Chapter 10 Pregnant

Grandpa Sinclair has never been this happy in his entire life.

He looked happy and grateful. "I'll give the company back to Arabella now I'm old" grandpa Sinclair said.

"Wow I'm so happy" Eliza hugged Arabella happily.

Catherine clenched her fist under the table,seems grandpa Sinclair wanted her to leave the company by herself so he'll give Arabella her position back.

"I think you're older and more experienced than Arabella" Catherine suggested. Arabella smiled happily, seems Catherine changed truly. But the man beside Arabella thought otherwise, he looked at Catherine suspiciously.

He should be suspicious because she ordered Emily to hurt him.

Director Simeon plan to start shooting this week, Emily did the audition and got the role of the leading protagonist.

She thought she got the role because of Mr Thompson, meanwhile she got the role because her acting was not far from perfect.

Jake lost his chance because he went after Arabella. But the leading antagonist is yet to be know.

Charlotte got the role of the leading antagonist again.

Life just revolves round these people.

Little snow followed Emily to the shooting location. She found herself to be dizzy and tired nowadays. "Hope I'm not pregnant".

Little snow entered the bathroom,she was like a little cat. She pray she's not pregnant,she need to work for her mother.

She used the pregnancy kit and waited patiently for the result.

Little snow stood in the dimly lit bathroom, holding the pregnancy test with trembling hands. Her face is a mix of shock and fear. She looked confused as she state at the positive results.

Her heart races as tears welled up in her eyes. She feels a wave of emotions.

Panic, disbelief and a deep sense of uncertainty. She was overwhelmed by the weight of the unexpected responsibility.

Her thoughts spiral, questioning how she will manage, what her mother will think and whether she she's ready for such a life altering change.

She was unsure of what to do next,she sat on the bathroom floor.

"I have to tell Emily, I'll tell her... I'm carrying Enzo's child" she muttered quietly and walked quickly to Emily's room.

"How dare you" Mr Thompson hit his hand on the table. He can't believe Emily would be so greedy and unreasonable.

"Why" Emily sat unfazed and sipped her tea slowly.

"You can't threaten him, he'll kill you and no one will question him"Mr Thompson said.

Enzo is his son in law and he knows everything about the young man from city Y.

"I have evidence,he won't dare" Emily replied calmly.

"What is your plan now" Mr Thompson questioned. No one is aware of Grandpa Sinclair's decision to return the position of the president to Arabella except Catherine and Arabella.

"Little snow just did what I couldn't do,I'll get rid of her if she trouble me" Emily replied.

"You're really heartless,that little girl trusted you" Mr Thompson laughed and sipped his tea.

Little snow froze,she was shocked. She should have thought of it. Emily would do anything for fame. She'll do anything for money. She'll get rid of all obstacles.

She turned and ran out of the hotel in fear. She stopped a taxi.

Emily went back to set without noticing little snow's absence.

"Who's the lead antagonist" she looked curious. She's going to have a scene with the lead antagonist.

Gamers is an action movie,four young people created a game app to help find kids who were kidnapped.

Three out of the four creators of the game wete killed and only one survived. After three years,two youngsters decided to redevelop the game when kidnapping became rampant. The lead antagonist is a psychopath that kills people at will. He kidnapped kids and kill them after starving them. The creation of the app is an obstruction to his killer brain so he have to do something to put a stop to the game.

This led to various twist between the female protagonist, male protagonist and the lead antagonist.

Mark walked in wearing a black handmade suit. He looked classy and responsible.

All the ladies turned to satisfy their eyes, Emily was shocked when she saw him.

"Is he here because he have evidence" she looked scared. "I must stop him" she stopped Mark halfway.

"Can't believe you're so obsessed with me" she mocked. Mark looked at her with a sly smile on his lips

"Ain't you scared about what will happen to your career" he questioned but Emily smirked. "Seems he have no evidence"

"Why are you following me around" she raised her shoulders in arrogance.

"Im not her for you,I'm here to see grandpa Simeon" Mark said.

"What"Emily mocked. She looked at the man in front of her,why is he lying? Is he scared?

"Stop stulking me" Emily declared decisively. Mark smirked "Here comes the lead antagonist" Grandpa simoeon laughed.

He helped Mark because Mark is his god grandson.

He loved and admire mark. Emily was shocked "Mark is the lead antagonist " she wanted to confirm.

"Yes" she got the answer she wasn't expecting.

Mark left her standing, he's here to reveal her fake identify.

Emily looked restless "little snow should help me out" she looked around and just realized she's been without little snow.

She was angry and almost spitting out blood. She burst inside little snow's room expecting to see her but she wasn't there.

"Is she in the toilet" she questioned no one in particular and entered the toilet,she looked around and pulled the bathroom curtains.

Arabella entered the conference room with her grandfather.

The shareholders looked at in disdain. Thankfully she's no longer the president else they'll be doomed for life. She cut short their interest and extra cash they get from the company.

They're probably like that because they've been swayed. Grandpa Sinclair looked at the old greedy men, and his son in law.

Mr Thompson was just working behind the scenes because he wasn't allowed in the company. But now grandpa Sinclair felt he's the only one who can protect Arabella and her position.

He trusted Mr Thompson so much but would he have known that he's bringing the devil in?

Mr Thompson is like a ticking bomb that would explode any time. He felt happy because this is his only chance.

He plannee to buy shares from the greedy old shareholders but now he's going to be grandpa Sinclair's right hand man.

He looked at Arabella the ignorant and little princess beside her grandpa.

"I'm not here for the meeting...Arabella is taking the position of the president and Mr Thompson the vice president" grandpa Sinclair declared leaving the shareholders shocked and unhappy.

"I'll do my best" Arabella bowed happily but the shareholders snorted.

"I'll work harder" Mr Thompson bowed and the shareholders cheered. He's their lifeline currently.

Jake felt bored after staying indoors for hours,he decide to see Arabella at the office.

He drove to Sinclair's company and noticed how gigantic it is. He admired the building and entered when he hit someone.

"I'm sorry, forgive me" the person ran out leaving her papers on the floor.

"Ma'am" Jake called after her but she ignored him.

He picked the papers on the floor and out of curiosity looked at it.

Little snow paid the taxi driver,she looked at the gigantic building and sighed.

She needs to see Arabella now, she can't hurt herself. She'll leave city Z, she can't get rid of her baby .

She was about to enter the elevator when she saw Mr Thompson, "why is he here? Did Emily send anyone to come after me?" She was scared and she shivered but she must deliver this message to Arabella. It's a letter she wrote about Emily and herself.

She called a staff quickly and gave her some papers "deliver to Arabella immediately" she looked around.

The staff looked at little snow suspiciously, "what's the content if the letter" she asked.

"Tell her it's about Emily and Enzo" little snow ran out.

On her way she hit someone,she raised her head up and saw Jake. She shook in fear and ran out leaving the papers on the floor.

She stopped a taxi "city F" she requested. The driver looked at her through the rear mirror "Sorry" he wanted to be sure.

"Drive fast I have enough money" she said still looking outside the car.

Emily was shocked, she looked at the pregnancy kit

"Little snow is pregnant?"

She held her chest "this fool, she could have taken contraceptive"

She brought out her phone and dialed a number "Get rid of little snow" she hung up

Little snow must not obstruct her path to stardom.

Zoe Campbell entered the old and abandoned hospital, she looked around "Are people still recovering treatment here" sge asked no one in particular.

She went to meet the receptionist. She a young lady in her early twenties who seem to be enjoying her work there.

"Hi" Zoe waved. The receptionist looked shocker and amazed. Who would have thought one of the big catch on television would be standing with her live?

"Are... you ... here"the nurse stammered.

"I'm her for a midwife, Olivia" she mentioned. The receptionist sighed "she retired".

Zoe clenched her fist, she's really tired. She'll give up after this now. She turned to go but the nurse drag her back and smirked.

"I don't know why you're here but I think she's hiding her identity" she said.

Zoe looked surprised "why would a midwife hide her identity" she thought.

"I'll be back then" the receptionist held her hand "she stays in ward seven as a patient" the receptionist said.

"Is she mentally ill"Zoe was curious but the receptionist shrugged.

"Thanks" Zoe left the reception finding her way to ward seven.

The receptionist almost spat out blood. She she gave out all the information for free? Not even tip? She was really furious.

Zoe entered ward seven and met an old woman sitting on her bed staring at the ceiling.

Zoe was scared, "Hi" she said politely but the woman lay on her bed and ignored Zoe.

"If you don't want to talk to me, I'll come back tomorrow and the day after till you're ready to talk to me" Zoe said pitifully.

The woman ignored her,she was whispering to herself.

"My mother is on her death bed now, if you still don't want to say anything" Zoe yelled, attracting the attention of the head doctor.

"I think you need to leave ma'am" the doctor requested.

"Why are you scared?Do you sell kids? You took part in his kidnapp right?" Zoe yelled angrily.

She's losing it,this is the only way she'll get her parents love and attention. This old woman is making things difficult for her.

The head doctor sighed in frustrations. "Can you please take your leave" the head doctor requested.

"I hope you suffer" Zoe screamed .

"Don't go" the old woman requested "You caused everything" she yelled.

"You caused it, you could have died but why are you still in this world" the woman was really angry.

Both the head doctor and Zoe were shocked.

How is she the problem? Did she kill her brother? She looked really worried now.

"Have you ever questioned your birth" the old woman mocked.

Zoe moved back a bit, sometimes she question herself if she's the daughter of the Campbell but she never thought deep.

But right now she felt she had living a fake life. A life full of deceit and lies.

"Ain't you worried you'll be taken back to where you came from if your brother is found" the woman looked at Zoe who was shivering and scared to accept.

"I won't believe you. You're sick" Zoe said. She tried to deny ye old woman's allegations but she could not stop her heart from accepting them.

Little snow felt her eyes heavy in the taxi. At first she thought she was feeling sleepy and tired because of if her pregnancy but she discovered it's not it.

She looked at the rear mirror and her eyes met with the driver's,he has a dark smirk on his lip.

"I'm in for it" little snow looked hopeless before she collapsed inside the car.
