Chapter 7 Family dinner

Evanora eyes widened In surprise as she stared at him hoping to see it was a joke but it was obvious he was damn so serious.

She stared at him for a while and bursted into laughter, while the male just huffed.

"Oh my goodness! You are such a joker" She said.

She glared at him and made to walked out but he pushed her back harshly, he pushed her to the wall and trapped her in his hold while Evanora just gulped down.

"I am not a man of joke if you know me too well and I mean whatever I say. I want to get married to you, and the lest you can do to yourself is say yes to me because I don't take no for an answer"

"Let me go Mr Eros" She said, trying to sound bold but she knew better.

He tilt his head and huffed before he let go of her.

She hissed and made to walk out but found herself not being able to move.

"What the heck!" She struggled,as her legs refused to moveand turned around only to see him staring at her with a smirk and slowly he wrapped his hand around her waist, and licked her neck.

"You are the stubborn type but I can mend you. I love bad bitch just like you and one more thing sweetheart, you are mine already and I mean everything I said. I don't care if you accept to be my wife or not but trust me sweetheart you are going to be saying I do in the next 44 hours. I am giving you just two days to think about it. Do not let me make you mine forcefully, it is not going to be a nice one" he muttered darkly.

Her heart couldn't stop pounding, it was like she was trapped and he was the only one who could save her right now.

His hand slowly traced to her neck and then sighed softly. He let go of her and then she could be able to move.

Her eyes widened in surprise while he just took a drag from his cigarette. "Have a nice day wifey" He winked at her and walked out.

Evanora gasped Trying to think of what happened few seconds ago but she couldn't even explain it.

It was so mysterious and uncalled for.

She neds to see her doctor to know why that happened. Maybe she's going crazy....

(MR SCOTT MANSION)

"Look who we have here" The girls yelled happily as Evanora walked into the room.

"Girs" She yelled back and they hugged each other.

One of the best friendship ever created are usually from highschool, and when you let go of them, you always feel sad no matter what.

"I missed you so much. It has been ages you know" one of the girls said, and Evanora just smiled.

"You were the only one who didn't attend my supposed wedding. Care to explain why?" She raised her eyebrows, and the female sighed.

"Being a doctor is not easy you know. Am sorry" The lady said and Evanora nodded.

She turned to look at Andrea who was glaring at her and she laughed. "Stop staring at me that way"

"Well I should. You didn't even bother to hug me when you stepped into this room" she hissed and Eva laughed.

"Am sorry" She simply said. "Damn! You are just introducing your husband to us, and yet it seems you are getting married already. You look so gorgeous" Evanora said, and Andrea just blushed while the other girls laughed.

Just then the door opened and a woman stepped in majestically, alongside with a young girl. Evanora gulped down nervously as she watched them walked in.

"Look who we have here! Daughter of a slut" the woman said glaring at Evanora who just sighed.

"Well I hope you are not here with your bad luck to ruin this moment just like you did to yours" The young girl said.

"Shut up" Andrea scolded and she rolled her eyes.

"Don't shut her up dear. She's right. She's nothing but a badluck, just like her mother"

"Do not call my mother no matter what with all due respect Mrs morrigan" Evanora said darkly.

The two women lock eyes in a battle stare. "Why do you think I can't, after all she stole my husband away from me" Mrs morrigan said darkly.

"Enough! I have been asking for forgiveness for the pass five years on her behalf but you can't seem to be moved. She has died so why can't you move on and just forgive her already" Evanora yelled angrily, tears streaming down her eyes.

The room became quiet as the girls stared at them with that usual look.

They always had a fight whenever Evanora visited home, and that's what happened when the word polygamous is involved in your life.

"Seriously! Enough mum" Andrea hissed and walked out

Evanora stared out of the city as tears fell down from her eyes. Those words hurt her like hell.

She Always asked herself why does Mrs morrigan hate her so much but on the other side she understands her perfectly.

Her mum was the side chick that caught her husband attention so she understands her but her mother was dead and she has pleaded with her to forget whatever happened between her mother and her.

"You don't have to cry over this Eva. Do not let my mum words get to you. Your mother offended her, not you. She should get that into her head" Andrea said as she stood beside Evanora who just sighed.

"I don't know what to do to make your mother and sister like me" Evanora said. Andrea sighed and held her hand. "You don't have to do anything to make them like you sweetheart. They should be lucky they got to have you as a relative" Andrea said, and Evanora smiled.

"Am sorry I talked to your mother that way. I was just so angry" Evanora said, and Andrea huffed.

"You don't have to be sorry about it sweetheart" Andrea simply replied.

Everywhere became silent for a while before Evanora spoke.

"Andrea you don't have to get married to him if you don't want to." Evanora said but Andrea huffed.

"Do I have a choice? The man threatened to end dad business if I don't get married to him and I dad forced me to"

"You always asked me why I don't associate with dad, and this is the reason why. I don't want him to use me as a major to save his reputation. Dad loves us but when it comes to his reputation, he is ready to give us out" Evanora said.

Andrea sighed softly. "Being a public figure is one hell of a life. You are people hope and idol so you have to do whatever it takes to keep the good side"

Evanora sighed softly staring at her. "I have something to tell you, and it has been bothering me alot" She said.

Andrea raised her eyeshadow expecting her to spill the damn word. "I had sex with someone last month" She finally spill out the beans.

Andrea eyes widened in surprise. "What the heck! Don't tell me you are no longer a virgin!" She half yelled, and Evanora just rolled her eyes.

"Wait! Was that the night of your suppose wedding day? Was that the reason why you were walking that way, that day?" She asked surprise.

"Do you really have to spill it.?

Evanora blushed, and without thinking twice, she rushed out ignoring Andrea calls from behind.
