" you are getting married whether you like it or not, I can't just keep a 22-year-old daughter bonded to myself" Dad yelled angrily.

I can't believe Dad got

" Tell me, Dad, do you care about my happiness or your company??" I asked.

" well I care about your happiness but my company is falling, I don't know what to do about it, I have tried everything but this was the only option," he said calmly.

I love my parents and I Know they have spent years in their company and it was fine but now, it's not moving anymore, I stare at my dad.

" who am I getting married to????" I asked.

" you must have heard of him, his name is RICOSHAWN JEFFERSON, his father owns the biggest and richest company In New York," he said happily while I stare at him shocked.

" What!!!!! Dad you know I hate that guy and he is irritating " I yelled at him

" hey, calm down" he consoles me as he touches my back.

I drove into my dad's compound, he said he wanted to talk to me, I wonder what he is gonna tell me.

I walked into the house and then saw Katherine sitting on the couch in the living room, eating popcorn, I quietly walked to her back then " boom" I said.

she landed her butt on the floor making the popcorn pour on her. she was shocked and very angry.

she sent me a deadly glare, I understood what that means.

" then you would have remembered my clothes and my butt before doing that childish thing, I don't know why you behave like a child sometimes," she said angrily.

I love Katherine so much, she is a very strict person, even at the age of seven (7), well my parents said we all took that strictness from my Grandpa, and yeah that's true, Katherine is nice but if you get into her wrong path, you would have to face the consequences, like pranks all the time, she would make sure you get hurt, I do respect her a lot. she knows my hair is so important to me that's why she did that.

we all sat on the dining chairs, well Shawn's parents came to visit us today and he was no were to be found.

mum and dad walked into the sitting room

Rico Shawn POV

I kept on pressing my phone, about ten minutes later, bethel came out wearing a white dress with a long loose sleeve but bare shoulder, it's tight around the waist and up, but loose from the waist down, it's has a beautiful pattern on the chest.

" Sir is this one okay?? Janet asked

" no it's ugly" I replied with an irritated face

they have been trying a lot of wedding gowns but I didn't want to pick anyone just to stress bethel
