Best Mistake

The tiny bed make a funny cracking sound as two bodies landed on it,Hux bring out pack of condoms from his pocket while the girl wait pushing her hair behind her ears staring at him.

"You're just gonna go right into it?"

"Isn't that why you are here?" Hux asked.

The girl hesitate for a second before pulling up her clothes leaving her with her underwear.

Hux also pull down his trouser ready to put the condom on when hard knocks came on the door interrupting them.

"Hux! Hux? Are you in there?"

Dropping the condom on the bed, he go to open the door and put on a smiley face at his best friend Abby.

"Why haven't you been answering your phone? Where the hell have you been? I've been looking all over for you" she throw questions at him looking tired and dampy.

"Your Dad called me to ask where you are because you aren't home yet"

"What did you tell him?" He asked with a frown

"That you are at my place sick because you ate bad lunch" she said stuttering at the stupid lie she had told.

"Did he believe it?" Hux asked chuckling

"That's not the issue. Why didn't you go home after...?"

"I'm busy" he said dismissively and it was then Abby notice he's only putting on boxer.

"What the..." She said and move forward to push the door open, Hux try stopping her but she get in pushing him away.

The girl on the bed look angry to see the intruder was a girl and look at her questioning like a girl catching her boyfriend cheating.

"Who is this Hux?"

"Hi, I'm Abby and this is my room, you are in my house" she informed the girl who give a 'what' look

"And Just in case he lied to you like he does to every other girls he brought here, he's still a high school student"

"What! You told me you are in college" the girl said, she pick up her clothes and walk out of the room looking upset.

"What was that for?" Hux cried with a roll of eyes at her.

"I've told you to stop bringing your girlfriends to my house, what if my mom come back from work "

"They are not my girlfriends"

"You have your big mansion house yet you come to my small house to have sex" she complained.

"I like your house" he told her and shrugged.

"Your Dad is really worried about you Hux, you need to stop being a kid and be kind to him, not eveyone get lucky to have rich parents"

"You can switch with me, I hate the man"

Abby sighs and shakes her head at his immature answer then try tidying up her room, she threw his clothes at him including the condoms like it is some diseases she shouldn't dare touch.

"Don't tell me you and that nerd boyfriend of your hasn't done it yet?" Hux ask picking up his clothes.

"Done what?" Abby asked pretending not to understand.

"Really Abby, you know this is one of the reasons why people call you a fogey"

"Don't say that" she hit him on the shoulder and he chuckle siting down beside her while she put on a sad face.

"Am I really boring? She asked sounding down and Hux pull her close.

"You are cool in your way" he said to encourage her.

"That's the same as saying I am a bore" she said and push him off.

"Maybe if you don't date people like Larry, you'll be less boring" he said with a shrug and Abby throw a pillow at him which he catches and throw back on the bed behind her.

"Get out of my house" she said and push him out of the room and out of the door.

"Oh come on, I don't want to go back to my old hag" he whines but Abby didn't listen and lock the door to his face.

Abby sniff at the cold air regretting not putting on a more warm sweater, she try to endure it since she would soon get to Larry's house just a street away.

The blue house stands among the other white ones from a distance and Abby hurry her foot to get there quick.

She halt her steps at the unbelievable scene happening in front of her and dab her eyes thinking it's the cold affecting her view now.

The two standing just few feets away from her stop eating each other's face and turn to her.

Larry look down with a low sigh and walk to Abby who still can't process seeing him smooching another girl who happen to be going to their school and in the same class as her.

Abby move back from Larry as he get close and turn around hurrying off the place with mixed feelings.

The first class Abby had, she keep replaying what she has seen in front of Larry's place that she didn't hear a thing until the boy sitting beside her called her attention.

She apologize to the teacher and try to concentrate but the girl she saw earlier was just two seats away and she can't help staring at her.

She walk like the dead to her locker, looking pretty bad and pick up her books for the next class.

Abby hear Hux call her name and turn to see him coming from another classroom, she ignore him and continue. She close her locker and see Larry standing in front of it.

"I want to talk to you Abby" he said pushing his glasses up, Abby used to think it's cool but now it's not.

"I don't want to talk to you Larry... not here" she said as Hux get to them and greet Larry in a loud voice.

He reply with a slight nod and face Abby to talk not listening.

"I don't want to be with you anymore Abby. You are just the same as me"

"Boring and no spice" he added and Abby heart sinks

"I met Claudia yesterday and things are already so spiced up between us, I really wish you find..."

"What nonsense are you spewing nerd!" Hux said to him and Abby put her hand between them as he tries to move in on Larry.

"You fucking loser! I told you to break up with his boring wussy ass" he said angrily.

Abby bow her head feeling embarrassed when people start staring at them and yell at Hux to stop. She push Larry out of her way and walk off.

Hux cuss under his breathe glaring at Larry who look scared, he decide to let him go now and chase after Abby.

"Are you sure you want to come here?" Hux asked not comfortable bringing her to a place filled with bad teenagers and alcohol.

"Your Mom will kill me if she finds out I took you out to drink"

Abby ignore his complains and walk in to an empty seat, she order a bottle of alcohol and Hux come to sit beside her giving up on changing her mind.

"One should drink to get over a breakup" he said ordering drinks for himself.

"You should get over him with one drink, that's how much he's worth"

"If you had listened to me and broke up with him before he did then you won't have to drink over a loser like him"

"You're just too good for a dork like him"

Abby bang her hands in the table in a fist and gave him a scare.

"I don't need your criticisms or judgement right now" she yell at him.

She gulp down what's remaining of the bottle into her throat and grab one of Hux's drink.

"Hey! One bottle is enough, you can't handle two" he told her taking the bottle back.

"Why? Because I am boring?" She asked him feeling upset

"Because you've never drink before..."

Hux trail off as she get up and look around the room, she saw a table full of boys and walk to meet them. She sit beside the tall one and grab his bottle drinking it down, the liquid burn through her tongue.

"Get up Abby" Hux came to her and drag her by the arm but she shrug him off.

The guy she's sitting with, put his hand around her back and pull her close

"Chick wants to be here" the guy said with a flirty smile and Hux grab him by his shirt ready to punch him.

Abby quickly get up and stop him from getting into stupid fight

"I want to stay with him" she told him crossing her arms.

"No you don't, it's the alcohol talking" he told her and grab her by the waist lifting her off the floor and throw her on his shoulders.

He bring her to his car and put her in the front seat while she struggle not to throw up.

Hux sighs and enter the car, driving her back home hoping they get in before her Mom do.

Hux make a fast reverse when he sees the lights on in the house, he look at Abby who is fast asleep and decide to take her to his house instead.

He arrive home and pull up to the park seeing his old man car already parked and knows he's home.

Hux open the door to help Abby out of the car but she push him away as he open the door and run to throw up.

"Are you okay?"

"I'm sorry" she said awake and turn to Hux

"I'll ask the someone to clean it up tomorrow" he told her and help her walk inside.

"Your Mom called while in the car and I told her, you are sleeping over with couple of other friends" Hux said pouring water in a cup for her drink.

He turn around to see Abby crying and drop the cup asking what is wrong.

"I really liked him" she cried aloud.

Abby adjust her butt and Hux sit beside her hugging her by the side, she cry more and use his t-shirt to wipe her tears.

"I have no idea you really like him" he said not minding his cloth getting soak.

"We even planned on going to college together" she said sniffing her tears in.

"Don't worry then, I'll go to college with you" Hux said to console her.

"Is that supposed to be a joke?"

"Atleast it made you stop crying"

"Yeah" she said and go to pick up the cup of water.

"You know... I used to have this crush you when we were younger, but you suddenly change from the perfect guy to this jerk"

"You like me?" He asked really surprised at the confession.

"Liked" she corrected and go to sit on the chair.

Hux open one if his Dad's liquor at Abby's plea and give her half glass so she won't throw up again or wake up with headache in the morning.

He try not to drink much but had to drink it all when Abby wanted to pour another glass.

"Would you want to sleep with me?" Abby pop out the question and Hux tilt his neck at the ridiculous question.

"You are drunk" he shakes his head and move away from her on the sofa.

"Oh you are a namby-pamby guy" she said, her voice faintly mocking.

"No I'm not" he defended and scoff

He stand up to put the bottle away and CA it a night but Abby hold his wrist and pull him back to sit.

She fall on him landing her lips on his mouth and Hux's eyes widen at the sudden kiss.

The bottle in his hand drop to the rug and manage not to hit his feet.

Hux push her slowly to rest her back on the sofa and pull her closer by her thigh while locking eyes with her.

He kiss her back trying to be as gentle as possible with his hands still on her thigh and caressing as he kisses her.

He break the kiss and trail his hands up under her dress lifting it up slightly as his hands moves.

Abby clinch her hands around his neck giving a low breathe at his touch, feeling extremely nervous.

"Let's stop" he told her

"Why?" Abby asked not letting go of her hold around his neck too embarrassed to look at him.

"I don't want to hurt you" he reveal and remove his hand from her body.

"I'm not going to scream" she said and her eyes looking desperate.

Hux want to laugh at her for being naive but stop himself not to hurt her emotion.

He carry her off the sofa letting her wrap her hands around his neck still and take her back into his room.

Abby let herself on the bed, her heart pounding fast as Hux climb on top of her and cover her mouth completely.

She grab his t-shirt assuming it's the next step and hear him covering a giggle. Abby retreat her hand feeling embarrassed.

"Let me do that" he told her and pull off his top.

Abby stare feeling some lumps in her throat at the exposure, she has seen him many times topless but it feels different.

She touch his abs feeling them with her little fingers moving everywhere.

Hux watch her drooling over his body for a moment before he unzip her dress from behind and let it down her body to reveal her pink brassiere.

If it was on a normal day, he would have tease her about the pink color but his eyes are focus on something more plump and firmly staring back at him.

Abby felt his eyes on her chest and turn red, she close her eyes as his lips wet her tits and try not to flinch.
