Alpha's Puppet

Alina stands outside the door listening to her fathers conversation with the dark wizard, normally werewolves don't believe in dark wizards but gods and noticing that her father was actually talking with one she became curious to listen.

"I need him out of the way, I am afraid he has more wisdom than I have and people will compare my reign with his, additionally I am not ready to leave my Alpha's position to anyone, not even my son" Alina hears her father say as her eyes widened in shock.

"I won't suggest you kill him now Alpha Thomas, it would cause a lot of suspicions, why not cast him into stupidity first so that the love your people have for him will be reduced to nothing." The dark wizard responded.

"I know my people love him but they also believe in the gods and the gods already declared that he should be named Alpha '' Alpha Thomas replied.

"I know of that but his death would also bring question, let's make him act stupidly first then push himself to suicide, that way his death would seem natural" The black wizard suggested.

"Hahaha, it is foolish of wolves not to believe in dark wizards, you have never disappointed me since the time I took my father's position as Alpha '' Alpha Thomas responded in laughter as the black wizard also joined in the laughter.

Alina quietly leaves her hiding spot, it's unbelievable that her father has actually been dining and talking with black wizards, a specie which was totally forbidden in the werewolf world, joining the two pieces together, she finally realised that her father was serving the gods in the eye of the people but originally he dines with the wizards.

She thought of warning "Alex" her brother but why should she? her father was finally making things easy for her, Alina is the first child and she is meant to be the Alpha but it had to skip her only because she is a female, she will make her father carry out his own plan and silently watch stupidly as she had always done, everyone in the pack believes her to be a weak wolf and that's how it should be till she lays her next plan and makes it an action.

With those that she heads outside towards a cave where she practices her fighting skills everyday, no one would actually look for her as no one cares anyways.

"What about Alina?" The black wizard suddenly asked the Alpha admist creating the right spell to cause his son stupid.

"Alina doesn't even stand a chance, that girl is the dumbest so we will leave her, her brother is the only one that inherits my wisdom, so he is the only threat" Alpha Thomas responded.

The wizard laughs wickedly as he continues his spell, raising his hands up and a large ball of smoke forms on his hands, he starts to say some words that are inaudible.

Chanting out Alex name, he throws the smoke at a mirror image of Alex that had appeared right after his change, mumbling some words again the image disappears as the wizard laughs wickedly.

"it is done, he is going to start perceiving some horrible smell for his nose only and he will be seen as a mad man sooner or later, that way we can push him to suicide then" Black wizard said as the Alpha smiles in satisfaction.

"But hold on, isn't it extremely childish to give him such an ailment, I mean smelling of horrible things seems like a joke" Alpha Thomas finally said.

"HAHAHA, I know and that is the point of it all, they will see him as childish and term it to madness they we will hypnotise him to commit suicide, they will think his madness had drawn him to to do it" The wizard explained.

"Well even though it seems silly, All I want is the result, I can't hand over my Alpha Title to him, it is mine and mine alone" Alpha Thomas concluded and right after wicked laughter erupts the air from the wizard.

"Someone is coming and I can't be seen, till next time Alpha Thomas" Black wizard said as soon as he perceives the footsteps of someone approaching and disappears.

Soon a knock was heard on the Alpha's door and a voice popped "Alpha the elders in the council are here for the meeting" The voice of a guard could be heard.

Of course, the elders of the werewolf Council in his pack had come to discuss the Alpha ceremony of his son, but too bad that would not happen, Alpha Thomas thought as an evil smile spread round his face.

"I will be there" He replied to the guard who was surely waiting for his response.

"Don't you think that was a dumb thing to do?" An elder asked as they emerged from the meeting, the meeting had suddenly come to an end.

"I still can't believe he smelt my butt" Another elder replied.

"I wonder how he came about perceiving the fart, I couldn't perceive anything strange" Another cuts in.

"I think he is running insane"

"Shut it! you can't call a future Alpha insane no matter the circumstance, or do you want the gods to get angry with you?" Another cautioned.

"May the gods forbid" the other elder replied as they all go their separate ways.

Alina, who was just coming back, smiled inwardly, so her father had taken action so fast, she thought.

Not wanting to just hear things, she decides to see things for herself as she enters the pack house.

"Alina, everyone thinks i'm insane, ain't you perceiving the horrible smell" Alex said, he was the first person to stop her as she got inside.

"Am not perceiving anything Alex" Alina replies slowly, she always behaves weak around people.

Alex strodes towards her as he shook her vigorously, "Ain't you perceiving it?" , "How can you tell me you are not?", "You are my sister, you shouldn't lie to me, you are perceiving it right?" Alex shouts as she continues to shake her, Alina could have given him a slap but she still has to follow her act, she sights her father coming and she starts to cry.

Alpha Thomas forcefully removes Alex's hands from Alina's body, Few guards take Alex away as he continues to shout.

"Get inside your rooms now!" Alpha Thomas orders the pack members who had come out to watch the scene in his Alpha voice.

Pulling Alina close to him, he pet's her like a weakling she has chosen to be.

"Why is she so weak, isn't she the senior sister?" Alina hears a female ask in a low tone but her werewolf ears could hear her, she smiles inwardly. "That's how it should be," she thought.

Alina's wish had always been to become Alpha, it has never been heard of anywhere of a female becoming an Alpha but Alina wants that by all cost, not only to be the Alpha of her land but also the Alpha of other packs, she wants power, she is hungry of power and she is going to achieve that at all cost even if it involves killing.

Still lost in thoughts Alina suddenly hears noises from outside, she pulls the blinds of her window to find out what was going on, only to see some guards rushing towards the pack with a lifeless body.

It all makes sense now, her father had killed her brother, it's not even up to a week since she overheard him hatch a plan with a black wizard and her brother had been stupid since then, he had been harassing everybody, perceiving lots of smell, not like she cares he was actually an obstacle by the way, he was one of the hurdles towards her quest of becoming Alpha and her father just made it easy for her.

Though she didn't think it would be this quick, it only means one thing and that's the fact that she has to bring her A game now, she has to find favour in the eyes of the people but not be too forward, she still has to lay low in the eye of her father to avoid being poisoned like her brother.

She finds her way out of her room, it was time for her to act shocked and she is meant to act like she is mourning her brother, she knows she has to lament about how her junior brother had been protecting her. She has to act like this so her father won't be suspicious and she's sure it would also make her gain sympathy for herself.

Though she feels a ting in her chest, it was hurt, she has lost her only brother and it still hurt but the truth is not everything about him Is pure, sometimes he makes fun of her and sometimes he cares for her but the fact still remains that he was her brother.

"You have summoned Alpha Thomas again" The black wizard said, making his appearance known as he suddenly appears in the Alpha's room.

Alpha Thomas smiles as he was actually expecting the appearance. "I need your help again."

"We already made your son stupid and we also killed him, even though it was rather top fast, do you want us to kill your daughter too?" The wizard asked.

"Far from it, Alina is a female and she can't be an Alpha, it has never been heard of and moreover she is weak" Alpha Thomas responded to the wizard.

"Then what do you want?" The black wizard asked not so sure of what the Alpha wants this time.

"I need a small amount of toxins that I can take everyday to make my body produce antibodies and make myself immune to poisons." Alpha Thomas finally drops the bombshell.

"Uhmmmm...it is possible, I might have the right solution for you Alpha but I must warn you, for you to be immune to poison, you must be poisoned" The black wizard responds.

"What do you mean I must be poisoned?" Alpha Thomas asked, trying hard to register what he had just been told.

"Your body system has two ways of reacting to this weather, good or bad" The black wizard clarifies.

"I still want it" Alpha Thomas replies, for some reason he is positive of his safety, this was all Alina who had been spying had to hear, A plan formed in her mind, A plan she will slowly put into motion and become the Alpha she desires to be.

Alina had waited till everyone in the pack house went to sleep, she snucks out of her room and sneaked out of the pack.

She was headed towards the city. True, there were guards at the border in hidden places but Alina had taken all years of her life to study the park and she had created escape routes, one especially in the cave where she practices her fighting skills everyday.

Getting into the cave, she walks deep down into it holding nothing but a little flashlight in her hands, she rolls out a stone on getting to a certain point before crawling out of the cave, she bursts out into a quiet part of the city.

Satisfied at the outcome, Alina pulls off her hood for disguise and hides it under the stone in order to look like a Normal person among the people of the city.

She walks fast towards a deserted area and soon stops in front of a door, she looks around before knocking three times, taking a rest she knocks two times again then another four times. it was a special code of knocking she uses.

The door opens and she gets into the little house, "Is it done?" Alina asked.

"Yes it is, come take a look" A brown skinned guy answered as they both walked deep inside and into another room.

The guy removes a cover from something on the table which causes Alina to smile. "This is perfect Jax, he looks so real that I can't believe he isn't the one" Alina commented praising the black guy who seems to be Jax.

"Where is jake?" Alina asks as she looks around.

" Am here" A black skinned guy said as he came out from the shadows, he bows in respect.

Alina smiles, she loves the respect that he accords her, ever since the time that she had saved him from death, he had regarded her as his Alpha, He calls her Alpha all the time but of course she understands that he can't do that now as they are in the human world.

Jake immediately moves towards the lifeless piece Jax had made, he uses the cloth to wrap it again as he carries it up on his shoulders. Alina signals Jax with her eye as he opens the door and she gets outside with Jake.

She and Jake both return to the entrance of the cave where she takes her hood back from under the stone as they both got into the cave.

They got half way into the coast before Alina suddenly stopped, "We are going to stick to the plan, stay here with this thing, there is a phone behind the stone, when it is save to execute our plan, I will let you know" Alina said to Jake who only responded with "Yes Alpha" and with that she left the cave.

A bell of sorrow rang, only one word could be heard. "The Alpha is dead'' All seems like a dream come true to Alina immediately she hears the noise, she runs straight to her fathers room where she met pack members including the elders, she shouts pretending to be in pain as she mourns him in a deceitful manner but yet seeming through.

She was happy, the conversation she had overhead, the one her father had with the black wizard turned out to be in her favour.

"Why being deceitful, you are a curse, you have killed your whole family" A voice said right from the crowd, she recognizes the voice immediately as the one who called her weak when her brother shook her vigorously at the time he was perceiving false smell due to the poison her father had given him.

"What do you mean by that?" Alina snapped.

"I know you killed him," The girl shouted in return.

"Why would you say such a thing as Lena?" Alina said with tears identifying the female.

"You left his room last night and now he is dead" Lena shouted furiously, the whole pack turned to look at Alina, she knows they won't believe any word she says now, she knows lena would have the upper hand now, so she did the next thing that comes through her mind, she fleeds.

Troops of guards chase after her but she manages to lose them before dashing into her cave, she could hear their footsteps run past them in the forest, she sits down and signs in frustration.

There is only one thing she could do now, she is going to visit the temple in disguise and she is going to meet the legendary god, she was going to blaspheme, pull the god down from the altar, and then come back to take back everything she had.

That was all she had in mind, that was what she would do and that was her final discussion.

She picks her fighting knife which she has always had in the cave and cuts her hair to a very short length,she waits for night time before getting the same hood she used to sneak out the last time, then heads to the temple.

The first step to enter the temple is to need an envoy. The recommendation letter, she will do whatever she wants, and live in the house of the gods.

An evil black mist stares at the female lead. The black mist is actually God's servant, a werewolf omega, with a lower level, who attends to the werewolf sacrificial activities, and it is the only priesthood that the werewolf can access.

He appears to be honest in front of the wolves but he is actually a villain, he doesn't really believe in God, he just enjoys the admiration brought by God's subordinates.

When he can't connect with the temple, he becomes anxious and makes a living by sucking evil thoughts and desires, and he sucks the long-lost delicious food from the Alina.

In other to suck the blood of Alina as that was the only way she could get a recommendation letter into the temple, the black mist turned into a snake, wrapped around the wrist of Alina for the her to drive her hands into the smokey realms, Of course Alina doesn't notice her blood had been sucked as it's not in in physical way, Alina got the letter of recommendation.

After getting the letter of recommendation, she has to solve the puzzle of the black angel which doesn't seem hard for her as she had actually inherited great wisdom from her father, solving the puzzle that relates with the tales of the gods, she entered the temple smoothly.

After entering the temple, Alina acted very boldly and found herself with no fear, not afraid of power that lurks around the temple.

Suddenly she could feel the presence of someone, she turned back immediately and met the eye of an old woman, the old woman coughs non stop, Alina looks at her suspiciously before passing her the bottle of water she had carried along.

Surprisingly there were people in the temple but no sign of the goddess she had come to find in other to blaspheme them, the people in the temple stops as they notices Alina kind gesture towards the woman, Alina scoffs inwardly it wasn't like she wanted to help, she just wanted to get information out of the old woman as soon as she was done.

Suddenly the people in the temple start to cheer, causing Alina to look at them confusingly, turning back to look at the old woman. She notices her transformation into a god, the gold accessories that differentiate goddesses.

Before Alina could set her mind to Blaspheme the god spoke before her "You have helped the goddess of the temple and you have also found favour in the eye of the people that resides in the temple, for this reason I lift the ban that says no female should become Alpha, you shall become Alpha of your pack, I shall pass the message before your arrival and you shall be welcomed like a true Alpha".

Alina stares in shock, she is going to blaspheme the goddess and try her best to destroy the temple and she gets her wish in return.

The goddess' decision had only paved way for her blasphemy, she had gotten what she wanted now and she will secure all plans until further notice, first she can't wait to be named an Alpha.

"Go now!" The goddess said, interrupting her thoughts with a smile, Alina immediately rushed out of the temple with one place in mind. "The pack".

The whistle was blown, the servants had something to say, the people of silvercrest pack knew this as they all rushed out.

"The gods have spoken, you all shall be blessed as the ban has been lifted, females can become Alpha and the Alpha for your pack has been chosen, you are to welcome her and be blessed, if not you will be cursed." the gods servant spoke up.

The people rejoiced with joyful sounds and whistles, they love whenever they get messages from the gods, to them it is a blessing.

"Your new Alpha is Alina, Daughter of late Alpha Thomas for she has found favour in the eye of the goddess." the servant concluded as he retreated to his abode.

They instantly forgot all past grudges, if the gods have named her Alpha then so be it.

The black Fog smiles, "this is going to be fun but first I have to enter this picture" He said to himself.
