In the middle of the woods, the field was trembling, the ground was bloody, the surface of the earth was covered with a whole pack of rogues who had came for the purpose of attacking the moon pack,so unfortunate they were sent to their early grave so fast. The rogues had thought it would be easy to overtake the small pack of wolves, but they had not anticipated the fierce resistance they would meet. The moon pack had fought with a ferocity that surprised even the most battle-hardened rogues.
The moon pack warriors all stood still, watching the unmovable bodies of the rogues on the ground in their own pool of blood. One by one, they started shifting to their humans form, bones cracking, bodies rippling like liquid as they rearrange themselves into human forms. Everyone changed and groaned out in relief at being back in their human bodies. The air was filled with the scent of blood and sweat, and there were several injured wolves. The fighters gathered around the wounded, doing what they could to help them. Leaving just the big large White mixed with grey colored wolf,he kept on walking gently in between the dead bodies, observing one after the other, half of his face was stained with the blood of his victims, that's the alpha, another big wolf standing close to him just trying to know the alpha's next move, the Beta "That was more like an exercise" One of the warriors said and everyone laughed The laughter was a release of the tension and fear they had all been holding on to. For a moment, they could forget about the dead rogues and the injured pack members. They could just enjoy the feeling of victory. They continue talking loudly until a loud and angry howl hit the air and circulated round the wood. The warriors immediately went on their knees, trembling "Forgive us Alpha" They all chorused at once. The grey-black wolf shifted back into being a human and immediately his beta also changed back, standing next to him. The large wolf, now a man, was frightening in his fury. His face was scarred from the battle, and he bore the marks of many wounds. But it was his eyes that were the most terrifying. They were a deep, dark red, the color of blood. "What were you thinking?" he snarled, his voice deep and dangerous. "How dare you laugh and celebrate while my warriors lie wounded and our enemies lie dead at our feet?" Alpha Orion snarled "We're sorry, Alpha," one of the warriors said, his head bowed low. "We didn't mean to disrespect you." The Alpha's eyes were filled with rage, and he seemed like he was ready to attack at any moment. "Your apologies are meaningless," he said, his voice low and threatening. "I should punish you for your disrespect. I should tear you apart for your insubordination." The warriors trembled in fear, knowing that the Alpha was capable of doing exactly what he said. They knew that he was known for his brutal punishments, and they did not want to become victims of his wrath. Alpha Oroin run his fingers into his hair and turned to his beta,Xander. "Is there anything you want me to do?" Xander asked "Order the clearing of the bodies" Alpha Orion said in his usual Low and cold voice "Yes Alpha" Xander bowed Alpha Oroin left his sight and fast sped to the horse close by,he climbed on it and the horse made a satisfactory noise Xander turned to the warriors and gave them orders to clear the battlefield. The warriors were relieved that the situation had been diffused, and they hurried to obey Xander's orders. As soon as the bodies had been removed and the battlefield was cleaned, "Back to the castle" Alpha Oroin said to the guards "Yes Alpha!" They all chorused and as soon as the Alpha's horse took off, they followed in the same pace. Xander turned to the warriors who were still on their knees,he's the Alpha's second in command and also given as much respect as the Alpha himself. "You may rise," he said, his voice calm and authoritative. The warriors slowly stood up, their eyes still filled with fear. "Let this be a lesson to you," Xander said. "The Alpha is not to be disrespected, no matter the circumstances. He is our leader, and we must follow his orders without question." The warriors nodded, understanding the importance of what Xander was saying. They knew that disobeying the Alpha could have disastrous consequences, and they did not want to repeat the mistake they had made. "Get up" He ordered and the warriors all stood up The warriors all bowed in respect "Willow, keep things in order" Xander said to the warrior commander "Yes beta" Willow said "Good job everyone" Xander said and left their sight He hopped on his horse and the remaining guards marched behind him as he left too. ** As soon as Alpha Orion entered the castle gate,an heavy rain started falling. "Cover the alpha!" Damien shouted immediately,he's the best guard and also the most trusted guard by Orion in the Pack. "Don't bother" Alpha Orion said and pulled the horse, giving him the sign to go. Everyone watched as their alpha sped up,getting drenched by the rain "What are you waiting for?! Follow up and make sure he get to his chamber safely!" Damien ordered "Yes Commander!" The guards answered and zoomed off Even though the alpha is believed to be the strongest in the pack, but still it's the duty of the guards to protect him even with their lives. Alpha Orion stopped the horse right in front of his chamber and climbed down Everyone bowed right away Orion tapped the horse gently and the horse walked away "What are you doing? Prepare some hot bath for the alpha immediately" The old Luna,Adelaide appeared with her maids "I'm fine mother" Orion said "The alpha shouldn't be down, and you know that" Adelaide said Adelaide was the only one who could talk to the Alpha in such a tone. As the Alpha's mother, she had a special place in his heart, and he listened to her words carefully. "Down? Me?" Orion chuckled and Adelaide smiled "As much as I trust you, please let them take care of you" She said Alpha Orion nodded and left everyone's sight Adelaide turned to the maids "Hurry up" She glared at them "Yes Luna" They bowed and immediately went After Orion. Old Luna Adelaide turned to her special maid,Naomi as they began walking back to her chamber,Naomi was holding the umbrella over their heads "You said you wanted to tell me something" Luna Adelaide said "Yes Old Luna,Princess Royalty sent a note that she will be visiting soon" Naomi replied "The Alpha princess from Moon Pack?"Adelaide asked immediately "Yes Luna" Naomi replied and Adelaide smiled "I hope the Alpha give her his attention this time around" She muttered..
ALPHA'S CHAMBER
Alpha Orion just finished freshening up,he left the bedroom and proceeded to the lounge, the rain was still falling heavily and how much he would have wished to go into his office at that moment, there are lots of things he needs to check out. "Even if you don't care about me,can't you at least pity yourself and rest?" His wolf,Asher let out a scoff in his head "What, did you get hurt?"Orion asked "Oh wow,so fast of you to ask"Asher said and Orion could imagine him rolling his eyes "You've never gotten hurt,so why should I ask?"Orion asked "Of course,I wouldn't. You know those rogues are too tiny for me to fight, but can you stop thinking about anything and rest? You're disturbing my peace"Asher said "I can think whenever I want to...." "No you can't! Coz you're almost breaking my ears!" Asher snapped Orion let out a deep sigh, knowing that it was no use arguing with his wolf. "Fine," he said, giving in. "I'll try to relax for a little while." Asher let out a pleased growl, and Orion felt his wolf settle down in his mind. The two of them had always had a close bond, and it was reassuring to know that Asher was there, even if they didn't always agree on everything. Almost immediately,a knock came on the door and he looked up, "Yes?" The door opened and one of the guards standing by the door entered,he bowed "Prince Milo is here Alpha" he said "Let him in" Orion said The guard immediately went out, seconds later Milo walked in. He's the oldest son of the late Alpha and was supposed to be the next Alpha if Orion wasn't born with the Alpha blood. They never got along well enough like brothers anyway, including his second brother,Milo. "What an August visitor" Orion said calmly Milo smiled and touched his shoulder "Stop acting like you're so happy to see me" he said "I didn't smile, and I'm not happy to see you either, brother" Alpha Orion said and Milo nodded "I heard about the rogue attack, too bad I found out late" Milo said "It was a piece of cake, you don't have to worry about it" Alpha Orion said "Of course I'm not worried,I know the type of brother I have.....you wouldn't get hurt" Milo smiled, the cunning smile which Orion hates a lot Alpha Orion only maintained a straight face Milo's smile turned into a smirk as he realized his brother wasn't going to take the bait. He decided to change the subject. "I will take my leave now,be safe...kid brother" Milo smirked at him before going out. Alpha Oroin rolled his eyes and left the lounge,he returned with his smoking pipe, which filled the air as soon as he started smoking. The door opened again and this time,Xander entered. "Are you okay?" Xander asked Apart from being Orion's Beta, they were childhood friends and also best friends. Even with that,he knows when to drop the thoughts of them being friends, when Orion uses his alpha's dominion voice,no one would dare look into his eyes, including Xander himself. "I'm fine," Orion said, taking a deep drag of his pipe. He let the smoke out slowly, savoring the taste. "Just needed some time to myself." Xander nodded, understanding. "It's been a tough day," he said, sitting down next to Orion. "The attack was unexpected, and the losses were heavy." "We knew this was a possibility," Orion said, his voice grim. "The rogues have been getting bolder lately. We need to be prepared for more attacks." "I agree," Xander said, his brow furrowed in concern. He smiled and walked over to the wine cellar "Care for a glass?" He asked Orion sat down and continue smoking, after nodding to Xender's question "You should find out how those rogues were able to get in through the city gate" Alpha Orion said "Okay, but do you find anything weird?" Xander asked, finally settling down opposite Orion, the two glasses of wine placed on the table "I don't want to feel that way,or it's going to be bloody" Alpha Orion muttered, puffing his smoke into the air Xander's eyebrows shot up. "What do you mean?" he asked, his voice sharp with concern. "You can't possibly think it was an inside job, can you?" Orion took a long drag on his pipe, blowing out a plume of smoke. "I don't know what to think," he said, his voice low and tense. "But something doesn't feel right. I can't put my finger on it, but something is off." Xander sat back, considering his friend's words. "You're not just being paranoid, are you?" he asked, his tone light but serious. " Xender smiled "Then let's just wait and see" he said, sipping from his glass. "Geez, this rain makes me feel good" Xender groaned and Orion chuckled, taking a sip of his own wine. "It's nice to be able to relax for a moment," he said. "The last few weeks have been so hectic." "That they have," Xander agreed. "Between the training, the patrols, and the attacks, we've all been run ragged. But I think we're doing a good job. The people of the city feel safe, and that's what counts." Orion nodded, his expression thoughtful. "You're right," he said. "It's not just about keeping them safe, it's about making them feel safe. If they feel like they're in danger, then we haven't done our job properly. It's about more than just fighting off threats, it's about giving them a sense of security." Xander took another sip of his wine, his expression thoughtful. "That's a deep thought," he said. "I'm not sure I ever thought of it that way before." "I guess that's the difference between a beta and an alpha," Orion said, his lips curving into a slight smile. "We each have our own unique perspective on things." Xander let out a soft laugh. "You're not wrong there," "And I'm glad to have you as my beta," Orion continued. "Your perspective helps me see things in a different light, and I appreciate that. You're a valuable member of this pack." Xander felt a warmth spread through him at Orion's words. "Thank you, Orion," he said, his voice sincere. "That means a lot to me. I'm glad to be a part of this pack." The two men sat in comfortable silence for a moment, enjoying the sound of the rain and the warmth of the fire. ** Star Pack Meadow** "What are you doing?! Hurry up and work!! No food for you if you don't finish up!" The guards yelled at the workers, even in the heavy rain The meadow is where the omegas work,it's a large farmland with different plantations. While few Omegas get the luck to work in the palace as maids, most of the omegas spend their whole life working in the meadow. Both young and old,men and women, some even get sold off in the process because they are useless in the pack as believed. "Oh please, have mercy," one of the workers said, his voice hoarse from exhaustion. "We've been working all day, in the rain no less. We're just trying to take a moment to rest." The guard sneered. "You're not allowed to rest until the work is done," he said, his voice harsh. "And if you don't get back to work, I'll make sure you go hungry tonight." "I'm tired" Tamara,Adella's best friend said beside her Adella couldn't reply either, she had to work extra portion today because her mother is down, and the guards wouldn't even care if she die while working,so she dedicated herself to do her mom's portion along with hers. The rain was hitting her body badly, aside from getting weak And tired, she was already freezing. "Don't worry, Tamara," Adella said, trying to sound reassuring. "We'll make it through this. We just have to keep working." Tamara nodded, her eyes still filled with fear and exhaustion. "I'm just so tired," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "I don't know how much more of this I can take." Adella put a hand on Tamara's shoulder, giving it a gentle squeeze. "You're strong, Tamara," she said. "You're stronger than you think. We'll get through this together." Tamara said "Enough!" They heard the voice after many minutes and everyone let out a tired sigh Some fell on the cold ground to regain their breaths while some couldn't wait to go inside. There are buildings close to the meadows where the omegas stay, even though the only time they get to enter is in the night after their daily work. They have to wake up by 4am the next morning to start from where they stopped. Countless dead bodies would be found every morning, each single day, they die and will be buried like birds of no value. The omegas are well known for being too skinny and tiny due to being underfed, which results in most of the deaths. They only get to eat once in a day, that is after working few hours in the morning, they get to eat and get back to work, till the next day Adella and Tamara made their way towards the buildings, their bodies aching and their feet dragging. As they approached the door, they were met by one of the guards. "Get in line!" he barked, gesturing towards a long line of workers that had already formed. "You'll have to wait your turn." Adella and Tamara exchanged a tired look, then obediently took their place at the end of the line. They knew there was no point in arguing, it would only make things worse. So they stood, shivering in the cold, as the minutes ticked by. Finally, it was their turn. Adella and Tamara approached the door, their shoulders sagging with exhaustion. The guard standing there took one look at them and frowned. "You look half-dead," he said, his voice gruff. "Did you even get any work done today?" "We did what we could," Adella replied, her voice barely above a whisper. "We're sorry if it wasn't enough." The guard looked them over, his eyes cold and calculating. "You'll have to do better tomorrow," he said, his voice like ice. Suddenly a strong hand grabbed her,she wanted to scream but the hand immediately covered her mouth and Adella's eyes widened. She was pulled away into the nearest bush, and finally she get to see the person,it's one of the guards who have been making countless advances toward her "What do you think you're doing?!" Adella yelled "You think I was going to give up,I'm only going to f**k your tight p**sy,don't bother to struggle because nobody will hear you" The guard said and Adella shook her head "No....please" she pleaded in a broken voice, she can't loose her innocence in such a shameful way, never The guard started tearing off her clothes as he pinned her forcefully to the cold ground "Please!!" She cried "Shut up!" He slapped her and her mouth bursted Adella felt her heart pounding in her chest as she tried to break free from the guard's grasp. But he was too strong, and she was too weak from exhaustion. She began to panic, her mind racing as she tried to think of a way to escape.
Adella continued crying and screaming, then she felt his d**k at her p**sy entrance which made her shake "Nooooo!!!" She screamed out loudly Adella continued crying and screaming, then she felt his d**k at her p**sy entrance which made her shake "Nooooo!!!" She screamed out loudly And just when she was about loosing hope "What do you think you're doing?" A deep voice said from behind and the guard stopped,he turned to see a senior guard "I....
" "Shut the f**k off and step back!" The senior guard yelled The guard glance at Adela before getting up "Leave" The senior guard said and he walked away Adella immediately stood up,she was almost naked already since her clothes got torned "You can go" The senior guard muttered "Thank you so much, thank you" Adella said in tears as she bowed countless times The guard ignored her and walked away,Adella wiped her tears and immediately ran off. She got to the room where she stay with her mother and the woman sat up,seeing her torn dress "Adella!" the woman gasped, rushing to her side. "What happened? Are you hurt?" "I'm fine, mother," Adella said, trying to sound calm. "I just... I got into a bit of trouble." The woman's eyes filled with concern. "What kind of trouble?" she asked, her voice soft. "Tell me what happened, Adella." Selena asked "It's nothing mother" Adella said "Don't lie" Selena snapped and Adella sniffed "I fell and a nail torn my dress" She said "Even if I am too weak,do you have to act so dumb also?!!!"Marietta, her wolf side yelled in her head which only made Adella break into more tears "Great"Marietta scoffed Selena stared at Adella silently "You're lying" She said and Adella started crying loudly Selena was taken aback by Adella's sudden outburst. She had never seen her daughter like this before. "What's wrong?" she asked, her voice full of concern. "Please, tell me what's going on. I'm here to help." Adella took a deep breath, trying to steady her voice. "Tell me what happened" Selena requested "I almost lost my innocence mother" Adella said and Selena's eyes widened "A guard tried to rape me" Adella broke it down even more "Then??...." "A senior guard came over before he could have his way" Adella sniffs Selena sighed out and gave her a sign to come closer,Adella immediately joined her on the floor and hugged her tightly "I'm sorry child,it's all my fault" Selena said in tears "No,it's nobody's fault. I believe things will change" Adella said "I will keep on believing like you always say" Selena said "You're so strong, Adella," Selena said, her voice full of admiration. "You have such a pure heart, and I know you will get through this. I'm so proud of you." Adella couldn't help but smile through her tears. "Thank you, mother," she said, hugging Selena even tighter. "You're the best mother I could ever ask for." Selena held Adella close, feeling a rush of love and gratitude. "And you're the best daughter I could ever have," she said. "I know you'll get through this, and you'll come out even stronger." Adella took a deep breath, letting Selena's words sink in. She knew her mother was right she would get through this. She would come out stronger and more resilient than ever before. And she would do it for herself, and for her mother. As they sat there in each other's embrace, Selena spoke again. "You know," she said, her voice quiet but steady, "if you ever need to talk about what happened, I'm here for you. I'll always be here for you." Adella nodded, feeling a weight lift from her shoulders. She knew her mother was right talking about what had happened would be the first step towards healing. "Thank you, mother," she said. "I know I can always come to you for anything." Selena smiled, her heart full of love for her daughter. "And you can come to me for anything, not just this," she said. "You can come to me for anything your hopes, your dreams, your fears. I will always be here to listen and to help." "Thank you, mother," Adella said, her voice thick with emotion. "I don't know what I would do without you." "And I don't know what I would do without you," Selena said, her voice matching Adella's in emotion. "You are my everything, my sweet daughter." They hugged each other again, their hearts full of love and gratitude. Adella felt a deep sense of peace, knowing that no matter what happened, she would always have her mother by her side. ** Adella covered Selena well with the worn out blanket before she started sowing her torn dress,it's the only one she has,the slave uniform. It's just a short dress and it even worse because she had outgrown the dress and it's hardly covering her body, the kind of stares she receive from the guards every single day makes her feel uncomfortable but she has no choice right?? She sighed out and finally decided to talk to Marie who have been quiet all along, definitely she's angry with her. "Marietta?"Adella mind linked her "Puff.. What" Marie replied uninterestedly "You won't say anything? I'm hurt here" Adella said "Is that my fault?" Marie asked "Partially yes,you didn't even try to help" Adella replied "I was too tired to help Ella, just yesterday,we healed up countless of deep wounds, you know we are omegas and our healing ability is weak but I tried my best to make sure you have no scars on your body,I'm trying Ella you know that"Marie said and tears rolled down Adella's eyes Adella felt a pang of guilt as she heard Marie's words. She knew that Marie had worked hard to heal her, and that it must have been exhausting. But she couldn't help but feel a little hurt that Marie hadn't even attempted to help her during the attack. "I'm sorry," Adella said, her voice wavering. "I know you must be tired, but I just felt so scared and alone. I just needed someone to be there for me." Marietta sighed. "I'm sorry too," she said, her voice softer now. "I didn't mean to make you "'m sorry I'm too weak to save you" Marie said "It's fine,at least you clean up my scars,I have the nicest body" Adella smiled "I can't wait to find our mate,I have a feeling he's someone strong and great" Marie said "Are you sure? I want to believe that so badly Marie,I'm getting impatient" Adella said "That's why I don't want scars on our body,we should make him attracted to us at least" Marie said and Adella chuckled "Such a pervert wolf I have" She said "I can't be like you Ella, you're too soft, gosh" Marie groaned and Adella laughed "thanks for making my night,Marietta" She said "you know when you're sad,I'm sad too. We are the same body and soul,so stop crying and let me rest, tomorrow is another day to heal up wounds" Marie said and Adella sighed "Fine,go on and rest" Adella muttered and cut off the mind link. With the mind link cut off, Adella was left alone with her thoughts. She felt a mix of emotions sadness, relief, and gratitude. She was glad to have Marietta in her life, even if they were sometimes different. They shared a bond that was unbreakable, a bond that would carry them through whatever challenges they faced. And right now, that bond was what Adella needed the most. She closed her eyes, willing herself to sleep. Tomorrow would be another day, and she would face it with Marietta by her side. She finished up the patching of her dress and also lay beside her mother on the cold floor. Normally,a complete human will never be able to survive what they go through every single day,but even though they are weaker than the other wolves, still they can't be compared to humans, they are strong on their own,but not strong enough for the title of their pack. Adella had always wondered what it would be like to be human, to live a normal life with no fear of attacks or training. But then she would remember her mother's words: "We are not human, and we can never be. We are something different, something special. We are omegas, and we have our own power. We may not be as strong as the alphas or the betas, but we have our own unique abilities." Those words always comforted Adella, reminding her that she was not less than anyone else, that she had value and purpose. She may not be the strongest or the most powerful, but she had her own special gifts. And that was enough for her.
