Assassin Romance

Every kingdom that is at odds will fight for something they want. The winner gets everything, while the loser is defeated by leaving a portion of it as a slave to the winner.

But the winners in the Edeldan kingdom are not lucky as time goes by. The kingdom only enjoys prosperity for a short period of time. The food supplies from season to season are gone.

Under such circumstances, the rulers acted foolishly, and eventually the Time of the Night came.

Dark nights happen; it starts with someone starving who has no choice but to eat his neighbor. Then slide up from one person to another until it fills a portion of the city within the realm of the kingdom. This phenomenon is called cannibalism.

The King shouted in terror; he could only cry and hope for forgiveness.

And then there were some questions in her mind, like, "What has he been doing all this time on his throne?"

Then, "Did he enjoy the results of his last war so much that he didn't want to open his eyes to his people?"

"I'm too selfish for the wealth that's here." The king of Edeldan's kingdom spoke loosely to the tears. It's time for the middle-aged man to open both his eyes.

"Oh, my soldiers, establish a place to overcome this!" Then the King commanded without wiping away a tear.

A "Guild" was formed, consisting of both soldiers and criminals. No matter which region, they're all strong there.

Soldiers and criminals work together in a "Guild" that whenever the Dark Ages come back, they will surely destroy them.

A few years later, the capital and other cities within the Kingdom of Edeldan began to recover and thrive. But the cannibals are still popping up, so the guild keeps going, and they're doing the mission like everyday work.

There was a man wearing a black suit and wearing a black cloth that covered his vision. He is often called a trash man and a gigolo because he always flirts with women, but it's strange that any woman, whatever her age, is also attracted to him.

He is a trash man with a high level of ability who can eradicate hundreds of mindless cannibals alone. Because of his frequently seductive women, he was nicknamed "Assassin Romance."

In the morning, it is so dazzling to the eyes. Small birds flew here and there, chirping. A village with agriculture, fisheries, livestock, and others. This is Paradise Village.

It's called heaven because all things exist except bad things. There's no quarrel at all. It's really like heaven.

The simple houses are well arranged and beautiful. A fruit garden is like a holy tree, and it looks like a flower field underneath it.

"We're leaving now, Dad?"

A beautiful girl with blonde hair, dressed in simple and long patterns, sitting in a horse-drawn cart, waiting for her father to just leave the house.

Who is she? She's so beautiful that no man can look at her any longer. Her name is Kety Perry.

"The border will soon be closed. Come on, Dad!" The girl called her father again to hurry to sell food supplies to other villages nearby.

"It's ready. Let's go," replied her father.

Her father responded with enthusiasm, bringing things, which his daughter then helped.

"I'll be with you this time."

The girl, who was his daughter, smiled and was relieved when she found out that her mother was going to trade. By carrying a large horse-drawn cart, all the food ingredients, especially vegetables, are ready to be sold to other villages. They're on their way to the nearest village.

The village girl loves to help each other, and she's really good to the goddess who just came out of loss. Not only is she beautiful, but she's good at everything from homework to what a man should be doing, like cleaning the roof of a broken house. She's a strong woman.

In the Green Village.

"Is the vegetables still there, pretty girl?"

"Of course there is."

All kinds of fruits and vegetables were in his cart. Unlike Paradise Village, the soil in the Green Village has been less fertile lately.

Soon, night will come. The villagers told them to stay there for a while and rest, but they refused.

"Are you sure? Mom is tired. I think it's better to stay for a while," the girl said, a little worried.

"Yes, it might be better, but it's not good to stay long in another village. I don't want to bother anyone," said her father.

"It's true what your father said." She said it with an unpleasant feeling and agreed with what her husband said.

As her parents suggested, the girl nodded her head and cornered herself in the empty cart while hugging her legs.

The night has come. Bad thoughts pass because the girl is afraid of the night, only accompanied by one lamp of oil.

In the middle of the journey, something happened to the wheels of their vehicles so that the horse that pulled it stopped because of it.

"Let me check," said Kety.

"No, just let me," said the father who made his daughter sit back and wait.

After checking it turned out to be true that the rear wheel was in trouble.

"Wait a minute, yeah. The wheels are almost out."

But a few moments later,

"Dad, it's been a long time, and it is so dark; why don't you use the light, Dad?"

She's not going down to look down, but her mother forbids.

"Don't get out of here. Just leave it to mom."

After a few seconds, there's no sign that they're coming back. It just sounds like a strange noise, like someone's eating hard food. The girl was confused and called both her parents to come back as soon as it was done.

"Dad, mom! What's--" She hasn't finished the sentence yet.

Her mother showed up and gave the lamp to Kety while saying something in a hoarse but firm voicen, "Kety, get out of here, hurry!"

There's something in her mother's body that drops and falls without knowing what it really is. It's weird.

Then, as Kety tried to glance down near the wheel, she saw her father's mouth was agape and a lot of liquid was flowing out.

"What is this?" asked Kety, surprised and pushing his body forward. "What's going on?" She asked again, in confusion.

"AHHHH!!!" Kety shouted, hysterically afraid, as the oil lights lit up the bottom of the cart. Her father and mother are full of blood. The horse was shocked enough to shout, but soon the horse followed.

Feeling nothing wrong, the girl pulled her legs out. She was surprised by the red fluid she poured out, which turned out to be a bunch of blood flowing out. Then in the blink of an eye, a strange figure growled and appeared from below. It's getting closer to the girl as it tries to make sure what's going on.

"AAAAAH!!" The girl cried back, accidentally dropped the oil lamp she was holding, and walked away from the stranger.

The figure sneaked into the cart and got closer to the girl.

"Wow, get the flesh of the young girl," said the figure while licking her lips.

"No!" cried the girl as she threw the remaining things and vegetables and ran out towards the front of the cart. No matter how he dealt with it, even his parents were left behind.

She runs away from everything, and unconsciously, she leads into the woods, while she's still very scared because of the unclear figure chasing her right now.

"Hah.. hah.. help anybody!" Keep running and hoping anyone's going to help him out. Both legs are starting to be unable to run faster anymore. Until his body was scratched by sharp branches.

Is he a monster? No, it's not. This girl's obviously awake, especially after she's just approached him.

"Why does a man have such an appearance!? Who is he? It's scary!" Her mind starts to get messed up and keeps running until she's at the edge of the line. Kety didn't look back at all but was heard by their voices, which were getting bigger and closer.

"Hey girl, where do you want to go? Come on!" The guy grabbed the girl's hand.

"No! Please, don't!"cried Kety.

"It's a pity that we intend to preserve your body."

Kety's step was stopped because the man caught her, but she managed to escape because the moonlight shone in their eyes. She's obviously human, but is it true that they're just a bunch of people who intend to hate one of these girls?

"There was blood in his mouth. Don't tell me they are the monsters that are often told about?" Kety guessed, she ran so anxiously that his body trembled with fear.

After she managed to escape, at a glance she found the light in front of him. She won't wait long. She'll be right there.

But what happened next, the girl was struck by a rock and fell out of balance. Kety was really lucky because there were bushes below that protected him from the rough road.

"Because the night is hard to see and you're all messed up," grumbled a man who was chasing him.

"Ah, she's near the capital. There's no need to chase anymore," said a man beside the man.

"Tch! Even though I want to eat him alive," said the man's friend.

The beautiful girl who always looked neat and beautiful was now very dirty and dull, with scratches on her cheeks and even on her arms and ankles. Her clothes are broken and worthless.

"I have to get help. There's no more time."

Not to mention she's very tired, but what power. Despite the sad appearance, Kety runs again, enters the capital, and ask for help from someone to help his abandoned father and mother.

"Is there a doctor or anyone who can help me?"

The city is still very crowded at night, but none of them can understand Kety's words. Some of them just look at the poor girl, even if she falls because someone just hit her.

The large door that's not guarded, is wide open, and inside it is very bright, but not as bright as it is on the outside. There's a lot of people wearing formal clothes and hundreds of dishes on the luxurious tables there.

"What place is this? It looks kind of weird."

Still confused by the circumstances, Kety tried to get his foot in there, but somebody pushed her in on purpose.

Then, in an instant, the main light that was there died. Kety's surprised, and now she can just shut up. While hearing the screams of some people, followed by the scent of the spanking all over this big place.

"God, what is this?" Kety's panicking and stumbling, caused her to fall down on a cunning floor. It's like it's in oil, but the girl thinks this is something different.

"Blood?"

Then Kety tries to walk slowly by holding back the pain from her ankle while crawling through the wall to find a way out of the place.

A second later, the lights finally turned on again. It took some time for Kety's vision to recover. Once the eyes opened, both Kety's legs drowned powerlessly. She sits in a place of fear that makes it difficult for her to speak.

She's presented himself with some people lying alive, blood spilling everywhere. There are also some people alive, standing in places with bodies sprinkled with blood. As they turned around, looking at the girl, they whispered.

"Huh? What does all this mean? It's just a theater stage or something, right?" Talking to herself and convincing herself not to scream in fear when seeing all these terrible things.

On one side, there came a man with his eyes covered in black cloth, coming down the big staircase at the end.

"It turns out the cannibals are really in this hall. Geez, the old man is so annoying," said the man.

Those who were still alive and bloodshed didn't pay any attention to what the man was saying because they were all focused on Kety and, at the same time, running towards him with killing intent.

"No, please!" cried Kety hysterically.

Life-threatening circumstances made her get up from there and run away to the side as quickly as possible. But luckily this time, because of too much focus running, Kety didn't realize there was something blocking the way. Then the body crashed and fell on the spot.

In fear, the body seems to be stiff. She was unable to do anything when she saw the stitches that might tear his flesh. Kety also passed by while closing her eyes.

"Dad, mom ...I'm sorry," said Kety.

Feeling at the end of the horn, she hoped it would be over soon, but after a few minutes, nothing seemed to happen. Slowly, Kety opened her eyes, seeing the horrible sight of the monsters whose bodies were separated by their heads.

"What's going on?" Kety wondered.

A flash of light is visible in the air; it's a thread that binds their body parts. Then the thread was pulled back, and Kety's eyes followed where it went and targeted a man.

Going down the stairs, he kept the transparent thread by tying it to his wrist.

"Thank you, I think I'm going to die or what because they're scary, but they-" scolded the girl, crying in the middle of a sentence that couldn't be continued.

The big door that was supposed to be still wide open is now closed tightly; maybe that's what happened when Kety got in. Not long ago, somebody opened it from the outside.Kety and the guy spontaneously looked at the door. A few strangers appeared with weapons in their hands.

"Are you an Assassin Romance?" a big man approached the man, asking.

"If so, then I, as the head of this team, want you to join my team," said the man, who then stretched out his hand.

"No!" The short answer sounded so choking, plus the man's permission to go in a direction other than theirs.

He looks at the girl, who is now sadly falling down with her clothes torn in some parts.

A gun was fired right in front of the girl's head. The girl was shocked and frightened.

"Hey! What are you doing? She's just an ordinary human being; don't you shoot!" cried someone from the back of a big man, a woman.

Not to mention the man's words, this black man smiles at Kety. Meanwhile, about 10 people are whispering.

"Is he really an Assassin Romance?"

"Oh yeah. I don't know either."

"Isn't there a cannibal in this place?"

"Because the cannibal that was supposed to be here is dead, there's no one else to kill him except him. That's why the chief asked us to see him first."

They're standing on the scale with a watchful gaze at the man's figure. While this guy himself looked so relaxed and suddenly the guy dropped his weapon and sat down.

He smiled and asked, ""Do you want to go out with me?"

Without the slightest doubt, he pronounced it easily. Not only Kety, even everyone there was surprised.

"A man who is girlish, but at the same time he is a murderer. It's not wrong that he is, Assassin Romance!"

"You mustn't have had a team since joining the mercenary guild, have you? What if you just joined my team?" The big man came back and asked.

"I told you not to, yes, not to. Are your ears just for show?" The man shouted angrily.

The leader of a team or a group is silent, so he hears things that make him upset. However, he quite understands and begins to understand how his so-called Assassin Romance is really real.

"You don't want to join the team because you like women, do you? Hey! Then why are you here? Didn't I take this mission first?" The boss cried a little bit, annoyed.

"What mission? I was just following the old man's orders. After all, at the moment, my job is done, and now I want to enjoy a date with her," he replied, pointing towards the girl.

"Never mind, leader! Your attempts to impress him are in vain, as he remains uninterested. Let's just go," she suggested.

"Don't tell me you've dated him, too?"

"Eh, haha... no, I don't think..." said the girl's partner nervously.

Since their mission had been replaced by him, their group also withdrew and no longer intended to deal.

"I'll help you, but don't be disappointed if I can't do it later." The word made the girl hopeful and grateful that there was someone to save her parents later.

"But remember, after that, let's go on a date," said the man back.

Because the girl's legs were a little distracted, the man was holding her. They pass a forest as soon as the sun rises and makes the atmosphere there clearer.

"Beautiful girls, are they here?"

"Eh, I'm asleep. Excuse me, and thank you."

Kety's sleep was so good that she fell asleep the other day. Then, when she is really awake now, She rubbed her eyes again to make sure.

"Father, Mother."

A cart without a horse is broken into pieces, and human bones are scattered around; it's clear who it belongs to. The girl had promised him after all this and then she'll date the man. Before the date arrived, the man gives her a little time to take the girl home.

Paradise Village. The next morning, the promised time arrived.

After tidying herself up in beautiful clothes, Kety slipped a piece of paper into the family photo frame.

She paused for a moment while catching his breath, then opened the door.

"Hello!"said the guy.

This girl was a little surprised at the sudden welcome, and didn't expect this guy to be so excited about their date today.

"Very beautiful." That one sentence made her blush.

The compliments are often heard, but she doesn't know if this guy who said it looked so seductive.

"No, no." This girl shakes her head and tries to get rid of the useless things.

Something got her stuck with a guy who's often called the Assassin Romance. The cannibal killer. But this girl doesn't know because she just had a terrible incident last night.

"I've been thanking you for..." Kety's sentence hasn't been continued, because the man answered her rudely, "What?" Then suddenly, this man was carrying her.

"Don't do this! My leg is healed!"

"Uh. Seriously. You just sprained your foot."

"I just had my leg treated, so I don't think it's a problem."

"The village where you live is truly unique and knows everything. It turned out to be true what the old man said." He said in awe.

"But I'd love to hold onto this little body of yours," said the man who was still carrying Kety.

Crossing the same road from the border and the forest while carrying the girl he was going to date, he ran fast without stopping. Kety screams hysterically, and her heart beats fast, but this man was enjoying it.

They arrived at the capital of the Edeldan kingdom, Dandle.

"Don't you feel tired?"

"Just running isn't enough to make me tired because the most likely thing is that I can get tired because you are so beautiful that my knees trembled, ah ...as if my two legs wanted to kneel in front of the beautiful lady of the goddess of heaven," he teased.

He is the Romance Assassin and often dates women almost every day.

Kety Pery was lucky that day because her body was still intact. The guy with the nickname Assassin Romance didn't come to save her; they both met just by chance.

It's just a coincidence. Kety Pery, too, tried to embrace her fear little by little by hugging a picture of her family.

Trauma, physical pain, and heartbreak make her remember it over and over again.And when that happened and when she met Assassin Romance again, Kety was moving away from him.
