Rose pov

Today is the night before my wedding, I'm currently packing my clothes and getting it ready so I won't be confused tomorrow.

Lucy, my best friend is also helping me pack that's the least she could do, I watched as she lazily tossed some of my dress into the boxes we were packing into and a piece of clothing fell off.

I was too focused packing not until I heard Lucy gasp.

I turned to her and I think my blood drained from my face when I saw what fell off.

she used a single finger to raise up the clothing which turned out to be the lingerie, I've been hiding from her.

She smirk and brought the lingerie closer to my face, " Girl, you got some sexy stuff right here.. wait hold on you're gonna wear it on your wedding night huh ?"

I immediately used both of my hands to cover my face and muttered a little, " Shut up, Lucy".

Her eyes widened at the realization of what I actually bought it for, " oh my god, you're even blushing.. girl you are so whipped".

I waved my hands at her in a defensive way, I'm sure my cheeks would be tomato red right now,

"Stop!?"

She cocked a brow at my sillyness, " Jonah got you all blushing and shit, huh."

I shrugged my shoulders and said, "Of course, I mean I love him and I really want to surprise tomorrow night you know"

When I said that, Lucy nodded and continued packing but still had a smug face on and she was biting into her cheeks.

Of course she had something to say but is just keeping it in.

She rubbed her forehead and breathed out a little, then I asked her, " What !?"

She shook her head and said, "Nothing, it's just.. it's kind of weird that you know you both have been dating since campus"

Then she suddenly snapped her fingers like she remembered something, " And come to think of, you don't have any connections like that but he is a straight - on bloody gang leader and to think that stupid girl Rebecca is always with him, I just don't like her vibes around him and she's also part of the gang, she's just.. I don't know but it's not healthy like I see it, period!."

"Lucy, why you're having this thought about her is 'cause you hate her and.. I don't think Jonah would stoop low to cheating on me, I trust he can't ".

Lucy didn't reply when I was done talking so I went on, " And this marriage would also help me financially for taking care of my dad, I can even have access to some Mafia medical resources, so I'm the one actually gaining on the bigger picture here".

Lucy just shrugged and didn't utter another word till we were done packing and she said, " Look it's not like I don't support you, you know I root for you right ?"

I nodded and she continued, " I just wish you the best though, clock it .. tomorrow is going to be fire".

She stood up and stretched, I heard her yawn, she must have been very exhausted.

" Rose I'm gonna take a little nap real quick, wake me up if you need anything"

I smiled at her, " It's late already just sleep"

"But I want to.."

I tapped her head for her to lay down properly, " Just sleep already, I need you to be agile tomorrow and not yawning on my day, alright"

She nodded and layed down, five minutes down I turned back to her direction to check whether she was sleeping already and she was.

I pushed the boxes aside and stood up to stretch and I swear I heard my back bone crack, " ouch!?".

I took one last look at and when I was very sure that she already slept off, I sneaked out slowly in order not to wake her up and when I had successfully gone outside and closed the door, I breathed out and breathed in the fresh air of the cool night.

I really want to lie down and sleep bu..ut the excitement to see my wedding venue was eating me alive.

When I got to the venue that Jonah specifically picked out, I slowly opened the door and sneaked in, the whole place was pitch black but there seemed to be a stream of light coming from the backstage and I was hearing some weird sounds.

Wait..isn't this place supposed to be empty, I said in thought but shoved the thought down my throat anyways.

I walked closer to where the light was coming from and my eyes went wide in shock.

I slapped my hands immediately to my mouth to suppress myself from screaming in shock. Laying in front of me is the god-danmed man I was going to get married to tomorrow having sex with the least person that could come to my mind, Rebecca!?.

How.. could he, I couldn't even move it seemed like something held me back, and I just watched Jonah thrust into Rebecca with her moaning with her mouth open, with my hands trembling over my lips.

" I'm marrying the stupid girl 'cause she..." then he thrust in again and Rebecca jerked up and held onto him tight.

" she's oblivious, and most foolish American I had ever.. uh oh my god.. I have ever met"

I watched as Rebecca smiled slowly at what Jonah just spat out of his mouth, and my heartbeat dropped but I just couldn't move.

Rebecca moaned lowly, " she's stupid right ?"

And I watched Jonah nod still breathing heavily, " she's so naive and funny enough... ugh " he grunted and continued, " every single damn member wants her but if I get married to her.. oh my god" he groaned in pleasure.

While Rebecca was shamelessly moaning loudly, " If I get married to her tomorrow, then I can maintain an innocent image for my brother and get a higher rank"

"Do you love her ?" Rebecca asked slyly and I watched Jonah hesitate before he opened his lips. I adored so much and said, " of course not, if I did I wouldn't be here with you !."

Rebecca's eyes suddenly went up and she opened her mouth in an ooh way and Jonah groaned and started thrusting in faster.

I watched them climax on my wedding dress and climaxed on .. wedding ground, I felt my heart break into different pieces like it was being crushed over by a truck, over and over again.

I felt the world I spent years building since Campus collapsed right in front of my two eyes.

I angrily burst in and them still being oblivious, I dragged Jonah up from Rebecca, while she gasped in shock and tried to gather my wedding dress around her to cover herself up.

I held onto the Collar of Jonah suit 'cause he didn't pull it off and stared at the deep blue eyes, I once valued more than anything.

I clutched my teeth in anger and asked Jonah, " How. Could. You.., Jonah I gave you everything, I.."

Jonah looked at me in regret, " Rose it's not what you.."

"Oh shut the fuck up and shove that excuse down your ass!?" I spat out in anger and just as if Rebecca hadn't had enough she opened her filthy mouth.

" Jonah, do something to shut her up or something, my ears are burning" she said, twirling her finger in the air to indicate her discomfort.

I shot her a glare and made to retort back but I was interrupted by Jonah talking, " Look here Rose why don't we make a deal, I can pay you more I cheque and also provide more medical care for.."

His words were interrupted with my palms hitting right at his cheek and I heard Rebecca gasp.

"Oh my god, you wit.." I hit my palm against her own cheeks too to slap the word down her throat and her eyes widened in shock.

I looked at her in rage and I just haven't had enough. I ripped some of my wedding fabrics off her and stomped on it breathing hard, while she stood still shocked.

I looked at both of them and I just feel like ripping their brains off their skull, I rushed to Rebecca and stretched my hands to drag the remaining clothes off her, but Jonah pushed me out of instinct to save Rebecca from me.

I was instantly pushed aside, I fell face flat to the ground, hitting my arm and I groaned in pain from the impact, "ah!?".

I laughed like i was a psycho and stood up and I slowly slide the ring Jonah have me on our engagement night off, I looked at the man I once love and I felt nothing but despise and hate towards him, I threw the ring to his chest, " I despise you and don't fucking think of me marrying you, I'm done".

My last statement seemed to have hit a nerve 'cause Jonah rushed to hold my hands and I snarled at him, "Don't. You. Dare!"

With that I stormed off, out of the place soaked with disappointment and betrayal.

Rose pov

When I walked out of the studio out of spite and anger all welled up to my chest, I just kept walking.

I didn't know where I was going to but I just kept walking till I started hearing Buzz of music from afar.

I followed the sound, and it lead me right in front of the Mafia bar Jonah once introduced me to when he was still trying his best not to be a cheaty ass, but forbid me from entering.

Well it won't mean a damn thing any more because I am entering here right now, when I walked in I looked ahead and saw a bartender so I walked straight to him.

The man must have recognised me with the way he looked at me and 'cause almost every single person in this town knows I'm engaged to Jonah, he dashed me a smile but I didn't retort it.

" Give me one of your strongest mix here "

He raised a brow like he was taken aback and said, " Okay, coming right up miss, sit and watch me do my magic!"

I just sat on the stool nearby and watched him mix the drink. If I wasn't in a shitty mode, I'd say he really did perform magic but right now, Nu uh.

He grinned back at me while holding my drink then he muttered, " On Jonah's tab, right"

I felt the urge to roll my eyes off my eye socket, of course he'd recognised me as Jonah's fiance what was I thinking.

I couldn't reply so I just nodded and he served me my drink, " Here you go, mi lady"

I smiled at his playfulness and muttered a small, "thank you".

I took the drink and dawned it down in one shot and I heard Snickers behind me.

" yeah that's what happens when you're tied to a Mafia boss, you're not certain of, but just a chance and they all come running to alcohol, shameless whores".

I shook my head, No that not happening not in my watch would someone insult my dignity, I stood up and turned to them.

I walked up to the one I heard his voice and growled, " what did you just say..?"

The man stood up and my eyes kind of widened in shock, he was quite tall enough to bully the shit out of me,

"I said that you are a shameless whores"

As he was saying that he was moving closer so since I stood no chance to him, I moved backwards but he still came closer almost breathing the same oxygen with me, " Do you have a problem with.."

I watched as his eyes immediately widened to the extent that he didn't finish his statement and he stood straight immediately and bowed his head, my legs were already shaking from the impact of his scare.

So I slowly turned to know what was going on, but of course my legs just found the perfect time to tangle together and I fell face flat on the...

I fell on something soft, when I opened my eyes I gasped when I saw that I fell on a man's chest.

I instantly stood up straight and bowed my head in embarrassment muttering a little sorry but instead of the man being angry, I heard him laugh in a deep rich voice which made me look up and I think I got lost for a second at how green his eye was.

He smiled down at me everybody seem to be tall and intimidating here, " it's okay, let me handle the boys"

He walked past me and I could hear what he was telling the boys that harassed me but with their facial expressions, it definitely wasn't good.

I watched as he talked to the boy's scratch that I was actually looking at his features. I don't know whether it was the one shot I took that was making me imagine things but this man has a nice jaw line.

And his voice was sharp and authoritative, he spoke like he owned the bar, well I don't mind if he does though, I thought with a giggle.

When he was done giving them instructions, I watched the boy's disappear out the door in a haste like he had threatened their life.

The man walked to the extreme end of the bar to where the bartender was and took a gulp from the drink that was already kept there and I watched as the liquid slid down his throat.

Ugh... I grumbled at my drunk, what the heck is wrong with me, I still watched him start walking to a particular direction.

I didn't know when my legs started moving and I followed him suit, he suddenly stopped and entered a stall. I looked up and saw what the stall was for with the word "male section" boldly written on it.

The man seemed to have noticed that he was being followed and slowly turned his back and those green eyes pierced back at me, and I felt myself melting in those eyes.

He cocked a brow at me and smiled, "Sure you wanna join me, huh ?"

I wanted to turn back and leave in order not to do something I would regret, but as I turned to leave and had flashes of Rebecca moaning with her mouth open.

Nope, after all I came here with my legs, I turned back to him and immediately grabbed the man by his collar, tipped on my toes so I could reach him and kissed him without hesitation, he let me and we both stumbled into the stall and it went shut.

I released his lips and he smiled down at me while lifting my chin like he was admiring me, then I moved my face closer again to take his lips in mine but he drew back immediately.

That made me furrow my brows at him, then he asked me while staring right into my eyes, " Are you sure..you want to do this ?"

I nodded my head, I've never been drunk sure about something before, I muttered a little, " yes.."

ROSE POV :

I was still sleeping when I heard my door bell ring and I jolted up in a rush and groaned when my head felt like it carried millions of weight of on it.

I grumble stood up and opened the door to see Lucy all dressed up, and I stopped in my tracks, " What are we celebrating"

"What the heck do you mean what are we celebrating, what are you still doing... have you forgotten already "

I looked at her confused, " I don't get you though...why are you..." that was when it clicked to me that today was the day I'm being wedded off to Jonah.

I did an ohh with my mouth and moved aside for her to walk in, I havitold her what happened but that would come after.

"Can you give me a five minutes, I'm going to go get ready"

She sang her hands on the air, " Whatever just get going already"

I went to the bathroom to groom up, immediately the streams of water started pouring down my body I breathed out and memory from last night started flooding in.

" I don't love her if I did, I won't be here with you"

I remembered the face Jonah made when he said those words.

I ran my hands through my hair and hissed out in anger.

I was so stupid that I didn't see that coming, If I wasn't so love blind struck, I would have known that I was just a play toy to him.

Almost everyone around me knew including Lucy, she kept telling and I keep on ignoring it shoving the words as...

" Rose, the least you could do right now is to be fast.., we're late" I heard Lucy voice interrupt my thoughts.

"Yeah.." with that I got out and got myself groomed up for the ... wedding of course.

When I came out Lucy clapped both her hands together, " Now that is what you call perfect huh.."

I smiled as I made a twirl, " It looks good right.. My dad is going to love this"

"Yeah... " then she did a little happy dance and hugged me, " Girl I'm so proud of you you're finally getting..."

Before she could complete the statement that would make me want to puck, I said the word I've been holding in since she came in, " I'm not marrying him"

Lucy face turned different shades of red, "Wha..what !?".

" I said I'm not getting married to him !!" I said through gritted teeth.

" where is all this attitude coming from Rose, We could have cancelled it sooner.. not now"

I nodded and she came closer to confirm properly, " Are you sure about this.."

A stream of tear pour down my cheeks and I wiped it off immediately but Lucy already saw it.

"Ah uh that's not happening, not on my watch.. What did that bastard do to you"

"He..h.." I stammered as I struggled to get the words out but Lucy being impatient.

" He did what, talk to me Rose .. did he hurt you ?"

I nodded, " He cheated on me with Rebecca?"

She immediately slapped her hands over her lips to stop herself from screaming out loud.

" I said it Rose, I had my suspicions ", she said walking up and down my room, " I knew that bastard of a man was just using you but I didn't know he would really do it, jeez"

She said sliding down the wall and sitting on the floor, " And how did you know about it ?"

" You know last night when you slept off, I sneaked out to go see the wedding venue then boom there they were struggling to almost eat each other self alive, Lucy they were.."

"Oh my poor baby.." She stood up and hugged me.

My shoulders shook violently as I cried, " it's okay...it's okay yeah, So what your plan 'cause I don't see you getting married to that monster of a man ?"

" I say we cancel it right in front of the crowd"

"That would be humiliating to him but just much perfect for the pain he has 'cause you".

"I swear I would rip him to shreds, if I have to.. he would regret why he cheated on me".
