Chapter 2 Are You the Person with Me Last Night

"Sorry to disappoint you. The person with me last night is Cyrus!" Leah said with certainty.

"Leah, you are so shameless. You cheated on Cyrus and even lied, but your lie is flimsy. Cyrus spent the night with me yesterday." Keira couldn't help but chuckle, looking triumphant.

"No way! He was with me last night!" Leah was shocked by what Keira had said.

As expected, Leah didn't buy it. Thus, Keira took out her phone and showed a photo to Leah.

"Open your eyes wide and look carefully. There is a date and time in the photo."

Leah took a careful look and found the time was August 7th, 9 p.m.

It was last night...

"It can't be true!" This came as a bolt from the blue, and Leah was overwhelmed.

'If Cyrus was with Keira last night, who is it that slept with me?'

'No, the photo must be fake!'

"Keira, what are you up to? I know you like Cyrus, but he is my fiancé! We are going to get married soon. You should give up on him as soon as possible!" Leah calmed herself down and refused to believe Keira.

"The one who should give up is you! You slept with others, so you're not worthy of Cyrus anymore! Do you know why he stayed by my side last night? Because I have his baby." Keira gently stroked her belly with a sweet smile. But the next moment, she put on an evil look as she gazed at Leah.

"I don't believe a word that you've said!" Leah stumbled, but she still jutted her chin out stubbornly and looked straight at Keira.

"Do you know how slutty you were last night? Would you like to watch the video of you fooling around with another man? Well, maybe I can send it to Cyrus or post it online. Leah, you are screwed!" Keira laughed out loud when she finished speaking.

Beneath her pretty face, she was a viper inside.

"Keira, it's you! You did this, right? Why did you set me up?" Leah trembled with anger and seized Keira's hand.

"Why? Because I want to take away everything from you and leave you with nothing..." A meaningful smile hovered on Keira's lips. Then she disengaged herself from Leah's grip and fell backward, looking as if she was pushed to the ground by Leah.

"Keira!" A tall figure suddenly rushed over and scooped Keira up in his arms.

"Cyrus, my stomach hurts..." Keira covered her stomach with her hands and looked pained.

"What's happening? Are you alright?" Cyrus anxiously asked and hugged Keira tighter.

"Cyrus, is Keira really pregnant with your kid?" Leah clenched her fists and stared at him.

"Yes," Cyrus admitted.

"Last night..., the person with me ... wasn't you, right?" Leah's voice was shaky.

"Last night? Keira wasn't feeling well, so I spent the whole night taking care of her." Cyrus carefully held Keira in his arms as if she was his treasure. He continued, "Leah, why are you so vicious? No matter what Keira has done, you shouldn't have pushed her. She's pregnant."

"I pushed her? Do you know that she..."

Leah wanted to tell Cyrus that she had been framed by Keira, but she was interrupted. Keira grabbed Cyrus' arm and shouted in pain, "Cyrus, my stomach hurts..."

Cyrus was worried and said to Leah, "I'm going to the hospital now. I'll get to you later!"

With that, he planned to leave with Keira.

"Stop!" Leah knew that Keira was pretending, so she stepped forward to hold Keira back.

"Leah, don't mess around!" Cyrus shouted.

While they were arguing, Keira took the chance and kicked Leah in the stomach.

Leah was caught off guard and fell backward.

On cue, a car was rushing over. With a bang, Leah was sent flying and fell to the ground, lying in a pool of blood...
