Can't Resist Her

A black Bugatti La Voiture Noire pulled over in the street, in it came out a beautiful young lady whose skin was as smooth as porcelain. She wore a short sparkly black gown while her silver heels were clutched to her chest with her two arms. She looked like a Victoria Secret model with her long legs and small body. As soon as she got out, trying to run, a man walked out of the car swiftly, after her. He pinned her two arms together which made her ankle heels fall to the ground while she gasped in an attempt to free herself and run again.

"Where do you think you are going?!" The burly man asked with his thick as a military man's voice. Aria kept shaking her body so she would free herself but it proved negative for the man behind her was three times bigger than herself. "Will you stop running?!! Just calm the fuck down and the boss might empathize with you and free you!" He yelled. Aria sighed, she realised that the man was saying the truth, she had been caught already and there was no way she could except. In surrender, she allowed the burly man to take her back to the car only for her shoes to be thrown directly to the back of the burly's man head as he had turned around. Aria turned around immediately, it was a short fair skinned girl with caramel skin that threw her shoes at the burly man just now. He fell to the ground nursing his bleeding head. Aria used the opportunity to run while holding the girl's hand, her name was Nadine; troublesome and carefree. Nadine hated to see people especially girls in trouble and when it comes to a guy giving the horrible treatment, she gets angrier. Aria and Nadine ran together until they were far away from the car. While breathing heavily to catch their breathe with their hand on their stomach, Aria looked at Nadine with a smile and said, "Thank you, thank you very much for saving my ass. I thought I was going to be arrested or taken to the police. Infact, the man I hooked up with? I heard he is so dangerous and brutal. He doesn't care about anyone but himself." While talking she took her bag from below her dress, Nadine wondered how she fit her bag into her dress but she said nothing. Infact, she was too engrossed with what she had said. "Hook up? Wait! Hook up?!" She thought while looking at Aria. Meanwhile Aria brought out something from her purse, it was a necklace and a bracelet. She took the necklace while she stretched the bracelet to Nadine. "Take it," she said looking at her. Nadine stretched her hand and took it. She looked at the bracelet well, it shined so well one would think it was real gold. "Yes, it's a real gold," said Aria. Nadine snapped her head to her. "I stole it...from the man that hooked up with me all night." She gave a sinister smile and raised her brows proudly. Nadine was shocked. She couldn't believe she just saved a thief. Before she could say a word, Aria had placed the necklace in her bag and walked away, swiftly. Nadine wanted to stop her but it was too late. Damn! She looked at the bracelet in her hand, it looked like that of a man and very expensive. She sighed before thinking of going back to the spot and returning the bracelet at least but by the time she reached, the car had gone. The blood of the man she had hit was still on the floor, it pained her heart and she regretted doing what she had done. Nadine decided to go home, she looked at the bracelet and kept it in her bag. As she dipped it in her bag, her hand felt something else, it was a paper- the one she had just received from the hospital. A smile popped up on her face while she held her belly, she knew her husband would be so happy about it. Few minutes later, the cab stopped in front of her house, she paid the man and headed inside with a smile plastered on her face. Once she reached the living room, she met a red bag and red heel shoes on the floor. Her eyes widened, she didn't know what to think. She looked at the room door and reached for it, before she opened the door, she sighed and closed her eyes while saying a prayer. Once she opened the door, the scene she saw made her widen her eyes while a pain sprang up in her head. She could only stare at the scene, her throat became dry while her palm became moist. She opened her mouth to say a word but nothing came out of them. She turned around and walked out, called another cab which took her to another house. Once she reached, she walked inside and met Claire Moore. She was a woman in her fifties with a very beautiful statute and stance. "Mother, Just now... after I left your place, I met Nathan with another woman. She placed her head and hand on his chest and the duo slept like they have no problem." Tears dripped from the corner of her eyes. Claire widened her eyes, she held her hand quickly with no words to say. "Nadine, you have to listen to me. I know you feel so much pain right now but you can't cry too much, think of the baby's and your health. Oh my goodness! I certainly trained him well. I can't believe he would do this to you!" Claire gently brought her head to her chest, Nadine touched her belly while tears formed in her eyes. She has loved Nathan for years, they had dated since high school and they had so many plans. Nadine had never thought she would catch him cheating. Claire disengaged and cupped her face in her hand, Nadine looked so petite and pathetic when crying. "I don't want you nor my grandkid health to be in mayhem so, recently I have been given a house in Australia, why don't you go there and rest. After sometime, you can come back," Claire said. Nadine looked into space, it was the last thing she wanted, to be away from Nathan. However, as things had been like that, she didn't want to see him either. She didn't want to face him yet because she was scared of what he would say. What if he doesn't apologise and says he is in love with the new woman? Since they had been together, she didn't have a child. Maybe that was the reason he went with another woman. Nadine didn't want to think too much so she agreed with Claire and slept off almost immediately. The next morning, Claire helped her to the airport. It was so strange because she didn't think she would be leaving New York City to stay in another country. * * * Nathan arrived in his mother's house that particular day looking very disturbed. You think because you're poor and she stood by you, she loves you?! Ha, now you see that she is the real cheat," Claire said.

"A child? For another man? Really? But she couldn't have a child for me?!!" Nathan was so furious his hand was shaking. "Yes. Did you see the letter she wrote? I can't believe she would be so shameless to drop it off to me. I couldn't even look at her face." Claire shamelessly lied. Nathan said nothing, his fist was clamped together in anger, his eyes closed and his lips shifted in anger. Special deliver are made to rich people, at the end, if they are generous and loved their food, they would tip the deliverer. Aside from that, the boss pays extra to them. Nadine got on the bike quickly after securing the food at the back of the bike. She drove to the address and stopped in front of a huge mansion. She checked the address on her phone then looked at the mansion; the exterior designs were outstanding. Nadine had never done special delivery but she had seen many mansion but she had never seen a design and a house as magnificent as this. She gently got down from the bike and took the box filled with food. It was a big one, she wondered who would order so much food instead of just cooking but when she remembered that they are rich, she sealed her thought. Soon she reached the entrance and was stopped by a man, he was burly and he wore a uniform like that of a security. Nadine confirmed why she was there before he allowed her to proceed. Once she entered, she marveled at the huge place but there was no one there. Nadine was surprised because she believed such a huge place was suppose to be filled with countless of workers. She entered inside only for it to be dark as darkness itself. Fear creeped her heart that she sought to go back but the door was closed shut. She didn't understand what was going on, her mouth parted in fear while her heart pounded against her chest. "Plesse, who is there?" she asked as she gently moved forward. "I shouldn't have come for this delivery!" she lamented in her heart almost shedding tears. Just at the same moment, the light suddenly came on. Nadine had closed her eyes shut when she felt the luminance, she opened them immediately but what she saw scared her to death. She almost fell to the ground at the sight in front of her. Never in her life had she imagined to be in such situation. "It is really her." The voice sounded while the set of green eyes stared at her wickedly. She thought she was assuming things so she closed her eyes again then opened it and saw the same thing, she almost fainted. "Take her!"

In the fancy living room, the table was long and wide. Men in black sat around discussing. A particular man set out between them, his face was handsome while his eyes were green. "Sir, do you recognize the woman who had just entered the gate?" Daniel's face was livid as he gazed at the footage which showed Nadine as she walked in. Ryan Raymond raised his head, he looked at the CCTV and the face of the woman came to remembrance. It was the same woman he had spent so much time to find, he took his lower lips in and furrowed his brows. Then Nadine walked in, the room was dark.

She knew she was in deep trouble because it seems like the man was the leader of a mafia group since they were all dressed in black and the room light was dim. She remembered Aria told her that man she had stolen from was a wicked man. "I should have just minded my Buiness!" she thought as she stared at the set of wicked green eyes. Ryan looked at her wickedly, thinking of what to do to her. "Aria stole a necklace and bracelet from me the other day and it costs a lot of money so you have to repay them by working for me, freely!" He poked the last part without looking at her. Nadine raised her head, she was petrified by the sound of his voice. How can he even talk like that with no pity?! However, she wondered what kind of work the man would want her to do. "Can you cook?" A gruffy voice whispered behind her, it was the head guard, Roth whom she had broken his head before. Nadine quickly nodded her head. "You are hired!" Ryan sounded. Ryan had been a lover of home made food since he was young because before his Mother died, it was what she prepared for him. It was one of the reason he ordered just made food from restaurant with a lot of money. Nadine was able to leave the place without being killed, she touched her belly breathing heavily. She thought she was going to die, however, God had saved her life just now. She climbed the bike and drove back to the restaurant. When she arrived and received her tip from the boss, a smile escaped her mouth. Nadine was happy because she fooled Ryan Raymond, he thought she would begin to work for him by next Monday not knowing she would be going back to her country on Sunday. After Claire sent her here to Australia, she never went back since Nathan had found a new lover. She was so hurt, she didn't want to go back to her country. However, everything changed when she was called by her father's mother who was sick and needed her attention. Nadine packed her things on Sunday morning and went to the airport, she boarded the plane and it took off. Nadine thought she had escaped Ryan Raymond forever. Aside from that, Nadine was a little petrified that she would meet Nathan. However, when she realised that she and Nathan are no longer in the same level and his world was different from hers now, she took her mind off it. Three Weeks Later, Nadine had just gotten an application to work at a new company, she was so happy because her savings was almost finished on her grandmother. She walked into the company and waited at the reception like the front desk lady had said. Nadine was so happy because the company she was one of the most successful companies in America. Nadine was waiting patiently when some people gathered around in the reception, they were all dressed cooperate including the front desk lady. ^Did you know he is coming today? ^No, I heard he just arrived today. ^Why is he showing up suddenly. ^No idea! Nadine didn't understand what was going on so she just remained sited looking at the document in her hand when someone walked in. It was someone she knew so well. It was someone she never expected to see. She looked at him from his well polished shoes to his well tailored suit and his smooth as butter skin. His hair tousled, his face handsome and charming, she recognised him so well. "Oh my goodness!" she muttered as he walked closer.
