"I'm quite confuse that you're not commiting suicide yet" My bestfriend Nat said and I rolled my eyes

"I'm proud of myself too about that too" I said as I threw myself to my bed

"This is your last year and you have waste the last 3 years studying business that you hate" She said as she munched her favorite hot cheetos

"Thanks for reminding Nat. I'm currently finding a way to get out from this hell after I graduate" I sighed and closed my eyes

"Look Stella , you can't be like this forever. You're not happy"

"I know but I can't just leave my dad's empire Nat , it's not that easy. I'm the only Veros here"

"Well trust me you won't be happy in the future so I suggest you find a way to get out from this. Runaway maybe?" I opened my eyes and turned my head looking at her disbelief

"You know my parents Nat , I can't do that. I need to find another way"

"How's Jonathan?" She asked and I scoffed

"No news about him , he's completely shut me off" Jonathan is my boyfriend and we have been together for around 3.5 years now but suddenly he left. He left a message telling that he's not for me and a lot of bullshits too. I hate him and I cried a lot.. I wasted my tears for some coward guy

"Now it's time for you to find anot- oh my gosh! I have an idea!" She squealed in excitement and I raised my eyebrows

"Marry a businessman!" She suggested and I laughed at her idea

"Marry? You're crazy" I sat up and looked at her stupidly

"If you marry a businessman , it means that you will hand your company to him and you can chase your dream!" She looked at me seriously and I knew that she's not joking or things like that. I can't believe her to suggest this crazy idea

"Marriage is a big deal Nat , I can't just get married to a random guy and besides how can I trust someone to take over my company. He will take that away from me" I said shooking my head

"Pick someone who has a higher level than you" She smirked

"Who will that be?"

"7 Gold Lifes" She said and I laughed

"You know they're not my style right?" I asked and she nodded

"It's not about your style , it's about your dream Nat. I mean all you need to do is choose between The Cesborn and The Lemiere since all the other kids already have their own partner" Nat is damn crazy

"I can't use them , I hate using people for this"

"Well I'm just suggesting , you're not happy now Stella. I hate to see that" She looked at me seriously and I sighed

"But that kind of plan won't work and I hate to-"

"Work together then or maybe just fall in love with them"

"It's still using them Nat , I can't do that" I shook my head

"Think about it , your dad knew the 7 Gold Lifes quite well right?"

"Nat this is crazy" I said disbelief

"I know but at least you can be free from the business thing. You will be a doctor soon if you marry one of the guys" I sighed and she was right about it. If I get married , it means I can give my company into my husband's hand and I can chase my dream

"If you're not into 7 Gold Lifes , Brooklyn Samuel is still single"

"Don't be crazy Nat , your idea is completely extreme" I hissed

"I'm just suggesting that you can make a marriage contract like in the Proposal movie. Give him some conditions that will the guy agree"

"Who would want that contract Nat? It's stupid"

"I don't know , that's why you have to try" She took my iPad and started typing the 7 Gold Lifes. She gave me a full profile of every kid on the internet. Oh my gosh

"Joel is cute" Nat said

"I'm not intere-"

"You can't marry a guy like Jonathan. He's an athlete not a billionaire so he might want to take that money from you. He left you without words so he will take your money without words too" She said

"This isn't a movie Nat , I can't just ask one of them to marry me. They will think I'm crazy"

"Not ask but pretend to like him and love him and ask him for marriage and boom you both get married. Hand the company to him and boom you can pursue your dreams after that" She explained

"You're a bad best friend."

"I know" She agreed

"I hate you" I hissed

"No , you love me" She smirked and at the same time my phone rang. It's my dad and I quickly picked it up putting it in loudspeaker too since I'm so lazy to put it to my ear

"Hello dad"

"Stella , where are you?" He asked straigth to the point

"At home"

"Go dress up , we're having a dinner with the Cesborn" He said and I immediately looked at Nat. She gave me a thumbs up

"For what?" I asked

"You'll see , just dress up and be at the Decolan's Steak House at 6.30" My dad said and I can't believe he called me in this weird timing

"Okay"

"Good , see you there pumpkin"

"Okay dad" I ended the call and Nat squealed

"This is crazy , we just talked about it! You need to take one of the Cesborn's guy okay? But I prefer Joel because he's cuter" She reminded and I facepalmed myself

"I'm going to pick your outfit tonight and you will look so hot!" She squealed and ran to my closet. I rolled my eyes and dragged myself to the bathroom

No.. I'm not going to do this crazy plan. It won't be fair for me and the guy. I will need another way to get my dream

"I'll go to your house tomorrow to finish the project. I know, I'm sorry" I sighed and closed my eyes

"You better be!" My friend Alice and I have a project together and since I don't like this business major, I tend to ignore it and forget about the projects. When you do something that you don't like.. you won't be able to see the result no matter how hard you try.

I stomped the ground angrily and leaned my head to the wall. I tapped my head to the wall continuously because my head was burning with anger and just a lot of things. I hate studying business and I hate not being able to reach my dreams.

I want to be a DOCTOR

"I want to commit suicide" I said

"There's a balcony there" I jumped when I heard a voice behind me, I turned my body and couldn't help but speechless to see Axel Cesborn standing there. He pointed at the balcony and I looked at it disbelief

"Thanks for pointing it out," I said sarcastically.

"Everyone is waiting for you" He said and I looked at him weirdly. He turned his body and walked back into the restaurant. I followed him from the back. I saw everyone was already there except me.

"Hello" I greeted the Cesborn Family and shook their hands one by one. Only Joan Cesborn who is absent today because she has work in Las Vegas

"You're still in the university right?" Sebastian Cesborn asked

"Yes I am" I smiled

"It must be fun" Alissa said and I awkwardly nodded

"She still needs a lot of training, I want her to experience a lot of things in other company first before going into my company" My dad said and I facepalmed myself

"Training?"

"More like learning from others how to handle this and that in hard situations"

"Axel can teach her" What?! I turned to Axel and he shook his head slowly like it was only for me to see

"No need, Axel here will be busy and I bet our schedule won't match" I smiled

"You don't have a class in Tuesday and in the weekends"

"Dad, weekends is for my day off"

"Axel can teach her" Sebastian said and I shook my head

"No no no, it's okay. Please no" I said

"She said it's okay dad" Axel added

"Joel can" Sebastian said and Joel's face turned horror

"No no, I bet this semester has a lot of projects and things like that. I'll just learn everything from college" I said in panic

"No no, come to my office tomorrow. Axel will teach you"

"I have a meetings tomorrow"

"I'll take over" Joel smiled widely

"Good"

"Thankyou Sebastian" My dad said and they both chuckled

"You helped me a lot back in the days, so I just want to help you back"

"If he's cold to you, just pinch him" Sebastian's wife, Alissa said. I smiled at her and frowned inside my head about this idea

After that, they talked about a business that I'm not interested in. I hate being here and hate the idea about business. I hate business.. hate it.. hate it.

"The balcony is there" Axel said and I looked up to him

"Huh?"

"The balcony"

"What balcony?" Joel asked and thanked God our parents were busy with their talking or else my parents will ask why would I want a balcony?

"Kids, are you up for a drink?" We all turned to our parents and I shook my head

"No thankyou, I'm good" I said

"You guys can go" Axel said and they nodded. Our parents went away planning to drink together. Now I'm left with these two Cesborn kids. I looked at them both awkwardly

"I don't want to train you" Axel said

"Me neither, I don't even have interest in business"

"But you don't have a choice right?" Joel asked

"That's the point" I turned to Joel nodding

"I'm outta here, I promise Fred to buy him a drink" Joel got up from his seat

"See you tomorrow Stella" Joel smiled and I smiled back since he's nice not like his brother

"Yeah see you tomorrow" I said and Joel went away

"Tomorrow will be the first time and the last time for me to train you" He stated looking at me coldly and I was shocked to see this side of him

"That's fine, I don't even interested in the training thing"

"Then you need to cooperate with me to stop this"

"Don't wor-" Suddenly I remembered Nat's words, I looked at him

"What?" He asked

"Nothing" I don't think that's a great idea, especially when Axel is the guy. He's cold and just not cool. Besides, Nat's words were crazy and how can I think about it when I'm with Axel?

"Listen Stella, I hope that you and I have a good relationship with each other. I don't want to ruin it because you want to train with me. I don't have time for that" He stated and my eyes turned to him

"We just met today and I didn't do anything to you so can you please cut that cold tone down?" I asked nicely and his face softens

"Talk to your dad about this and I talk to mine"

"I will, don't worry" My eyes suddenly landed on the restaurant's entrance, it's Jonathan. My breath got hitch and I quickly moved to sit beside Axel.

He's walking towards me this way and I was in panic. Axel looked at me weirdly

"What are you doing?" He asked as I kept looking back and forth to Jonathan. Jonathan was one meter away from us. I cupped Axel's face and crashed my lips to his.

I kissed him deeply and Axel was trying to push me but I kept holding the kiss.

"Stella?" I stopped the kiss and turned to Jonathan

"Axel?" The light brown haired girl beside Jonathan said

"You know him?" Jonathan asked the girl beside him

"You disturb us, can you both go?" Axel asked coldly, gesturing for them to go. He turned his head and crashed his lips to mine kissing me passionately

What just happened?

"So is that your ex?" I asked

"None of your business." He said as he walked out from the building leaving me alone. I took off my right heels and threw it to him. It hit his back and he turned to me.

"What?" He hissed

"Dropped me to your favorite bar." I said as I walked down the stairs. I took my heels and put it back. He looked at me weirdly

"Who are you telling me what to do?" He asked coldly

"Your grandmother" I said as I continued to walk down the stairs. I turned to him.

"Take a taxi, go there by yourself. Don't be a-"

"You kissed me big time earlier and you need to pay for kissing it. I'm so disgusted by you." I hissed looking at him annoy

"You kissed me first. You nee-"

"I kissed you only 2 seconds and you-"

"Get in, old woman" He said. I smiled and got into his car. I put the seatbelt on and he started to drive out.

"Past is just past.. move on buddy" I said and turned to him

"You don't know anything about it so shut it" He hissed and I shrugged. I turned on the radio and No Promises - Cheat Codes and Demi Lovate played.

"You're annoying" He turned it off

"You're the annoying one, no wonder that girl left you." I just blurted it out. He stepped on the gas, suddenly making me shocked. I'm going to die.. I'm going to die..

"Let's have a drink together"

"I don't drink with a girl like you" He said as he looked at me. I scoffed coldly

"I know I'm plain and flat." I hissed and got off from his car. I closed the door and he drove away. I walked into the bar and asked for one strong alcohol right away. I looked around and the bar felt kinda cozy.

I laughed at myself seeing Jonathan with a really hot girl. She looked so beautiful, proper and just perfect. Here I am.. plain and completely flat. No wonder that he left me but the question is why that girl left Axel? I bet she left him because I can see the hurt in his eyes.

She's perfect and Axel is perfect. Why did she leave him? I mean I might not like Axel but he's a one hot guy.

The bartender put the cocktail in front of me and I drank it in one shot. I'm stressing a lot these days and I really need to find a way out. I can't study business anymore. I can't. I might die.

"You dropped this.." I turned to the side to see Axel threw my phone and sat beside me

"So what makes you come back here?" I asked

"You're the one who make me" He hissed and I scoffed coldly

"Don't be so cold, how can you get a girl with that attitude?" I turned to him and he ignored me. He ordered a drink too

"I have an offer for you.." I turned my body to him

"No thanks"

"You're not fun" I said and he rolled his eyes. I got down and moved my chair closer to him. So close until he glared at me. I opened my cardigan leaving me on my black tank top.

I put my hand on his shoulder and leaned closer to his ear.

"Marry me" I said and he turned to me with his cold eyes. Our faces were so close to each other

"Why would I marry a girl like you?"

"Same goes as me, do you think I like a guy like you?" I smirked

"Then you know the answer, old lady"

"It's a mutual thing, Axel. I heard you need a new investor for your new project so I'm of-"

"I have billions in case you forget"

"I'm not dumb and I'm not finish talking" I put my index finger to his lips and he pushed it away

"So.. I'm going to be your investor and I'm going to give you my company shares for 10% in exchange for marriage."

"I'm not interested in marriage. So not thanks.. ask someone else" He said and I sipped my cocktail again.

"Fine.." I stood up and pulled up my tank top a little bit and tied it. Revealing my flat stomach and I walked aw-

"You're acting like a slut" Axel commented

"I don't care.. if you call me that. You're no one in my life so free to call me slut, bitch, whore or whatever. I need someone to rule my company so I can be a freaking doctor!" I said and I drank all of my alcohol drink

"Girls love their wedding things.. I guess you're not" He said

"Sometimes.. you need to sacrifice something to reach your dreams. I'm giving up my wedding just to be a doctor. Call me idiot crazy and dumb.. I don't give a fuck about it." I said as I put my red lipstick on

"You're an educated girl.. don't act that you're so che-"

"Marry me then.. you're an educated person and you don't want marriage right?" I cut him and he looked at me coldly. I walked to him and slid my hands to his chest taking his attention.

"It's a mutual thing.. you get more money and I get my dreams. Let's get married for a year and then we can divorce. You can find some girl to bang with because I don't mind." I smirked and looked straight to his eyes

"Think about it.. I'll come to you again to the office for training right? I want your answer tomorrow fast so if you reject it.. I can find someone else" I kissed his cheek and smiled. I took my bag and phone with me and walked out from the bar.

I need to do this fast or else.. I might go crazy if I continue to be a businesswoman..
