I stepped into Ballerina Academy, my father-in-law's prestigious academy, with my earphones on, I lost myself in the world of music, my body became an instrument, moving with a precision that felt almost effortless.
I felt the rush of exhilaration as I landed a perfect fouetté turn, my skirt fluttering around me like a whirlwind, I opened the door to my father-in-law's office.
"Good morning, father-in-law," I went towards him and gave him a hug on his chair.
"Good morning, Chloe. The students are waiting for you," he said with a broad smile.
I nodded, dropping a few of my things in his office before dashing out to the training room, all changed in my ballerina clothes, I smoothed out my tutu, adjusting the delicate layers of netting.
My ballet shoes were tied in precise bows, and my hair was pulled back into a tight bun. I gave myself a glance in the mirror, ensuring every strand was in place.
"Good morning, students," a loud response was heard from them.
"Good morning, Miss Chloe."
"Are you all ready for this year's ballerina competition?" I asked, scanning the room.
I could see the excitement written all over their faces.
"Yes, Miss Chloe," Kim responded. I nodded and smiled. Kim Carson has been the perfect student in this academy; her shape and everything were just perfect.
"To the left," I uttered, and they all followed my order. "Keep moving, don't let your legs shake," I yelled out, looking at one of my students about to trip.
"Ouch," a student said. I hurried towards her. "Are you okay?" I looked at her holding her ankle, with pain written in her eyes. She was one of my students who was struggling to stand firm when trying to dance.
"I just want you to know, that if you want to be something, you will have to sacrifice, okay?" She smiled with a nod. Kim hurriedly came towards us.
"Miss Chloe, let me teach her a trick. Stand up, Mia," I allowed Kim to do her work since she was so good and my favorite student.
"You like this while trying to dance in order not to trip," she said to her. "Now do it." She helped her adjust her waist. "Do it, Mia, don't be afraid." Finally, after guiding her, she got the dance step without tripping again.
"Very good," there was a round of applause.
"Okay, students, let's go on." After directing them for hours, I sighed. It was time to take a break.
"You move like this, students," As I demonstrated the pirouette, the room began to spin around me. I stumbled, my hand reaching out to the barre for support.
'Are you okay, Miss Chloe?' one of my students asked, concern etched on her face. I nodded, taking a deep breath to shake off the dizziness.
I sat down on the chair, putting my hand on my forehead, trying to compose myself. After a minute, the dizziness left.
I raised my head to see the students chatting, some resting. I sighted Kim Carson.
"Kim Carson, come see me now," I said to her. "Yes, ma'am," she immediately came dancing towards me.
"Here I am, Miss Chloe," she said. I looked at her face. I couldn't dispute the fact of how beautiful she was and her flat tummy.
"Do you know you must always learn to have a beautiful body?" She nodded.
"I want you to always watch your diet so you can keep having a flat tummy," I added.
"Thank you, Miss Chloe," she nodded.
"So, I'm about to give you a very big responsibility." Kim looked at me in shock.
"What responsibility, if I may ask?"
"You will be the one training the rest for this year's ballet competition." Without completing my words, she jumped up excitedly.
"Thank you so much, Miss Chloe," she leaned and pecked me on my lips.
"Naughty," I smiled.
"Don't worry, Frederick will prepare you something nice. My heart skipped a beat at the mention of Fedrick's name. She giggled. "Joking."
She ran out of my sight before I could even pull her ears. And that's right, I was missing Frederick today.
It had been a long day. After taking a break and a lot of practice, I hopped into my car, ready to go home.
I ignited the engine when I checked my front seat mirror. A shiver ran down my spine as I glanced around the empty car.
My heart skipped a beat, and I quickened my scan of the rearview mirror, half-expecting to see a face staring back.
"Is there anybody there?" I asked, looking at the front mirror, but there was no response.
I turned back, and all of a sudden, "Whoa!!" Kim screamed, frightening me.
"Oh my goodness, Kim, can you stop this expensive prank?" I told her, trying to catch my breath, I gasped, my breath catching in my throat, and my eyes widened in shock.
"Chloe!!!
"I'm sorry, Miss Chloe. I don't know if I can follow you home today," she said with her puppy eyes. I really would have.
For the past few days, I haven't enjoyed my man enough, and I didn't want any third party in the house.
"Hmm, Kim, you have to stay at the academy for practice so you can train the rest and lead them for this year's ballet, okay?" I could see disappointment written all over her face.
"Alright then," she opened my car and left. I needed to start locking my car. I sighed,
My foot pressed down on the accelerator, eager to reach Frederick's embrace. My mind wandered to his warm smile, and I found myself grinning.
"I'm home, baby," I jumped into Frederick's arms. Frederick's hands gently guided me closer, our lips meeting in a soft, tender dance. We exchanged a sweet, gentle kisses.
"How are you doing, honey?" he asked as I gently came down from his body.
"I'm fine, just that work has been a lot lately," I replied, touching my back.
"So, I prepared you a meal." When he said that, a beaming smile took over my face as Frederick led me to the dining table. I bounced up and down in my seat, barely containing my excitement.
"Thank you so much. I don't know, I've been feeling a bit dizzy, and at the same time, my back aches," I tried reaching my arm towards where I was feeling the pain.
"Don't worry, for now, eat. I will massage you in a unique way later," he smirked.
Frederick's smirk sent a flutter through my chest. I took a step closer, my lips parting slightly, and my voice barely above a whisper, 'Dirty boy...."
"That's not the game, young lady. Eat, and after that," he walked towards the dining table, and I followed him. He pulled out a chair.
"Sit down, my love," I sat down, giving him the chance to treat me like a princess. After being served, there were a lot of discussions we were having together.
"So, how is Kim and the other students?" he said, munching his food.
"She is good. She asked about you several times today."
"Cool, I will talk to her later then," he said, munching his food.
"Talk to her for what?" I asked curiously.
"Babe, I know she will be going to the ballet competition this year, so I would love to talk to her since my father is the owner of the academy," he responded. I couldn't help but burst out laughing.
"I'm just kidding," I said to him. "And that reminds me, father-in-law will be going on a trip, so you and I will both run the academy in the meantime.
I didn't know when I felt a bit dizzy. I dropped the spoon on the plate.
"Are you okay?" Frederick came toward me.
After Frederick helped in persuading me to sleep yesterday, my limbs felt like lead as I struggled to sit up.
I sat up on the bed and turned to my left, but Frederick wasn't there. Time had passed, and I couldn't believe I slept that much. A note beside my bed grabbed my attention. I took it to read it.
I couldn't help but grin as I read Frederick's note, feeling a warmth spread through my chest.
"Good morning sunshine, I'm currently at the academy. Father-in-law left for the trip, and some needed to be there. Lastly, your meal is in the microwave. Take care." A smile appeared on my lips when I read this.
I dropped the note and decided to text him when a sudden wave of dizziness washed over me, and I stumbled to the bathroom, my stomach churning.
I hurried to the bathroom, vomiting. After rinsing my face and gasping for air, I gazed at my reflection, scrutinizing every detail, searching for answers.
What's going on with my body?' I wondered" Leaving the bathroom, I grabbed my phone, scrolling through Google results, with my mind racing with the possibility of what happening to me.
I decided to add the symptoms I was having, scrolling through the results, my eyes wide open.
"That can't be true!" I screamed, realizing I had missed my period for this month. My hands trembled as I went through my drawer, my heart racing with anxiety.
"After all this time," I said, tearing open the new pregnancy kit I had received as a wedding gift. I hurried into the bathroom and without hesitation, I did the test.
With my eyes closed, I couldn't wait to see if my assumption was right. I gently opened my eyes and looked at it. My eyes grew wide in shock.
"I did it, yes!" I exclaimed, doing a victory sign, I burst out of the bathroom, taking my phone in hand, eager to share the news with Frederick.
"Don't tell me you are still asleep, baby. It's past noon already," he said, trying to remove his tie. I turned back to Fred, I rushed towards him.
"I was about to call you darling" I hit his chest.
Looking at me confused, he asked,
"What's going on?" with suspicion
"This is what's going on," I showed him the pregnancy kits.
"Oh, my, so this explains..." Before he could finish his sentence, I interrupted with a kiss and managed to muffle some words, "Yes, Frederick," dropping down his bag and lifting me towards the bed.
"Why don't we have more?" he smirked as I spread my legs open, giggling. "Sure, momma needs you," I said, using my legs to trace his chest. He landed on me, kissing me.
After the show, I collapsed onto the bed, my chest heaving. "You are so good, Frederick."
"Yes, I am. Who is your master?" he smirked.
"Yeah, you are the master," still gasping for breath. A message popped up on Frederick's phone. He removed his hands from cuddling me to see the message.
"Is everything okay?" I asked him, seeing the worry written all over his face.
"Yes, I just need to be somewhere," with his gaze on the phone, he stood up and got dressed. I furrowed my brow, worry etched on my face, 'What's wrong, Frederick?' I asked.
"Is everything alright, friend?" I asked, but he didn't reply. "It's late, I don't think it's safe for you to go out," I told him, but it seemed like he was engrossed in his phone.
"Bye, honey," he kissed my forehead. I sat up on the bed, trying to figure out what just happened.
The door opened again, and I smiled seeing Frederick come back into the room.
"Oops, someone decided to change his mind," I blushed.
"I didn't change my mind; I just need to borrow your car key," he said.
"Fine," I reached for the drawer beside my bed and gave it to him.
"Is there anything you aren't telling me? Why are you taking my car when we have a lot of cars in the compound?"
"I know, but I prefer yours. Okay, bye," he kissed me and dashed out. I hurriedly went to the balcony to see him drive out of the compound.
I just hoped everything was fine. I went back to my bed feeling dizzy. I think I need to go on maternity leave. I have to inform my students the next day.
I was watching some videos on my phone, patiently waiting for Frederick to return. He left me worried.
I was yawning, ready to sleep when the door flung open. I saw Frederick coming in with his hands behind his back. My eyes widened.
"What's going on, and where did you go?" I folded my arms while questioning him from my bed, while he stood at the entrance. He smiled at me, making me lose my angry focus.
"You won't let me lose focus. Is there anything you aren't telling me?" I asked him.
I stood up, trying to figure out why he was hiding something behind his back. I moved closer to him in slow motion, trying to catch him. He stepped backward until he reached the door.
"Gotcha," I smiled, running towards him and forcefully bringing out his hand.
"Aww," I couldn't help but blush seeing the petals of flowers he bought for me.
"I ordered it for you and decided to go get it for you," I punched him in his stomach while he was explaining.
"You could have told me instead of getting me worried," I folded my arms, turning my back to him.
"I'm sorry; it won't repeat itself," I could feel him coming close to me.
"I didn't want you to hurt yourself; that's why. Going out late is risky, especially for you as a public figure," I said, still with my back turned to him.
"I know you care about me. I just decided to surprise you. Sorry," he wrapped his arms around my stomach.
"It's alright," I turned towards him as we both pulled ourselves into a hug. Having Frederick was everyone's dream man. The pampering you receive from him could make you choose him again if there is a next life.
"Thank you, Frederick," I whispered in a silent tone
"Alright, I'll be going to tell my students I'm going on maternity leave, okay, bye honey," Chloe said, leaning in for a kiss. Her lips brushed against mine, and I felt guilty.
As she dashed out of the house, my mind raced with the events that would unfold today.
I clenched my fists, trying to shake off the unease I didn't know if I should feel guilty for what was going to happen today. I went towards the balcony, seeing her drive out of the compound.
"Come on, Frederick, think," I hit the wall. I was about to go crazy. I hurriedly took my phone, dialing her number.
"Hello, where are you?"
"At your door," she answered. I sprinted downstairs, flinging open the door to reveal Kim Carson, I hugged her instantly.
"I'm afraid of what might happen today," with fear evident in my voice, I uttered.
"Come on, baby boy, it's nothing," her fingers ran through my hair.
"Let's go inside," we moved from the entrance.
"So, how did you feel last night when I handled you?" Kim said, lifting her gown to show me her legs. She's the one I liked from the very beginning, but my father forced me to marry the lady I never dreamed of having as my wife.
"You don't have to think too much. I really can't wait for her to be out of the picture, poof," she snapped her fingers.
"I hope everything goes according to plan so we can celebrate," with my voice still filled with fear.
"What if she finds out?" I asked Kim, who sat on my lap, twisting her waist on me.
"Shh," she interrupted me. "Don't be negative. She can't find out. She is so dumb," her hands went to my shirt, unbuttoning it. I tried to stop her, but she shifted it away.
"I promise you, once that plan goes accordingly, we will enjoy ourselves more. I'm not myself, Kim," hoping for her to listen, but she didn't. She even leaned her lips to mine.
"I don't care," she ran her hands towards my chest, making me go hard. I couldn't do anything but surrender myself to her.
"Oppos Daddy," she unhooked her bra, making my face widen.
"Is that how you want to play the girl?" I lifted her, sending shivers through her body. We kept kissing each other as I carried her upstairs into my room, placing her on the floor, gazing at her lustfully.
"Come on, do it, you are a man," Kim teased, trying to get me more excited. Before going further, my phone rang.
There was silence between me and Kim. She sat upright. "Pick it, Frederick," she said. I moved towards my phone, seeing an unknown number calling, swiping it to accept the call.
"Hello, good morning, is this Mr. Frederick?" a man asked over the phone.
"Yes, I'm the one. I hope all is well," I responded, with my heart beating fast.
"We hope so. We need your attention now. Your wife has been involved in a ghastly accident," those were the words I was waiting to hear.
Seeing Kim sitting down, with excitement written all over her face, she immediately stopped and leaned her ear to listen to the conversation.
"Hello, are you on the line?" The man's voice over the phone brought me out of my trance.
"Yes, I'm listening. Kindly forward me to the crime scene," I instructed, hanging up.
"Yes, we did it!" I screamed, lifting Kim into the air, and our lips met.
"I told you not to worry, but you wouldn't listen. May she rot in hell," Kim said excitedly.
It was like a dream come true, eliminating the one hindrance to your success was the greatest pleasure on earth.
I entered the bathroom, carrying Kim inside. "Let's shower," I whispered into her ears as she let out a soft moan.
I turned on the shower for both of us as we started a kissing competition, swallowing each other's tongues, and gripping each other tightly.
"We did it, baby," I smiled. Kim's clothes were already soaked with water. She took off our clothes and hurried to get dressed.
"You can put on her clothes, for she is dead," I opened Chloe's closet for Kim. She picked out the clothes she was going to wear, and we burst out laughing.
Kim dressed in one of Chloe's beautiful gowns while admiring herself. She walked up to me and helped me button my shirt.
"She was indeed an angel. Her body figure was perfect, just perfect. Stop gazing at me, naughty. We need to go and check on your dead wife," she whispered in my ear, then licked my earlobe.
"Are you going to follow me?" I asked her. She nodded. "Of course, I want to see how she looks right now," she chuckled, walking out of the room.
"Meet me outside," she shouted.
At the crime scene, a lot of reporters were gathered with cameras, looking at them from the car, I sighed.
This was what I had to face over this monster's death. I whispered to myself, holding Kim's hand.
"Are you ready?" she nodded. We both put on our dark shades and stepped into the crowd of reporters.
My bodyguard managed to make a way for me and Kim to pass through the reporters. We finally entered the scene, surrounded by police officers.
Seeing her car crash into a heavy truck gave me joy. I cleared my throat. "Where is she?" I asked the officer who stood controlling those snapping the scene.
"She has been rushed to the hospital," he interrupted me immediately. "Is she still alive?" I asked.
"As you can see, the car got burnt, and her body was beyond recognition. She gave up her ghost. It would be better if you go to the hospital," he said.
"All right, thank you," I tucked my hand into my pocket, looking at the desperate crowds waiting for answers.
