BLS #4: Stabbed by Rose

Rose Hastington

I walked out from my office with a smile plastered on my face. I don't know why I'm so happy today but I'm just happy.

"You're weird." I glared to my brother as he commented about my face.

"Shut it Luky." I hissed and he pressed the lift button.

"Have you book a ticket to Miami for next week?"

"Why don't we use our jet?" I asked.

"Dad is going to use it smart head." He said annoyed and we walked into the lift.

"Why dad get to use it every time?" I hissed.

"It's his." Luke said in 'are you stupid tone?'.

"Where are you going after this?" I asked.

"As usual.. meet my brothers." Luke said and I rolled my eyes.

"Will Max be there?"

"It's only me, Sky and Ken for today.

"Where's the rest?" I asked and the lift opened, we walked out from the lift and walked out from the building.

"Aaron's at home taking care of his sick wife, Alex is taking Angel to LA, Sebastian is in Russia but I don't know what is that idiot doing there and lastly your Maxy.." I looked at him waiting for him to finish his sentence.

"Where? Max where?"

"I don't know." That made me smack his shoulder hard, he groaned in pain.

"Don't joke like that!"

"Why don't you check him at his house? You can call him too." He hissed and rubbed the spot where I smack him.

"Okay." I smiled widely and he still looked at me annoy, I walked to my car and waved to my annoying brother. I got into my car and drove out from my office building.

Let's just go to Max's house, I miss him. We fought a lot last week and none of us talk so let's just clear things up with him.

Max is my first love, I love him since I was 14 and I know that's crazy, now I'm 24 almost 25 and my heart still belongs to him. We both have an on and off relationship and as you all know Max is a playboy, he often change women almost everyday.

It breaks my heart and I've been watching it for almost 11 years, but he kept going back to me in the end. I know he's a douchebag but I love him. Crazy love but it's true.

When I saw Max for the first time, everything is just right. He didn't notice me at first but as I turned 17 and changed my appearance, I went to the gym and started to make my body more sexy so he will notice me.

From that point, he did take 'my first' in everything and I did save all of it for him. It's just incredible for him to be my first and of course I love him but I never say that to his face but I know he always come to me in the end..

This year my dad talked about merging my company with the Portwalt by having arrange marriage to Austin Portwalt, Blake Samuel's bestfriend in Miami. We both already met each other secretly with my dad and his dad and him, we took everything slow and we only went out for a few dates.

Austin likes me, he told me that but as all you know I don't. He's sweet and caring, really take everything slow. He's far from Max, I want Max to be like Austin but of course he can't.

Everything that I want in a guy, Austin has it but he can't give me the feeling that Max can give me. He just can't.

2 days ago, our family had dinner together again without Luke of course. My dad won't risk anything if Luke knows. We came to an agreement to get married next month and I'm still confuse about it.

Max never state me as his, he never claim me. I'm not even his girlfriend or anything so we don't have any official relationship and it hurts me but what can I do? I asked him to be my boyfriend but he rejected it and we didn't talked for 2 months and it's killing me.

Maybe if I get married to Austin, I can develop feelings for him because we'll live together and basicly do everything together so I think I will like him or maybe love him.

But now.. my heart still belongs to Max.

As I arrived at his house, my eyes narrowed as I saw a yellow ferrari parked there. I walked to his main door and still looking at that Ferrari.

I walked inside his house and all his maids already know who I am so they already used to me getting here without any announcement.

I turned to the stairs and my eyes widen..

My heart crushed again.. for a thousand times maybe..

I saw red high heels, bra, black dress, panties, suit, shoes.. my heart crunched but I kept walking up.

I have been watching this kinda thing for 11 years and I don't know how many girls he already bed. I walked to his room and stood in front of his door.

I heard moans, groans and screams. I literally wanted to cry in this situation and I always did but I suddenly remembered about my agreement with Austin and his dad.

I'm getting tired actually for the pass 11 years this is what I get everytime. Heartbreak.. nothing more and the smart head he is, he always get me back.

"Gosh Jennifer." My eyes widen.. Jennifer? Jennifer his new secretary?

With that I pressed the door knob and pushed the door, they both turned to me and all I see was Max face. He has this angry expression towards me.

"Get out Rose!" He said it loudly and clearly.

"Gladly." I smiled and turned my body. I walked away without any tears.. but just hate towards him.

From today and in the future, I won't comeback to you again, Max. I won't.

Rose Hastington

2 weeks later..

I smiled widely as I arrived at the club, I need this to let out my stress even though I will see Max but I don't care. Today is Kenneth's birthday and he invites us all to the usual club.

I walked into the club wearing a really sexy black dress with cuts on my waist. I really love the feeling of wearing dress that reveals my skin especially to see Max's reaction. I commited that I won't talk to him or interact with him a bit, I hate his guts.

"Hello boys." I walked to their area.

"Happy birthday Kenny. " I hugged him and kissed his cheek. He thanked me and just let me enjoy the party.

"My girls!" I hugged them all one by one and I saw Max's face darkens.

"What the hell are you wearing?" I heard Max asked and I ignored him.

"So how about we dance on the dance floor?" I asked the girls and their face lighted up. I got a big glare from their husbands.

"That's a great idea." Sophia squealed and when she stood up from her seat, Aaron held her firmly.

"Aaron!" Sophia smacked his hand.

"Let's go." Janet said when Sky wasn't paying attention, he's talking to Ken and Sebastian.

"Don't even think about it!" Alex said before Angel can even stand up. Angel kissed his cheek and whispered something to his ear and Alex let her go. I wondered what she whisper him about.

"Let's go!" I pulled all of them to the dance floor even it though it was hard at first. We started to dance carelessly and just swayed our hips to the music.

"What the hell Janet!" I heard Sky dragging his wife away as someone started to ogling at her. I chuckled but continue to dance with Sophia and Angel.

"It's been a long time since I get to do this!" Angel said and I smiled to her.

"Let's party secretly sometimes." I said and she gave me a thumbs up.

"My knees are hurting.. I can't dance long." Sophia said and I laughed. She fell down from the stairs last week and hit her knee quite hard. I gestured her to go back and she went away but still we have fun. It's just me and Angel now, suddenly Angel looked behind me.

"Ohh a hot hottie is checking you out." She smirked and I pretended to turn around to see the guy she's talking about. I saw the blond guy walk to me and smirked.

"I'll let you alone girl." Angel whispered and she left me. The guy started to give me a wink and I gestured him to come closer. We danced together for awhile until he landed his hands on my bare waist. I circle my arms around his neck and I smiled looking at his blue eyes.

"What's your name sexy?" He asked.

"Vella." I'm not lying though, Vella is my middle name. How come this guy ask my name? I guess he's anti social man.

"I'm Alfonzo, call me Al." He smirked and started leaning his face to me.

"What a sexy name to scream Al." I was basicly flirting with him and he started feeling my back with his hands. I ran my hands down his chest and he squeezed my butt. He pulled me and crashed his lips to mine, his hands were everywhere on me and I just missing this feeling.. making out.

"You want to go?" He asked and I crashed my lips to him again when suddenly my body was pulled. I turned to see Max was giving Alfonso a really deadly glare, Al looked at him shock. Of course he knows Max, who doesn't?

"Let me go." I pushed his hand away and walked away, what a bastard. I walked back to where the others are, I sat beside Angel who's currently drinking her cocktail.

"What happen with the hottie?" She asked.

"What hottie?" Alex asked and she ignored him.

"Max ruined it." I hissed as I scanned the dance floor again.

"He's jealous."

"Jealous? He slept with other woman in front of my eyes and he dared to get jealous by me making out with someone?" I was more that pissed.

"Boys brain doesn't work that way, Rose." I starled as I heard Alex butt into our conversation.

"How does it work then Alexander?"

"We're selfish, we think we can do everything while you girls dont.. for example I don't let my wife get jealous but when it comes to her, I get jealous all the time and all I want is to throw that guy who dares to crash his lips to her. We work like that.. I know it sucks but swallow it Rosey." He smirked and Angel kissed his cheek.

"I thought you're in a good terms with him?" Angel asked.

"I decided to stop.. he's not worth it, 11 years I've waited and now it's time for me to move on." I sighed and took my cocktail.

"11 years.. I might get crazy first if I love Alex for 11 years and he doesn't care." She said honestly.

"I do care little Angel." He said and Angel rolled her eyes.

"Love hurts sometimes when I said I like this guy, he completely blew me off and I had to wait like an idiot for him to comeback." Angel pointed her finger to Alex.

"But I came back."

"Hush Alex!" She snapped and smiled at me.

"I suggest you move on Rose, hurting yourself is for that long is enough." She held my hand.

"Find a new hottie." She added and winked.

"Did I miss something?" Sophia asked as she plopped down beside me.

"She's moving on from Max." Angel mouthed so Alex can't hear.

"Ohhh nice idea, find a hottie here." Sophia said and I nodded.

"I'm getting married to Austin in 2 weeks." I stated to them slowly and their eyes widen.

"So you agree to it?" Sophia asked and I nodded.

"Seriously?"

"Yeah, the invitation will arrive at your house today or tomorrow." I sighed and sipped my cocktail.

"Have Max heard this?" Angel asked.

"He? He won't care, why hoping he will care? Let him see me getting married." I pissed.

"I bet he will get piss, seeing you making out with someone else already got him mad so I'll bet he will blow up when he get the news that you're getting married."

"I don't send the invitation to him though."

"You didn't?"

"Let him know by your husbands."

"Let's see what will he do." Sophia said.

Suddenly I do want to know even I tried not to care.

Maximillion Cesantio

"I'll give you 200.000 dollars and I want you to give 55% back before the end of this year? How's that?" I smirked looking at Mr. Rodes.

"50% please." He said and I shook my head.

"55% or maybe 60% pick one." I said as I took my drink.

"Okay fine, I'll give 55% for you by the end of this year but can I ask you for 300.000 dollars?" He asked and I sighed.

"If 300.000, 60% then." I sipped my drink and I saw him thinking hard about this.

"Please Mr. Cesantio , I-"

"Take it or leave it, you can try to deal with others." I know he will take it because he doesn't have any option besides that.

"Okay fine." He hissed and I smiled. I signed the contract and called Jennifer to send the money. After dealing with Rodes, I did my other work and even planned to go to France next week to catch Mr. Sentrome's deal. Man if I got that deal, I'll be so happy.

These days I have tried to call Rose a couple of times but she didn't answer which is weird. Girls are so difficult but Rose is more difficult, I never know what she wants.

I was mad at her when I saw her making out with a random guy at Ken's party. I swear my blood boiled, I don't like it. I just really hate it to witness that, she was so cold to me that night and I don't know what got her to be like that.

My phone rang and I looked at it, it showed Sebastian's name on the screen.

"What's up?"

"Meet us at the bar, we got some good news for you." He said and what? Good news?

"Be there in 20." I quickly finished my work and took care of everything. I walked out from my office and got a wink from Jennifer, she's plain and stupid. I shook my head and just ignored her. I went to the lobby and got into my car. I drove out from my office.

As I arrived at the club, I got inside the lift and scanned the gold card. I went up to the second floor and walked into our private room. I saw all of them without Luke and Ken.

"What's up?" I asked as I plopped down beside Aaron.

"Ready?" Sebastian asked.

"What? Ready what?" I looked at them all confuse.

Suddenly Sky threw a white card to the table and I took it. There's an initial A and R on it, I opened the card and read it. My body immediately froze, my breath got hitch.

"I saw my wife secretly reading this and I'm so curious because she has a shock expression." Sky said.

"Angel knew about this too apparently." Alex said and I looked up to them, I turned the invitation to see when and my eyes widen.

"It's next week, she's getting married next week Max." Sebastian said and I put down the invitation on the table clearly don't know what to do about that.

"My question is are you willing to let her go?" Aaron asked and I turned to him.

"You literally have on and off relationship for 10 years with her. You went out with a lot of woman but you always comeback to her at the end. She will tie knots with Austin next week and you won't be able to reach her in the future anymore." Alex stated.

"I heard Janet talk on the phone, I think it's Angel or Sophia but I heard that everything's done. The wedding dress and everything, our wives are going to be her bridemaids and they already did their fitting secretly." Sky said.

"Are you ready to let her to go Max?" Alex asked.

"You know me, I have girls all around me."

"It's different, heck we all have girls around us but we ended up with our wives." Sky added, I looked at the invitation and really want to burn it.

"At Ken party, Rose was pissed about you and I told her about us being boys. She was pissed." Alex said.

"She made out with a stranger." I bursted suddenly without me realizing and I saw them smirk.

"Just admit the fact that we all starting to get whip and I love it." Aaron said stupidly.

"You're jealous." Sky stated.

"No I'm not."

"Just admit it Max, don't regret your actions after you lose her." Sebastian added.

"Like Alexis?" Aaron smirked and Sebastian shot him a glare. I took the invitation and stood up.

"Going to her?" Alex asked.

"Shut it North." I walked out and got into my car.

I drove to the Hastington office tower. As I arrived there, I got into the lift and slide the Gold Card to go to Sky's floor. My heart suddenly became anxious. When it reach 25, my hand turned into a fist and walked out from the lift.

I saw her office light still on and it means my feelings about her still working was right. I walked and bursted in.

"Jason did I-" She looked up to me with a shock expression.

"Hello Rose." I looked straight to her blue eyes and walked in.

"What the hell are you doin-"

"What's this?" I cut her and threw the invitation to her desk and I put my hands on the desk to lean closer to her.

"Are you blind or what? You can read it by yourself" She glared at me.

"Austin Portwalt? What do you see in him?" I asked and she scoffed.

"The real question is that 'What do I see in you?' Maximillion?" She looked at my eyes with burning expression.

"From 10 years ago until now, you're always mine. You are always mine and it will never change Rose. It will never change." I said coldly and she scoffed.

"Yours? What a great joke Max, sleeping with a thousand women in front of my eyes and you still want me to go to you? I'm tired of you seriously."

"You know me right? You know what I can do about this."

"Don't! He's my future and I'll learn to love him so don't even think about ruining my future life, Max. I want to be happy after 11 years 2 weeks 4 hours 12 seconds of Hell." She glared and stood up from her seat.

"Do you even know who Austin Portwalt is?" I asked.

"My future husband, my future love and my future in everything. Just swallow the fact Max, I'm settling down." She took her coat and planned to walk out from her office but I caught her wrist.

"It will never change Rose.. until forever it will never change."
