Chapter 2 BLISSFUL BEGINNING

Silver ran crazily all the way to the kitchen and kept leaping around her curious mom.

"What's the fuss all about, what's the good news?" Eve asked confusedly.

"I made it mom,I made it" She kept repeating her words making Eve more confused.

She pointed her phone directly to Eve's face.

"Can't you see this, isn't this good news?"

Eve read the details carefully and the cooking spoon fell from her hand.

"You made it silver you did!!" Eve squealed embracing her daughter tightly.

Both mom and daughter began dancing joyfully. Some months ago Silver had written a scholarship exam,she prayed really hard for her name to be among the winners.

Her family was an average family so they couldn't provide all her needs. When she was done with highschool,she refused to enter into college even when she got admission but was determined to go for a higher one. Her parents were angry with her cause they thought she didn't appreciate all they did for her.

She finally saw an advert for the scholarship exams and she applied hopefully and she came out as one of the best. Going to the most expensive and richest college in New York was just too exciting.

"I can't believe I'm going to my dream school OMG!!!" She jumped and continued screaming around the house. Her mother just kept smiling all through.

Zack Rowland underground Mansion

In a dark smoky room,a man putting on a black hat covering his face,his whole dressing was on black which made him similar to describe a devil. He was sitting on a rocking chair. A cigarette was stuck in between his fingers as he draws out large amount of dark smoke. There's a table beside him, which contained bottles of alcohol of different brands. Empty bottles and smoked cigarettes were littered on the floor.

There was a knock.

"Come in" he ordered in his thick, choked voice.

A guard came in and bowed without looking at him cause no one dared look at him face to face.

"Master they have assembled"

"Ok tell them to settle down, I'm coming to inspect their jobs" Zack replied.

"Okay Master" He exited the room.

Zack Rowland was an underground criminal who engaged teenagers in burglary. He harbours teenagers to help him steal from others and to deliver hard drugs to any client. Alternatively people knew him as a politician with strong ambition but he was a man with two faces.

He stood up and walked out of the room,though he wasn't drunk. He appeared in a large, beautiful hallway with so many doors that looked the same, He walked to the largest door and opened it. Immediately all his servants bowed down before him until he walked to his lion chair and sat on it.

"Come forward to give your account" One of his guards addressed the long queue of teens.

A young girl of about fourteen stepped forward and off loaded her bag. The contents was an iphone,.a golden wrist watch, three debit card and one golden bracelet.

"Master this is my account" She said bowing her head.

"I'm impressed with what I'm seeing, you've done well this time,you are dismissed" Zack said and she left. A boy stepped in,about eighteen years old. He emptied the contents out of his bag,which looked poor.

"What's the meaning of this shit?" Zack asked staring at the contents furiously.

"Master it wasn't easy stealing this stuffs, everyone seemed to be vigilant of themselves like they knew a criminal was among them"

Zack stood up and went for him, giving him a hot slap on his fair skin and it turned red instantly.

"Why did you return here when you couldn't get a reliable account for the day,so you dared me and came back here or you think I don't know how tricking you can be?"

The contents was only a silver earrings and a wallet with poor looking dollar notes.

"Search him" He ordered with an evil grin. The boy began to flinch backwards aiming to run but they caught him before he could run.

He was forced to be searched,he tried fighting off their hands from his body but they were stronger than him.

They dipped their hands into his underwear and brought out some raps of dollar notes and a golden necklace.

A heavy punch sent him down to the floor and he bled.

"How such a little pre - matured brat thinks he can outsmart me" Zack boosted and his creeping loud laughter echoed making the others terrified.

"Take him to the dungeon and let him freeze to death" he said lighting up a cigarette.

"Master please spare my life" The boy pleaded as they dragged him away.

"Riot in hades" Zack spat and increased the speed at which he smoked.

Richard was still busy working on some files,when Sasha came in without his permission. She had released the button of her shirt and her boobs were fully revealed.

"Is this your office,how dare you badge into my office uh?" He asked furrowing his eyebrows.

"Boss said you should check your mail box,he just sent you some piece of information" She said biting her lower lips.

"What happened to the telephone? Why couldn't you make use of it instead of pestering me?"

"I felt like seeing you that's why I came personally. I love you" She whispered and turned around,she began whining her waist.

"Sasha leave my office" He ordered and she halted.

"I love you Richard,no body can have you unless I do" She said and left.

He signed feeling relieved before proceeding to his emails. He knew it was noting more than work.

He popped on the mail which category was in promotion,it read:

"CONGRATULATIONS RICHARD EDWARD FOR BEEN ONE OF OUR BEST STAFF, AND WE ARE THRILLED TO HAVE YOU. YOU'VE BEEN PROMOTED TO STAR OUTLET MEXICO BRANCH AS THE NEW MD"

He screamed loudly and scattered the entire files on his table, finally he had been promoted.

"Yes!! Yes!! I did it,I passed through it" He said proudly to himself as he jumped repeatedly.
