Chapter 5 Vampire Baby Part 1

Clara was crying in her room with her mother trying to calm her down. The events that had just occurred deeply hurt Clara's feelings. The man who used to love her so much has now turned into someone who looks at her with contempt. Not only was that heartache that She felt after her father scolded her, but she also had to accept the anger and scorn of the Huston family members who were present. If I had to choose, Clara would prefer if she just died now.

"Clara, why don't you want to tell me who the man who has impregnated you is?" asked her mother who had been hugging Clara tightly trying to calm her down.

"Mom, I don't know. I also don't understand why all this could happen to me. Clara told the truth, she didn't know why this sad event could happen to her.

"Try to remember again, how could you suddenly get pregnant like this? Something must have happened to you. You have to remember that, Clara. This is for the safety of you and your baby later," persuaded the mother with tears that also had rivers on her face. She just didn't expect that her only daughter would experience such a sad event.

"That day... when I went to the forbidden forest to look for medicinal herbs. I remember I saw a shadow of someone moving fast, but I don't know what it was. Before I lost consciousness, I saw someone dressed in all black standing in front of me. Then after that, I don't remember anything else, Mom. I didn't even realize that I had been unconscious for three days," explained Clara, she was trying to tell her mother about a strange thing that happened to her in the forbidden forest.

"Did you feel something strange in your body after that?" asked her mother again who seemed to have guessed what had happened to her daughter.

"When I realized, I was already in a hut. There was nobody there, there was only me. Then I felt pain and burning in my female area." Clara lowered her face, while her tears kept falling from her beautiful eyes which were now starting to swell.

The two of them gasped together when someone opened the bedroom door by slamming it. The figure of Harry filled with rage burst into the room. He walked closer to Clara, making Clara suddenly close her body in her mother's arms. Her body trembled for fear of receiving her father's wrath again. In the living room earlier, God knows how many times her father slapped and pulled her hair.

Harry pulled Clara's body, forcing her to escape from her mother's embrace.

"Husband, please don't be this rude to our daughter," Celin begged, who was none other than Clara's mother, pleading with her husband sadly.

"I don't want to have a child like her, she has tarnished our family's good name. Now tell me who is the man who has impregnated you?!" Harry shouted right in front of Clara's face, making Clara close her eyes because she didn't dare to look at her father's face which was red with anger.

"Our daughter isn't lying, she simply doesn't know who that man is. She... she became a victim of rape. Even our daughter lost her senses when that man took her chastity. It happened when she disappeared for those three days." Celin sobbed even more remembering how unfortunate her daughter's fate was. Meanwhile, Harry was stunned to hear that and he finally let go of his hand on the body of the princess he once loved so much.

"Is what your mother said true?" Clara only answered him with a nod.

"You must go to the Village Chief and tell him the truth. We have to save our daughter before the villagers find out. Clara is completely innocent, she is a victim." Harry was silent at his wife's persuasion. He glanced briefly at Clara who was crying with a trembling body. Secretly he felt sorry for abusing his daughter, even though what had happened to her was not her fault. Without saying anything Harry strolled out of the room.

"Mom, I don't want to have the same fate as Tina." Clara's sobs intensified when she remembered the tragic fate that befell one of her friends named Tina. She got pregnant out of wedlock and when the people in this village found out about it, they were very angry. They paraded Tina around the whole village with her body not covered by a single thread. Then they punished her by confining her and putting her feet in stocks until she gave birth. Of course, Clara did not want to suffer a fate similar to hers. Clara, she would rather die than be humiliated like that.

"No. You will not suffer the fate of Tina, because your problems are different. Tina sinned consciously, while you..." Celin didn't continue what she was saying, it was hard for her to accept the fact that her daughter was a victim of rape.

"Your father will save you. He will not remain silent."

"But dad hates me now." Seeing her father's gaze, Clara was sure that from today onwards she would never see her father's loving and affectionate gaze again. Her life has changed completely because of this problem.

"Mom, can we just abort my womb?" she asked, which suddenly made Celin widen in surprise.

"No. You can't do that. It's a big sin. After all, the child is completely innocent, he doesn't know anything. Get that stupid thought out of your head." Hearing this made Clara shed even more tears, she hugged her mother and silently thanked her because she had a mother who was so kind and cared for her.

As her mother had said, apparently her father had saved her life. It turned out that her father met the village head and told him everything that had happened to Clara. The village head sympathizes with Clara's unfortunate fate, but the villagers do not. Even though they didn't punish Clara as they did Tina, they still ostracized Clara. No one wants to greet her anymore. Clara seems alienated and like she is no longer part of the Tussand Village population.

Harry still didn't want to accept the fact that the child Clara was carrying was his grandson. By shouting right in front of Clara, he made it clear that he would never acknowledge the child that would be born from Clara's womb as his grandson. He even said he would never give his surname to the child. Destroyed ... of course, Clara's feelings were devastated hearing that. But considering that her father still allowed her to live in the Huston house, at least it relieved her a little.

Day after day Clara passed with great suffering. No one cared about her, of course except her mother. During her pregnancy, Clara suffered. She couldn't eat any food because just by smelling it, she would feel nauseous and immediately vomit. Only the raw flesh still had the rancid smell of blood, the only thing that could enter its stomach. Of course, this made Celin feel strange. But for the safety of Clara and her baby, Celin kept this a secret from everyone including her husband.

Clara's body was so emaciated as if all the flesh inside her body had been devoured. Not only that, she often lacks blood. For some reason, her blood was always drained almost completely, so to maintain her life, she had to receive blood transfusions every day. Clara's beautiful face became very sad, the bones that made up her face were printed, as if they had no flesh. Her eyelids were black with irises that looked glazed. To even just stand up, Clara had no strength at all. Celin saw Clara's body as if it were a living corpse that could become a corpse at any moment.

When she was 7 months pregnant, Clara's stomach was so big it looked like she was 9 months old. And that day the end of Clara's suffering because she was pregnant began.
