Chapter 3 You Can Call Me Sweetie

Five years later.

At Stardale Airport, a woman walked out of the exit with her luggage.

Her curly long hair hung loosely over her chest, and her tight dress flattered her perfect figure. The fashionable sunglasses covered almost half of her face. However, one could still tell that she was a stunner from her sensual lips and the delicate curve of her chin.

As she walked, she was the cynosure of all eyes.

Leah glanced at the sign above her head and sneered.

After five years, she finally returned.

Because of the car accident, she had been in a coma for nine months in the hospital. When she woke up, everything changed. Keira said that Leah killed her baby, so she took all the shares that Leah had gotten from her mother as compensation.

Both the Harpers and the Greers blamed Leah. Her father even refused to listen to her explanation and drove her out of the house. She had nowhere to go and went abroad with the help of her friends.

A week ago, she received the wedding invitation of Keira and Cyrus.

That was why she came back now.

She was going to take her revenge!

Leah walked to the side of the road and wanted to take a taxi to her new company. Suddenly, she felt she couldn't move forward. When she looked down, she saw a cute boy holding her leg and staring at her.

She looked around, wondering why the little boy stopped her.

"Mommy!" Leah was about to speak when the boy called out tenderly with a sweet smile.

"Little boy, I'm not your mommy. Did you get lost with your family? I'll take you to the airport staff." Leah reached out and tried to pick him up.

"You are my mommy, so you are my family," the little boy said seriously with a tilt of his head.

"I'm your mommy?" Leah widened her eyes.

The boy nodded.

"Little boy, you got the wrong person. I'll take you to the staff. Your family must be anxious now." Leah got him off her leg.

Judging from his clothes, he should be from a rich family. He wasn't like an abandoned child.

"Mommy, are you going to leave me alone?" The little boy became tearful as he heard Leah's words.

It looked like he would cry the next second.

"Little boy, I'm not your mother. I'm not married yet, so you can't be my child." Leah patiently explained and then took him to the staff. However, the airport worker refused to look after the boy for he kept calling Leah mommy.

Leah had no choice but to take the little boy away, and then they got on a taxi.

"Do you remember where you live? Do you know the number of your parents? You came out alone. Your family must be very worried. I will inform them to pick you up." Leah looked at the boy resignedly.

Thinking of the way the airport worker had looked at her just now, Leah felt a little embarrassed. The worker must have taken Leah as a bad mother who wanted to abandon her child.

"You are my family." The boy tilted his head.

Leah was lost for words.

She found it hard to communicate with the boy.

However, she couldn't bear to leave him at the airport when she saw his cute face.

There were a lot of bad people nowadays. The little boy was so adorable that he would probably be abducted. Leah couldn't let this happen.

"What is your name?" Leah sighed and asked.

"My name is Daniel Gleason. You can call me Daniel or Dan. It's okay if you want to call me sweetie. Take your pick." Daniel looked at Leah with a smile.

Of course, Leah wouldn't choose sweetie.
