My parents are always busy with their business and forgot that they have a daughter. This happens if your parents are stuck in a loveless marriage. My maids are always saying that my parents loved me and their busy because they want a good future for me but they are wrong. Of course, I know the truth.

Lies. Unending Lies. I'm tired and sick of it.

Yes, they give me clothes, food, money, everything I want but not their love.

"Ms. Evelyn." I glance at the maid who calls me, she was holding a tray. "Dinner's ready." It's been three days and I still haven't eaten anything.

"I don't want to eat." She said ok in response and immediately leave. The moon was bright and the skies filled with stars that sparkling. The cold breeze that hugs you.

"Miss, I'm afraid for your health it's been three days and you haven't eaten anything. You might collapse if you continue this."

"Then good, maybe if I got sick my parents would be worried. Let's see if they still see me as their child."

"Miss."

"You can now rest, it's already late. Just nag at me tomorrow morning, ok?"

"Good night, Nanny Frida." she hesitate to leave but I smiled at her and she nod. I watch her as she closes the door and I look again at the book I'm holding right now.

I'm currently reading the book 'To Meet Again'. The Male and Female protagonists are childhood best friends and both of them have secret feelings for each other.

A typical story Yes, but you will be hooked once you started reading it.

But before they confess their love to each other the female protagonist leaves the Erden Empire. And after how many years they met again and did exchanged letters, confess their love, and later on, they got married, and they lived happily ever after.

I wonder if happily ever after really exists.

To meet again is a really old novel by Ms. Johannes and if I'm not mistaken there are only three copies left, the other copies of the novel are already burned. It's a shame that this masterpiece was not read by others.

I glance at the clock and It's already midnight, July 11 my 18th birthday. I greet myself as I stare at my own reflection in the mirror. I tried to smile genuinely and it looks creepy as fuck.

Last night I packed my clothes, I'm leaving this house right now. Wish me luck if I can survive without them. As I step out of my bedroom and wander around, the Mansion is quiet the maids are already sleeping and the guards are nowhere to be found. I'm lucky that I manage to leave without being caught, it looks like luck was on my side, no?

I was amazed outside even at night there are many people. I buy foods and drinks I enjoy being free for the first time. But I was hit by a car, it happened very fast. I can't breathe properly, I can't move my body, I was coughing blood... my vision is blurry and I can't hear clearly.

Finally, I already feel pain, so this is the feeling ahh, thank you. I might be crazy because I'm still thankful even though I was hit by a car... that I still consider luck was really by my side. Goodbye Mother, Father, and I'm sorry Nanny Frida for leaving you without saying goodbye.

And later on, the pain didn't last as I close my eyes.

Her figure is slender, small face, waist, and shoulders. Smooth pale skin, sensuous Red lips, deep red eyes like rubies, an angular face, and a flawless complexion. Long brown wavy hair. I'm in the body of Alesana Rosent Briele the villainess in the story To Meet Again.

No way! But how...

I thought I was just having a dream no a nightmare, that I was misheard that the name of this lady is Alesana Rosent. And I did everything for me to come back into my own body.

Attempt No. 1

-I dive from the second floor where my room is up to the ground but I only got bruises.

So, to prevent my sudden action, they locked all the windows in my bedroom.

Attempt No. 2

-I tried to the third floor but I got scared plus the maids stop me before I even jump.

And then they did not allow me to go on the third floor without any maid.

Attempt No. 3

-I eat some poisonous flowers and I don't know why but I'm still healthy and alive.

"Duke Briele this is really a miracle. She's still alive after eating those poisonous flowers!"

"That's good. Thank you!"

"But please stop the Lady from eating those."

-I swim to the lake and drown myself but before I lost my consciousness someone saves me.

But later on, I stop my sudden attempts of suicide because I heard Alesana's parents crying. I don't know why but my heart hurts.

"Mama, Papa." I need to say sorry.

"Yes Honey, what is it?" Alesana's Mom welcomes me.

"Mama, Papa I'm sorry, I promised from now on I will behave and I will stop my crazy antics. I will not harm myself anymore."

"Really?" her face brighten and give me a big smile. I nod.

"Yes, I-I'm really sorry. Please forgive me." I ran and hugged her, and then she started crying. I made her cry and it hurts.

"My Alesana." She brushes my hair using her fingers and kisses me.

"Mama, I love you."

"Yes honey, I love you too." This is warm and I love it. So, this is the feeling of being hugged by the person you loved. I love it.

"Papa." He smiled and pat my head.

"I love you Alesana, you and your Mama."

"Hmm, I love you too." After we eat dinner, the maids help me in bathing and dressing. I was about to sleep when I remember all that Alesana Rosent do in the past. Shit.

She started being stubborn at the age of 7 and because she's the only daughter of the Duke, the precious daughter of Duke Briele they let Alesana do whatever she pleases. She insulted some nobles and was always lashing her anger at her maids. Cries over little things, and what she wants she gets. A real spoiled brat.

She even called 'The Wild Lion Of Briele's' and I accidentally heard some of the maids talking calling me 'The Little Devil' and I think they want to give me some pitchfork.

Ares and Celestine are childhood best friends but Celestine's family leaves the Erden Empire and she became a scholar. Afterward, They meet at a ball after, and they will be started exchanging letters. All Alesana did in the novel was go to the palace to see the Prince but how unlucky of her because she didn't even see the back of the Crown Prince.

When the Crown Prince reaches his adulthood then Alesana and the crown prince will meet again, and the chase starts. And because Alesana tried to harm Celestine she will be killed. Tsk.

The first person that Alesana meets is Clover Ein. They met at a Banquet when Clover asks Alesana to dance and then their friendship starts. The next Duke Clover Ein Hart is the best friend of the Prince and secretly in love with the Princess.

Delicate, lovingly, and sweet she is Selene Evermont. A shy type of person and later on fell in love with Clover when the heroine of the story helps Clover to confess his undying love to the Princess.

Sakura Lagriche the best friend of Heroine and sacrifice herself, she's the one who gets killed instead of Celestine, and that triggered heroine. She is in love with the Prince but she forgot her feelings for the Crown Prince because Celestine and Ares are madly In love with each other.

Sir Ignis Kanna a knight that fell in love at first sight with the heroine, protects Celestine from an assassination and that causes him to lost his right eye and had a huge scar on his face and body.

Duke Lucretius Falco, will also be in love with the heroine, he hated the crown prince but they both killed Alesana at the end of the novel. He got married but is still in love with Celestine.

Crown Prince Ares Stein Evermont the Male Protagonist. He started hating Alesana when she starts clinging to him when they are still kids and some people know that Alesana is obsessed with the prince. He is the one who killed Alesana and will be a great King and a loving husband and father to his son.

Celestine Campbell the heroine of the novel after she graduates, she started working in the palace and meet the Prince again and became the Empress of Erden. She is very beautiful, kind, and smart according to the author that's why Duke Lucretius, Sir Ignis, and The Crown Prince love her.

Alesana Rosent Briele is the villainess in the novel. She tried to harm Celestine that's why she died at the hands of Duke and The Prince.

I hugged myself and stared at our family portrait. I don't want to die. I started to cry loud make the maids worry. There's no guarantee that I will come back to my own body once I die here. And I don't want to come back either there I want to be here; my parents love me that's all I need.

Because I decided to be the real Alesana, I intended to forget the past and Focus on surviving here.

"Please honey come back to us hmm? I love you."

"P-papa..." I don't want to d-die. I wanted to scream that. I'm scared. Please...

"Alesana, My daughter." He kissed my forehead and hug me tight. "Thank you, Honey, thank you." that day Papa said that it's already been a half month that I'm just blankly staring at the wall and will silently cry. My parents are really worried to the point that they don't leave me.

The day of the banquet where Clover and I will meet did not happen. I refuse to attend banquets and just spend my day playing with Lara and Mellisa. The day passed so fast we received invitations to some tea parties, I really avoid meeting the first character.

I was peeking outside the window because I see a boy running outside. Who is he? Is he allowed here?

"Honey."

"Oh, Papa." I closed the curtain and smiled at Papa. He glances at my back and pats my head.

"We will leave now; we'll be back before dinner."

"Where are you going?"

"To the palace."

"Okay." I wave my hand and run to the garden where I last see the boy. "I think he's still here."

"Gahh!" I held my heart and sit on the ground. "You dirtbag you scared me!" I look at him and I frown. He's wearing a mask that covers half of his face.

"Are you following me?" he put his hand on his waist and I widened my eyes.

I can't see his eyes clearly but his hair is black as a night sky.

"You are in our manor and I suddenly saw you, why are you here?

"I'm sorry but I need to go. Bye." He runs to the woods and I didn't see him again. Lara and Mellisa scold me because they see me still sitting on the ground. He didn't help me to get up, how ungentlemanly of him.

"What do you want for dinner?"

"Chicken."

"Yes, My Lady." I was patiently waiting on the couch and I just feel someone tapping my arms. I didn't know that I fell asleep on the couch.

"Where's Mama and Papa?"

"Their carriage just arrived."

"Oh!" I approached my parents and hug them. "Welcome back Papa, Mama."

"Oh, my honey." they kissed my cheeks and Papa pats my head.

"We have a guest."

"Who?" I tilt my head and put my hands at my back. Mama gently pulled the boy and I wave my hand.

"Why don't you introduce yourself."

"Ahh, y-yes. Hello, I'm Raven." I put my hands on my chest, lift my skirt and slightly bend my knees.

"Nice to meet you, Raven, I'm Alesana."

"Alesana Honey from now on Raven will stay here."

"Eh? Then welcome to our Manor Raven." he looks like the kid that I saw in near the woods. Are they the same person?

I don't know from what house he is. When Raven sees me, he will just bow and then instantly disappear. I think he's shy.

"Good Morning Papa."

"Where's Mama and Raven?"
