Ruby mathews looked at the two wealthy looking women sitted in front of her..

If she didn't leave this place in less than 20 minutes,she was certain Monti would burst out of anger and no one would like to see an upset Monti.

"Ruby Mathews,if am right?"the younger among the two women asked,

It was now getting creepy how did they know even about her personal life?,she wondered

"My name is Sara,and this is my sister Vivian,we called you for something simple ruby,as long as you cooperate,everything will be better for the both of us"the older woman spook for the first time,though she wasn't as beautiful as the younger one,she still had one of those intimidating faces one would call pretty..

"We want you to quit working for monti and recommend my sister to take up your position"she continued

"What?!!!!,do you even know my job is to care for his three daughters"clearly these women had no idea who she was

"Yes,we know that quite well"the woman,Sara answered her with a smile forming at the corner of her lips

"Then why would you want a job as a nanny,you two look rich enough"she said

"This is a win lose situation ruby,you can either do as we tell you or sit here and ask questions which i promise you,wont be answered"Sara replied

"Okay,and what if i refuse,"her voice sounded confident

"If you refuse,we kill your son Leo and not only that but your husband as well,but if you do agree,we pay you double the amount monti pays you every month till we leave,as i said ruby,this is a win lose situation,"

"That is of no great importantance ruby,do as we tell you and you have nothing to lose"Vivian said

"My son and my husband please don't harm them in any way"it sounded more like a plead

No one in their right sences would assume these women would cause any harm to someone

"Your husband is at work and as for your son,lets just say one of our girls,is taking care of him"

Ruby felt her heart skip a bit,she got her phone and called Leo's school

His teacher answered on the fifth ring

"Mrs Mathews,hope nothing wrong happened for Leo not to come to school"ruby felt like something had been stake on her neck,she had droped Leo on the school gate herself

"Good choice ruby,tell Monti you want to quit,tell him your son is seriously ill and needs your attention right now,you will say you have someone,your cousin to take in your place while you are away......Vivian"Sara explained,gesturing to her sister who was looking at her keenly..

Seemed they had already planned right much everything

"What if he refuses??,what if he doesnt want another woman to fill in my place?"she asked knowing fully well how difficult Monti was

"You will make sure he does,you will think of something to convince him Vivian is perfect for this job ruby, remember what you have in stake here"Sara said

Ruby sat quite for sometime thinking of what to do,she couldn't bare the fact that her son could be in danger,she would never forgive herself if something where to happen to him but again,she raised Monti's girls,she loved them like her own and would never want to risk their lives,

Sara stood up,so did Vivian

"I think we are done,we are giving you 20 Minutes to make a decision on what is really important to you"Sara said

"And remember we do not intend any harm unless forced"Vivian said empathising the word 'harm'....

"Sorry wont solve anything,this better not repeat itself Ruby,,, now go and prepare the girls,we will be leaving in 20 minutes"he ordered..

Today was a weekend,he had the whole day to spend with his daughters,he had a surprise for them..

The driver and one bodyguard in front,Monti and Ruby in the second roll and another bodyguard with the girls at the back sit,of course two extra cars where always following them one in front and the other at the back in case anything happened...

Monti had noticed that Ruby had been distant and deep in thought since she came but of course he was a person who never showed concern,he considered that a weakness and just watched her actions from the corner of his eye.

Ruby Sat silently at the far end of the sit deep in thought when her phone suddenly rang,she looked at Monti for permission and he nodded his head allowing her to answer the phone

"Mom"she heard Leo say and felt her heart skip a beat,

Tears were already visible in her eyes

"Leo,,,,,,,,Leo,,,,, are you okay"she asked almost in tears forgetting her boss was next to her

"You are on a car with Monti and his kids,this is the perfect time to tell him about you quitting ruby,we don't have much time and trust me,don't try my patience"Sara has Ruby knew through the voice said,

"Yes"she answered before the phone disconnected.....

She was silent for a while before she gathered the strength to speak

"Sir,i want to quit working for you for sometime"she finally said

She knew how difficult Monti was

"No!!"he answered after a few minutes,why would he even say no when she wasn't asking him but telling them

"I have to,,,,my son is sick,he em he needs my attention and care right now,he has a terminal illness"she lied tears already falling on her cheeks,it was better if it was a terminal illness than a kidnapped son most likly to be killed..

"No!,,the girls,they need you,you are the only mother they have ever knowen,they can't go a day without you"his voice now sounded slightly soft,but that was only Slightly

"I know,,,my sister she is nice and kind,she will fill in my place while am away,the girls will love her"

"You are the only woman i have under my employment,the girls are still young,they need a woman to care for them but i wont just employ any woman who is committed to other things"his voice was its usual cold self

"She isn't married,she doesn't even have a child,the girls will love her sir,just give her a chance to take in my place,i promise you won't regret it"her heart was filled with guilt as she said this,she just wanted her son to be safe

Monti had been silent for what seemed like hours but only mere minutes

When he spook he told the driver to turn the car around back to his mansion

He felt that Ruby's son also needed her attention and it would be soo unfair if he didn't let her see to her son's health,if the woman was her sister then it was okay if she took her place that's if the girls would like her of course

"Come with your sister tomorrow morning and then we will talk after that"he said and that was all Ruby wanted to hear...

"Vivian,are you sure about this,you have been like a princess all your life,i cant imagine you having to do any kind of work by yourself"Sara told her sister concern evident in her voice

"We could think of another way....."

"no sister,this is the only way i can meet the girls without father finding out anything"Vivian said cutting her sister off,her beautiful face was glowing from the excitement she was feeling,she was finally going to meet her tomorrow,she just couldn't wait

"We could just kinapp the girls you know"Sara suggested her evil mind at work

Vivian shook her head

"I want her to know me at a personal level,if we do something as silly as kinapp them,Monti will go crazy and father will find out"

"If father finds out,He will kill us"

"Yes,that's why its best If we go with this plan for now"

Sara stood up and went to sit near her sister

"Am just worried about you,if the work becomes too much don't hesitate to tell me"

"I promise you will be the first to know"Vivian answered wrapping her arms around sara,she felt that her sister was just being silly,how hard could it be being a nanny to three kids?

Sara now held the little girl in her arms,she was beautiful but no,they couldn't keep her,looking at her sister who was laying unconscious,she wondered what to do,she couldn't just kill her

"What do we do with her?,she asked the young man though she wasnt really expecting a answer,she paced back and fro till she had an idea

When Vivian woke up,she looked around the room
