Chapter 7 Forbidden Love : The Billionaire's secret Affair

A few minutes ago, Tirtawijaya orphanage, which was originally bustling with children, now became busy with the arrival of cars. Many of these cars were luxurious and of fantastic value.

Some of the car owners might be friends of Olivia and Yolande from the same community, while others belonged to wealthy individuals who were generous and happily donated their wealth to the orphanage.

It seemed like the charity event or social service activity had already begun, as indicated by the many people who had arrived and were already inside the orphanage, along with numerous orphanage children gathering.

Alexander had just arrived there with Hiro, walking with an imposing demeanor. However, behind Alexander and Hiro, there was still Alexander's bodyguard carrying several boxes of unknown contents.

"Welcome, sir. I didn't expect Mr. Alexander to visit here. Thank you very much, sir," said the head of the orphanage upon seeing Alexander's arrival accompanied by several bodyguards.

The head of the orphanage was surprised by Alexander's arrival because he was quite influential in the city. He was a wealthy businessman who was very successful and had stakes everywhere, even internationally. It's no wonder the head of the orphanage was surprised and felt honored by Alexander's unexpected participation in the charity event at the orphanage.

"Hm, you're welcome," Alexander replied, initially unsure of how to respond. Fortunately, Hiro followed up with his boss's statement.

"Thank you also, madam. Mr. Alexander is very pleased to attend this charity event for the first time, and this is also the first time at the Tirtawijaya orphanage. As Mr. Alexander's assistant, I am also delighted to visit here," Hiro said at length in response to the head of the orphanage, unlike Alexander, who gave a brief response to the head's remarks.

The head of the orphanage smiled warmly at Hiro and Alexander while nodding in acknowledgment of Hiro's words. "Please, have a seat, sir," she said, inviting Alexander and Hiro to sit on chairs already occupied by other people who also wanted to contribute to the charity for the orphanage children.

"Thank you, madam," Hiro said, maintaining politeness towards the elder.

Meanwhile, Alexander just nodded briefly before sitting down next to Hiro and also next to a man he didn't know.

"I'm delighted to meet you here, sir."

Just as Alexander sat down, the man beside him spoke up, causing Alexander to immediately turn with a neutral expression.

Among the many people there, Alexander seemed to have the most striking appearance, as he was the only one wearing a sharp suit as if he were going to work. Not only did his suit look expensive, but the accessories he wore, like his watch, also seemed expensive. Everyone there knew Alexander, and they also knew how expensive the watch worn by Alexander Stone was.

"I'm also glad to meet you," Alexander replied with a thin smile, saying so but not recognizing the person who had just greeted him.

"Ah, you probably don't know me, sir. Let me introduce myself. My name is Robert Wilson, and I am the chairman of the community that always holds charity events as our humanitarian gesture," said the man next to Alexander, immediately introducing himself while extending his right hand.

Hiro remained silent beside Alexander, observing the conversation between his boss and the unfamiliar stranger, but it didn't last long because shortly after, Hiro was engaged in conversation by the person beside him and was introduced as well, who happened to be a bespectacled woman with shoulder-length hair.

"A community?" Alexander asked, furrowing his brow. The man seemed to confirm by asking like that.

Robert nodded without hesitation. "Yes, sir. If you're interested, you can join our community. I'm sorry if it sounds demeaning, but I'm just offering," Robert replied with an apology, afraid that influential people like Alexander might get angry with him, which would surely cause a big problem.

Alexander nodded thoughtfully. "Okay, I'll think about it, Mr. Robert," he replied after a moment of silence.

"Alright, sir."

"Hasn't the event started yet?" Alexander asked, having been wondering in his mind with the question he posed.

Robert shook his head. "Actually, it has started. Some people from outside our community have already left earlier, but our community hasn't started yet because we haven't had the full attendance since our members are not complete," the man explained briefly, causing Alexander to nod in understanding.

'His community must be very loyal,' Alexander thought, deducing a bit from what he heard from Robert.

"We apologize for being late."

Just as Alexander was about to start a conversation again, his words halted as two women hurriedly entered the orphanage.

Alexander was momentarily transfixed by one of the women entering the orphanage. She was dressed neatly in pants and a shirt, with her hair tied back but leaving some strands framing her face. Her appearance was simple yet enough to divert Alexander's attention, leaving him fixed on her.

It was rare for someone like Alexander to be captivated by something so simple and unobtrusive.

"We apologize, Mr. Robert," said the woman who managed to divert Alexander's attention.

She was Olivia, and the first to speak was Yolande, followed by Olivia who also apologized directly to their community leader.

"No worries, as long as you're not half an hour late, me and the others don't mind, right, everyone?" Robert replied casually, seeking the opinion of the other community members.

Olivia looked grimaced with unease, while Yolande scratched her cheek, feeling embarrassed. Olivia also felt guilty because they were both late.

"Sorry, Yol, this is all my fault," Olivia whispered to Yolande, who was embarrassed. Olivia knew her friend was feeling embarrassed in front of so many people.

"It's okay, just relax," Yolande replied, seeming very calm.

Olivia sighed softly. She really felt guilty.

"Please have a seat, ladies," said the head of the orphanage.

Olivia and Yolande reflexively nodded and immediately sat in the empty chairs, which were in front of Robert, Alexander, and Hiro.

Unlike Olivia, who felt embarrassed, Alexander continued to gaze at Olivia intently. Alexander's movements were noticed by Hiro, who had stopped his conversation with the woman next to him due to the arrival of Olivia and Yolande.

'Is Mr. Alex captivated by that woman?' Hiro thought while alternating his gaze between Alexander and Olivia.

'If so, this is a very rare occurrence,' Hiro continued to think to himself.

But on the other hand, Hiro understood Alexander's fascination with Olivia because she was not only beautiful but also seemed to have her own charm despite her very simple and modest appearance.

"Blink, sir, lest the woman notices you staring at her too intently and appears to be captivated," Hiro whispered with a mischievous smile playing at the corner of his lips.

Alexander immediately shifted his gaze away from Olivia. The man instantly stared sharply at Hiro, who had put on an innocent face.

Alexander's sharp gaze seemed to warn Hiro for daring to speak in such a manner.

'Damn!' Alexander cursed inwardly, feeling a bit embarrassed by his assistant's remark.
