Story Plot
Meeting someone 30, 000 feet above the sea is such a romantic way to fall in love, right? But in Nuala (Noo-lah) and Enoch's case, it was far different from romantic. They met in the most unpleasant way high above the sky and they never left each other's minds.
Then Nuala met Flynn in the most interesting way, and they grew closer. Time went by, Flynn fell in love with Nuala. Everything seems to be in its right places, except one; Enoch who instantly fell in love with Nuala's brave and carefree personality and free spirit attitude.
As for Nuala, how will she react if she finds out that the two fell in love with her? How will she face them? Will she choose? Who and how?
Let us all find out how these people change their fate by accidentally falling in love.

Sneak Peek:
But the two promised each other that they will never fall in love with the same girl, ever again.
"How is she different?" his father asked.
"We met in an unusual way.." Enoch answered his father.
A sudden realization hit her, "It wasn't Enoch I saw, it was you!" exclaimed Nuala.
Flynn was speechless for a moment, "So you were saying that you saw me at the mall? And you mistook me as Enoch?" he asked, thinking, 'She's a true beauty.'
Their father stopped them from hitting and punching each other's faces and scolded them, "It doesn't matter who she met first. What matters most is how you will show her that you love her!"
It was a bright and sunny day with a very clear sky, waiting for an airplane to take off. A few moments later, a raspy but gentle voice of a woman can be heard from the cabin's speakers.
"This is Xi Capitol International Airlines Flight QR1211, with the service from Ye State to Xi State. We are expected to be in the air in approximately 8 minutes. We ask that you please fasten your seatbelts at this time and secure all baggage underneath your seat or in the overhead compartments. We also ask that your seats and table trays are in the upright position for take-off. Please turn off all personal electronic devices, including laptops and cell phones. Smoking is prohibited for the duration of the flight. Thank you for choosing Xi Capitol International Airlines. Enjoy your flight." announced the flight attendant, Nuala (Noo-lah) Kawolski.
All of the passengers listen to the woman's instructions and do what they are being told. They all buckled their seatbelts, turned the electronic devices off, and secured their baggage.
Slowly, the airplane started to move forward, and a recorded voice prompt and video of safety briefing can be heard in the background, probably to keep the passenger from looking outside the window. "Ladies and gentlemen, on behalf of the crew I ask that you please direct your attention to the monitors above as we review the emergency procedures. There are six emergency exits on this aircraft..."
Before the plane could fly high steadily, a man from the coach cabin stood up but Nuala was quick to speak, "Sir, you need to sit still with your seatbelt fastened during the plane take off for your safety." Then her eyes landed on the man in an army uniform next to the anxious man.
The anxious man reluctantly nodded his head and slowly returned to his seat. Nuala's eyes never leave the anxious man, feeling a little uneasy.
As the safety instruction video is played on the monitor in front of the passengers, you will see some of them are praying while the others are listening attentively. And the safety instruction continued, "...While we wait for take-off, please take a moment to review the safety data card in the seat pocket in front of you." then ended.
In about 10 minutes, the aircraft is already above the clouds and bright sun rays are visible to the naked eye. The pilot started talking. "Good afternoon passengers. This is your captain speaking. First I'd like to welcome everyone on Flight QR1211. We are currently cruising at an altitude of 23, 000 feet moving up to 28, 000 feet at an airspeed of 400 miles per hour. The time is 1:25 pm. The weather looks good and with the tailwind on our side, we are expecting to land in the Capitol, Xi State approximately 45 minutes ahead of schedule..."
The pilot added, "...The weather in Capitol, Xi State is cold and windy, with a high of 15 degrees for this afternoon. If the weather cooperates, we should get a great view of the city as we descend. The cabin crew will be coming around in about 20 minutes to offer you a light snack and beverage, and the inflight movie will begin shortly after that. I'll talk to you again before we reach our destination. Until then, sit back, relax, and enjoy the rest of the flight."
When the plane reached the right level and steadied in the air, the cabin crew started to attend and serve the passengers the in-flight food.
Nuala, with an uneasy feeling, kept her eyes from the anxious man who tried to stand up during the take-off, so she decided to go to him. Leaning forward to meet the man's eyes, she asked, "Good day sir, how are you feeling? Do you need a blanket or beverages?"
The man with worried eyes said, "No, thank you. I just need to go to the bathroom."
Nuala nodded her head and stood up to show the man the way to the comfort room with a smile on her face, hiding the doubts she feels toward the nervous man. Her eyes met another man's gaze, a man in an army uniform sitting next to the bothered man. "Do you need anything, sir?" she asked, still smiling.
Enoch shook his head with a faint smile on his lips, still looking intently at her. "I'll buzz if I need anything. Thank you." Then he put on his earbuds and closed his eyes. He felt a little relieved when he realized that at least one of the plane crew is aware of the man's troubled action.
A few minutes after, the disturbed man returned to his seat and wiped his forehead. Enoch felt the movement, so he opened his eyes and said, "Is this your first time flying?" while putting the earbuds away.
The man nodded and intensely rubbed his sweaty palms to his pants. Enoch did not miss the man's nervous action, so he patted the man's shoulder, "It'll be fine. Just close your eyes. Breath in, breath out; next thing you know we're landing already."
But Enoch, trained to be observant knew that there is something wrong, the man's been acting peculiar. He stood up, but before going to the comfort room, he went straight to Nuala who was standing out of sight of the man. "The man is acting strange. Something is wrong. Keep an eye on him." When Nuala confirmed her doubts, she immediately advised the crew and the pilot.
Just after giving the cabin crew a heads up, a commotion in the coach cabin happens. Other passengers are shouting in fear and others are crying from shock. It was the distraught man who started the commotion. "Make a turn and land in Ha State or I will cut my neck!" he shouted.
Nuala and two more male flight attendants tried to stop him, "Sir, you need to calm yourself and put the knife down." said one of the male attendants.
"No! Make a call and land in Ha State! I need to see my son! He's dying!" he shouted with tears.
His reason made Nuala's heart go soft, but she needed to shrug it off. Not showing the pity she feels, with her raspy voice she tried to speak as gentle as cotton, "Sir, how old is your son?" She asked, trying to make the man put down his guards. "Three." He said with pain in his voice as he said the word.
Nuala took a small step forward, "Is your son sick? Why is he in Ha State?"
"My wife died in an accident and my in-laws took my son away because I have no job." the distraught man answered. Not knowing that Enoch is right behind him, ready to jump on him to stop him from doing something far more sinister.
Enoch sneaking behind the man, signaling Nuala to continue negotiating.
She continued, "Sir, your son will not be happy if he found out that you tried to hijack an airplane just to see him. Why not put the knife down and let's talk about this rationally and calmly?"
Unknown to all the people inside the coach cabin, the pilots already contacted the nearest airport for an emergency landing.
"No! You don't understand!" the man shouted at her with a tear-filled face. He was about to attack Nuala, but Enoch is quick to respond.
He targeted the man's knee-pit to get him down. Enoch quickly pulls the man's arms behind with his shin on the neck of the man, while tying the man's hand behind his back with a towel given by another crew.
"Please, I'm sorry. I can't go to jail without seeing my child. Please." the man pleaded, crying his heart out.
Nuala turned her eyes away not wanting to show her tears because she is a very sympathetic person.
As the drama ended, an announcement could be heard. "May I have your attention, please. This is the captain speaking. Due to the unfortunate event that happened, we will be having an emergency landing at Fi City International Airport, Eff State. I request that all passengers keep seated with seatbelts fastened and remain calmed. I repeat, I request that all passengers keep seated with seatbelts fastened and remain calmed."
The aircraft had an emergency landing at Fi City International Airport because of the incident that happened.
Soon as the airbus touches the ground, police, and security personnel along with the news media people are waiting for the crew to come out with the man who created the commotion in the air.
First to walk out the airplane gate is Enoch, holding the man by his arms with hands tied behind him. Followed by Nuala and the pilot who made the announcement earlier.
With blinding flashes of lights and microphones in front of them, they are bombarded with questions by the journalists. "What had actually happened?" and another question, "Is airport security not tight enough? How did the hijacker get a weapon inside the plane?"
Questions after questions but Enoch and the plane crew ignored them. But one of the journalists tugged Nuala from her sleeve and she was about to fall but the man in the army uniform is quick. Enoch instantly pushed the perpetrator to the security guard who escorted them and hooked his arm to Nuala's stomach to keep her from falling to the ground.
Enoch snapped, with a deathly glare and angry voice, he shouted, "You!" pointing to the person who grabbed Nuala. "Are you intelligent enough to --" but he was cut by a firm hold of a smooth and soft hand to his forearm. Nuala stood properly and spoke, "All your questions are welcomed but you have to wait for the spokesperson to attend your queries." She said with a composed but authoritative tone. Then they continue walking.
"Are you okay?" Enoch asked her.
Nuala nodded, "Yeah. Thank you." But the truth is, her heart is still pounding because of all the trauma that had happened. Never in her imagination that she will experience a hijack.
He noticed her trembling hands. He patted her head to comfort her, "You are such a brave person." Nuala was left speechless by his action.
In a small room, the perpetrator was held for questioning. "So, let's get started. Why did you try to hijack the plane and how did you get the weapon?" asked the male police.
Gus Twali is crying and regretting the things he had done. "I'm so sorry officer. I just wanted to see my dying son." He said weeping.
The female investigator showed him pity. "I understand that you wanted to see him. But why do you have to harm people just to see him? You know, all you have to do is get a ticket and fly directly to him." she said.
"I know. But my in-laws don't want me to be close to him." he said. "Why?" asked the police. Then Gus Twali confessed. "My wife filed for a divorce because I lost my job.." showing the cops his scarred and deformed right arm and continued, "..because of the accident that happened to me. I wasn't able to provide them the way I used to. Not long after the divorce, she died in a car accident and they pointed at me as the suspect but I was proven innocent.."
His eyes showed sorrow and pain, then he continued, "Since I wasn't able to find a good job, my in-laws got full custody of my son. In their mind and heart, I was the one who killed their daughter so they took away my son."
The investigators are listening to his story while he's looking at his shoes, "Yesterday, I got a phone call from a friend and she told me that she saw my son in the intensive care unit." This time, the regret in his tone was replaced by anger. "His head was smashed by a blunt object, the nurse told my friend when she asked. I don't know what happened to my son but I really want to see the person who did this to him behind bars!" he added.
The female investigator didn't miss the anger in him. She took a deep breath and said, "I understand where you're coming from, Gus, and I have the power and I promise that I am going to help you find out the truth about your son. But you know, you have to face the consequences of your sinful actions. One, you stole someone else's flight ticket and two, you carried out a harmful act to other people."
He nodded his head in understanding but he did not say anything.
Outside the room where the authorities kept the perpetrator for investigation, is a hall where a press conference is about to happen. Groups of journalists are waiting for the spokesperson to answer their every question. When the police finished questioning Gus Twali, they took him into the hall. With a ballcap and now handcuffed hands.
A tall man wearing a black suit is standing on a platform in front of the media, ready to answer their every question.
"I am John Wilde, the spokesperson of Fi City International Airport and I would like to apologize for the unfortunate event that happened in Flight QR1211. Let's not also forget to give recognition to these brave people, Flight Attendant Nuala Kawolski and Sergeant Enoch Smith who did their best to stop the hijacker from doing something far more horrifying.
As the spokesperson gives his speech, Nuala can't help herself from cringing. "Isn't this a little too much?" she muttered.
Enoch standing beside her vaguely heard what she said. "What?"
She looked at him with creased eyebrows, "That." she whispered. "Isn't showing his face is already enough. Why are they not covering his handcuffed hands?"
He was amazed at what she said. Her deep blue eyes are speaking for humanity. She's not just brave, she also cares for the dignity of other people. Without talking back, he took off his coat and put it on Gus Twali's handcuffed hands to cover.
All of the people's eyes are now focused on him, even Nuala. "What?" she asked almost inaudible. "Because you're right." Then he gave her a faint smile.
"Now, one question at a time." Said John Wilde, the Fi City International Airport spokesperson.
One famous reporter asked, "What happened in Flight QR1211?" John Wilde answers each and every question being thrown at him. "How was he able to get inside the plane carrying a weapon? Is the security of the airport not strict enough? How will you secure every passenger's safety after this incident?" asked another known reporter.
John Wilde anticipated this question and he's prepared for it, "Yes, that is a lack on our end and we already reprimanded the personnel assigned at the entrance of the Ye International Airport. We will put more security personnel and will train them more rigorously. You will be sure that the safety of our passengers will be doubled to make them feel that they are protected with us."
With that, the press conference ended. When Nuala noticed that Gus Twali would be taken by the police, she hurried to talk to him. "Mister Twali! My mother is Enya Riggs-Kawolski, and I will make sure that you will get the legal help you need."
The crowd turned their heads when they heard what Nuala said and one of the reporters instantly asked her a question. "Your mother is Attorney Enya Riggs-Kawolski? That makes you the heiress of Kawolski Trading and Constructions!" And in an instant, flashes of camera lights blinded her.
She unknowingly grabbed Enoch's rough left hand in fear. "Miss Kawolski! Can we interview you for our show?"
"Nuala! Nuala! Can you model for our magazine?" Question after question made her dizzy. Holding tightly at Enoch's calloused hand she said, "I don't like it here." almost a whisper, but Enoch heard her words crystal clear.
"Nuala! Is he your boyfriend? How did you manage the low key life if you're a multi-millionaire child?"
"Nuala! Nuala!" The reporters followed them until the boarding gate.
Enoch held her soft and small hand tightly while his right hand protected Nuala from further unwanted attention from the media.
As they got inside the plane, Enoch, still holding her hand was the first one to speak. "Get yourself water and calm down." He said coldly but the concern is still evident.
"Thank you, and I'm sorry for grabbing your hand." Nuala said as she looked at him. His glassy black eyes are mirroring her face clearly. Paired with thick but fine eyebrows and a shaved face but stubble beard traces are visible. For a second, she felt like his eyes were saying something to her but she couldn't figure it out.
His rugged, rough, and tough look is perfect. She was lost for words. "Am I that handsome?" He said with a faint smile on his face. But before Nuala could say anything else, he walked back to his seat.
Enoch straightens his collar and mumbled, "Ah, I'm so cool."
