When he kidnapped and hid Don Hernandez's daughter on his private island, the woman was terrified of him. Fighting a Malcogn is wrong because he will make your life miserable. With him on the island, he made Ellah's life a living hell. Through his own law, he forced her to experience pain and pleasure. He claimed her repeatedly and made her feel the guilt her father had committed. However, the woman ran away from him one day. As a result, he had even more reason to torture the woman. Until his heart began to beat incorrectly... Another name was being whispered... Ellah.

Chapter 1 C.M

"Please d-don't!" Ellah's voice trembled as she said those words. Tears welled up in her innocent eyes, and her body trembled in response to extreme fear.

"You must pay for what your father did to me, sweetheart," his voice is lethal and fatal.

She blinked, and tears streamed from her eyes like rain. Even though she couldn't see the man's entire face since they were in a dark room with only the light of the lampshade providing light, she could tell he was up to something bad.

She hugged the blanket tightly to her body, as if the blanket could cover what the man in front of her was planning now.

She couldn't believe what the man said. She knew he was fabricating a story against her father. She's telling the truth! Her father was a well-known businessman with a good heart.

"You're sick! My father is a good man. How did you come to accuse my father of that?" Ellah knew her voice was weak from fear, but she was still able to defend her beloved father.

She noticed him pounding and cursing loudly in the air. She almost had a heart attack, especially when she noticed her face darkening despite the fact that she couldn't see the man's face. Why isn't he just letting her go?

"I wanted to murder your father. But when I saw you, her lovely daughter... I changed my mind. I will make your father suffer the pain he inflicted on me."

"You're a demon!" She couldn't stop yelling. In front of her is a lunatic man. She wanted to slap him and strike him, but she knew it would be futile. If she did, she would only endanger herself further.

He grinned and mumbled. "Yes, I am, and hell is my domain." It got closer to where she was.

No, her entire system went cold. She tightened her grip on the blanket. He will not succeed in whatever he sets out to do! He'll have to wait for her to die before he can do what he wants. She considered how to flee, but her mind was so preoccupied that she couldn't think clearly.

Oh my God! Please help me!

"S-stay away from me..."

The man in front of her just grinned foolishly. It was already at the foot of the bed when her eyes caught sight of him removing its shirt and throwing it somewhere. Her hair stood up on her body, and she began screaming in fear, terrified of what might happen. She is not a fool if she does not understand what he means; he will do something bad to her! Fear gripped her, but she quickly wiped the tears from her eyes. She jumped on the bed to run to the door and get out of that hell, but he grabbed her waist.

She resembled a piece of paper that he had pulled. She was disoriented and screaming, but her back landed on the soft bed. He tightened his grip on her hand and pressed it against her head. She couldn't help but scream in response to the fear and pain she was experiencing as a result of the pressure on her wrist.

Oh, no!

She tried to break free, but she had almost exhausted all of her strength. Again, tears streamed down her cheeks.

"Yeah, scream. Nobody will notice you. You're in my territory," his voice is deadly and fatal.

As tears streamed down her cheeks, she closed her eyes. She didn't want to see this stranger's face. Whatever she does to plead and fight seems insignificant to the man. Was this the end of his false accusation against her father?

"Please, I beg you... Let go of me! My father is worried-" When he tightened his grip on her hand, the pain overwhelmed her even more.

Ellah appeared to be taken aback by his weight when it landed on her, but that didn't matter; all Ellah wanted was to get out of this hell.

"Don't worry, you're not going to return to your canine father."

Fear gripped her entire body as she think what the man done to her father. She was able to examine his face freely thanks to the lampshade. For a few seconds, she was stunned and speechless, as if hypocritical. She would have come to her senses if his eyes hadn't already turned to hers, full of rage, lust, and vengeance!

When she finally recognized the man in front of her, she erupted in rage, exclaiming, "You?!"

He simply smiled and kissed her on the lips without saying anything. She closed her eyes and resumed her fight. It can't get her body because she's getting married in two months.

She sobbed at the realization that she could do nothing to stop this man. She felt his lip touch her neck, and it felt like thousands of volts passed through her body as it did.

She yelled for help, but he covered her mouth so she didn't make a sound. Nothing was happening no matter how much she begged and struggled to keep it because a demon was in front of her now, and it appeared to be lurking in the flesh inside a person. A sob almost mixed with cold and tears on her cheeks as it escaped her throat.

"Ready?" He smile like a demon.

No!

She burst out crying at the thought of him doing something she couldn't accept. Until she felt him yank her summer dress off and tear it. She tried to stop him, but one of its hands grabbed both of her hands. Nothing happens no matter what she does. Nothing. This is most likely the end of her.

He could have killed her, she thought, but he didn't. She needed to warn her father about this lunatic man. She love her father, and the thought that something bad will happen to him will rock her world. Her father was the only member of her family.

He tore the scanty cloth that covered her private body next, she felt. She wished she could cover them with her hands, but she couldn't. As one of his hands moves freely over her body, instilling that unforgivable fear. Her sobbing and screams became more strident. Every caress it bestowed was rejected by her body.

"N-no, please!" she exclaimed, but she knew her voice was powerless. The kisses he gives her appear to crush her. His hands causing a strange heat in her system disturbed her sober mind. She's befuddled!

He didn't pay attention to her pleading. It went on, and she then heard him pull the belt of its pants. Her dim eyes widened as she felt the belt tie too tightly around her wrist.

He stepped away from her for a moment and removed his clothes. She tried to get out of bed but couldn't. She was exhausted from screams and hysterics just to let her go.

When his arrogant manhood stared back at her, she was startled, terrified, and shaken. She became increasingly disoriented in bed and struggled to get out. She gave him a steady kick, but he just touched her two thighs.

"Are you finished inspecting my body, sweetheart?" He had a demon-like grin on his face.

"Stop there, please I'm begging you!" She didn't give up hope of pleading with him and persuading him to change his mind. She isn't interested in his six-pack abs.

He forcibly parted her thigh as his gaze deepened. "I like it better when you beg, sweety." She had no idea what to expect from his rage when he suddenly revealed his manhood to her.

She sobbed in agony, and tears welled up in her eyes once more. It's gone, it's gone! Her cherished virginity The thing she had cared about for the past 23 years had vanished! She's keeping it as a gift for her future husband, but it's gone because of this man.

When he saw that she was hurt, things seemed to get worse. He stunn and cursed several times in the air before suddenly standing up and leaving her on the bed alone. The next thing she heard was the loud closing of the door.

She was sobbing. What would she appear to herself and her future husband? She also cried loudly for a few minutes before feeling completely drowsy, overwhelmed by a long silence, and sleeping like that: her wrists were tied and her body was uncovered. But before she fell asleep, she convinced herself that it was all a dream, and when he awoke the next day, she was not in the room where she had witnessed her pleas and cries.

WHEN she felt someone caress her cheek, she shivered. She abruptly opened her eyes and realized she was no longer in her own room in their mansion. However, she was in the same room as the man who was furious with her father.

She looked at the man, who had now taken a step back, and even as she begged him to let her go, he slammed the door shut.

The light streaming in through the window indicated that it was morning. It was a good thing her hands weren't tied anymore, and... When she noticed she had a blanket up to her sternum, she was speechless for a moment.

She drew a bitter smile on her lips and cried. A series of drops resulted in outbursts of rage. She can't believe what happened to her until this day. She was happily walking on the beach by herself just a few days ago, praising the beauty of the ocean. But it's all turned into a nightmare now...

"Hija, after you relax at the resort with your friends, make sure you go straight home to the mansion, huh? Perhaps you don't want to irritate your father."

"Aye aye, Dad!" she laughed, rolling her eyes across the beach.

Oh, how she wished she could return to this location! Her mother gave birth here, so the resort holds special meaning for her. She smiled, but sadness overcame her when she remembered her lovely mother after a long time.

"Do you still there, Hija?"

"Hey, Dad, I need to hang up!" she said softly, returning her attention to the other line. I'll just pick up the shells, and don't worry, your best daughter will never hurt her favorite and dearest father in the world's feelings. Dad, I adore you. "You're the best father on the planet!"

When she heard her father laugh on the other line, her sad voice was replaced by a smile.

"I love you, my baby, and please take care of yourself."

She was picking up the beautiful shells after the call when she became aware that a pair of feet had stopped in front of her. She looked up, taken aback, to see a man holding a flower. She was preoccupied with the flowers and didn't pay much attention to the man's face. She is a flower enthusiast! It's no surprise that she's set on having a garden wedding.

"It is being given to you by someone." When she took it, it immediately turned away.

She was taken aback, but she read what was written on the red note hanging from the lovely flower.

'C.M'

She rolled her eyes, hoping to see the man who had given her, but there was no trace of him. She'd simply inquire as to who was giving it to her. She was so lovely with the flower she was holding that she smelled it. When she smelled the strong chemical that engulfed the flower, she quickly covered her nose. Her eyes felt heavy and dizzy. Unbeknownst to her, she let go of the flower and was swept away by the seawater that hit her foot. But first, she felt strong arms join her limp body while covering her nose with a handkerchief.

"It's time for retaliation, sweetheart," he said quietly.

Finally, the light went out, and the entire atmosphere darkened. She had no recollection of anything, and when she awoke, she was in a room with the man who was furious at her father.

Chapter 2 Run

Ellah couldn't bear the thought of her Father and fiancé being concerned. Kleve was looking for her at the time, and she knew he wouldn't stop until she was found. That's how much she loves the man she'd hoped to spend her life with, but the demon tore her just now, and she cursed him to die.

When she noticed the phone on the side table, she felt better about herself and looked around the room. She picked it up quickly, but she was equally frustrated when the line was most likely broken. She wanted to scream, but she didn't appear to have the strength to do so.

Then she got out of bed and went to the window. She was stunned for a moment by the red stain on the bedsheet, and she wanted to cry when she realized the virginity she had cherished for so long was gone. She quickly wiped it and dashed to the hardwood window.

She was only shaken when she realized she was on the roof of the house, and the stream she had seen in front of her was only a few meters away. She could see a strong stream of water coming from the high waterfall on the right. She thought it would be nice to swim in the water, but she wasn't interested in her current state. It was as if she had been kidnapped and taken to a mountain by a scumbag demon who had ruined her life!

A cold breeze blew in unexpectedly. She hugged herself and returned to her bed. What will she do to get out of this house? She needs to act, but what should she do? Where does she begin? She's not very good at it. Her entire life revolves around her world, including school, home, and family business. As a result, she is having difficulty deciding what her first step will be.

When the lock is turned and someone comes in. When she saw the man, she immediately felt fear and apprehension. She stepped back from the headboard and hugged herself.

"Eat," he said, placing a tray on the bed that contained only pancakes and juice.

She stared at what he had put in, and it was only now that she became hungry. She didn't eat last night, of course, but she refused to accept the food he brought. Who knows if it's poisonous or not. Will he use poison to kill her? Even if she dies of starvation, she will not eat it.

"No!" she exclaimed, hugging herself even tighter. When she said that, the man immediately grinned like a demon. It looked at her as if she were a wet chick afraid of being eaten by an eagle without a heart like him.

"Okay." He turned and walked towards the door. "Don't eat until you're starving to death." He also slammed the door shut.

She sobbed, and the tears returned, and she didn't want to dribble any longer.

CUHEN was taken aback by the beautiful flowers in his vacation home's garden. Until Don Hernandez murdered his mother and fiancée Florae, this place was his perfect sanctuary with his beloved fiancée. He will never forgive him, and he will seek even more compensation for what he has taken from him.

The massacre has been going on for two weeks. He was not in the Philippines when her mother and a beloved woman were murdered. Her mother took two blows to the side and one to the chest. Meanwhile, three blows to the head of his fiancée, whose wedding was only two weeks away.

Fuck!

He shouldn't have left for a business meeting in the first place. What is the worth of all the money he is battling if the woman he adores is no longer alive? He couldn't blame his Mother and Florae for leaving that day. The woman's final request was that he eat them outside. He had no idea that would be their first and last conversation.

Damn!

Cuhen tightly closed his eyes, refusing to let the tears that threatened to fall fall. He didn't do anything at all. But he was even more enraged because the high-ranking agency couldn't figure out who killed the two women who were important to him. His friends Herrence and Farhistt assisted him, but the workmanship was so good that no lead could teach them, and he became even more enraged about the situation. Without, it is impossible. As a result, he moved.

He was one of the Army's top young officers before becoming one of the most successful businessmen with billions of dollars in the bank. When he met Florae six years ago, he left his position as an officer and became a businessman. He would rather start a family with her than serve in the Army without Florae.

He got a small lead from his investigation, and it was enough to prove that no one else but Don Hernandez has really murdered the important person in his life. The workmanship was impeccable, but not to him.

It's time to retaliate. He waited for it in the mansion he owned the day he found out it was the culprit. His gun was loaded and ready to kill the old man when the old man's daughter appeared from behind. The latter hugged and kissed the old man on the forehead. It messes up the girl's curly hair and makes him look like a loving father to a child before he gets in the car.

His plan to kill the old was thwarted because another plan entered his mind, and that was to kill his only daughter. He grinned, the game was about to begin. He will play fairly, as Don Hernandez did to him. It had no idea that the opponent he was facing seemed to be a blow to the sharp iron.

ELLAH opened her eyes. She hadn't even realized she'd fallen asleep crying. The length of her sleep because it was getting dark when her eyesight went outside. She immediately looked at her clothes, relieved to see that she still had clothes on her body.

When her stomach swelled, she grabbed it. She was very hungry, and it was as if time had betrayed her because she could smell the delicious cooked food from where she was. Her stomach was churning as a result of her hunger.

Later, the door unexpectedly opened, and the man she had cursed in her mind was on the other side. He was carrying another tray filled with nothing but food, and the aroma was delectable.

"Eat," he suggested.

His voice... it felt good to listen to, but she quickly dismissed that thought. She hadn't even looked at its face since this morning.

"I w-wont!" "What if you put poison in it that will kill me right away?" She began squeezing on the side of the bed once more, but the truth is that she really wanted to eat it.

"Don't worry, sweetheart; I won't kill you right away." "First, I'll show your stupid father how to lose an important person in his life."

She took a deep breath as he said it. He will never be able to win her over. She'll go to any length to get out of this hellhole! God will decide what she will do.

She raised her head and glared at him angrily. With his bored expression, he seemed to be bored. He did a fantastic job of sitting on the side of her bed and placing the tray there.

For his wealth, he has watched it numerous times on TV, the internet, and social media. The man in front of him is none other than billionaire Cuhen Malcogn. When her father made a business deal here because their company was about to fail due to a series of problems, she refused and instead offered to buy the company. Her parents built it for a long time, even though it was not as wealthy as the young man. Her father did not sell it, and with the help of Kleve Vergan, their business slowly recovered. Mr. Cuhen Malcogn is a business tycoon who is an eagle in the business world. He overthrows those who oppose him, crushes those who betray the business, and all that he desires is his; he has no fear or mercy when it comes to the field of money and business, which is why he is so wealthy today. As far as she was aware, his mother and his doctor's fiancée had died in recent weeks.

Her mind was no longer focused on what was going on around her. Her heart swelled with rage, and the fear she had felt vanished. She jumped onto the bed and slapped its cheek with ferocity. He's so arrogant!

"You are a complete moron, Mr. Malcogn!" Do you think my father murdered them? It is abundantly clear that my father is not at fault in this situation! You are insane. You're going to perish. "You will perish, demon!"

The slap she delivered did not shake him, but it did darken his form. She was terrified once more. She abruptly backed up and resumed her previous position. She forgot to remind herself that the man in front of her was a lunatic who was feared by everyone. He could have killed her right now, which made her even more terrified.

"You're well acquainted with me. "Now eat!"

He yelled at her, and she screamed back. She almost fainted from fear. She made two shaky motions with her head. "I'm not going to!"

And what he did next took him by surprise. Cuhen Malcogn threw it, and it cracked and crushed as it flew to where the tray was. His appearance is dark and irritable, as if he is angry. Her tears began to flow once more. Even though she didn't want to do it, they began to fall.

"Damn you, lady!" He vanished in front of her.

If the door hadn't been solidly built, it would have given up for a long time because he would close the door loudly every time he came out. But no matter how hard she tried on her brain, she couldn't think of a first step if she could still escape what she was doing. Her stomach was churning at the same time, and she was on the lookout for food. She was sorry about the spilled food, but she had simply been cautious. She didn't want to die with her mouth foaming and be tossed into the forest.

She moved her gaze to the window. She had been staring at it for quite some time when an idea struck her. She took a look at the blanket and the two curtains hanging on the wall. Right! This is what she'll use to defeat the demon in human form while she still has time. She'd rather be lost in the woods than have him kill her. She had hope because she knew there had to be a way out of this forest.

She quickly grabbed the curtain and blanket and tied the ends together. She dashed to the window and retied the end of the rope to the wooden pillar that separated the window.

Ellah no longer checked to see if it had reached the bottom because another thought had entered her mind. She doesn't have much time, and the only thing on her mind right now is getting away. When she heard the man's footsteps, she rushed to the back of the door without making a sound. In her nervousness, her breath became obstructed. 'Just don't let her sigh and he might hear her,' she nearly bit her lip. She is still alive because she wishes to be.

She smirked and dashed to the window as soon as she heard the young man sneer. She ran out the door as soon as she heard him go to the door.

She wanted to congratulate herself on the excellent plan she had devised, but before she could, she dashed to the window and peered inside. She saw the man enter the forest on the left side, where there was no water flowing, from her perspective.

This is her one and only chance to flee. She didn't waste time and left the room right away. Ellah was overjoyed because the door to the living room was not locked and was only slightly ajar. She couldn't think any longer and dashed to the right side of the woods. She spent those times running and walking.

Her foot seemed to be numbing along with the numbness, so she was oblivious to the pain of trampled dry branches while running. She stumbled as she clung to the jutting roots. She couldn't keep track of the scars and wounds on her knee, leg, and arm, but she was able to bear them. The most important thing is that she is able to flee.

God!

She wanted to be sick of being sick of being sick of being sick of being sick of being sick of being sick of being sick of She wasn't used to long races, but she needed to get out of here, no matter where the insane Cuhen Malcogn took her.

No!

The sky was about to darken, in retrospect. When she was alone, she was terrified of the dark. She rolled her eyes, feeling disoriented and unsure of where she was going. She was only able to see tall, towering trees. At the same time, each passing car and the squeaking chirping of birds and insects around them accompanied the rising twigs. She despises it! But it's preferable to being murdered by a man named Cuhen.

"Ouch!

When a sharp stone pierced her foot, she groaned. Her eyes were red from trying not to cry, which was difficult given that she could see the blood flowing.

For a brief moment, she closed her eyes and endured the pain. Nothing good will happen to her if she sends in pain, so she must restrain herself in these moments. But she was startled a moment later when she saw the large black wild pig from afar. It appeared to be hungry because when it noticed her, it abruptly stopped pushing on the ground and stared her down.

She doesn't want to be the wild pig's dinner! Despite how painful it was, she quickly stepped on the foot. However, she appeared to be giving the animal a reason to follow her. She came to a halt and stoned it before leaving.

"Get out of here!"

When she realized the wild pig would attack her instead of fleeing, she was terrified. Despite the pain in her foot, she was able to run.

She was taken aback when she heard gunshots in the background. ZHe turned around automatically, the animal dead in front of her.

"Ellah!"

Chapter 3 Drink

She took a quick turn. She could hardly move when she noticed Cuhen Malcogn, who was standing in the distance with a gun in one hand and a dark expression on his face. He's staring at her.

Fear crawled all over her body, accompanied by the trembling of her knees. No! How did it get to her? Will she be killed? She wanted to cry. She's already escaped, but why is the forest betraying her? But she wouldn't let him touch her or lock her in that room just to kill her.

She'd rather die running away than be killed.

"Stop running, you damn woman!" His voice sounded like thunder, which frightened her even more.

She didn't notice the very high precipice ahead of her as she hurried away, despite the fact that it was impossible for her to escape it in this order. All she wanted was to get away from him and save her own life. But with one step, she felt as if he had collapsed.

Her throat let out a piercing scream. She would have died if she hadn't grabbed the protruding root of the tree with one hand.

"Damn!" In the blink of an eye, the man she had been fleeing appeared in front of her. He quickly fell to the ground and reached out his hand. "Woman, take my hand!"

He shook his head. She couldn't reach for his hand. Her escape became pointless once she reached for the man in front of him's hand. Again, tears streamed down her cheeks, confirming her vulnerability.

"Bullshit. "Grab it now! " He lets out a growl.

She closed her eyes. She was hesitant to accept Cuhen's assistance, but she did not want to fall into the abyss. She estimated that it was over 100 feet below, not including the creepy creatures. Ellah's hesitation caused her to miss the slow rupture of the small vein she was clutching.

"Ahhhh!!!"

"I've got you!" After Cuhen had carefully guarded her up, a strong hand gripped her wrist in tandem with the sudden downpour of heavy rain.

"A-are you going to kill me?" she asked, trembling with fear. She was like a wet chick who had been abandoned by the hen and had gone missing.

The man did not respond. Cuhen carried her without emotion as her tears streamed down her cheeks. The man who had planned to kill her was present and saved her.

Why else would it have helped her lift? Cuhen can let him die because this was always his plan in the first place.

She was despondent. Her only hope of escaping was squandered. She appears to need to accept that this is the life that awaits her. The heavy rain added to her heartache, and all she could do was cry.

She admits to herself that Cuhen Malcogn is a man of exceptional charisma. If someone stares, his sex appeal will overflow, and his eyes will penetrate the soul. Even if she already has a fiancée, many women are still smitten by the man.

.

She had hoped to meet him because she admired his talent and efficient business operations, which are now flourishing throughout Asia. But now, instead of admiration, she is filled with rage, fear, and disgust.

She was so tired that she didn't realize she'd fallen asleep in his arms while tears welled up in her eyes.

Cuhen looked down at the girl in his arms. In search, this woman shook her head. Ellah reasoned that she might be able to flee. He was the only person who knew the ins and outs of the place.

He would not have known that the girl ran on the right side if he had not returned home because he forgot to bring the gun for an emergency. Some of the yard's flowering plants had been trampled, and there were still footprints on the soft ground. He didn't waste any time and immediately followed her. He knew the woman hadn't gone far, and if he couldn't reach her, she'd fall straight into the abyss.

When they arrived home, it was dusk and they were drenched. Ellah was gently placed on the bamboo sofa by Cuhen. He quickly retrieved a clean towel, t-shirt, and boxer shorts from his closet.

It didn't wake up when he started taking off the woman's clothes. Damn! He was enraged and threw an evil look at the ceiling, but he kept his cool.

When he quickly put the girl in the dress with caution and restraint, he did not claim her in this situation as compensation for what it had done. He then treated her foot's scars and wounds. If she was still awake, she could taste his rage.

.

He then lifted the unconscious woman to her room. Damn her for making him angry. He should punish her right away, but he can't.

The rain continued to fall heavily, occasionally followed by thunder and lightning. He shook his head and slowly lowered her body onto the soft bed before flipping on the lampshade switch.

He grabbed another blanket from the cabinet and wrapped it around her. He also went to the window, took the blanket in which the girl had entrapped him, and shut the window. He didn't expect Ellah to set a strange trap for him and have him fall for it. He thought the only thing she could do was cry and beg on the side of the bed.

That's not going to happen again, lady!

He stepped quickly towards the door, no emotion on his face, and exited. In those moments, he simply clenched his fist and drank alcohol as his running back. He needs to calm down. For the time being, he has nothing to do with the woman, but the punishment she deserves will begin tomorrow. He will ensure that her beloved father, who is hiding in a sheepskin, suffers undue pain as he punishes her. He was itching to kill the old man, but not right now; instead, he would indulge him in the pain it had caused him in his life.

He returned to the woman's room a few moments later and checked to see if she was still alive and breathing. When he saw her crying and trembling, he smirked. He ignored the matter and simply shut the door again, letting out a deep sigh. He could do nothing but approach the woman and feel her forehead as he watched her cry.

He removed his hand from the extreme heat of Ellah. She was trembling and refusing to accept the blanket he had given her. She was like something that would snap in a matter of seconds. He exclaimed and jumped to his feet.

As he walked to his room to take medicine, his fists clenched. He also used the heater to heat water and poured it into the small basin. He also grabbed a face towel.

Bullshit!

He was a kidnapper yesterday, and now he's a caregiver for someone who's ill? Hell, no! This was not his intention.

He entered the woman's room, carrying the medicine, a glass of water, and a basin. He woke her up to give her medicine, but she cried with her eyes closed. He was shaken and couldn't help but place a warm towel on her brow.

He also stood up and took another blanket from the cabinet, adding it to the one that was on the woman's body. What he did did help a little because it kept her from shivering.

.

"Hey, lady!" He stroked her cheek. "Take this medicine," but the woman's eyes remained closed.

He cursed under his breath. He appeared to want to force her to drink so he could rest. It was nearly midnight, and he wanted to go to bed. Outside, the rain had stopped, and the sounds of insects had taken its place.

"D-dad..."

His fist was clenched. That's it! He was so engrossed in her commotion that he jolted her awake. He smirked as she slowly opened her eyes. They will be puffy and red, possibly as a result of crying.

"Drink," he said as he handed her the medicine and a glass of water.

Tears welled up in her eyes once more, and despite the fact that only a lampshade provided light in such a small space, he could see the girl's fear in her eyes.

"Come on, have a drink!" His patience is low due to his volatile temperament, which reacts quickly.
