as she stopped Charlotte.

"I'm very certain if James gets informed you'd get y in advance and a few days off" Charlotte teased as she pretends to go out.

"No fine, I'll tell him myself and I don't want any special treatment though because I heard that college is so full of princesses and princes, wonder how I'll cope with excess fancy stuff eww"bAriana said as she crumbled her face.

"Uhh you're just so full of exaggeration, it can't be all that bad, you might end up with a rich heir and don't forget me, I need a rich heir also" Charlotte said as she teased Ari who laughed at the thought of falling in love with a rich guy.

"Argh falling head over heels for some egocentric guy just gives me the chills, can't imagine myself subjecting to a control maniac" Ariana replied as she shivered.

"Oh stop it already and go home" Charlotte said.

They both went out to the counter where Ariana shared the good news with James who was beyond happy for her.

With a glowing smile, Ariana went home and the smile disappeared when she got inside.

The whole interior of the house was dark with smoke and the chairs had cigar butts all over them.

Her father, Mark Stuart was a drunk who only cared about hunting and beer.

The whole trouble started when he lost his wife six years ago and got brainwashed that wolves still existed.

"Spent all his days in the forest with his shotgun and beer, sometimes I have to go out to the closest forest and search for him only to find him sleeping in one cave after drinking himself to a stupor" Ariana thought as she rolled the bottles of beer away.

She went to the room and brought a blanket which she spread all over his body as he snored loudly on the cushion.

Ariana picked up all the bottles, and cleaned the floor as she didn't let her father's lifestyle dampen her spirit.

With a tired body, Ariana went to her room and fell on her body only to be taken over by sleep immediately.

Ariana woke up late and in a great hurry, she dressed in black jean trousers and a T-shirt and a snicker.

She hurriedly made breakfast for her dad who has a bad hangover and ran out of the house after taking a few tablespoons of oats into her mouth.

She ran her way to the bus and thanked her stars when she got there when the bus was about to leave.

When the bus dropped her off opposite her college she was shocked to see that the whole school from afar looks like a palace.

With a shock, she walked slowly inside and almost tripped when she saw how everyone was dressed especially the girls in short skimpy skirts.

"Wow is this a brothel or what?" Ariana asked no one in particular as she stared at a boy who was holding a girl's ass.

"So now how do I get to my class and fill in the necessary details?" Ariana said as she looked around.

She heard a commotion at the car park side and ran to see if there was any danger but was perturbed to see a handsome guy, with dark hair, deep blue eyes and a body that could drive girls insane and it is.

Girls screamed as he came out of his car, took his backpack and left without saying a word to anybody.

"Uhh crazy school, just because of a guy I had to run" Ariana muttered with a shake of her head.

Without knowing what to do. Ariana just let her leg direct her and ignored the remarks and looks she was getting from girls.

After wandering for a long time Ariana stumbled into a garden and was amazed when she saw how beautiful the garden is.

With a gasp, Ariana looked around and smiled as she sat on the floor and removed her journal from her bag, within minutes she was already sketching and was surprised when a dark shadow blocked her view.

She lifted her head and almost rolled when she saw the handsome guy from the, looking at her with a menacing look.

"What the hell are you doing in this garden?" Austin asked as he looked at this shabbily dressed girl.

"Oh sorry if I might be a disturbance but could you let me finish this sketch and I'll leave" Ariana said showing him her journal.

"You don't seem to know what's going in in this school, do you?" Austin demanded from the girl who looked confused.

"Sorry, I'm new here". Ariana said as she smiled broadly stretching her hand towards Austin who looked at her with irritation.

"Well newbie, there are rules in this school you need to obey, never talk to me and two come to this garden" Austin replied coldly which sent shivers down Ariana's spine.

"Okay I get it, your highness, would you please take me to the principal or anyone who would just tell me what I need to know about the school?" Ariana said as she mocked him slightly.

"I don't remember approving of a student being transferred so how did you get admitted without knowing a thing about the school?" Austin asked as he looked at her.

"Yea I was given a scholarship and what do you mean by approving, it's not like you're the head of the school duh" Ariana said as she put her pencil and journal back into her bag.

"With a snap of my finger, your existence could be erased" Austin threatened with His brow turning into a frown.

"Bravo brother, you have managed to scare the hell outta this newbie" Brooklyn said with a clap as he went to meet Ariana.

"Hello damsel, I'm Brooklyn and that's my cold twin Austin, nice to meet you" Austin said as he shakes Ariana's hand.

"Hi, I'm. I'm. Ari... Ariana" She stuttered as she looked at both of them, if not because of the hair and eye difference they could pass for one person.

"What do you want Brooklyn?" Austin asked as his fist clenched together.

"Oh give yourself a break brother, am not here for a fight, since you're too busy I came here to assist this damsel in distress" Brooklyn said as he pointed at Ariana who looked at both of them with confusion and surprise.

Austin ignored them and was about to leave when Brooklyn stopped him.

"You don't have to leave fancy pants, Ariana and I were just about to leave" Brooklyn said as he led Ariana to the principal office.

After spending a lot of time in the principal's office, she was finally briefed and led to her class by Brooklyn.

Upon entering the class everywhere got silent and girls stared at her with eyes that scrutinized her dress.

"Wonder how she got Brooklyn to walk her here?" A girl muttered after Brooklyn left the class.

"Hey you, newbie" Barbie said as she-cat walked with her minions, Mia and Ava towards Ariana's seat.

"Who the fuck are you?" Ava asked as she eyed her.

"Ariana Stuart" Ariana replied staring at Ava with a confused gaze.

"Not that newbie, I mean your father's net worth, his company and your net worth?". Mia said rudely.

"Oh that, my father doesn't have a job and I work at a restaurant" Ariana replied innocently.

"Oh my goodness, little wonder why the air smells foul, your shabby wear is just so suffocating, I need to inform Dad about this, can't stay in the same classroom with this commoner" Barbie whined dramatically as the words spread like wildfire that a commoner was in their midst.

"How did she get admitted" Someone whispered.

"She looks so ugly and unkempt" Another said.

Ariana hearing all these words was agitated and wanted to beat up the three cat-faced bitches surrounding her but gave a second thought since it was her first day in school.

"Dad, can you believe I'm in the same environ as a commoner?" Barbie said to her dad on the phone.

"Dad, I want her thrown out of this school immediately" Barbie said and hung up.

"Oh I'm coming down with a fever, and it's all her fault" Barbie said dramatically as Ava and Mia took her to the clinic.

"Hi" Dave a guy with brown big eyes said.

"Hello" Ariana said without looking up as she was embarrassed.

"It's okay to feel bad, everyone has suffered from Barbie's taunts" Dave said from his seat which is next to hers.

"Okay, thanks a lot" Ariana replied.

The bell rang for breakfast and Ariana walked out with a wrapped sandwich from her bag with fruit juice to the garden and was grateful when she saw no one.

She started eating her breakfast and almost cried as she remembered what happened in class a few minutes ago.

"My old school is better than this pile of rich garbage" Ariana muttered with a deep sigh.

"Not listening is one of your talents newbie?" Austin said as he walked to where Ariana sat.

"Why can't I just stay here for a few hours, I promise to be very quiet you wouldn't even know I'm here" Ariana pleaded.

"No your scent alone irritates me" Austin said with disdain.

"Wow, what was I expecting, I'm fucking tired of everyone being rude just because I'm poor. Yea I'm poor but that doesn't mean I have no right to live" Ariana said to Austin who was gobsmacked how bold she is and left the garden as she tried to stop the tears building up in her eyes.

BROOKLYN

"I can make you alpha, I can help you get all you want. I know you wanna be in charge" A voice whispered to Brooklyn who looked around.

"Who are you?" He questioned, confused as he searched for the person who had spoken.

"I'm Dracula, I can help you get the position of alpha for a little token"

"What token and why would you help me?" Brooklyn replied.

"I would help you because I feel pity for you. Your brother hasn't been fair to you, neither has the court members been fair. All I want is my freedom and I would help you defeat Austin" Dracula answered.

"What makes you think I have what it takes to free you? I can't release you alone and I need to have your word that you won't hurt anyone" Brooklyn informed.

"I give you my word that I would only help you become alpha so you can release me. I've had a message with Ava, the shaman's daughter, together you would work"

"Where are you? And how is it that you're talking to me if you're caged?" Brooklyn questioned.

"I have to go now, do not forget to contact Ava" Dracula answered and Brooklyn didn't hear any other word.

"Damn! Now I would get my revenge against Austin" Brooklyn muttered and took his phone.
